Abstract

ABSTRACT . The government's seriousness in improving education is never a joke, this effort is clearly seen in early childhood learning. This research aims to answer the problem that with a small number of centers, teachers should be able to maximize the variety/type of toys, but in reality this has not happened. It also explained about the implementation of learning centers and knowing the factors that support and or hinder the implementation of learning centers at Raudhatul Athfal Azzahra Way Jepara, East Lampung. The design in this study is descriptive. Data collection was carried out using observation and interview techniques. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative techniques. The results of the study: the implementation of learning centers in Raudhatul Athfal Azzahra Way Jepara East Lampung is through five centers, namely the Preparation Center, Art Center, Block Center, Role Playing Center, and Natural Materials Center. Of course there are many inhibiting and supporting factors during this learning change process but reap significant results from the academic abilities and character of the child. Where children are more disciplined, enthusiastic, responsible, and the child's social level increases.Keywords:  Learning Center Model, Early Childhood

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Field trip merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang memberi kesempatan kepada anak-anak untuk mengamati atau mengobservasi dan memperoleh informasi secara langsung dengan berbagai benda di sekitar anak. TK Nara Islamic School Kota Cirebon menerapkan metode field trip dalam mengembangkan kemampuan sains. Jenis peneliti ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pemerolehan data berasal dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa field trip sangat efektif digunakan pada anak Taman Kanak-kanak karena anak dapat belajar secara langsung berbagai kejadian yang terjadi dan dapat merangsang anak untuk bertanya. Filedtrip diterapkan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang sudah dibuat. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran sains melalui kegiatan field trip diantaranya dengan memperkenalkan langsung anak ke alam. Anak dapat melihat, mendengar, merasakan, rasa dan menyentuh sesuai dengan yang distimulasi Pendidik. Anak juga dapat belajar secara langsung sehingga lebih mudah memahami. Keberhasilan penggunaan metode dalam pembelajaran sains melalui kegiatan field trip anak usia dini dapat teramati dengan hasil penilaian anak berkembang sesuai harapan dalam aspek memecahkan masalah dan berpikir logis.Kata Kunci:  Anak usia dini, metode field trip, pembelajaran sains ABSTRACT. Field trips are one of the learning methods that provide opportunities for children to observe or observe and obtain information directly with various objects around the child. TK Nara Islamic School Cirebon City applies the field trip method in developing scientific skills. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data acquisition comes from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that field trips are very effective for Kindergarten children because children can learn directly about various events that occur and can stimulate children to ask questions. Filedtrip is applied according to the plan that has been made. Implementation of science learning through field trip activities, including by introducing children directly to nature. Children can see, hear, feel, taste and touch according to what is stimulated by the educator. Children can also learn directly so that it is easier to understand. The success of using the method in learning science through field trip activities for early childhood can be observed with the results of the assessment that children develop according to expectations in the aspect of solving problems and thinking logically.Keyword: early childhood, field trip methods, learning science

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the use of Motion Graphics Video learning media has on the empathy of preschool children. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. This research was conducted in a kindergarten located in Purwakarta, Indonesia. The participants involved in this study were children aged 5-6 years (group B) totaling 15 children from the UPI Purwakarta Lab school as an experimental class and 15 children from Mentari Kindergarten as a control class. The rating scale carried out in this study aims to determine the empathy of children aged 5-6 years before being given treatment and after being given treatment through pretest and posttest. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a paired simple t-test to determine the effect of learning methods on the empathy of preschool children, and an independent sample t-test to determine the difference in empathy between the experimental group and the control group. The results of this study are (1) There is an influence of motion graphic video learning media on the empathy of preschool children. (2) There is a difference in empathy between preschool children who learn using motion graphics video media with preschool children who learn using big book media. The conclusion obtained from this study is that motion media graphic video is more effective than conventional media (big book) in increasing empathy for preschool-age children. Keywords : Motion Graphics Video, Empathy, Early Childhood

