Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam mencetak generasi yang kompeten, berintegritas, dan adaptif terhadap tantangan global. Keberhasilan institusi pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut sangat bergantung pada penerapan manajemen strategis yang terencana, sistematis, dan berbasis data. Artikel ini mengangkat konsep trilogi sukses sekolah yang terdiri dari Rencana Strategis (Renstra), Rencana Operasional (Renop), dan Program Kerja sebagai pilar utama dalam pengelolaan pendidikan. Renstra berfungsi sebagai kerangka arah jangka panjang, Renop menjabarkannya ke dalam langkah operasional, dan Program Kerja menjadi panduan teknis pelaksanaan. Ketiga elemen ini membentuk sistem yang terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui penetapan prioritas, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan evaluasi kinerja yang berkelanjutan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi konsep utama dari Renstra, Renop, dan Program Kerja; (2) menjelaskan peran trilogi ini dalam pengelolaan sekolah; serta (3) memberikan panduan praktis bagi lembaga pendidikan. Dengan pendekatan yang berbasis data dan contoh kasus, artikel ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara ketiga elemen dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan modern. Penerapan trilogi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen, responsivitas terhadap perubahan, serta kolaborasi antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Artikel ini diharapkan menjadi referensi praktis bagi kepala sekolah, guru, dan pengelola pendidikan lainnya dalam menciptakan institusi yang unggul dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of monopoly media on PPKn learning outcomes in class IV students at SD Muhammadiyah 18. This research is aquantitative research using an experimental method with a pretest-post test one group design. The data collection technique used is a test with a research instrument in the form of amultiple choice test. Prerequisite test data analysis techniques (normality test and hypothesis test). The normality test is carried out to determine whether the data obtained is normal or not, with the results that have been carried out, there are Pre Action results of 0.041 (normal) because sig < a (0.05 / 5%) and Post Action 0.051 (not normal) because sig > a (0.05 / 5%) and is included in the Shapiro Wilk. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing uses the "t" test with testing criteria, namely if tcount <ttable then H0 is accepted, Ha is rejected. Based on the hypothesis testing that has been carried out the result is 0.000. So Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so the conclusion is that there is an influence of Vx on Vy, so that monopoly media has an influence on the Civics learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Muhammadiyah 18.

Abstract

Anak terlantar merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap berbagai tindak pidana, sehingga perlindungan hukum terhadap mereka sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi realitas anak terlantar sebagai korban tindak pidana, faktor-faktor penyebab penelantaran, dan bentuk perlindungan hukum yang diberikan kepada anak terlantar di Kota Ambon, Provinsi Maluku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan lokasi di kantor Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Provinsi Maluku. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 10 informan, termasuk pegawai Kemenkumham dan anak terlantar, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kasus penelantaran anak masih ditemukan setiap tahun di Kota Ambon. Faktor penyebab utama penelantaran meliputi masalah keluarga, ekonomi, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan sosial yang kurang mendukung. Perlindungan hukum terhadap anak terlantar diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak, yang mencakup pengawasan, pencegahan, perawatan, konseling, rehabilitasi sosial, dan pendampingan sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses audit persiapan akreditasi di TK ABA 35 Sono, Kecamatan Panceng, Kabupaten Gresik, serta mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam persiapan menghadapi akreditasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persiapan akreditasi di TK ABA 35 Sono telah memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan, dengan semua persyaratan administrasi dan instrumen penilaian yang lengkap. Proses audit yang dilakukan oleh pengawas sekolah berperan penting dalam memastikan kesiapan lembaga dan memberikan panduan yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa audit persiapan akreditasi berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kesiapan lembaga dalam menghadapi akreditasi, serta merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas guru dan staf, kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait, dan evaluasi berkala sebagai langkah perbaikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) and Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning models on the mathematics proficiency of fifth-grade students and their interaction with learning motivation. The background of this research is the low mathematics ability of Indonesian students, as reflected in PISA results, which remain below the global average. The research employed a 2x2 factorial experimental design involving 139 students grouped based on the learning model (RME or TGT) and motivation levels (high or low). The results showed that the RME model (average score 85.4) was more effective than the TGT model (average score 82.7). Moreover, students with high motivation achieved a higher average score of 88.1 compared to those with low motivation (average score 79.3). ANOVA tests revealed significant effects from the learning model (F=25.67, p<0.05), learning motivation (F=30.45, p<0.05), and their interaction (F=18.23, p<0.05). This study highlights the importance of innovative learning models like RME and TGT to improve mathematics learning outcomes. Its implications include recommendations for educators to integrate interactive and meaningful approaches that address diverse learning needs. It also encourages further research to develop innovative methods in primary education, particularly to enhance students' preparedness for future learning challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model and learning motivation on students' critical thinking skills in Science subjects at the elementary school level. The research employs an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design, involving 130 sixth-grade students from two elementary schools in Surabaya. The sample consists of an experimental class taught using the PBL model and a control class taught using the STAD model. Data were collected through validated critical thinking tests and learning motivation questionnaires. The average critical thinking score of students taught with PBL was 78.5, while students taught with STAD scored an average of 69.8. Hypothesis testing using two-way ANOVA showed an F-value of 15.72 for the effect of the learning model, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.92 at a 0.05 significance level. Additionally, students with high learning motivation scored an average of 81.3, compared to 67.2 for those with low motivation. Hypothesis testing indicated that students with high motivation demonstrated better critical thinking skills than those with low motivation (F-value 12.64 > F-table 3.92). A significant interaction between the learning model and motivation was also found (F-value 8.45). Theoretically, the findings support constructivist theory, which emphasizes the importance of problem-based learning in developing higher-order thinking skills. Teachers need to identify students' motivation levels to provide appropriate support. It is recommended that teachers participate in training to design and implement problem-based learning effectively.

