BASIC STUDENT LEADERSHIP TRAINING AS A MEANS TO DEVELOP HONEST, CONFIDENCE, RESPONSIBILITY, DISCIPLINE, AND CREATIVE STUDENT LEADERSHIP TALENTS. The purpose of basic student leadership training as a means of developing honest, confident, responsible, disciplined, and creative student leadership talents is to provide additional skills on leadership, public speaking, personality, and entrepreneurship for students who are administrators of the Intra School Student Organization. (OSIS) SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Semarang. This dedication shows that there are 2% of students in the Intra School Student Organization (OSIS) SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Semarang who still do not have a complete understanding of leadership, but 91.3% of the students of the Intra School Student Organization (OSIS) SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Semarang able to explain about leadership. Their public speaking ability is at 65.2%. Their personality knowledge is 73.9% and 56.5% understanding and simulating entrepreneurship. The ability of the leadership of the Intra School Student Organization (OSIS) SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Semarang is higher than other material indicators. Because testing other materials uses practices such as public speaking and entrepreneurship simulations.

Rice field constitutes 70 percent of Kaliputih village in Purwojati municipality, Banyumas and half of the community are farmers. İt motivated the community and Karang Taruna 'Tunas Harum -2' to raise ducks, but they faced some issues of obtaining DOD and high mortality of ducks. Therefore, it required some innovation to solve the problems, namely artificial insemination, hatching eggs in an incubator, feed processing by utilizing the available agricultural waste, and incorporating antioxidants from waste, tea dregs. Tugiyanti et al. (2019) reported that fermented tea dreg contains high antioxidants that could improve duck health and the quality of duck eggs and meat. This community service engaged an extension/technology adoption program through seminars, practice/demo, evaluation as well as training for instructors. The materials (theory and practice) designed for the members of Karang Taruna included the method of duck farming, artificial insemination for ducks, tea dreg fermentation, methods for feed formulation, and incorporating 3% tea dreg to the feed and practice hatching eggs in an incubator. The participants, including the village government officials and the community, had successfully partaken in the process of technology transfer and practice. Conclusively, the community service program can modify the community habit in duck farming and solve issues regarding DOD, feed, and production.

INCREASING SCIENCE PROCESS SKILLS BY APPLYING INSTAD LEARNING MODEL TO PHYSICS LESSONS. Science is the foundation of Natural Science. The essence of science can be developed through physics lessons. To improve learning outcomes and develop student creativity, one of which is the science process skills approach to train students to think independently, be independent, be scientific and be skilled in solving various problems, and be able to find concepts independently. The accuracy in choosing a learning model can help students to generate interest and increase learning outcomes. One learning model that can help students find concepts and use science process skills is the Inquiry Student Team Achievement Division (InSTAD) learning model, with the aim of producing a new syntax that can guide and require students to carry out investigations in group work. Community service activities are carried out at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al-Firdaus Samarinda. This activity was attended by 50 students who were divided into the control class and the experimental class. Activities begin with presentations, then group work, repetitions, tests and group awards. The results of the student evaluation in the experimental class with an average value of 75.2 with good criteria. Meanwhile, the control class was 64.5 with sufficient criteria. This shows that the application of the InSTAD learning model can improve the ability of the science process in physics lessons.

ERADICATING ILLITERACY OF AL-QUR'AN LETTERS ON RESIDENTS AND COMMUNITY OF SCAVENGERS AT THE FINAL WASTE DISPOSAL SITE (TPA) OF KARYABARU VILLAGE, PALEMBANG. The purpose of this community service program is to overcome literacy of the Koran in the scavenger community in the garbage dumps of Karyabaru Village, Alang-alang District, Palembang City. The method used The method used in this service is participatory action research (PAR) in the form of assistance in learning. Based on this service activity, it can be concluded that the ability of learning citizens to show an increase in writing and reading hijaiyah letters, this can be seen from the results of the evaluation at each meeting, namely: (1) the ability to write and read hijaiyah letters of learning citizens who are declared complete as many as 18 (90 %) and incomplete 2 (10%). (2) the ability to write and read changes in hijaiyah letters, namely 17 (85%) learning citizens were declared complete and 3 (15%) learning citizens were declared incomplete. (3) the ability of citizens to learn to pronounce letters correctly and fluently according to their meaning 15 (75%) learning citizens were declared complete and 5 (25%) learning residents were declared not complete, and (4) the ability of residents to learn to pronounce letters that were already marked with a long and short line according to the level in tajwid, namely there are 15 (75%) learning residents who have completed and 5 (25%) learning residents are declared incomplete.

ONLINE TRAINING OF SOCIAL MEDIA APPLICATION FOR MARKETING BAMBOO CRAFT PRODUCT IN SELAAWI, GARUT, WEST JAVA. The distribution of goods and services needs marketing to reach the potential customers. The development of internet technology expand the marketing of goods and services from traditional to online market. The bamboo artisans of Selaawi Subdistrict, Garut Regency, realized that it was necessary to market their products online to increase the market share of their craft products, which are currently distributed offline. The Community Service (PPM) Team of Fikom Unpad conducted "Online Training on Social Media Applications for Marketing Bamboo Craft Products in Selaawi, Garut Regency" for creative bamboo economic people in Selaawi Subdistrict, who have not used social media or not optimally used social media as a marketing and promotion channels for bamboo handicraft products. This PPM aims to elevate bamboo artisan’s knowledge in using social media to support the marketing and distribution of bamboo handicraft products directly to customers and sales agents. The social media skills is expected to invite buyers, and increase bamboo artisan’s income. PPM activity presented speakers who owned Amygdala Bamboo, the Head of Selaawi subdistrict, the coordinator of bamboo craft artisans in Selaawi, and PPM Team of Fikom Unpad. This PPM activity was conducted online through Zoom Cloud Meetings, which was attended by bamboo crafts artisans and other participants.