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis metode pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dan mendeskripsikan penerapan metode Ummi pada pembelajaran Al-Qur’an untuk anak usia dini di PAUD Baiturrahman Pejeruk Ampenan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study) dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di PAUD Baiturrahman menggunakan metode Ummi untuk mengajarkan al-Qur’an pada anak usia dini. Hal ini didasarkan karena metode Ummi mempunyai kelebihan dibandingkan dengan metode-metode yang lain, misalnya metode Ummi lebih menarik untuk diajarkan, mudah dan serta nyaman dalam proses pembelajarannya. Selain itu juga dalam metode Ummi penekanannya dalam nada dengan memakai irama, pembelajarannya menggunakan media ajar yakni buku (kitab khusus jilid 1-7 dan buku pendukung lainnya) dan juga ada pembelajaran lanjutan jika sudah menyelesaikan jilid 6, yakni Ghoribul Qur’an dan Buku Tajwid. Kata Kunci :  Metode Ummi, Anak Usia Dini. ABSTRACT. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the types of Al-Qur'an learning methods and describing the application of the Ummi method to Al-Qur'an learning for early childhood in PAUD Baiturrahman Pejeruk Ampenan. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that in PAUD Baiturrahman used the Ummi method to teach the Qur'an to early childhood. This is based on the fact that the Ummi method has advantages compared to other methods, for example the Ummi method is more interesting to teach, easy and comfortable in the learning process. In addition, in the Ummi method the emphasis is on tone by using rhythm, learning uses teaching media, namely books (special books volumes 1-7 and other supporting books) and there is also further learning if you have completed volume 6, namely Ghoribul Qur'an and Tajweed Books. Keyword : Ummi Method, Early Childhood.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of teacher media literacy skills on strengthening character education in Aisyiyah Kindergarten in Makassar City. The population in this study were teachers of Aisyiyah Kindergarten in Makassar, amounting to 135 teachers spread from 47 Aisyiyah Kindergarten and in obtaining research samples using purposive random sampling technique which previously obtained a number of samples using the Slovin formula as many as 57 teachers. The data collection technique was obtained by using a like-art scale questionnaire whose instrument development procedures included validity testing using a gregory testing model and construct validity using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and reliability testing using the Cronbach alpha formula which resulted in a reliability coefficient value of 0.98 for the teacher's digital literacy skill instrument and a reinforcement value of 0.97 for the instrument's instrument character. The data collected were analyzed using inferential statistics, namely simple regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that water had a positive and significant effect on teacher media literacy skills on strengthening character education in Aisyiyah Kindergarten in Makassar CityKeyword : Teachers; Media literacy skills; Character education

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe challenge of developing religious values today is consistency and long-term memory. Because the development of religious values will be valid for the whole life of the child. This study aims to show habituation methods that can be used in developing dimensions of religiosity in the golden age. This research was conducted using qualitative research through a phenomenological approach. The respondents in this study were teachers and children in TK ABA Rewulu Kulon Yogyakarta. Techniques used for data collection with Focus Group Discussions, interviews and observations, while in analyzing data with data reduction, visualization, and data verification. The research obtained data that in carrying out the habituation method, it was carried out with several programs of habituation activities, namely dhuha prayers, almsgiving, memorization of prayers and hadith, studying and memorizing by applying the concept of Wafa Learning. The habituation method by applying several programs has been proven to build a dimension of religiosity for children faster, quality, fun and long-term. Application that is carried out consistently can build the dimendi of children's religiosity more optimally.Keyword: Early Childhood; Habituation Methods; Religiosity Dimension

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's ability to develop assessment tools according to learning objectives, carry out assessments with various techniques, and analyze the results of the assessment. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used applies the concept of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) The teacher has met the indicators in compiling an assessment tool that is in accordance with the learning objectives, namely establishing basic competencies and formulating activities, determining assessment techniques and criteria, determining the place and time for assessment. (2) The teacher has applied various PAUD assessment techniques in carrying out the assessment, namely observation, conversation, assignment, performance, and children's work. (3) The teacher has analyzed the results of the assessment to identify the achievement of children's development by first collecting the assessment data, then processing the data to observe the achievement of each child's development, then reporting the results of the assessment each semester to parents in the form of reports on the progress of students. Abstract

ABSTRAK. Kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini saat ini menurun. Hal ini didukung berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah kurangnya penggunaan pembelajaran yang inovatif yang mampu mengembangkan berbagai aspek perkembangan anak, khususnya ada kemampuan kognitif anak.. Pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak adalah pembelajaran kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan kognitif anak pada pembelajaran kontestual di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpul data yakni observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian anak usia 5-6 tahun di kelas B Maria al-Qibty Taman Kanak-kanak Islam al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya. Sedangkan analisa data yang digunakan dengan pendekatan Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kognitif anak meningkat pada pembelajaran kontekstual ini. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan beberapa indikator kemampuan kognitif anak seperti meningkatnya kemampuan memecahkan masalah sederhana, memahami konsep sains dan konsep bilangan. Anak yang semula tidak mengetahui warna dan bentuk, ketika dilaksanakan pembelajaran kontekstual mulai memahami warna dan bentuk tersebut.Kata Kunci:  Pembelajaran Kontekstual, Kemampuan Kognitif, Anak Usia diniABSTRACTCognitive abilities in early childhood are currently declining. This is supported by various factors, one of which is the lack of use of innovative learning that can develop various aspects of children's development, especially children's cognitive abilities. Learning that can be used to improve children's cognitive abilities is contextual learning. This study aims to determine the cognitive abilities of children in contextual learning at Al-Ittifaqiah Islamic Kindergarten Indralaya. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with data collectors namely observation, interviews, and documentation with research subjects aged 5-6 years in class B Maria al-Qibty Islamic Kindergarten al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya. While the data analysis used the Miles and Huberman approach. The results showed that children's cognitive abilities increased in this contextual learning. This is evidenced by several indicators of children's cognitive abilities such as the increased ability to solve simple problems and understand science concepts and number concepts. Abstract

