Abstract

Demi meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai,maka sering dilakukan pembenahan dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia dari pegawai.Namun sering kali kegiatan peningkatan sumber daya manusia dari pegawai tidak mencapai hal yang diharapkanya itu tercapainya tujuan dari organisasi sekolah tersebut seperti peningkatan produktivitas kerja pegawai.Meskipun telah memiliki sumber daya yang berkualitas, pegawai belum tentu dapat Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru ASN di SMAN 1 Lohbener dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variable mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel berjumlah 39 responden yaitu Guru SMA Negeri 1 Lohbener. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja guru ASN. 2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja guru ASN. 3) Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja guru ASN. 4) Budaya kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. 5) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. 6) Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Budaya kerja dan kinerja guru ASN. 7) Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi kerja dan Kinerja guru ASN.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran IPAS berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan mengkaji kelayakan serta efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa kelas IV SDN 001 Airtiris. Penelitian menggunakan model Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan Borg & Gall yang disederhanakan menjadi tujuh tahap. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi, ahli desain, dan guru menunjukkan bahwa modul sangat layak digunakan. Uji coba terbatas menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa. Dengan demikian, modul berbasis PBL ini dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam pembelajaran IPAS.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management strategies of extracurricular programs in optimizing students’ non-academic activities at SDIT Al-Ibrohimi Manyar. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing verified continuously. The findings reveal that the management of extracurricular programs is implemented systematically through the core management functions: planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and evaluating (POACE). Each function operates in an integrated manner, emphasizing the active involvement of teachers, coaches, and students. The main supporting factors include high student enthusiasm, professional coaching, and strong institutional support, while minor technical barriers are addressed through periodic evaluations. These strategies effectively enhance the quality of students’ non-academic activities, both in terms of achievement and the development of discipline, responsibility, and sportsmanship. The study highlights that the effectiveness of extracurricular management depends not only on efficient organizational structures but also on the consistency of sustainable coaching processes. The findings provide implications for developing Islamic education management models that emphasize holistic growth in students’ potential and character.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Deep Learning approach compared to the conventional Surface Learning approach in improving students’ understanding of addition and subtraction concepts in Grade II elementary school. The research employed a quantitative method with a Quasi-Experimental Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 54 students divided into an experimental class (n = 27) and a control class (n = 27) at SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo. Data were collected using learning outcome tests (pre-test and post-test). Data analysis was conducted using an independent sample t-test. The results show a significant difference between the experimental and control groups, with t-count > t-table (5.42 > 2.00) and a significance value of p < 0.05. The average N-Gain of the experimental class was 0.71 (high category), compared to the control class at 0.35 (medium category). It is concluded that the Deep Learning approach is effective in significantly improving students’ mathematical understanding.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi di TK Rabbani Purwakarta adalah minimnya ketersediaan media latihan yang inovatif dan berbasis digital untuk mendukung kegiatan Zindani (Zona Inspirasi Da'i Rabbani) khususnya yang dapat diakses dan digunakan oleh anak-anak dengan bimbingan orang tua di rumah. Kesenjangan ini membatasi kesinambungan pembelajaran dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses latihan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi, pelatihan, dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru di TK Rabbani dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi Book Creator sebagai media latihan digital Zindani 'Read Aloud' yang interaktif dan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif latihan di rumah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan fokus Evaluasi Program/Pelatihan (Workshop). Subjek penelitian adalah 16 orang guru TK Rabbani Purwakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses observasi lokakarya, angket evaluasi atau respon peserta, dan dokumentasi. Intervensi utama yang dilakukan adalah pelaksanaan workshop yang mengajarkan peserta dari tahap perencanaan materi Zindani hingga media publikasi digital Book Creator. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan lokakarya berjalan efektif dan mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Peserta (guru) memberikan respon positif yang tinggi terhadap materi dan media Book Creator karena dinilai mudah digunakan, menarik, dan relevan untuk latihan Zindani anak di rumah. Workshop berhasil memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis kepada peserta sehingga media Book Creator dapat digunakan sebagai media alternatif latihan Zindani yang menjembatani pembelajaran di sekolah dan di rumah, sekaligus meningkatkan literasi digital orang tua dalam mendukung pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Hunian merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat berlindung, tetapi juga sebagai ruang untuk beraktivitas, tumbuh, dan berkembang. Dalam konteks urbanisasi yang pesat dan keterbatasan lahan di kawasan perkotaan, diperlukan pendekatan desain interior yang mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan ruang yang efisien, nyaman, dan estetis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain interior rumah tipe 36 di kawasan Affalya Indah Residence, Deli Serdang, dengan menerapkan konsep open space bergaya minimalis modern. Pendekatan ini dipilih sebagai respons terhadap tantangan pengelolaan ruang terbatas agar tetap fungsional, sehat, dan memiliki nilai visual yang tinggi. Konsep open space memungkinkan aliran ruang yang fleksibel antar area utama seperti ruang tamu, ruang makan, dan dapur, sedangkan gaya minimalis modern menekankan kesederhanaan bentuk, efisiensi fungsi, serta estetika yang bersih dan tertata. Hasil dari perancangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi desain interior hunian yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat urban, khususnya bagi keluarga muda yang membutuhkan ruang tinggal yang nyaman, efisien, dan menarik secara visual.

