Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi disrupsi inovasi pembelajaran dalam implementasi merdeka belajar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksploratory sequential, sabjek penelitian berupa guru berjumlah 200 orang. Teknik yang digunakan berupa angket dan wawancara mendalam. Selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptip, uji t, SEM dan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pengukuran yang diperoleh valid dan layak, sedangkan model struktural baik dengan Q2 (Stone Geiser Q-Square) yaitu 0,823, yang berarti model memiliki prevalensi prediksi yang tinggi. Sehingga, model struktural yang dihasilkan sangat layak digunakan untuk memprediksi. Kesimpulannya bahwa secara langsung kapasitas kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disrupsi inovasi pembelajaran dan disrupsi inovasi pembelajaran secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan merdeka belajar. Secara tidak langsung kapasitas kepemimpinan digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan merdeka belajar yang dimediasi oleh disrupsi inovasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research seeks to guide the empathy of junior high school students through combining design thinking with PjBL (Project Based Learning) as many as 83 students, and two science teachers participated in this research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation notes, reflection notes, and student assessment rubrics to collect qualitative data. Aspects of student empathy and collaboration are built into the learning of digestive system material. Empathy as an initiator in project-based learning includes aspects of self-integrity and empathy for others which are closely related to elements of collaboration including aspects of cooperation, ways of communicating, positive dependence and social coordination. Design thinking as a process thinking framework includes the empathization stage, problem formulation, constructing ideas, constructing prototypes, and tests as student learning stages. Contextual learning with design thinking and PjBL is expected to be an integrated model to achieve aspects of the Pancasila student profile and 21st century skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan kevalitan dan kepraktisan e-modul berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang menerapkan model pengembangan 4-D. Adapun Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar validitas dan praktikalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari dosen ahli materi tentang aspek kelayakan isi dan keterpaduan dengan nilai 92% berkategori sangat valid. Sedangkan dari dosen ahli desain berdasarkan aspek penyajian dan kegrafisan 87% dengan kategori valid. Selanjutnya, dosen ahli bahasa dengan aspek kebahasaan dengan nilai 93% berkategori sangat valid. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian ketiga dosen tersebut, didapatkan rata-rata keseluruhan 90% dengan kategori sangat valid. Untuk uji praktikalitas dosen diperoleh rata-rata 93% berkategori sangat praktis sedangkan mahasiswa diperoleh rata-rata 95% berkategori sangat praktis. Dari penjelasan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan e-modul berbasis kearifan lokal pada mata kuliah Teori dan Apresiasi Sastra dengan materi puisi dapat dikategorikan sangat valid dan sangat praktis.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effectiveness of digital application-based learning media in enhancing student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. A total of eleven studies were gathered and analyzed through SPSS 27 software. The research methodology employed was Meta-Analysis. Results indicated a notable improvement in learning outcomes, as the highest score before utilizing digital applications was 78.96, and the lowest was 44.69. Following the implementation of digital applications, the highest score rose to 91.84 and the lowest to 81.32. Statistical analyses, including paired sample t-test and correlation test, demonstrated a significant disparity in learning outcomes pre- and post-use digital applications, with a p-value <0.05. The findings suggest that digital applications effectively enhance students' learning outcomes, offering flexibility, interactivity, and appeal that heighten learner engagement.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to foster the EFL students’ oral communication skills in the English and English literature program in a presentation skills class through an individual presentation project. This research was conducted at the Sekolah Tinggi Bahasa Asing (STBA) Pontianak, whose participants were taken from the fourth-semester students. This research was carried out in three cycles using observation checklists and field notes to collect the data. Afterward, the data were explained quantitatively and qualitatively. The findings show that individual presentation concretely fosters the students’ oral communication skills in the third cycle. The fostering is proven by improving individual presentation aspects such as clarity, sound volume, body position and eye contact, pause, and listener’s attention. Moreover, the fostering is indicated by the changing of the scoring scale from need improvement to good. Hopefully, this research can contribute to advancing research in oral communication skills.