Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of measurements of the priority vendors of the two vendors used by the company in the process of shipping export goods or shipment. This study uses the AHP-Likert Scale (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method where the Likert scale is used as a comparison. Problem solving is done by making research using qualitative research methodology with descriptive elaboration. Data collection is done by giving or making questionnaires to get the weight of the assessment carried out by inferring with AHP and Likert from the data collected through questionnaires shared where the respondents came from respondents who have dedication and direct links as well as have the capability to provide vendor performance assessments. The results of the research that were tested from the level of consistency were divided into 4 criteria, namely; Price, Service, Quality and Reliability and from the results of the qualitative calculation method by distributing questionnaires from 10 experts for two existing vendors, namely MSA Kargo and Andima, where MSA Kargo got a weight value of 22.84 and Andima got a weight value of 10.66.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how sales promotions and the perceived ease of cashless transactions influence the interest in using ShopeePay. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, while data analysis included multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination), which were previously subjected to validity and reliability tests. The results indicate that both sales promotions and perceived ease have a positive and significant impact on the interest in using ShopeePay. Furthermore, the combination of these two factors also proves to have a positive and significant effect on usage interest. The coefficient of determination test yields a value of 0.635, suggesting that 63.5% of the variation in ShopeePay usage interest can be explained by sales promotions and perceived ease, while the remaining percentage is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

SMEs often struggle with manufacturing efficiency and inventory management, hindering their ability to meet customer demands. ERP systems can integrate data to improve planning and decision-making but must align with SCOR principles to ensure holistic digital transformation. This study examines CV. PJ, a textile SME in Bandung operating across three locations to process yarn into raw material and then into dyed fabric. Problem identification was carried out using qualitative methods employing surveys and interviews and also quantitative methods to analyze sales data. A gap analysis revealed two primary issues that include plan and make. The plan component aims to enhance customer fulfillment planning accuracy through demand forecasting, while the make component focuses on production efficiency. To address these issues, the open-source ERP system Odoo, with modules for finance, manufacturing, inventory, sales, and purchasing, was implemented to streamline six main processes. The system effectively recorded data and generated reports, enabling SCOR-aligned decision-making. After six months, the implementation achieved an average perfect order fulfilment rate of 87.5%, categorized as excellent. This study highlights how SCOR-based ERP Odoo implementation enhances scheduling and product movement efficiency, significantly improving operational reliability and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The study assesses the efficiency of last-mile delivery (LMD) depot locations for third-party logistics companies in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, using the K-means clustering algorithm. The goal is to optimize new depot placements to reduce delivery distances and operational costs. Data were gathered via field observations and Google Maps to map depots, customers, and geographic features. K-means clustered customer locations, and depot efficiency was measured by Euclidean distance to cluster centroids—shorter distances indicating better alignment. The results show minor distance deviations among some companies, but no significant efficiency differences were found, suggesting that depot strategies remain suboptimal and could benefit from more data-driven optimization. This study offers practical insights on using K-means for depot placement and underscores the need to refine clustering methods for better LMD performance.
