Abstract

It is argued that language learning is hard and sometimes frustrating. Constant effort and pleasant condition are required in order to keep students motivated in learning language. One interesting strategy to make language teaching more effective and enjoyable is by using games. Games have some benefit for teachers and students. They help teachers not only to create contexts in which the language is useful and meaningful, but also to help and encourage students to sustain their interest and work. In addition, games provide intensive and meaningful practice of language.This article deals on a strategy of teaching Kalam (Arabic speaking) based on games for Madrasah Aliyah students. The strategy to practice it in teaching language will be the focus of the discussion.Keywords: Games, Kalam, Madrasah Aliyah

Abstract

Dalam nash tidak ditemukan adanya ketentuan masa idah bagi laki-laki yang telah bercerai dengan istrinya. Surat Edaran Direktur Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam Nomor P-005/Dj.III/Hk.00.7/10/2021 Tentang Pernikahan Dalam Masa Idah Istri menghimbau laki-laki agar tidak menikah dengan perempuan lain saat mantan istrinya sedang dalam masa idah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji Surat Edaran Direktur Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam Nomor P-005/Dj.III/Hk.00.7/10/2021 perspektif maslahah Ath-Thufi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Analytical Approach. Metode pengumpulan bahan hukum menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan masa idah dan maslahah Ath-Thufi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua kesimpulan. Pertama, surat edaran Direktur Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam Nomor P-005/DJ.III/Hk.00.7/10/2021 tentang pernikahan dalam masa idah istri menghimbau agar suami tidak menikah dengan perempuan lain setelah menjatuhkan talak raj’i kepada istri pertama, selama istri yang ditalak itu masih dalam masa idah. Kedua, Surat Edaran ini mengandung maslahah dan mafsadah menurut kacamata maslahah Ath-Thufi. Sisi maslahah dalam Surat Edaran tersebut adalah mencegah terjadinya praktik poligami terselubung serta bagi mantan suami dan mantan istri dapat menjaga hak-hak dalam masa idah yang merupakan kesempatan bagi kedua belah pihak untuk kembali membangun rumah tangga yang lebih baik. Sedangkan sisi mafsadah dari Surat Edaran tersebut adalah adanya resiko terjadinya perzinaan akibat penundaan perkawinan.

Abstract

Kantor Urusan Agama Blimbing merupakan KUA revitalisasi (percontohan) bagi KUA di seluruh Indonesia, terkhusus di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Di KUA Kecamatan Blimbing selama bulan Januari hingga Juli 2022 terjadi peningkatan pernikahan dengan wali hakim dengan sebab-sebab tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan fenomena penggunaan wali hakim selama bulan Januari hingga Juli 2022 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Blimbing dan untuk menganalisis tinjauan Madzhab Syafi’i terhadap fenomena peningkatan wali hakim di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Blimbing. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian empiris dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data primer berupa wawancara dengan subjek yang bersangkutan dan data sekunder dari buku-buku yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan penelitian ini yang kemudian data tersebut diedit, diperiksa, dan disusun secara cermat serta diatur sedemikian rupa yang kemudian dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan fenomena peningkatan wali hakim di KUA Kecamatan Blimbing terjadi peningkatan yakni sebanyak 90 kasus daripada tahun sebelumnya sebanyak 77 kasus dengan sebab adam wali, ba’da dukhul, ghaib, non-muslim, tidak syar’i, dan adhal, serta tinjauan Madzhab Syafi’i terhadap fenomena peningkatan wali hakim di KUA Kecamatan Blimbing sesuai dengan penerapan di KUA Kecamatan Blimbing.

Abstract

Curriculum management is a basic component in the world of Islamic education. if it is developed through a good management system, it will become the basis of competitive advantage in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Islamic education, especially Islamic boarding schools will face the challenge of competition in providing educational services and will not be avoided, this happens because of the development of globalization of technology and information. Curriculum management will be a strategic component in responding to these global challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand the level of financial literacy of Madrasah Principals in preparing the Madrasah Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBM) in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Pasuruan Regency, East Java. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence on the financial literacy of Madrasah Principals in preparing the Madrasah Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBM). This research uses a quantitative approach. The data source comes from Madrasah Principals. With data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. Then tested with simple linear regression analysis. The results found the regression coefficient value of 0.18 (positive), the correlation value was 0.029, the R square value was 0.116 (11.6%), and the significance value was 0.029 0.05, meaning that there was an effect of the financial literacy level of the Madrasah Principals in develop a Madrasah Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBM) in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) of East Java Pasuruan Regency. Thus, the better financial literacy, the better the preparation of the RAPBM.