Abstract

Through the tahfidz program, it is hoped that it will be an appropriate and even effective way to strengthen religious culture for both students and the madrasah environment. Because with the program memorizing the Koran (Hafidz), it is hoped that high religious values will emerge in every student activity by practicing what they have memorized.. The object of Malausma is the influence of the tahfidz program management on the religious culture of the madrasah. Collecting data with technical questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate the effect of the tahfidz al-Qur'an management program on the religious culture of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) PUI Ciranca obtaining a value of 0.016 <0.05, which means that there is a correlation between the management of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program and the formation of religious culture or relationship. Then the correlation coefficient obtained is 0.424 which means that the X variable with the Y variable has a correlation with the degree of relationship at the level of strength which is "Enough" because it is in the 0.40 to 0.60 category with a positive reversed form. It is said to be positive because if the tahfidz program Al-Qur'an is well managed, then a religious culture will be formed within students. Then the correlation correlation (R Square) as in the table. 4.17 shows a number of 0.179 which means that the effect of variable X (management of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program) on variable Y (religious culture) is 17.9% while 82.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of English teachers towards the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum for high schools in Bangkinang Kota Sub-District, Kampar. The study used a Sequential Explanatory Mixed Methods design with two stages, namely quantitative data collection and analysis through questionnaires and qualitative data deepening through semi-structured interviews. The research sample consisted of 17 English teachers at SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMKN 1 Bangkinang Kota who were selected through purposive sampling. The results of the study show that in general, teachers have a positive perception of the Independent Curriculum, especially the flexibility of teaching modules, the student-centered learning approach, and the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). Teachers consider this curriculum to be able to increase students' creativity, independence, and character. However, a number of obstacles were found such as limited training in the preparation of teaching modules, inadequate infrastructure, and difficulties in integrating the P5 project into English learning. This study concludes that continuous support in the form of training, provision of facilities, and collaboration between teachers, schools, and education authorities is needed so that the Independent Curriculum can be implemented effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dilakukan oleh guru dalam mendukung manajemen kalas inklusi di SDN Sungai Andai 3 Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan diferensiasi pada materi, proses belajar, dan media pembelajaran, serta bekerja sama dengan GPK untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan peserta didik yang beragam. Penerapan strategi ini berdampak pada suasana kelas yang lebih terkelola dan membuat peserta didik lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran. Namun, implementasi nya masih belum maksimal karena keterbatasan waktu dan jumlah peserta didik yang banyak. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi membutuhkan dukungan guru, sekolah, dan perencanaan yang matang agar proses belajar dapat berjalan lebih efektif di kelas inklusi.

Abstract

This study is driven by the need for instructional approaches that accommodate diverse student abilities in inclusive classrooms, particularly for slow learners. The research aims to describe the implementation of differentiated instruction strategies and analyze supporting factors, challenges, and their impact on the academic and socio-emotional development of slow learners at SDN Dermo 1 Bangil. A qualitative case study design was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that differentiation in content, process, and product enhances active participation, self-confidence, and learning outcomes among slow learners. Teachers play a crucial role in adapting instructional strategies based on students’ readiness and learning styles. This study contributes theoretically to strengthening adaptive learning practices in inclusive education and offers practical recommendations for teachers to create responsive and equitable learning environments that support individual learning needs.
