Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh model pembelajaran bermain peran terhadap konsep diri siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tempak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Desain. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 36 siswa yaitu 18 siswa kelas IV A dan 18 siswa kelas IV B, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil tes berupa angket bahwa kelas eksperimen memiliki nilai pretes dengan rata-rata 59,7 dan nilai postes dengan rata-rata 80. Selanjutnya pada kelas kontrol diperoleh nilai pretes rata-rata 58,5 dan nilai postes diperoleh 58. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, hasil tes konsep diri pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000<0,05. Pada taraf ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model bermain peran terhadap konsep diri peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas IV A dan IV B di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tempak Kecamatan Candimulyo Kabupaten Magelang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Teacher professional competence is very necessary in the world of education, so that we are not left behind by the dynamics of the times. Factors that can improve teacher professionalism are the implementation of learning communities and also the creation of real actions on the independent teaching platform. The objectives of this research are 1) To determine the influence of the function of the learning community on teacher professional competence. 2) To determine the effect of creating real actions on the independent teaching platform on teachers' professional competence. 3) To determine the influence of the function of the learning community and the creation of real action on the independent teaching platform on the professional competence of State Elementary School teachers in Temanggung District. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique, namely proportionate random sampling, obtained a sample of 127 teachers consisting of school principals and teachers from 23 state elementary schools in Temanggung District, Temanggung Regency. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques start from descriptive statistics then prerequisite tests after that are multiple linear regression tests. The results of the research show (1) There is an influence of the function of the learning community on the professional competence of State Elementary School teachers in Temanggung District, this is based on the calculated f value of 155.305 > f-table 3.92 with a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is an influence of making real actions on the independent teaching platform on the professional competence of State Elementary School teachers in Temanggung District, this is based on the calculated f value of 141.650 > f-table 3.92 and the Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) There is an influence of the function of the learning community and the creation of real action on the independent teaching platform on the professional competence of State Elementary School teachers in Temanggung District, this is based on the calculated f value of 102.224 > -table 3.07 and the Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Suggestions: (1) For teachers, this research can provide input and policy in an effort to draw decisions regarding appropriate platforms and training models. (2) school principals can achieve continuous improvement in teacher professional competence by providing full support, motivation and providing facilities to utilize the independent teaching platform. (3) this research can be used as a source of data and reference for further research based on more complete information. Keyword: Learning communities, creating real action, teacher professional competence.

Abstract

The research investigates strategies used by supervisors to enhance teachers' professional competencies related to leadership transformation and motivation at SD Sungai Raya, employing a qualitative approach with 10 participants (1 supervisor, 3 principals, 6 teachers). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed in three stages. Key findings include: (1) supervisors effectively enhance competencies by understanding teachers' needs, monitoring regularly, and providing motivation; (2) transformational leadership by principals fosters problem-solving and individual consideration, promoting experience sharing and recognition; (3) teachers exhibit discipline and increased motivation through positive colleague relationships. The study concludes that consistent collaboration among supervisors, principals, and teachers is crucial for improving educational quality.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a game-based learning media (Paper Craft Game Minecraft or PCGM) in enhancing students' interest and understanding of economic activities. This learning media is specifically designed for fourth-grade students at SDN Tiron 4, utilizing a more interactive and engaging approach to optimize the learning experience. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model, which consists of five main stages: needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Research instruments, including questionnaires and interviews, were used to assess the quality of the learning media based on validity, practicality, and effectiveness aspects. The results indicate that Paper Craft Game Minecraft received a validity score of 82% from subject matter experts and media experts, signifying that this media is highly suitable for use in learning. In terms of practicality, it obtained a score of 98%, reflecting ease of use and alignment with the needs of students and teachers. Meanwhile, in terms of effectiveness, the media achieved an excellent score of 92%, indicating its success in improving students' understanding of economic concepts. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that this game-based learning media is effective in enhancing students' comprehension and can serve as an innovative alternative in elementary school learning. The implications of this study highlight the importance of using interactive learning media to create a more engaging learning experience, as well as the need for further development to expand the variety and scope of the material covered.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to help overcome social isolation behavior that occurs among students who can have a bad or negative impact on them. Social isolation is a behavior that is defined as a state where an individual feels separated or does not have meaningful social relationships with others. Social isolation can also be referred to as behavior that does not have the ability to interact with people around them, this is what causes an individual to prefer to close themselves off from the circumstances around them. As happened at PPA Ibnu Katsir, the results of observations and interviews by researchers concluded that this social isolation behavior can interfere with their learning activities while at the boarding school, and to overcome this, researchers are trying to develop a guidance and counseling service module book with a social cognitive theory approach to overcome social isolation behavior to make it easier for boarding school administrators to handle problems that occur in students. This strategy is carried out to help clients manage all aspects of life, especially in overcoming social isolation behavior. This study uses the R&D (research and development) method which will develop a product to help overcome social isolation behavior. The development process will use the ADDIE model as a guide in every step of product development. The purpose of this study is to create a product of guidance and counseling service module with a social cognitive theory approach to overcome social isolation behavior in students.

