Al-Idarah: Jurnal Kependidikan Islam, registered in p-ISSN: 2086-6186 and e-ISSN: 2580-2453, is a peer-reviewed journal of original research and writing on Islamic education management and education management in general. The biannual journal, regularly issued in June and December, aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulates knowledge, values, and skills. Scientific manuscripts dealing with contemporary education management topics are openly welcome and highly appreciated. Abstract

 Abad XXI ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi dan arus informasi yang pesat. Perkembangan teknologi dan arus informasi ini membawa dampak bagi peran guru dalam proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, orang yang memilih jalan hidupnya menjadi guru harus menemukan peran-peran baru yang lebih kontekstual. Tugas guru dalam konteks ini adalah menyiapkan generasi untuk menghadapi abad baru yang penuh dengan kegoncangan dan ketidakpastian. UNESCO mencatat bahwa guru merupakan elemen penting bagi pengembangan sikap yang positif atau negatif terhadap pembelajaran. Guru memiliki peran dalam mempromosikan saling pemahaman serta toleransi di antara umat manusia. Berbicara konteks pendidikan Indonesia—di mana permasalahan pendidikan begitu kompleks—tidak dapat diselesaikan sendiri oleh pemerintah. Kebangkitan bangsa dan negara Indonesia salah satunya adalah terletak pada peran guru. Dalam menyikapi persoalan tersebut, kompetensi guru perlu dikembangkan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk tugas pedagogis yang berorientasi pada peran guru sebagai intelektual transformatif. Oleh karena itu, paradigma pedagogis kritis dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru. Kata Kunci: Peran Guru, Kompetensi Guru, Pedagogi Kritis

Abstract

 Social media has now evolved and integrated into various industrial sectors including the education sector. The use of social media and online media as a learning media increased as covid-19 spread was no exception for UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The aims of this study observed how students use and understand online e-learning applications. This research is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. A total of 43% of respondents said they did not want the lecture to be conducted online where the majority of respondents expressed a lack of understanding of UIN Raden Intan Lampung's e-learning activities, but there were two learning activities namely forums and chats that had a s considerable majority of answers of 40% and 37%. The majority of respondents said they had only received information about the use of E-Leaning UIN Raden Intan Lampung in less than 1 month where 25% of respondents said they had information about how to use UIN Raden Intan Lampung E-learning from friends followed by lecturers and UIN Website Raden Intan Lampung. Keywords: Online Learning Media, E-Learning, UIN Raden Intan AbstrakMedia sosial saat ini telah berkembang dan berintegrasi ke berbagai sektor industri termasuk sektor pendidikan. Penggunaan media sosial dan media online sebagai media pembelajaran meningkat seiring merebaknya penyebaran virus Covid-19 tidak terkecuali UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengamati bagaimana penggunaan dan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap aplikasi pembelajaran online e-learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sebanyak 43% responden menyatakan kurang menginginkan perkuliahan dilaksanakan secara daring dimana mayoritas responden menyatakan kurang paham dengan aktivitas pembelajaran e-learning UIN Raden Intan Lampung, namun terdapat dua aktivitas pembelajaran yaitu forum dan chat yang memiliki mayoritas jawaban cukup besar 40% dan 37%. Mayoritas responden 56% menyatakan baru memperoleh informasi tentang penggunaan E-Leaning UIN Raden Intan Lampung kurang dari 1 bulan dimana 25% responden menyatakan memperoleh  informasi tentang cara penggunaan E-learning UIN Raden Intan Lampung dari teman diikuti oleh dosen dan Website UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran Online, E-Learning, UIN Raden Intan

