Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) policy in reducing the expenditure burden of poor households in Gegerbitung District, Sukabumi Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study evaluates the effectiveness of the policy through five key indicators: policy standards and targets, resources, inter-organizational communication, characteristics of implementers, and social, economic, and political conditions. Findings show that while BLT-DD generally benefits the community, several issues hinder its effectiveness, including mistargeting, limited public understanding, and funding constraints. Out of 325 beneficiary households, 159 were inaccurately targeted. Public dependence on aid has also become a significant challenge. Furthermore, socio-political factors such as data manipulation for local political interests worsen aid distribution. The study concludes that successful policy implementation heavily relies on synergy among implementing agents and supportive environmental conditions. Continuous evaluation, accurate data collection, and intensive public outreach are crucial for the program’s success.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of satisfaction, motivation, and work environment on employee performance, with non-financial compensation as a moderating variable. This study was conducted at a Public Health Center (Puskesmas) in Surabaya, involving 206 employees selected using a purposive sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using SEM PLS through Smart PLS 4. The findings of this study indicate that motivation and work environment have a positive significant influence on employee performance. Moderation analysis shows that non-financial compensation strengthens the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. It is recommended that the integration of non-financial compensation in human resource management policies be used as a sustainable approach to improve employee performance in public health institutions.

Abstract

An organization is only as good as its people. The success of an organization is highly dependent on the management of its human resources, especially in the context of post-merger transformation that demands the integration of structure, culture, and work systems. This study aims to examine the role of talent management as a strategic mediator in the relationship between organizational change and organizational culture on employee performance. The study was conducted at PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia Juanda International Airport Branch Office using a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis techniques on 202 respondents. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a positive effect on talent management and employee performance, and talent management significantly mediates the relationship. However, organizational change does not have a significant effect on talent management or employee performance indirectly. This finding suggests that talent management that is aligned with organizational culture has a greater impact on performance than structural change alone. This finding provides a theoretical contribution to the literature on strategic human resource management in the post-merger context in driving performance. This study also provides practical implications for organizations in designing talent-based integration strategies to achieve sustainable competitive advantage

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of paid plastic bag policies on consumer satisfaction, moderated by sustainable green leadership in Pontianak, Indonesia. Using quantitative methods with 100 respondents across five districts, data were analyzed through moderated regression (MRA). Results indicate the policy significantly affects satisfaction (p<0.001), with green leadership strengthening this relationship (R²=0.199). The interaction effect shows effective green leadership can mitigate potential negative consumer responses. These findings contribute to environmental policy implementation literature by demonstrating how leadership quality enhances policy acceptance. Practical implications suggest retailers should implement complementary green initiatives alongside plastic bag fees, while policymakers should promote sustainable leadership training to facilitate smoother policy transitions and increase consumer buy-in for environmental measures.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of business strategy planning on the performance of MSMEs in Merauke Regency and to test the mediating role of Porter's generic strategies, which include cost leadership, differentiation, and focus strategy. A quantitative approach was used using Partial Least Squares analysis techniques on 139 MSME respondents from four industrial sectors. The results indicate that business strategy planning has a positive effect on MSME performance, both directly and indirectly through three competitive strategies. Each strategy proved to be a significant mediator in the relationship between planning and performance. These findings emphasize the importance of documented business planning as a foundation for implementing competitive strategies to achieve optimal performance. This study contributes to the development of competitive strategy models in the context of MSMEs and provides practical implications for business actors and local policymakers

The F-test analysis of the research yielded the following findings: (4) Democratic leadership style, work motivation, and rewards all have a simultaneous impact on job loyalty.