OPTIMIZING THE SWEET POTATOES’ POTENTIAL IN SINDANGKARYA VILLAGE, MENES SUB-DISTRICT, PANDEGLANG REGENCY. Sweet potato is one of the agricultural commodities that is suitable for cultivation in Sindangkarya village, Pandeglang Regency. Each year, Sindangkarya village produces 350 tonnes of sweet potato. However, the low price of sweet potato causes small income for the residents. One of the efforts to increase its selling value is processing sweet potatoes into various products such as sweet potato cake or various other processed products. The problem founded is that people do not have the knowledge and skills of sweet potatoes utilization. The purpose of this community service activity is to transfer knowledge and train the community skills in processing sweet potatoes so they will have a higher selling value and attract the buyers. This article concludes that Sindangkarya Village has a business potential that involves the participants, PKK Cadres, Posyandu Cadres and Youth Organization developing creative ideas to make valuable products and beneficial to the lives of Sindangkarya residents and can reduce unemployment.

E-COMMERCE WEBSITE AS A MEDIA FOR PROMOTING SALES OF FISHERMEN’S WIFE GROUP SEAFOOD PROCESSING IN KARANGANTU. Currently fish caught from husbands who work as fishermen can only be marketed fresh, and if they are not sold, they will be discarded or used as animal feed. Fish product development processing is being carried out by agencies for groups of fishermen’s wives. We carried out community service by marketing team that can help increase fishermen household income. Marketing strategy is by creating a website. The objectives of community service through this activity are as follows: (a) Introducing fishermen’s wives to information media for sales, (b) Creating Banten Bahari E-Commerce Website (BAHARI) which later can be used as marketing media by fisherman wives. Method to achieve the first goal is by community education, and for online we use the Waterfall method. The socialization of online media introduction for marketing marine products in Karangantu was well responded by fishermen’s wives. Making the BAHARI website is one of promotional media that fishermen’s wives can use in the future.

PARTNERSHIP OF THE HEALTH PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION IN THE APPLICATION OF THE KESET METHOD TO MANAGE STRESS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC FOR THE PEOPLE OF CIBIRU WETAN VILLAGE AND PHARMACIST PRACTITIONERS IN SUMEDANG REGENCY, WEST JAVA. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an alternative treatment method that offers healing from physical and emotional pain and disease. EFT works by tapping on acupressure meridians to release blockages. When these blockages are released, the problem feeling can be released and move through the body. Learning EFT also empowers the client to take charge of handling their emotional state/ controls stress. because they can tap on a feeling any time, they want to move out a painful feeling. Impact of quarantine or PSBB, the restriction of movement of people, is the mental health toll became even steeper including for community of Desa Cibiru Wetan and pharmacist of Kabupaten Sumedang, West Java. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity was to transfer knowledge about the EFT method for stress management during the Covid-19 pandemic for the Desa Cibiru Wetan community and pharmacist in Kabupaten Sumedang, West Java. The stages of this activity began from education about stress and its prevention, and continues with the introduction of the KESET method in managing stress independently. The critical point in this activity is how to transfer knowledge and skills in preparing the participants who use this technique believe tapping the body can create a balance in their energy system and treat pain. The results of the activity showed that community participation could improve the knowledge and ability of participants in handling their emotional state/ controls stress by using KESET method. In conclusion, this activity could be an alternative healing from emotional pain for participants.

Mathematics is a universal science that underlies the development of modern technology and has an important role in various disciplines and the development of human thinking. PISA (Program for International Student Assessment) is an international study in the context of assessing learning outcomes, one of which aims to test the mathematical literacy of students aged 15 Mathematical literacy is needed not only for mastery of my material. but also requires the use of reasoning, concepts. Mathematical facts and tools in solving everyday problems Given the importance of mathematical literacy skills, this training is a form of community service, especially for students aged 15 years. The method used is the approach method and the method of implementation. The output target of this activity is to provide mastery skills of 15 year old vocational school students of SMK in order to increase their knowledge and skills in Mathematics. The result of this training is the addition of new knowledge for students in math problems. close to their lives. Most students understand the material on the training being carried out, they even look enthusiastic because according to them the tutor who delivers the material is very good at the material presented.

TRAINING OF ANTY-HYPERTENSION CADRES IN RW 15, PENJARINGAN, NORTH JAKARTA. The prevalence of NCD Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) in Indonesia is increasing, including hypertension. DKI Jakarta is one of the provinces with high prevalence of hypertension. To prevent complications due hypertension, regular screening and monitoring of risk factors is needed. Screening and monitoring of risk factors have been carried out by health officers through Posbindu PTM, also the active role of the community is needed. RW 15 Penjaringan is one of the RW with high prevalence of hypertension (29.9%) even though they already have Posbindu. The problems that occur in their Posbindu are the low number of visits by people with hypertension, the cadres lacks of knowledge about hypertension, lack of skills in measuring blood pressure, and lack of tensimeter to cover people with hypertension. To overcome this problem, RW 15 runs an anti-hypertension program that requires active and skilled cadres. It is necessary to train cadres for the sustainability of the program. These cadre training includes a pre-post test to measure cadres' knowledge, provide education about hypertension, then demonstrations and simulations of blood pressure measurement. After that, the cadres' knowledge of hypertension increased, and all cadres were able to measure blood pressure using a tensimeter. It is hoped that when the program run, cadres will be able to apply what was done during the training properly, and material refreshment should be done to maintain the quality of cadres’ knowledge.
