Abstract

This assistance was carried out in Sumuragung Bojonegoro District, part of the community who work as farmers and tofu production, in 2019 there were around 50 home industry units. Most manufacturers produce separately. Tofu craftsmen in the Sumuragung area pay little attention to the disposal of their processed waste because the production method is simple. Tofu production waste includes solid waste and liquid waste. Solid waste or what is usually called okara is often used as animal feed, while liquid waste resulting from the tofu making process is directly thrown into the drain without being processed first. Processed liquid waste has the potential to pollute the environment because it still contains protein and carbohydrate compounds which can ferment and cause an unpleasant odor. The result of this assistance is making POC from tofu waste so that people are more productive

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the use of reading guide strategies in Akidah Akhlak subjects, Learning achievement in Aqidah Akhlak subjects. The effect of reading guide strategies on learning achievement in Aqidah Akhlak subjects. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all eighth-grade students. Considering that the population in this study was less than 100 people, the researchers took 100% of the population. So this research is a population study. In this study, data were collected using interviews to determine the use of reading guide strategies, questionnaires to determine the effect of reading guide strategies, and using report cards to determine learning achievement. The result of this research is that there is an influence of the reading guide strategy on the learning achievement of Aqidah Akhlak, the result is 0.590 where the significance value is greater than the "r" table, both at the 5% significance level and at the 1% significance level.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan mendeskripsikan pengembangan manajemen kurikulum dan metode pendidikan karakter yang diimplementasikan di Ponpes Tahfidz Difabel Darul A’shom Jogjakarta. Hasil penelitiannya adalah pertama, pengembangan kurikulum dilakukan dengan merumuskan perencanakan kurikulum secara subtansial yang muatan utamanya adalah pengetahuan dan nilai profetik, mengorganisasir kurikulum dalam untuk mengatur berbagai kegiatan dan materi belajar pendidikan profetik; melaksanaan kurikulum pendidikan profetik dalam kegiatan belajar setiap hari; dan pengawasan implementasi kurikulum pendidikan profetik yang dilakukan dengan cara bermusyawarah untuk keperluan mengevaluasi dan menentukan kebijakan selanjutnya. Kedua, pengembangan metode pendidikan profetik dilakukan dengan metode hiwar (percakapan) Qurani dan Nabawi, metode kisah-kisah Qurani dan Nabawi, metode amtsal (perumpamaan), metode uswah (teladan), metode mengambil ibrah (pelajaran) dan mau’izhah (peringatan), dan metode targhib (membuat senang) dan tarhib (membuat takut). Dengan pengembangan kurikulum dan metode inilah, pratik belajar dan mengajar di Pondok An- Najah dilaksanakan dengan muatan materi pendidikan profetik bisa dilakukan dengan lancar, baik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimiliki siswa dalam menulis cerita pendek budaya dalam bentuk pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri. Kegiatan ini sendiri menjadi bagian penting dalam tridarma perguruan tinggi yang digaungkan dan ditradisikan. Peserta dalam pendampingan ini berjumlah 50 orang yang masuk dalam kelas penulisan cerita pendek. Kegiatan ini sendiri dilakukan selama 8 pertemuan aktif dalam kelas.

Abstract

Lebaksari Village, located in Bojonegoro Regency, has strong agricultural potential. One of its main strengths is the abundant growth of banana trees, planted both as primary crops and as a means to utilize unused land. Although banana pseudostems have the potential to be processed into higher-value products, their use has been limited to making ropes with low economic value. To enhance the value of local products, a community service program using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method was implemented. The program followed five stages: discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny. Technical training was provided to members of the PKK women’s group and local artisans. The training focused on producing innovative crafts from banana pseudostems, such as bags and jewelry. For sustainability, the initiative was entrusted to the PKK group through their regular meetings, with support from Lebaksari village officials. The products are expected to be marketed through local bazaars and social media platforms, with a sales target of at least 1.25 times the production cost to boost household income through creative industries. A qualitative evaluation revealed high enthusiasm and active participation, as shown by the number of questions raised. The program successfully improved community knowledge and skills. Participants demonstrated the ability to identify good-quality raw materials, apply innovative crafting techniques, and produce products that meet performance criteria such as neatness, functionality, and marketability. This initiative lays the foundation for a self-sustaining creative economy in Lebaksari, reflecting the success of knowledge transfer and community empowerment.Desa Lebaksari yang terletak di Kabupaten Bojonegoro memiliki potensi besar di bidang pertanian. Salah satu keunggulan desa ini adalah keberadaan pohon pisang yang banyak ditanam, baik sebagai tanaman utama maupun untuk memanfaatkan lahan kosong. Meskipun pelepah dari pohon pisang memiliki potensi untuk diolah menjadi produk bernilai tambah, namun pemanfaatannya di desa ini masih terbatas pada pembuatan tali yang memiliki nilai ekonomi rendah. Untuk meningkatkan nilai produk lokal, program pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) maka dilaksanakan. Tahapan program mencakup discovery, dream, design, define, dan destiny. Pelatihan teknis diberikan kepada anggota PKK dan pengrajin lokal, berfokus pada pembuatan kerajinan inovatif dari pelepah pisang seperti tas dan perhiasan. Untuk keberlanjutan program maka program kemudian dititipkan melalui ibu PKK melaui pertemuan rutinnya serta dukungan pejabat desa lebaksari. Produk diharapkan dapat dipasarkan lewat bazar lokal dan media sosial, dengan target omzet minimal 1,25 kali dari biaya produksi. Produk-produk ini diharapkan dapat dipasarkan melalui bazar lokal dan media sosial untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui ekonomi kreatif. Evaluasi kualitatif menunjukkan antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif peserta yang tinggi, terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat, dibuktikan dengan kemampuan peserta dalam mengidentifikasi bahan baku pelepah pisang, menerapkan teknik produksi inovatif, serta menghasilkan produk yang memenuhi kriteria unjuk kerja seperti kerapihan, fungsionalitas, dan nilai jual.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif merupakan hak fundamental bagi setiap anak, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di usia dini. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan model Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini (PIAUD) inklusif berbasis masyarakat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, program ini melibatkan pendidik, orangtua, dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang ramah dan aksesible bagi semua anak. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan guru, pengembangan media pembelajaran adaptif, pemberdayaan orangtua, dan pembentukan support system berbasis komunitas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kompetensi pendidik PIAUD dalam menangani ABK, terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang lebih inklusif, serta meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung pendidikan inklusif. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model replikasi bagi pengembangan PIAUD inklusif di wilayah lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) inklusif berbasis masyarakat yang efektif di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Model ini dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) melalui pendekatan yang ramah anak dan melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan tahapan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain model, pengembangan produk, uji coba, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model PIAUD inklusif berbasis masyarakat ini efektif meningkatkan partisipasi ABK dalam pendidikan, meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menangani ABK, serta meningkatkan dukungan masyarakat terhadap pendidikan inklusif.