Abstract

This research discusses the factors that influence people's interest in enrolling their children in MDTA Irsyadul Islamiyah and the solutions offered to increase this interest. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The data in this study were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique, namely by reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the factors driving community interest include close proximity, the experience of parents who have attended the MDTA, invitations from relatives, good reputation of teachers, adequate facilities, and affordable tuition payment system. In contrast, the lack of interest is caused by alternative options such as afternoon tutoring, lack of encouragement from parents, the desire to teach religion themselves at home, limited facilities and infrastructure, and financial constraints. This study concludes that although MDTA Irsyadul Islamiyah has various supporting factors, there are still some obstacles that cause a lack of community interest. Therefore, the MDTA tries to increase its attractiveness by improving facilities and infrastructure, implementing a more flexible tuition payment system, waiving fees for orphans, and organizing additional activities such as recitation and tahfiz qur'an, nasyid, and sports. These steps are expected to increase community interest and expand the reach of MDTAs in the neighborhood.

Abstract

In the business world, competition to win customers' hearts is inevitable. The increasingly intense business competition compels business actors, particularly in the durian industry, such as Unyil Durian Pekanbaru, to optimize their performance. One of the challenges is to create buying decisions for Unyil Durian Pekanbaru's products so that customers remain loyal and continue to make repeat purchases. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of price, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Unyil Durian Pekanbaru. This research adopts a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, targeting individuals who have previously purchased Unyil Durian Pekanbaru's products. The sample consists of 100 respondents residing in Pekanbaru City, and data collection is conducted using questionnaires. Data analysis involves classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, including the determination coefficient test, t-test, and F-test. The results of the study reveal the following findings: (1) Price has a significant influence and negative on purchasing decisions, (2) Product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, (3) Service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the study concludes that price, product quality, and service quality collectively influence buying decisions.

Abstract

Learning is influenced by various factors, one of which is student motivation. Many students struggle with abstract subjects like mathematics due to unengaging teaching methods. Using audiovisual media, particularly animated cartoons, can capture students' attention and enhance their learning motivation. This study aims to examine the effect of using animated cartoon audiovisual media on the learning motivation of third-grade elementary school students in mathematics. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted at SDN Waru. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The findings indicate that students show increased enthusiasm and engagement in mathematics learning after the implementation of animated cartoon audiovisual media. Teachers report that students who were previously passive become more active and interested in learning. Additionally, parents note that their children demonstrate greater enthusiasm for studying at home. Despite these benefits, challenges such as infrastructure limitations and teachers’ proficiency in using media still exist. This study concludes that animated cartoon audiovisual media can be an effective tool to enhance students’ motivation, provided that adequate facilities and teacher training are in place.

Abstract

This research fon examining the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in differentiated learning assisted by Quizizz media on the mathematical communication skills of fifth students at SD Negeri Menur. This study employs a Quasi-Experimental design using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population and sample in this study consist of class VA (control) and class VB(Eksperiment) each with 18 students, totaling 36 students, selected using the simple random sampling method. Data collection techniques used in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques applied are normality test, homogeneity test, independent t-test, paired t-test, and N-gain test. The research results from the independent t-test and paired t-test showed a sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of Ho and acceptance of Ha. This indicates that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in differentiated learning by Quizizz media is effective in improving the mathematical communication skills of V students at SD Negeri Menur on the topic of addition and subtraction of fractions, with average pretest score of 54.4 and the average posttest score of 84.4 in the experimental class.

Abstract

This research is a type of symmetric correlational research and uses a quantitative approach which aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students and the development of the mutual cooperation character of class V students at SD Negeri 7 Arawa, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were all students at SD Negeri 7 Arawa. The sample in this research consisted of 25 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation sheets and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of descriptive statistical analysis of P5 activities obtained an average of 51.24, while mutual cooperation character development obtained an average of 53.64 in the medium category. The results of inferential statistics show rcount > rtable (0.944 > 0.3365) at a significance level of 5%, which means there is a positive relationship. Thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This research concludes that there is a significant the correlation between project Based Learning for strengthening pancasila student profile and the development of collaborative character in grade five students at SD Negeri 7 Arawa, Sidenreng Rappang District.