Abstract

Gardening activities have a significant impact in supporting early childhood development in three main domains: cognitive, affective and psychomotor. This study aims to discuss more about each step of gardening activities and how it impacts on children's cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects and examine how each step of outdoor learning activities can be an effective learning method to stimulate children's development holistically. In this case researcher used descriptive qualitative method with 2 research techniques, which is a field study in the form of observation in one of the Montessori schools in Yogyakarta and literature study to describe the impact of gardening activities on early childhood development in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The results showed that the outdoor learning activities of gardening starting from preparing the land, planting seeds, watering and providing fertilizer, until harvesting as implemented in one of the Montessori schools in Yogyakarta turned out to provide meaningful learning experiences and also effectively meet the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor needs of children. This research is expected to be a reference for educators in innovating creative learning designs that focus on real experiences.

Abstract

Tenses in English are used to convey when an event occurs or someone does something. Tenses are divided into 4 types namely present, past, future, and fast future. Tenses material provides specific guidance in making effective sentences and expressing activities in the past, present, and future. This research aims to analyze students' difficulties in learning English tenses. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews and participant observation of students of constitutional law at Al-Zaytun Islamic Institute of Indonesia, in learning English tenses. The results showed that 90% of constitutional law students in the Midterm Examination on average only knew 5 tenses out of 13 tenses. This research shows that most students of constitutional law do not have a strong basic understanding of the structure and basic concepts of English grammar, especially tenses. This is due to the lack of emphasis on grammar as well as student interest. Keywords: Tenses, Students, Al-Zaytun

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas V karena pendidik belum optimal dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran guided inquiry terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group desain. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 46 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan uji ancova dengan pengujian menggunakan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penerapan model pembelajaran guided inquiry terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Non-formal education is important as a complement to formal education, in order to support, strengthen and develop the learning process. In the implementation of education both formal and formal education in the implementation of learning cannot be separated from the curriculum to achieve educational goals. One of the non-formal education is dance studio. Krans Dance Studio is a dance studio located in Situbondo. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze more deeply the planning and implementation of the dance learning curriculum at Krans Dance Studio. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed by reducing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this research shows that non-formal education, especially in dance learning at Krans Dance Studio Situbondo, plays an important role in developing creativity, preserving local culture, and shaping the character of students. Dance learning in this studio combines dance techniques with exploration of cultural values, which builds students' expressive abilities and innovation. The curriculum implemented is designed to balance the teaching of traditional arts with the times, using structured methods and periodic evaluations. Overall, Krans Dance Studio has succeeded in creating a space that supports the development of young people's creative skills and the preservation of traditional dance.
