Abstract

Program Praktisi Mengajar MBKM merupakan inisiatif kerja sama antara praktisi industri dengan perguruan tinggi untuk mengatasi isu kesulitan perusahaan dalam merekrut lulusan universitas yang siap kerja dan tingginya angka pengangguran di kalangan terdidik. Sebagai respons, FISIP Unila telah menyesuaikan dengan kebijakan MBKM melalui Peraturan Rektor No. 21/2020 dan melakukan diseminasi program ini kepada mitra kerjanya . Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi dialog interaktif via FGD, pemberian sosialisasi tentang Program Praktisi Mengajar, serta tutorial pendaftaran, ditutup dengan observasi dan monitoring. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dengan hasil pengukuran menunjukkan peserta mendapatkan peningkatan wawasan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan, khususnya tentang peran penting praktisi dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi. Dari observasi, peserta menunjukkan antusiasme dan perkembangan dalam proses pendaftaran program tersebut, serta terlihat motivasi dan kepercayaan diri mereka untuk terlibat lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran kolaboratif. Sebagai simpulan, program ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif dan memberi dukungan untuk percepatan Program Praktisi Mengajar.

Abstract

Maritime Character Formation Training for the Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association (IPNU) in Gowa Regency is a community service program aimed at providing understanding and awareness of the importance of understanding, strengthening, maintaining, and applying maritime character for the younger generation in daily life. This training reinforces the idea that every individual in Indonesian society should make maritime character their identity. This community service involves the younger generation of IPNU in Gowa Regency using active and participatory methods. The training teaches the importance of applying maritime character for the younger generation in shaping their future and the future of the nation. Character imbued with humanistic, wise, religious, innovative, resilient, integrity, and independent values is a capital in facing future challenges and helps build the nation to become more advanced, stronger, and highly competitive in the global arena. The formation of maritime character needs to be continuously developed and carried out widely so that the message conveyed can reach the entire community.

Abstract

Students and university students are potential human resources for the future of the nation that must be processed seriously as assets that must be maintained, educated, and developed. The current era of disruption has challenges in the form of a large flow of globalization with accelerated technology and information, students and college students need to increasingly have the power of focus, peace of mind, and mental toughness to achieve high achievement and noble character. One of the efforts that can be made to achieve these competencies is through the practice of traditional archery sport Jemparingan. In addition, the younger generation also strives to preserve the culture of the archipelago. In the current era of globalization, Jemparingan traditional archery has been neglected by the people who own it. Through the Jemparingan Traditional Archery Sport Art Training program in the House of Culture and Civilization of Unisma, the implementation team wants to introduce the local wisdom of the archipelago to the younger generation. This training applies a service learning method that is in accordance with the consideration of field conditions and needs.

Abstract

The reality is that business and accounting practices still contain MaGhRib elements (Maysir, Gharar, and Riba). So that the business practices carried out are contrary to muamalah in Islam. For this reason, socialization was carried out to the people of Teluk Meranti Village about Business and Islamic Accounting. The writing method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive-explanative model which intends to provide a detailed description of the implementation of Community Service (PkM) activities on Business and Accounting in Islam. From these activities, it is considered very good and useful for the community. Because, from the activities carried out, a lot of knowledge is obtained, such as business and accounting concepts in Islam. People are aware of the mistakes they have made so far. After participating in the socialization, they are committed to making changes, so that the business practices carried out gain profit, blessing and loss

Abstract

GKJ Jeruk Legi is a religious-based community in Cilacap Regency. Founded in 2014, this church has a congregation of around 250 people. Single congregations come from very varied backgrounds, with the majority being women and having completed their bachelor's degrees. Seeing from eyes of workers can be seen as domestic workers, contractors, culinary, vegetable trading, minimal water depots, livestock, and agriculture. Even so, most people still have problems in terms of welfare. Through a project management approach, this activity proposes a triangulation of solutions, including optimizing the livestock and agricultural sectors, developing entrepreneurship through asset families, and the initiation and aspirations of cooperatives. Through project management and triangulation of solutions, it is hoped that these activities can be structured coherently to achieve welfare goals and increase the economy. The evaluation results showed that most of the community succeeded in obtaining knowledge related to the triangulation of solutions for goals.

