Abstract

Basically Islamic law stipulates that the share of a son's inheritance is twice that of a woman's, but the law came down to where in the classical and medieval periods the role of women in the household only revolved around the well, mattress, and kitchen. In contrast to today, where the role of women already has the same rights and obligations in running life in a family. So that contemporary scholars perform ijtihad by relating Islamic law to modern times. The purpose of this study was to find out how comparative the distribution of inheritance according to Munawir Sjadzali and M. Quraish Shihab. This research article uses the librray research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study explained the provisions for the distribution of inheritance according to the opinion of Munawir Sjadzali and Quraish Shihab according to a progressive legal perspective, looking at the development of human life itself by adjusting the division of inheritance to 1: 1 by looking at the role roles between women and men who were equal, marriage activities that were dowry in the form of money and gold turned into a set of prayer tools, is a dynamic division with the development of life In this modern-day society, the morals of humanity are put forward for human welfare and happiness in the distribution of inheritance.

Abstract

Marriage is a form of legal action between husband and wife. Marriage is not only interpreted to realize worship to Allah alone, with the existence of a marriage, it will cause civil law consequences between the two. Here there are arrangements regarding the rights and obligations of each husband and wife, the husband is the heart of life in the family where it is the husband who has the advantage to lead a family compared to a wife who looks after assets and takes care of her husband and children, one of the responsibilities of a husband is in the wheels of the economy. The condition of the convicts who are in the Correctional Institution only participates in coaching program activities, there is no extra effort that must be made by convicts in fulfilling their own living because the independence coaching that is carried out is only limited to training. However, it is different from the situation when the prison itself has adequate facilities so that the convicts can work or manage in agriculture, animal husbandry or home industry. The research method used is Juridical-Dogmatic or Normative-Juridical. The results of the research conducted show that inmates who are in Correctional Institutions cannot provide a living for their families, but there are efforts they can make, namely first entrusting their wives and children to their families so that their dependents become debts, secondly by leaving a business for their children and wives before they are in the penitentiary.

Abstract

Honey has been a subject of significant interest in Islamic culture due to its mention in the Quran and Hadith of the Prophet. The Quran describes honey as a source of healing, and the Hadith of the Prophet also speaks about its therapeutic benefits. Islamic scholars have incorporated honey into traditional medicines and written about its use in prophetic medicine. Contemporary research has increasingly focused on studying the unique properties of honey, inspired by the Quran. The approach followed in this study is descriptive and analytical. This research has shown that honey is not like other sugars and has health benefits that make it a potential cure for various diseases. However, more research is still needed to fully understand and utilize the therapeutic benefits of honey. The cooperation of researchers in prophetic medicine and specialists in modern medicine is required to further discover the benefits of honey for the treatment of various diseases, ultimately benefiting humanity. The Quran's guidance on the benefits of honey and the need for further research in this area highlight the importance of honey in Islam and its potential to contribute to human health and well-being.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to investigate teacher’s view towards the need of developing Áqliyyah-Nafsiyyah Taxonomy Islamic Education learning for Secondary level. Model McKilip (1987) adapted was used as a basic model for the study. Method by using structured interview among 10 teachers teaching Islamic subject and 2 lecturers in Islamic education to investigate the need of development a new taxonomy. The data obtained were analyzed through thematic analysis by using Atlas. The overall findings show that mostly teachers and lecturers had agreed that the need of a new taxonomy for Islamic education for the future beside referring to Bloom taxonomy or other taxonomy which are not suitable for Islamic education right now. The result has shown the objective for need analysis in this phase had obtained. Twelve research participants' analysis results identified a need for a new taxonomy for secondary-level Islamic education learning, as the current approach relies solely on Bloom's taxonomy. The study is divided into eight parts: demographics of the participants, the meaning and importance of reason, how reason guides belief in Allah, the role of Islamic scholars, differences between Islam and the West, views on using Bloom's taxonomy in Islamic education, and the need for a new taxonomy. The study participants are classified by gender, age, teaching experience, positions held, and education levels.

Abstract

Religious education received from an early age will have an influence on the child's subsequent religious development. The aim of this research is to determine the curriculum and implementation of PAI in PAUD and SD. This panel research is qualitative research using the library research method. The results obtained from this research are that the PAI PAUD Curriculum seeks to develop children's religious and spiritual potential, including an introduction to Allah through His nature and creation, Kalimah Tayyibah which reflects everyday Islamic values such as alhamdulillah and astaghfirullah and an introduction to the fifth pillar of Islam. This competency is described in a number of learning outcome indicators covering faith, morals and worship. The implementation of Islamic religious and moral values in students tends to lead to habits in daily behavior at school. The application of Islamic religious education in PAUD can also be carried out by teaching children morals, praying fardhu prayers properly and correctly, training children to learn the Koran with Iqro. The PAI curriculum content in elementary schools has 5 scopes of material contained in PAI subjects for grades I to VI, with the distribution as follows; Koran, 11 KD; Aqidah, 17 KD; Morals 25 KD, Fiqh, 12 KD; and History of Islamic Civilization (SPI), namely 33 KD. Implementation of the PAI curriculum includes planning, implementation and evaluation.

