Abstract

At this time education must be able to follow the development of technology and times, it’s run quickly. Education can prepare graduates with skills that the needs of the business world and the times. Education must be able to prepare graduates with high competitiveness. That’s why the educational institutions must use technology digital in lesson activities. The aims of the research is to know the transformation of digital learning in education at Elementary School Number 12 Koto Tinggi. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. The sample of this research is the teachers in Elementary School Number 12 Koto Tinggi. Data collection was done through interviews and observations. The research results indicate the impact of digital learning transformation in education at Elementary School Number 12 Koto Tinggi.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is a curriculum that provides flexibility and focuses on essential materials to develop student competencies as lifelong learners with Pancasila characters. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum requires effective management from the school, especially the principal who plays a central role in school management. The principal applies management in the implementation of the independent curriculum to achieve the goals of student learning development. The principal has a strong function in planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the implementation of the independent curriculum. Podosugih 01 Elementary School is one of the elementary schools that has implemented the Independent Curriculum. The management of the principal of Podosugih 01 Elementary School in the successful implementation of the independent curriculum is related to the development of an optimally designed curriculum. This study aims to describe and analyze the planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Podosugih 01 Elementary School, Pekalongan City. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis used in this study includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. This study used two types of triangulation, namely source triangulation and technique triangulation to test the validity of the data. The results of the study showed that: 1) The planning implemented by the principal in the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Podosugih 01 has been carried out systematically in accordance with the planning stages, namely the identification of student needs is carried out through an initial assessment. Another thing used in identifying student needs besides the initial assessment is the achievement of educational report cards. 2) The organization implemented by the principal in the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Podosugih 01 has been in accordance with the procedure, namely with the presence of a curriculum development team at the school, the principal determines the division of teaching tasks and the preparation of lesson schedules, management of human resources and the fulfillment of learning facilities and infrastructure. 3) The implementation implemented by the principal in the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Podosugih 01 is effective. The main objective to be achieved in the implementation of intracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular learning is the realization of the vision and mission of SD Negeri Podosugih 01. 4) Supervision implemented by the principal in the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Podosugih 01 is effective as seen from the implementation of existing procedures. Monitoring of teaching and learning activities every day, then supervising the teachers who teach, and providing the results of teacher performance assessments. Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang memiliki kondisi geografis luas dan keberagaman. Keberagaman tersebut menjadikan Indonesia memiliki kebudayaan yang beragaman pula. Salah satu keberagaman budaya Indonesia dapat dilihat secara fisik melalui pakaian adat. Hampir semua provinsi di Indonesia memiliki pakaian adatnya masing-masing. Tetapi dengan adanya era globalisasi dimana teknologi dan informasi semakin maju dan berkembang mengakibatkan generasi muda seperti anak-anak sudah melupakan adat istiadat dan warisan nenek moyang. Ini terlihat dari hasil belajar siswa pada materi Keberagaman Budaya yang terdapat pada Capaian Pembelajaran Fase B (Kelas 3 dan 4) matapelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS). nilai rata-rata peserta didik masih di bawah KKTP yaitu sebesar 62,5 ini masih jauh dari harapan yaitu KKTP kelas yaitu 75. Sehingga perlu dilakukan sebuah solusi salah satunya yaitu dengan keterampilan abad 21 yaitu Keterampilan melek TIK dan media (ICT and media literacy skill). Yang menjadi pilihan penulis adalah penggunaan Game Edukasi Android pada Materi Indahnya Keberagaman Budaya Negeriku. Penggunaan Game Edukasi Android ini terbukti berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa terlihat dari Peningkatan prestasi belajar kelompok dilihat dari nilai rata-rata setiap siklus, yaitu siklus pertama prestasi belajar kelompok mendapat nilai rata-rata 87,00; siklus kedua 100,00. Sedangkan untuk prestasi belajar siswa secara individu dapat dipaparkan sebagai berikut nilai rata-rata siklus pertama adalah 71,11; siklus kedua 88,27, dengan prosentase ketuntasan belajar siswa 93,33%. Dengan demikian penerapan Game Edukasi Android dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 9 Pekalongan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Guru di SMP Negeri 9 Kota Pekalongan sebanyak 19 orang. Sampling dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengolahan data dimulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan dan saran. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan diantaranya: uji kredibilitasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 9 Pekalongan tergolong baik, terutama dalam aspek pembinaan, pengawasan, pemberian motivasi, serta evaluasi kinerja guru. Di sisi lain, kinerja guru juga menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan dalam berbagai aspek, seperti penyusunan rencana pembelajaran, pengelolaan kegiatan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. (2) Faktor pendukung utamanya adalah adanya dukungan dan motivasi yang kuat dari Kepala Sekolah. Namun, terdapat juga faktor penghambat, seperti kurangnya proyektor LCD dan akses internet, keterbatasan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas serta menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang variatif, serta masalah disiplin di kalangan guru. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan tersebut, Kepala Sekolah agar melakukan perbaikan dan penegasan kepada guru, sehingga proses kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dapat dilaksanakan secara maksimal di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Strategic planning in vocational schools (SMK) is a crucial aspect in improving educational quality, involving various stakeholders such as school principals, teachers, parents, and industry. This study aims to analyze the role of stakeholders in the quality of strategic planning at SMK KP Baleendah, Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings show that stakeholder involvement at SMK KP Baleendah is already relatively high, but there are still challenges in communication and limited facilities. A SWOT analysis was conducted to explore the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the school. Key strengths include the school's reputation, foundation support, efficient management, and adequate facilities, while weaknesses include communication challenges and limited resources. Development opportunities include enhancing teacher skills and expanding partnerships with industry, while the main threats are leadership transitions and potential internal conflicts. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for other vocational schools to improve stakeholder participation in strategic planning to create more relevant and high-quality education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk menghasilkan media video pembelajaran interaktif IPAS pada materi harmoni dalam ekosistem yang layak untuk siswa kelas V SD, dan (2) untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif IPAS dalam peningkatan pemhaman siswa pada materi harmoni dalam ekosistem. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada Langkah yang dikembangkan oleh Alessi & Trollip. Desain pengembangan dikelompokkan menjadi tiga tahapan prosedur pengembangan, yaitu meliputi: (a) perencanaan, (b) desain, dan (c) pengembangan. Untuk uji validitas media video pembelajaran interaktif (uji alpha) dilakukan oleh 2 orang ahli materi dan 2 orang ahli media. Subjek uji beta (uji coba skala kecil) yaitu 6 siswakelas V SDN Ungkea. Subjek validasi program adalah 16 siswa kelas V SDN Ungkea. Instrument pengumpulan data untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan multimedia dilaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia hasil pengembangan dan tes hasil belajar (pretest dan posttest). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) ahli materi menilai aspek pembelajaran dan aspek materi dengan kategori layak (skala 4,15), ahli media menilai aspek media dengan kategori layak (skala 4,2), dan siswa (pengguna) menilai aspek pembelajaran, aspek materi, dan aspek media dengan kategori sangat layak (skala 4,5), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk multimedia pembelajaran interaktif ini dinilai llayak digunakan siswa SD kelas V. (2) hasil uji coba lapangan (hasil pretest dan posttes) menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran interaktif IPAS ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada materi harmoni dalam ekosistem. Abstract

Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, article 2 paragraph 2, namely to guarantee and control the quality of education in accordance with national education standards, evaluation, accreditation and certification are carried out (President of the Republic of Indonesia, 2005). School Supervisors as functional technical implementers in the field of academic and managerial supervision in a number of designated educational units and have the main tasks of academic and managerial supervision, evaluation and auditing. Based on the audit results of the target school, Ma'arif Miftahul Ulum Middle School (foundation type institution), with the scope of academic and managerial audits in 2024. The main focus is the findings related to the results of the identification and analysis of the previous year's audit, the performance results of teachers and school principals rose to: predicate B "Good". The purpose of the audit is to obtain accurate information about the successes and problems faced by the audit targets, namely school principals, teachers, education staff and target schools. The research uses qualitative research methods with a contextual approach such as auditing with interviews, observation and documentation. Audit method with managerial aspect: FGD, and academic aspect: individual-group technique. Data collection steps: compiling and preparing learning and management audit instruments which have been provided in the form of a checklist. Data analysis technique: presentation of findings that have been assessed qualitatively. The audit results contained deficiencies: (1). the majority of teachers do not understand pedagogical and professional competence in preparing learning administration, (2) teachers lack the ability to use learning technology media, (3) teachers do not understand how to arrange teaching materials, (4) lack of infrastructure. Abstract

This research aims to build an inclusive environment for children with special needs, particularly students with dyslexia, in primary schools. The methodology used was a qualitative approach with a case study, which allowed for an in-depth exploration of students' experiences and challenges. Data was collected through direct observation in the classroom and interviews with a grade III teacher with experience teaching dyslexic students. The research focus included cognitive aspects, such as difficulties in reading and writing, as well as social-emotional aspects, including learning anxiety. The results showed that students with dyslexia experience significant difficulties in processing information and interacting socially, thus requiring adaptive learning strategies. Recommendations from this study include the importance of collaboration between teachers and parents, as well as the use of learning methods that involve multiple senses to create a supportive learning atmosphere. Thus, this study provides practical guidance for schools in improving the effectiveness of inclusive education for students with special needs.

Abstract

This study aims to understand teachers' challenges and strategies in dealing with students with special needs in inclusive schools. The method used was an interview with a teacher who has experience teaching inclusive classes in public schools. The main problems encountered include variations in students' special needs, such as cognitive, emotional and behavioral disorders. Teachers also face obstacles in collaboration with parents who are less than optimal in providing support at home. Interviews showed that teachers adjusted the curriculum based on the abilities of students with disabilities, focusing on basic skills such as reading, writing and counting and independence. Interactive learning media such as videos are used to improve student focus. Collaboration between teachers, parents and professionals is recognized as important in supporting student development, although implementation is not always optimal. In addition, students with disabilities are integrated with regular students by providing modified Learner Worksheets (LKPD) as needed. In conclusion, inclusive learning requires curriculum adaptation, interactive learning media and close collaboration between teachers, parents and professionals to overcome the learning difficulties of students with disabilities and ensure they can develop to their potential.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the application of glocalization classes in literature learning, focusing on the analysis of local and glocal literary works by university students. In the context of globalization, glocalization classes integrate literary works from local and global cultures, providing a broader perspective in understanding universal values. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study design, involving students of the S1 Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program at Muhammadiyah Lamongan University. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis model. The results showed that students could identify similarities and differences between Timun Mas and Hansel and Gretel literary works, as well as understand the values of courage, ingenuity, and struggle against injustice in both stories. Glocalization learning helps students connect these values to their cultural context and encourages the application of positive values in daily life. This study concludes that glocalization classes are effective in enriching students' understanding of literature and values relevant to life challenges.