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the extent of the effect character education management towards the discipline of students in SMAIT Mentari Ilmu Karawang.This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires through Google Form.The population in this study were all students in the SMAIT Mentari Ilmu Karawang, totaling 138 students. The technique used in sampling uses the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% of 138 students, the research sample is 103 students or respondents.The results of data analysis showed a correlation value of  0.527 showed that there was a moderate correlation between character education management (X) and student discipline (Y).The correlation coefficient 0.527 is positive, which means there is a positive relationship.The correlation that occurred was significant because the Fcount value was 38.740>Ftable 3.93 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05, so Ho was rejected.This shows that there is a significant positive effect between the management of character education on the discipline of students in SMAIT Mentari IlmuKarawang.The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 27.7%.This shows that the discipline of students (Y) is determined by the management of character education (X) of 27.7%. While 72.3% determined other variables that were not the focus of this study. Keywords: Management, Character Education, Student Discipline Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh manajemen pendidikan karakter terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik di SMAIT Mentari Ilmu Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan angket atau kuesioner melalui Google Form. Populasidalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik di SMAIT Mentari Ilmu Karawang yang berjumlah 138 peserta didik. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 5% dari 138 peserta didik maka didapat sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 103 peserta didik atau responden. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,527 menunjukkan adanya hubungan korelasi sedang antara manajemen pendidikan karakter (X) dengan kedisiplinan peserta didik (Y). Koefisien korelasi 0,527 bernilai positif yang berarti adanya hubungan yang positif. Korelasi yang terjadi signifikan karena diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 38,740 > Ftabel 3,93 dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara manajemen pendidikan karakter terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik di SMAIT Mentari Ilmu Karawang. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2)yaitu sebesar 27,7%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan peserta didik (Y) ditentukan oleh manajemen pendidikan karakter (X) sebesar 27,7%. Sedangkan 72,3% ditentukan variabel lain yang bukan menjadi fokus penelitian ini.   Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Pendidikan Karakter, Kedisiplinan Peserta Didik

Abstract

The modernization of Islamic boarding schools is one of the attitudes and solutions for Islamic boarding schools to continue to exist in meeting the needs of education in Indonesia. The Al-Wustho Foundation, from its inception, has combined formal school and non-formal Islamic boarding schools, as well as informal and family guidance models. By implementing collective management, the Al-Wushto foundation has gained the trust of the surrounding community and even people outside the district by entrusting their children to get general and religious education to become human beings who are beneficial to religion, the state, and the nation. The purpose of this research is to reveal the modernization of the boarding school education institution of the Al-Wustho Pabuaran Subang foundation in terms of transformative leadership styles, collective management, and a combination of formal and formal curricula so that it becomes an accredited institution. With the case study method and descriptive qualitative approach, the author tries to reveal all activities at the Al-Wustho foundation through observation, interviews, and data tracing so that something unique and different from all its weaknesses and strengths is found from the typology of Islamic boarding schools in general. Keywords: Modernization, Islamic Education, Islamic Boarding Schools, Foundations

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between stress management and student motivation in the middle of an era of disruption like this. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The data spread by distributing questionnaires to students of SMK Negeri 5 Tangerang Regency. Respondents in this study were 80 students. SEM PLS is used as a tool in analyzing the collected data. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between stress management and student motivation. Students who are able to manage stress with good learning motivation than students who are unable to manage stress. Keywords: Stress Management, Learning Motivation, Disruption Era, Education  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan manajemen stres dengan motivasi belajar siswa ditengah era disrupsi seperti saat ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar angket kepada peserta didik SMK Negeri 5 Kabupaten Tangerang. Responden dalam penelitian berjumlah 80 peserta didik. SEM PLS digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam menganalisis data yang telah terkumpul. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara manajemen stress dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Siswa yang mampu mengelola stress memiliki motivasi belajar yang baik dibandingkan siswa yang tidak mampu mengelola stress. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Stres, Motivasi Belajar, Era Disrupsi, Pendidikan

Abstract

This research offers a solution that one of the real forms that can be done by higher education is to strengthen local cultural values, for example the Lampung area with the philosophy of Piil Pesengiri integrated with moderate Islam or Islam Rahmatan Lil a’alamin will be able to counter radical ideals among students.  The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the internalization model of local cultural values (Piil Pesenggiri) and moderate Islam in counteracting radicalism in the Student Activity Unit of UIN Raden Intan Lampung.  This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The conclusion in this study is the internalization process of Lampung cultural values in UKM UIN Raden Intan Lampung, among others, through the strengthening and strength of local ideology (local Wisdom) ideology such as piil pesenggiri in ulun lepung culture which consists of 5 philosophies, namely nickname adek, meet nyimah,  negah nyampur, sakai sambayan and titei gemettei, integrated UKM activities are able to harmonize the existing culture in the customs of the people of Lampung (local wisdom) with Islamic values rahmatan lil allamin so that learning about Islam is also taught about the values of tolerance, the value of diversity.  Culture and race, national values (ukuwah watoniyah) so that they are able to motivate the emergence of nationalism as a nation and state and love for the Indonesian homeland. Keywords: Piil Pesinggiri, Moderate Islam, Redicalism, UKMUIN Raden Intan Lampung