Abstract

Bukhari Hadith Number 6531 All the narrators in the hadith sanad, totaling 4 narrators, are all qualified: tshiqah (trusted). All the transmitters each met with a transmitter who had the status of their teacher, thus their sanad was muttasil; The hadith explains that togetherness is something that is commanded. Allah to Muslims. In each of His commands, Allah always uses the jama'i (communal) form such as Ya ayyuhalladina A'manu (O you who believe) not the infiradi (individual) form Ya ayyuhal mu'min (O you who believe). Togetherness is important because by always being together and living side by side in society, we can exchange thoughts, life experiences and opinions which will be useful when we face a problem. Together, various problems can be solved and overcome.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the exploration of multiculturalism in Islamic society during the time of the Prophet and Khulafaur Rasyidin. This research concludes that: In the exploration of the multiculturalism of Islamic society in the era of the Prophet and Khullafaulr Rasyidin, it can be concluded that cross-cultural harmony created miracles in their lives. Diversity of ethnicities, cultures and social backgrounds is the main driver for unity and equality. This miracle not only creates tolerance, but also inspires positive collaboration between different individuals, forming an inclusive and strong society. This conclusion underlines that the understanding and application of multiculturalism values in past Islamic societies became an important foundation for harmony and continuity in collective life.

Abstract

Many preachers today do not comply with the applicable code of ethics and violate the rules, so that the message of preaching is difficult for listeners to accept. Surah Thā-Hā (Surah 20) from the Qur'an contains very valuable lessons about the code of ethics and procedures for preaching. In verses 40-46, Allah SWT ordered Prophet Musa AS to go to Pharaoh, who was known as one of the unjust rulers of his time. The aim of this research is to find out the code of ethics for preachers contained in Surah Thā-Hā Verses 40-46. The research method used in this research uses qualitative research with a library research approach. The analysis used is content analysis and historical analysis. The data source for this research is primary data in the form of the Koran Surah Thā-Hā Verses 40-46, while the secondary data source is from various related previous writings, both from books and articles that are appropriate to the discussion. The results of this research show that there are several things in the code of ethics contained in Surah Thā-Hā Verses 40-46. The first is brave, the second is patient, the third is gentle, the fourth is always obedient to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Tiktok media is audio-visual media that presents various creative and interesting content and information for users. This media has become a popular application that is widely used and downloaded throughout the world. The high rate of use of TikTok media is like two sides of a coin which has an impact on various vulnerable ages, especially children. Children are an age that is vulnerable to being exposed to the impact of TikTok media in the era of the tsunami of content that is increasingly emerging, especially regarding their religious behavior. This article aims to determine the strengthening of da'wah amidst the high use of media among children in Ntobo Village, Raba District, Bima City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data was obtained through observations, interviews and documentation. Based on this research, it is known that the high use of TikTok media tends to have a negative impact on children's religious behavior which can be seen from various forms of deviation from religious law, a decrease in moral values and politeness and an increasing sense of shame. In this case, strengthening the value of da'wah is a solution to stem the tsunami of TikTok media content which is supported by parental supervision and social control.

Abstract

Aswaja education is one of the subjects included in the madrasa curriculum, especially in Salaf Islamic boarding schools, where in Aswaja learning the values of faith and morals are explained which are very fundamental for students so that they can be applied in everyday life. Meanwhile, the values of ahlussunnah waljama'ah include; tolerance and respect for others is very important to instill in students so that the mindset and attitudes possessed by students can be formed well and away from harsh and easily emotional attitudes. This research analyzes how the Darun Najah Islamic Boarding School instills the values of the ahlussunnah waljamaah faith through ASWAJA learning and other religious activities. This research includes field research by conducting observations and interviews. The results of this research include: 1).Aswaja education has an important role in the development and development of children, especially with regard to instilling religious and social values. This was based on the scholars of the classical period, at that time they placed more emphasis on strengthening Islamic religious teaching which was more focused on moral education, such as tolerance and respect for diversity. 2). Bullying is an act that hurts someone intentionally or with the intention that already exists within the perpetrator which results in being hurt, disturbed and harmed. The background to the existence of the Darun Najah Islamic Boarding School applies Aswaja values due to cases of bullying among Islamic boarding schools. This behavior is caused by 2 factors, namely family factors and individual factors.  From this problem, the Darun Najah Islamic boarding school created a concept to overcome bullying or bullying behavior, including: forming a tolerant character, respecting differences, habituation to manners, friendly habits, and uswah (exemplary) methods.
