REDUCING THE USE OF PLASTIC PACKAGING PRODUCTS SNACK FOOD FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS 06 ULAK KARANG UTARA PADANG. School-age children are the generation of the nation's administrators, when they are of developmental age that require nutritional intake to improve good nutritional status. School children generally spend one third of their time at school, thus causing children the opportunity to buy food in the school area. Based on previous research, it was found that almost all respondents (98.7%), students had the habit of buying snacks at school, with the highest frequency of snacks being 2 times a day. Often food products are sold in plastic packaging, where the plastic packaging for food products that does not comply with the Indonesian National Standard has harmful contents for the body. Children buy snack food products based solely on their preferences without thinking that the snack food products are served in packaging made of plastic-based products that can cause illness for themselves. Community service is carried out through socializing the use of plastic packaging products on snacks for elementary school students. Data collection was carried out through observation, document study and interviews, at Elementary School 06 Ulak Karang Utara Padang from March to July 2019. Respondents consisted of 3rd grade students and street food vendors selling at Ulak Karang Utara 06 Elementary School, Padang. The form of activity is the socialization of the types of plastics and the negative impact of using plastic products for body health by using posters and brochures and implementing plastic waste management with the concept of 3R, Reuse, Reduce, Recycle.

FOOD INDEPENDENCE DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF HYDROPONIC TECHNOLOGY IN WUNDUDOPI VILLAGE OF BARUGA DISTRICT, KENDARI CITY. Food security is one of the keys in the country development which is nowadays also affected by the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The appeal about distancing and stay at home demands the community be able to maintain food security starting from household. Various activities can be carried out during the appeal to keep distancing and stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially those who can support household food needs, one of which is hydroponic organic vegetable farming. This activity is aimed to provide information, knowledge as well as practice on hydroponics farming techniques to produce vegetable crop products in an effort to maintain the food security during the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants who took part in this service program were the community groups Dasawisma Bukit Permai II and V Wundudopi Village, Baruga District, Kendari City. Community empowerment through the transfer of hydroponic technology starting with socialization and training in hydroponic farming, then continues with an evaluation to find out the Wundudopi community's perceptions of hydroponic farming technology. After implementing the program, participants experienced increased knowledge and gained skills in farming using hydroponic technology.

UTILIZATION OF ACCU WASTE AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS AS AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY ELECTRICAL ENERGY SOURCE. This community service is a form of community development activity in the utilization of Accu waste and electronic components as an alternative energy source for mini-inverters. The mini-inverter module is made using the Joule Thief method. This method is able to increase low electric power from a 1.5-volt battery source into AC alternating current that can turn on LED lights. The service activity will be carried out in Hajimena Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency in August 2020. This community service activity was attended by 32 participants. Each service participant has been fostered and guided about the process of making mini-inverter modules from waste batteries and components that are no longer used so that they are ready to use and suitable for use and of economic value. The components used in the manufacture of mini-inverters are all obtained from components from AKI and used electronic components as alternative energy sources. With this activity, it is hoped that the partner community will understand how to utilize waste that is difficult to decompose into ready-to-sell goods.

TRAINING OF EDUCATORS IN APPLYING THE DRAWING LANGUAGE METHOD IN THE FORM OF CHILDREN’S PICTURES. Research-based disablement refers to the results of a 2018 study in Bandung City Elementary School which showed 57.14% of low-grade teaching staff used the modeling method of drawing learning so that in the language development scheme the visual images of children did not match their stage of age. Coblong Subdistrict, Bandung City has unique characteristics that live in the middle of the city but still maintain the structure of the urban village. The highest number of public elementary schools in the city of Bandung and does not have special art educators. The purpose of devotion is to provide training to low-grade educators to be able to apply drawing learning methods that are appropriate to the stage of the child's age characterized by visual images of children in accordance with the development of children's visual language development schemes, and can appreciate children's work appropriately. The dedication method uses Action Review with stages, observations, training, assistance, evaluation and follow-up. The results of dedication based on indicators of learning methods that are correlated with the results of children's learning shows that 99% of teaching staff can apply methods that are appropriate to the characteristics of students, age, and appropriate language language schemes. still modeling. Educators are not confused in appreciating children's drawings, because the reference of visual language development schemes and educators can develop creative and interesting material in learning. The follow-up program is a form of appreciation for the needs of educators in the field, from the results of training and mentoring evaluations, educators need book references as a guide in art learning, especially related to drawing methods, children's visual language and ways to appreciate children's drawings.

The use of information teknology in the economy and as a means of education for rural communities is very inportant and beneficial in both improving the performance of village information systems. With a good internet network, The delivery of information from villages to cities can run more quickly. The use of the internet for villages is still lacking due to the lack of communication tools and knowledge of villagers in the use of the internet and the basic Difference in signal betwen villages and cities is that 4G internet access is still unstable due to the hilly topology of the area and uneven distribution of the population from the problems above, We carry out community service by making internet access accessible, especially in the mass covid-19 .internet that is needed by resident especially student from the result of this service we hope that the internet acces that we bukid can be useful for interest in learning and increase the economic potential of the village.