Abstract

Islamic educational supervision plays a strategic role in improving the quality and professionalism of educators while integrating Islamic values into the learning process. Etymologically, the term supervision derives from the words super and vision, meaning “to see from above” or “to oversee.” In the context of Islamic education, supervision is understood as a form of service, guidance, and nurturing conducted in a humanistic and Islamic manner to assist teachers in developing competence, character, and effectiveness in teaching and learning. Supervision is not merely focused on administrative control but also emphasizes spiritual and moral aspects through the principle of amar ma’ruf nahi munkar (enjoining good and forbidding evil). The urgency of Islamic educational supervision lies in its function as a means of teacher development, enabling educators to adapt to modern challenges without losing their Islamic spirit. Through well-directed supervision, teachers receive guidance, motivation, and feedback to enhance professionalism and teaching quality. Furthermore, supervision serves to maintain the quality of educational institutions so that they remain grounded in the principles of aqidah, sharia, and noble character. Therefore, Islamic educational supervision holds a comprehensive meaning—not only as a control mechanism but also as a medium for nurturing and transforming Islamic values within the education system.

Abstract

Islamic educational supervision is a systematic effort to guide and enhance the professional quality of teachers based on Islamic spiritual and moral values. This study aims to describe the concepts, techniques, and challenges in the implementation of supervision within Islamic education. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through literature analysis that integrates modern supervision theories with Islamic educational principles. The results indicate that supervision in the Islamic context is not merely a form of control but a process of guidance and mentorship (taujih and tarbiyah) emphasizing the values of amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, sincerity, and moral responsibility. Supervision techniques can be conducted individually or in groups, such as classroom observation, interviews, workshops, and peer supervision. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, including limited supervisor competence, control-oriented paradigms, and low teacher awareness of the importance of Islamic-based supervision. Therefore, continuous strategies are needed, such as capacity building for supervisors, collaborative approaches, and the use of supervision instruments aligned with Islamic values. Supervision grounded in Islamic principles is expected to develop educators who are professional, morally upright, and committed to improving the overall quality of education sustainably

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of teacher performance development and the effectiveness of evaluation activities in improving teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education. Teachers play a crucial role as planners, implementers, and evaluators of the learning process; therefore, enhancing teacher performance is a key factor in achieving educational success. This research employs a library research method by collecting relevant literature from books, academic journals, and online sources related to the evaluation and development of teacher performance. The findings indicate that teacher performance development has generally been implemented through academic supervision, group discussions, and training activities. However, these programs often remain formal and have not fully addressed the real needs of teachers in the field. The principal plays a central role as a supervisor in providing guidance, feedback, and motivation for teachers to continually improve their competence. On the other hand, the evaluation system for teacher performance development in most schools is still suboptimal due to the lack of systematic follow-up and continuity. Therefore, the evaluation of teacher performance development should be carried out in a systematic, planned, and participatory manner involving all relevant stakeholders. An effective evaluation will provide constructive feedback for teachers and help educational institutions design more targeted strategies for performance improvement. Consequently, the evaluation results can contribute to enhancing teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimal implementation of educational supervision using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools. The research employs a library research approach by reviewing various relevant literatures such as books, scientific journals, papers, and policy documents. The findings reveal that most Islamic educational institutions still apply traditional curricula that focus on memorization and normative mastery of religious materials, which do not fully support 21st-century skills such as digital literacy and critical thinking. Furthermore, AI contributes to enhancing transparency and enables more data-driven planning for teachers’ professional development. However, several challenges remain, including inadequate technological infrastructure, limited skilled human resources, and concerns regarding data privacy that need to be addressed. These findings indicate that AI holds great potential to transform the way educational supervision is conducted, but its success depends on the readiness and supportive policies of educational institutions. The study recommends the importance of training for education practitioners, strengthening technological infrastructure, and developing data privacy policies to ensure that the implementation of AI in educational supervision can run effectively and sustainably.