ABSTRAK. Tantangan bagi guru berprestasi dalam pengembangan profesinya menjadi guru teladan yang mampu menginspirasi bagi sesama guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk  mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi dan hubungan guru RA berprestasi dengan masyarakat yang mampu mengembangkan profesinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan psikologis yang dilakukan langsung kepada subjek yang diteliti, guna memperoleh semua data terkait komunikasi hubungan Guru RA berprestasi dengan masyarakat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi, dengan 5 (lima) guru RA berprestasi, teknik analisis data meliputi mereduksi data, menyajikan, menarik kesimpulan dan menverifikasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi. Penelitian berhasil mengungkap: Interaksi di dalam konteks melaksanakan tugas yang secara langsung tertuju kepada tujuan RA atau satuan pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Interaksi di luar konteks menjalankan tugas, walaupun interaksi itu terjadi di lingkungan kerja dalam sekolah RA, serta hubungan yang baik dalam konteks melaksanakan tugas menjadi prasyarat supaya produktivitas meningkat dengan masyarakat sekitar RA. Komunikasi yang kontinu istiqomah dan proses saling memberi masukan, serta saling menerima, juga membuat koreksi diri atau instrospeksi guru beserta sekolah menjadi giat, semangat, dan kontinu. Kata Kunci:  Profesi, komunikasi, Guru RA, berprestasi, masyarakat.ABSTRACT. The challenge for outstanding teachers in their professional development is to become exemplary teachers who are able to inspire fellow teachers. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how the communication and relationship between outstanding RA teachers and people who are able to develop their profession. This study uses a qualitative method with a psychological approach that is carried out directly on the subject under study, in order to obtain all data related to the communication of the relationship between outstanding RA teachers and the community. Collecting data using interviews, documentation, and observation, with 5 (five) outstanding RA teachers, data analysis techniques include reducing data, presenting, drawing conclusions and verifying. The validity of the data was tested by using triangulation technique. The research succeeded in revealing: Interaction in the context of carrying out tasks that are directly aimed at the goals of RA or the Early Childhood Education unit. Interaction outside the context of carrying out tasks, even though the interaction occurs in the work environment within the RA school, as well as good relationships in the context of carrying out tasks are prerequisites so that productivity increases with the community around RA. Continuous communication istiqomah and the process of giving each other input, and accepting each other, also makes self-correction or introspection of teachers and schools to be active, enthusiastic, and continuous.  Keyword: Profession, communication, RA teacher, achievers, society.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh media pop up book terhadap kemampuan berbicara anak. Penelitian dilakukan pada kelompok B dengan usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-Kanak Kecamatan Baros, Kabupaten Serang-Banten khususnya di TK Kasih Bunda dan TK Mangga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equevalent control group design dengan sampel 30 anak, kelas B1 pada TK Kasih Bunda sebanyak 15 anak sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas B1 pada TK Mangga sebanyak 15 anak sebagai kelas kontrol.             Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 2 minggu, instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa pedoman observasi dengan analisis data menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan berbicara anak kelompok eksperimen saat pretest sebesar 38,47 dan untuk kelompok kontrol rata-ratanya sebesar 40,33. Sementara itu hasil posttest pada kelompok eksperimen rata-ratanya sebesar 42,93 % dan kelompok kontrol rata-ratanya menjadi 40,73%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media pop up book terhadap kemampuan berbicara anak.  Kata Kunci : Media Pop Up Book, Kemampuan Berbicara, Anak Usia 5-6 TahunABSTRACT. The study was conducted on group B aged 5-6 years in Kindergarten, Baros District, Serang-Banten Regency, especially in Kasih Bunda Kindergarten and Mangga Kindergarten. The method used in this study is a quasy-experimental study with a non-equevalent control group design with a sample of 30 children, class B1 at Kasih Bunda Kindergarten as many as 15 children as the experimental class and class B1at Mangga Kindergarten as many as 15 children as control class. The research was conducted for 2 weeks, instrument used in this study showed that the average speaking ability of the experimental group children t the pretest was 38,47 and for the control group the average was 40,33. Meanwhile, the posttest results in the experimental group average 42,93% and the control group average 40,73%. This shows that the there is an influence of pop up book media on children’s speaking ability of children 5-6 years.Keywords: Pop Up Book Media, Speaking ability, Children 5-6 years.