MARKETING COMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT TRAINING ON BUSINESS PRODUCTS OF FAMILY WELFARE EMPOWERMENT GROUP IN CUKANGKAWUNG VILLAGE, TASIKMALAYA REGENCY. This community service aims to assist partners in developing partner-owned businesses through marketing communications. Cukangkawung Village is rich in natural resources, one of which is processed from nature as a product that can be marketed and has the potential to compete in the market. However, this is constrained in marketing partner products. One of the problems is that marketing is still local in nature, does not have a brand and packaging is still plain. The condition of partner product packaging is still using clear plastic with staples attached and the copy product brand, of course this does not provide added value to partner products. Therefore, assistance is needed on how to market products, one of which is packaging that attracts consumers. So that the selling value of partner products increases. The results of the activity show change in increased knowledge and understanding of the potential, benefits, importance of packaging, digital marketing and promotional techniques. Through this service, products that have added value in promoting are created and supported by providing packaging and sealer for three partner groups in Cukangkawung Village, namely Molring in Cilogata village, snacks in Bangbayang and Harapan Mukti village business group.

DEVELOPING BILINGUAL WEB-BASED SCHOOL INFORMATION SYSTEM AT SMA MUHAMMADIYAH GADING REJO. This study aimed at developing a bilingual web-based school information system as a medium to promote and deliver school information to students, parents and community. This system is equipped with school profile information, school facilities, school achievement and documentation that can provide an overview of the school. As a result, parents can select the best school for their children in accordance with their talents and interests. The research method used is a research and development through preliminary research, design and realization. The system is developed by using PHP language and MySQL. WORKSHOP MODEL BASED ONLINE LEARNING AS AN ALTERNATIVE OF ECONOMICS LEARNING IN COVID-19 ERA. The Covid-19 pandemic spread rapidly since March 2020; it impacts in a change in the learning mode from face-to-face learning to online learning. It led various problems felt by teachers and students. Online learning that has been carried out is dominated by assignments and minimal interaction between teachers and students. One of the factors causing the ineffectiveness of online learning is that teachers are not accustomed to arranging online learning. The purpose of this service community activity is to provide training for Economics teachers in developing online learning models as an alternative of Economics learning. The subject of this service community activity are Economics teachers in East Java. These activities are divided into two stages, namely (1) seminars, where participants get material related to the essence of online learning; and (2) assistance in developing online learning models. The results of this service community activity concluded that most of the participants gave a positive response to the training that had been implemented and they were able to arrange online classes well.

TRAINING ON MAKING HAND SANITIZER OF TOGA RAW MATERIAL FOR RURAL COMMUNITIES. The target of this activity is to educate the public to live healthily by realizing the potential in their surroundings. With the existence of Covid-19, it is hoped that rural communities will care more about the environment by caring for and making maximum use of available resources. The purpose of PKM activities is to empower rural communities in order to produce hand sanitizers that can be used for themselves, their families, and if possible, for economic benefits and produce products that have a sale value. Hand sanitizers are cleaning fluids used to wash hands that contain natural substances that can reduce the risk of attaching germs, bacteria, or viruses to a person’s body. With consistent use. This cleaning fluid can at least prevent the infection/disease due to the lack of cleanliness of a person’s body (especially the hands). Through independent production the community is expected to benefit economically. This will be able to support the economy of rural communities who are currently experiencing many problems, for example, people who are unemployed, merchandise that are not selling well, and other dire situations. The training methods used are lectures, tutorials, and hands-on methods to produce hand sanitizers from the materials around them, for example betel and aloe vera plants which are often found in rural communities. The material being trained is how to make hand sanitizers made from toga in the surrounding environment.

DEVELOPMENT OF LECTURERS COMPETENCIES THROUGH THE SOCIALIZATION OF THE SEMESTER LEARNING PLAN (RPS) ERA OF INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0. This socialization activity is an activity carried out in the Automotive Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University. This service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of lecturers in compiling RPS in accordance with the demands of the world today. This is to make it easier for lecturers to plan, compile RPS and evaluate learning oriented in the 4.0 revolution era. This activity was attended by 24 lecturers majoring in automotive engineering. In this socialization activity, it was explained how to prepare RPS in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and also to develop lecturer competence because making RPS is the obligation of lecturers in preparing for the learning process later. The data shows a lack of interest from lecturers in compiling and developing RPS. There are also data results that show the lack of student motivation in learning activities which is part of the readiness of the lecturers themselves in completing learning tools. The method used is science and technology substitution by offering a new, more modern science and technology than the old one. The final result is that the overall service activity process has been considered quite good and useful for automotive engineering majors and is important to be developed as part of the completeness of learning tools.