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan mengkarakterisasi penerapan supervisi klinis kepala madrasah di MIN Saigon Kota Pontianak dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi studi kasus, pendekatan kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Model Miles dan Huberman digunakan dalam proses analisis data yang mengharuskan dilakukannya reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan secara berurutan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, (1) kepala madrasah menetapkan rencana dengan menggunakan program kerja yang diawasinya di madrasah; dan (2) Supervisi klinis kepala madrasah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di MIN Saigon sesuai dengan tahapan pelaksanaan klinis.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal digital and non-digital based learning media used by lecturers to improve 4 students' language skills in intensive Arabic learning UIN Sheikh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data is then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's theory: reduce the data, then present the data and then infer it. The research produced findings on the use of digital and non-digital based media in intensive Arabic language learning to improve Arabic language skills students of UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan consists of several types based on the purpose of their use. The use of digital media can be grouped into 4 types based on the purpose of use, it's just that its use in Arabic language learning has not been too optimal due to several factors both in terms of students, lecturers, and institutional conditions. However, the combination of the use of digital and non-digital media in Arabic language learning can provide a balanced learning experience and maximize student learning outcomes and can improve students' Arabic language skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya kemampuan peserta didik MTs Muhammadiyah 29 Stabat dalam memecahkan masalah matematika. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan LKPD Berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik yangvalid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Jenis penelitian mengacu pada Research and Developmentdengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII-1 MTs Muhammadiyah 29 Stabat sebanyak 26 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kevalidan, kepraktisan, keefektifan, dan N-Gain Score. Rata-rata nilai hasil uji kevalidan oleh validator mencapai angka 88,99dengan persentase sebesar 88,99% berkriteria sangat valid. Rata-rata hasil uji kepraktisan mencapi angka84,16 dengan persentase sebesar 84,16% berkriteria praktis. Keefektifan dilihat berdasarkan pada: 1) ketuntasan belajar kelas ≥ 85% ; 2) mencapai 75% tujuan pembelajaran; 3) respon peserta didik positif dengan nilai 83,33; dan 4) waktu pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan LKPD minimal sama dengan waktu yang dihabiskan dengan pembelajaran tanpa LKPD.

Abstract

One of the functions of group guidance services is to train group members' self-confidence, supported by the use of cinema therapy techniques in using film media, it can have a positive effect on clients in increasing their understanding of something, including self-confidence. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services using cinema therapy techniques in improving the self-confidence of Madrasah students. The research method used was quantitative with a pre-experiment design of a one-group pretest and a post-test design. The population in this study were all 7th-grade students at MTs. S P.P. Amiruddiniyah had as many as 132 people, with a sample of 10 students who had low self-confidence. Data was collected using a non-test instrument in the form of a self-confidence scale. Data analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The research results show that the significance value of asymp. Sig(2-tailed) ≤ 0.05, namely 0.005. Thus, it can be concluded that group guidance services using cinema therapy techniques are effective in increasing students' self-confidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas dari penggunaan alat peraga “äliran darahku” terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa. Metode penelitian ini berupa kuantitatif jenis eksperimen dengan sampel penelitian yaitu dua kelompok yang diberikan perlakuan berbeda dengan prosedur eksperimen semu. Satu kelompok adalah kelompok eksperimen, sedangkan kelompok lainnya adalah kelompok kontrol. Alat peraga "aliran darah saya" digunakan oleh kelas eksperimen, sementara kelompok kontrol menggunakan taktik yang lebih tradisional. Adapun hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa tentang informasi sistem peredaran darah terbukti sangat meningkat dengan penggunaan alat bantu pengajaran ini, berdasarkan hasil dari post-test menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mempunyai keunggulan yang signifikan secara statistik dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil ini, memasukkan alat pengajaran ke dalam pelajaran ilmiah adalah cara yang bagus untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mereka. Oleh karena itu, alat bantu pengajaran dan bentuk media pembelajaran lainnya diharapkan dapat berperan penting dalam memfasilitasi pencapaian tujuan pendidikan.