Abstract

This article discusses the Islamic education perspective in the context of multicultural education and the urgency of integrating multiculturalism into education. The researcher employs qualitative research methods and references literary sources as data references. Multicultural-oriented Islamic education instils awareness of the importance of living with values of cooperation, tolerance, and harmony amid differences. Consequently, this approach offers the best path to address religious conflicts. The focus is on the educational realm because it possesses characteristics of open-minded thinking, learning to live with differences and mutual understanding. Multicultural-oriented Islamic education serves as a solution to existing or potential conflicts. Thinking deeply, as defined by the philosophy of Islamic education, aids in examining various issues related to Islamic education. The results of this research include the emergence of an understanding of the essence of Islamic education and how the principles, objectives, and functions of multicultural education are perceived from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy.

Abstract

Education began with the classical view of ancient Greek philosophy regarding logical truth, in the medieval period there was a restriction on freedom of thought by the church on the grounds that truth could not be produced by reason as happened in the ancient Greek period, after that came the modern period called the renaissance , namely the school of thought. rationalism which prioritizes reason as a source of knowledge. From knowledge that continues to develop, new ideas and knowledge emerge that make the world of education activities increasingly complex. This history-based educational theory research uses a qualitative approach with a type of bibliographic research so as to present accurate historical facts in accordance with theory from various historical experts' points of view. The science developed in western education is philosophy which is formed as a reference for their thinking, which will give rise to thoughts characterized by materialism, idealism, secularism and rationalism.

Abstract

Islamic education in its journey has experienced a lot of maturation and development until now. This is because it is heavily influenced by the thoughts of figures in implementing the existing learning systems in the educational institutions they develop. The thinking of educational figures is driven by the intersection between the sociocultural realities faced by these figures and the religious thoughts they adhere to, especially Islam. By using literary research methods, this research aims to identify tendencies in Islamic educational philosophy. The aim of this research is to explore the ideological construction of Muslim figures, especially Muslim philosophers, regarding education, because we know that education is the path to human development. The results of this research indicate that the influence of Islamic educational philosophy on the Islamic education model lies in the formation of subjects taught to students. Apart from that, Islamic educational philosophy also helps education find its identity, whether the educational institution adheres to a conservative mindset or a pragmatic and progressive mindset. This study can then also be used as a philosophical basis for every educational practitioner.

Abstract

The true goal of education is to increase human competency, which is achieved through the application of different information and skills that humans themselves require. The goal of education is to support students' human potential development. Education is seen by Indonesians as the country's battle. History has demonstrated that ties and exchanges with the Islamic civilization, which is presently undergoing growth, are inextricably linked to the highs and lows of education. With the rise of Islamic education ideas, this is undeniable. History reveals that the Abbasid period, which reached its zenith, is when Islamic educational philosophy started to take shape. The idea of education, which includes children's education, educational objectives, and educational principles, was first articulated by Al-Qabisi.It is impossible to learn about other objects that have a higher ontological status, namely immaterial reality, without the presence of the five senses, according to Ikhwan As-Shafa. Only the five senses are capable of perceiving objects in the form of material-physical reality that are present in space and time. metaphysical. The As-Shafa Brotherhood's profound admiration of the senses demonstrates the significant influence of Aristotelianism in their epistemological thought. In this regard, they even venture to promise that, provided all circumstances are met, there will be no errors made by the senses.

Abstract

The concept of multicultural education from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy. The diversity that exists in this country can cause conflict due to differences of opinion between ethnicities, cultures, religions and so on, if it is not based on tolerance between one another. Multicultural education is an educational process that develops all human potential with various cultures, ethnicities and religions within it. The concept of multicultural education is expected to be able to minimize conflicts in society that occur due to differences in viewpoints, attitudes, cultures and so on. In Islam, Islamic educational philosophy is a science that examines various problems related to education, such as humans as subjects and objects of education, curriculum, methods, environment, teachers, and so on based on Islamic teachings which are based on the Koran and Al-Qur'an. Hadith. The Qur'an discusses a lot about the concept of multicultural education, such as the concept of getting to know and respect various cultures, races and religions, including Surah Al Hujurat verse 13 and Surah Yunus verse 99. Muslim philosopher M. Naquib Al Attas also gave his opinion regarding the multicultural concept, namely that individuals and society are not separated in the brotherhood of humanity, not only from a review of the historical social contract that has occurred, but also from a review of the primordial bonds that have existed between all humans created by God.
