Abstract

This study examines smartphone ecosystem switching from Android to iOS using the Push-Pull-Mooring framework. It investigates the effects of push, pull, and mooring factors on switching intention and the effect of switching intention on switching behaviour among Indonesian university students. Using a quantitative survey and PLS-SEM analysis with SmartPLS 4, the results show acceptable outer loadings and moderate explanatory power. Push, pull, and mooring factors explain 58.5% of switching intention, while switching intention explains 52.1% of switching behaviour. The findings imply that ecosystem migration is shaped by dissatisfaction, alternative attraction, and switching constraints.

Abstract

Digital transformation has increased technology use in the workplace but also intensified technostress, potentially reducing employee performance. This study examines the effect of technostress on job performance and the moderating roles of training and creative self-efficacy among Generation Z employees in Semarang. Using a quantitative survey of 200 respondents, data were analyzed with SEM-PLS. The findings reveal that technostress negatively affects job performance, while training weakens this negative effect. Creative self-efficacy does not significantly moderate the relationship. The results highlight the importance of continuous training to help organizations mitigate technostress and sustain employee performance in digital work environments.

Abstract

This study analyzes the return movements of the IHSG and eleven IDX sectoral indices during sequential external and domestic shocks from January 2025 to April 2026 using the 5-day EMA, skewness, kurtosis, and Sharpe Ratio. Based on 293 trading days, the results show nonlinear and highly responsive Composite EMA movements, with all sectors recording negative skewness and leptokurtic distributions. Industrials achieved the highest Sharpe Ratio (0.135), followed by Transportation (0.097) and Basic Materials (0.094), while Finance, Composite, and Non-Cyclical recorded negative values. These findings support higher-moment risk management in Indonesian sectoral portfolio analysis. Keywords: Economic Shocks; Stock Returns; Moving Average; Skewness; Kurtosis; Sharpe Ratio