Abstract

One of the obstacles faced by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Paciran is the skill constraint of using technology and marketing. Based on preliminary studies, SMEs in Paciran Village need business development through online platforms so that they can compete with new online businesses. The purpose of writing this article is to identify the use of SMEs marketing media in Paciran Village, and describe the marketing development efforts of SMEs in Paciran Village. The method of implementing this community service is service learning. The identification results of fifty-five coastal residents of Paciran Village showed that SMEs in Paciran Village used social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram (17.14%), then (4.32%) used the Shopee Application, while (78.54%) used traditional methods without utilizing technology such as selling at the market, and opening stands / shops at home. This activity has provided an understanding to SMEs in Paciran Village the importance of developing marketing through online platforms, as well as improving the skills of SMEs in Paciran Village using marketing processed sea grape products through online platforms.

Abstract

The quantity of straw and rice husk waste remains a crucial problem to be solved, especially in Maggenrang Village, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi, so an alternative way for farmers to reduce it is through the combustion process that will add the problem of the impact of temporary air pollution but is harmful to the health of other residents. Therefore, community service is carried out to provide innovative solutions to the Eccengnge’ Farmer Group in Maggenrang Village by transforming rice straw and husk through the delignification process, which is continued by making animal feed pellets. The method of implementing this activity is carried out with three main stages: counseling, training, and mentoring to partners. The results showed an increase in partners' skills with three evaluation components, namely knowledge with a rise of 90% and production and supporting skills with an increase of 90% and 80%. Increasing skills for partners provides potential business opportunities by adding value to straw and rice husk waste into products with high commercial value, thus supporting the fulfillment of alternative, independent feed by the Maggenrang Village government based on local potential.

Abstract

Buluh Apo village is a village that is located far out of town Duri, however, the Head of Buluh Apo Village has a vision to develop his village through the implementation of computer technology science, so that this village also has the nickname Net Village, because it has an internet network developed with the community. The purpose of this service is a collaborative program between the Apo Buluh village apparatus and the AMIK Mitra Gama campus to improve the quality of computer science in the current pandemic (COVID-19) conditions which require students to study more online (online) and for students dropping out of school. can Buluh Apo Village is a village located far on the outskirts of Duri city, however, the Head of Buluh Apo Village has a vision to develop his village through the implementation of computer technology knowledge. The purpose of this service is a collaborative program between Buluh Apo village officials and the Mitra Gama Institute of Technology campus to improve the quality of computer science for dropout students to be able to take advantage of this training to provide skills in the computer field so that they can become entrepreneurs in the field of informatics so that they can still participate in advance Buluh Apo village. The training participants totalled 30 dropout students with the achievement of target material including an introduction to computers and Microsoft Office. In this computer introduction training the results of student participation were achieved with an attendance of85%, an increase in student knowledge reaching 75%, students' skills in using Ms Office reached 78%, the ability to use the internet increased by 87%, and the understanding of entrepreneurs in the field of informatics by 84%, and the development of hardware and multimedia reached 77%

Abstract

The potential of Maggenrang Village, Kahu Sub-district, Bone Regency as a center for plantation commodities is quite large, especially fruit plantations in the form of bananas. However, banana processing often leaves waste that is not properly processed. Therefore, the implementation of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity aims to empower the Pao Kalikie Farmer Group through diversification of processed bananas with a zero waste approach. The activity implementation method consists of three stages, namely counseling, training, and mentoring. The form of activity evaluation can be seen from the results of partner preferences using questionnaires and descriptive analysis. The results of the service showed an increase in partner knowledge and skills in processing bananas into high-value products, namely banana stems and fruits into chips, and the remaining stems and fronds into ecoenzyme. Partner knowledge after the implementation of the activity increased by 92%, and partner skills increased by 90%. This PKM has a positive impact in building the entrepreneurial spirit of partners.

Abstract

Karya Mina Rahayu merupakan salah satu kelompok budidaya ikan yang ada di Desa Tamansari, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa tengah. Kelompok budidaya ikan ini berfokus pada pendederan dan pembesaran ikan gurame. Namun, selama proses pendederan berlangsung terjadi kendala yang menyebabkan penurunan produksi ikan gurame yaitu kurangnya pengontrolan benih ikan gurame selama proses pemeliharaan dan serangan hama tikus yang merusak kolam. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi mitra dalam pembuatan kolam pendederan ikan gurame dengan atap dan proses pendederan ikan gurame yang baik. Metode pendekatan dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang dimana pada metode ini masyarakat berperan sebagai peneliti, perencana dan juga pelaksanan program. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisir dan menghilangkan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, maka dilakukan rangkaian kegiatan yang meliputi: Survey pendahuluan dan identifikasi permasalahan, kegiatan penguatan usaha, kegiatan pelatihan dan bimtek, kegiatan pendampingan dan pembinaan, kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil yang didapatkan dari program ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra tentang pembuatan kolam pendederan ikan gurame dengan atap dan proses pendederan ikan gurame yang baik dan benar.