Abstract

This research on character building of students through the farming gardening project aims to reveal: 1) Planning for school and community cooperation through farming gardening projects at SD Islam At Tamam 2) Implementation of school and community collaboration through farming gardening projects at SD Islam At Tamam 3 ) The impact of the farming gardening projects at SD Islam At Tamam is for the character building of students. This activity involves the principle of teaching staff, landowners, guardians of students and students. The implementation of the Farming Gardening project is led directly by the Principal of SD Islam At Tamam and is always accompanied by cultivating attitudes and morals, by continuing to maintain relationships between all parties involved. the impact on changes in the character of students in a more positive direction, such as collaboration, work hard, responsible, diligent, independent, sensitive to the environment, economic, entrepreneurial, sd become a benchmark for the success of farming gardening projects.Keywords: Farming Gardening, School and Community Collaboration

Abstract

Abstract The practice of grouping the ability to give many problems to students and cause injustice in education. Studies of western scholars reveal the negative side of ability grouping related to inequality, labeling and low student self-esteem. This study aims to analyze the perspective of the ability grouping concept for principals and teachers, identify the implementation of ability grouping at MTs 2 Bandar Lampung, determine the effect of ability grouping on student academic achievement, and determine the effect of ability grouping on teaching and learning in the classroom. This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study, with the research location in the superior class of MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung. The results showed that the principal and teachers had understood the basic concept of implementing ability grouping, the applied ability grouping had followed the rules and technical guidelines issued by the central and regional religious ministries, there were differences in both academic and non-academic achievement between superior and regular class students, and there are differences in aspects of the learning process applied by the teachers.Keywords: Implementation, Ability Grouping, Superior Class Abstrak Abstrak Praktik pengelompokan kemampuan memberikan banyak masalah kepada siswa dan menyebabkan ketidakadilan dalam pendidikan. Studi dari para sarjana barat mengungkapkan sisi negatif dari pengelompokan kemampuan terkait dengan ketidak setaraan, pelabelan dan harga diri siswa yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perspektif konsep ability grouping kepala sekolah dan guru, mengidentifikasi implementasi ability grouping di MTs 2 Bandar Lampung, mengetahui pengaruh ability grouping pada prestasi akademik siswa, dan mengetahui pengaruh ability grouping  pada pengajaran dan pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus, dengan lokasi penelitian di kelas unggul MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dan guru telah memahami konsep dasar pelaksanaan ability grouping, ability grouping yang diterapkan telah mengikut iaturan dan petunjuk teknis yang dikeluarkan kementerian agama pusat dan wilayah, terdapat perbedaan baik prestosi akademik dan non akademik antara siswa kelas unggul dan regular, dan terdapa tperbedaan pada aspek proses pembelajaran yang diterapkan para guru.  Kata kunci :Implementasi, Ability Grouping, Kelas Unggul

Abstract

Program guru penggerak adalah salah satu bagian terpenting dari kebijakan merdeka belajar. Guru penggerak ditetapkan sebagai agen perubahan untuk mereformasi sistem pendidikan dari unit terkecil yakni sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari dan menelaah diskursus penting tentang peran agen perubahan di dalam proses perubahan organisasi dengan memfokuskan penelaahan pada peran guru penggerak dalam menggerakkan proses transformasi di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan konstruktivistik dengan mengacu pada penelaahan teoretik dan studi dokumen. Dokumen yang ditelaah dalam penelitian ini adalah Modul Pelatihan 1 Guru Penggerak tentang Visi dan Paradigma Guru Penggerak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program guru penggerak mengubah pola transformasi pendidikan dari pola yang terspusat menuju ke arah desentralisasi dengan guru penggerak sebagai agen dan sekolah sebagai pemimpin proses trasnformasi. Guru penggerak berperan membawa visi transformasional dan menyebakan visi tersebut ke seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Proses perubahan yang digerakkan oleh guru penggerak dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan inkuiri apresiatif untuk menggali potensi dan kekuatan perubahan dari dalam sekolah melalui proses dialog sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya resistensi yang kontraproduktif.

Abstract

This writing has the main objective of obtaining information about the principal's policies in improving the quality of education at SMAN 8 Rejang Lebong. The principal's policy in improving the quality of education cannot be separated from the policies taken, the principal has broad authority in improving the quality of education in improving the quality of education, a policy from the principal is needed, especially in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, the curriculum is an important part of the implementation of education schools to improve the quality of education by prioritizing curriculum development, especially the 2013 curriculum by developing teacher creativity in learning, creating a conducive atmosphere in learning, and fostering a sense of teacher responsibility in teaching. The method used is through a qualitative approach, in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, teachers are given training, and facilities and infrastructure are provided to support learning, so as to create quality education in the hope of making education better, superior in the process, the results of the activities produce participants. students in accordance with the hopes and dreams of society at large to produce quality education.
