Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Canva-based Project Citizen learning model on the learning outcomes of class VIII students of MTs Al-Washliyah Pematangsiantar. This type of research uses a quantitative approach to determine the causal relationship between the independent variable of Canva-based Project Citizen and the dependent variable of Learning Outcomes, so the research design used is Quasi Experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. This study uses data collection techniques, namely learning outcome tests, questionnaires, documentation studies and observations. This research was conducted at MTs Al-Washliyah Pematangsiantar. The students of class VIII-1 and VIII-2. The data were analyzed statistically with a t-test, then a normality test, a homogeneity test and a hypothesis test were carried out with a paired t-test and an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the Canva-based Project Citizen learning model had a significant effect on improving the learning outcomes of class VIII-2 students and had differences in learning outcomes between students in the experimental class and the control class. It can be seen from the results of the experimental class mean which was initially 44.50 to 87.75. This difference was strengthened through the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test, the data showed the Asymp. Sig. value. (2-tailed) of 0.000, meaning <0.05. The difference in mean learning outcomes before and after the treatment was truly significant. The experimental class achieved a mean post-test score of 87.75, while the control class showed only limited improvement with a mean post-test score of 66.75. This difference was confirmed by the results of the Mann-Whitney test, which produced a significance value (Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000, meaning <0.05. Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies of Akidah Akhlak teachers in developing students' religious character and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by teachers at MI Al-Ikhlas Buntu Podong, Enrekang Regency. The researchers used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis techniques including word reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that teacher strategies are implemented through habituation of religious activities, role models, advice, and direct guidance. These strategies are able to increase students' awareness of worship, politeness, and discipline. Supporting factors include the active role of teachers, student motivation, and a conducive environment. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited infrastructure, particularly ablution facilities, and differences in student character. Thus, teacher strategies play a crucial role in shaping students' religious character and need to be supported by adequate facilities and an environment.

Abstract

This study examines the conceptual role of Indonesian national history as an epistemological foundation in Civic Education (PPKn) for fostering democratic citizens. The research is motivated by the declining quality of democratic practices, reflected in low political participation, rising intolerance, and weak internalization of democratic values among students. The study aims to analyze how national history can function as a critical and reflective knowledge base to strengthen civic competence. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research combined with conceptual analysis. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources, including academic books, peer-reviewed journal articles, and relevant educational documents published within the last decade. The analysis was conducted through content analysis and a hermeneutic-critical approach to interpret and synthesize key concepts related to history and civic education. The findings reveal that national history contains essential democratic values such as justice, equality, tolerance, and participation, which can serve as a strong epistemic foundation for PPKn learning. However, current instructional practices remain largely normative and cognitive-oriented, limiting students’ ability to develop historical reflection and critical thinking. The integration of historical perspectives into civic education is shown to enhance students’ analytical skills, democratic awareness, and active participation. Therefore, reconstructing PPKn learning through a historically grounded, reflective, and dialogical approach is crucial for developing democratic, critical, and responsible citizens in contemporary society.

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of community participation in community-based tourism (CBT) development in Ngenep Village, Malang Regency. The primary objective of this study is to describe and analyze forms of community participation and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of the Sumber Umbulan tourist site. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through direct field observations, in-depth interviews with key informants (the village head, tourism managers, and local residents), and a review of documents. The research findings indicate that: (1) Forms of community participation in Ngenep Village encompass four main dimensions: intellectual participation (ideas/concepts in planning), labor participation (mutual aid and facility improvements), skill-based participation (management training), and material participation in the form of monetary contributions and assets (work equipment). The community positions itself as the driving force throughout the planning to evaluation stages, coordinated with the managers. (2) Factors supporting participation include natural resource potential (pristine springs), awareness of the benefits of the circular economy, and strong cultural values and traditions (such as the Malam 1 Suro ritual) that foster a sense of ownership. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Permasalahan dalam Implementasi Permainan Kartu Angka terhadap Kemampuan Berhitung Siswa SDN 104214 Delitua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang terjadi dalam implementasi permainan kartu angka serta dampaknya terhadap kemampuan berhitung siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi permainan kartu angka dalam pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya berjalan optimal. Berdasarkan data angket yang diperoleh dari siswa, skor total mencapai 214 dari skor maksimal 280. Setelah dihitung menggunakan rumus persentase (skor diperoleh/skor maksimal × 100%), diperoleh hasil sebesar 76,4% yang berada pada kategori “Baik” (61%–80%). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan permainan kartu angka memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemampuan berhitung siswa, terutama dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan dalam implementasinya, seperti keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran, pengelolaan kelas yang kurang optimal, serta penggunaan media yang belum maksimal oleh guru. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi permainan kartu angka dalam pembelajaran berhitung siswa SDN 104214 Delitua tergolong baik, namun masih memerlukan perbaikan agar lebih efektif. Upaya peningkatan dapat dilakukan melalui pengelolaan pembelajaran yang lebih terstruktur serta pemanfaatan media yang lebih inovatif dan interaktif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa komik digital berbasis kearifan lokal untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mendongeng siswa kelas III di UPT SPF SD Negeri 101881 Pasar VIII. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III UPT SPF SD Negeri 101881 Pasar VIII. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat kevalidan yang tinggi. Validasi oleh ahli bahasa memperoleh persentase sebesar 86%, validasi oleh ahli media sebesar 92,8%, validasi oleh ahli materi sebesar 94,6%, dan validasi oleh ahli pembelajaran sebesar 96,8%, sehingga media dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil uji keefektifan media berdasarkan respon siswa memperoleh persentase sebesar 98,4% yang menunjukkan bahwa media sangat efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Sementara itu, hasil penilaian keterampilan mendongeng siswa memperoleh persentase sebesar 91,11% dengan kategori sangat efektif. Selain itu, hasil peningkatan keterampilan mendongeng siswa berdasarkan perhitungan N-Gain menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,71 yang berada pada kategori tinggi, dengan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 48,7 dan posttest sebesar 83,3. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada keterampilan mendongeng siswa setelah menggunakan media komik digital berbasis kearifan lokal. Dengan demikian, media komik digital berbasis kearifan lokal yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak dan efektif sebagai media pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mendongeng siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in improving the adaptive abilities of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Children with ADHD generally experience difficulties in controlling behavior, paying attention, and adjusting to social and academic environments. The ABA approach, which is based on behavioristic principles such as reinforcement, shaping, and repetition, is used as a systematic intervention to shape the expected adaptive behavior. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type to understand the application of behavioristic theory through the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approach in improving the adaptive abilities of children with ADHD. The study was conducted at SD IT Nurhikmatika, Kolam Village, with one subject, as ADHD, and informants, the class teacher and parents who were selected purposively based on direct involvement in learning. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that consistent application of ABA can improve children's adaptive abilities, such as compliance with instructions, social interaction skills, and independence in daily activities. Thus, the ABA approach is effective as a behavioristic theory-based intervention strategy to help children with ADHD develop their adaptive functions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam mengembangkan bahasa anak usia dini di PAUD Sigam Indah desa Rantau Pandan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian case study research (studi Kasus). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Penelitian dilaksanakan di PAUD Sigam Indah dan berlangsung pada semester Genap TA 2026/2027. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Guru di kelompok B, yang berjumlah dua orang guru. Guru sebagai pelaksana utama kegiatan pembelajaran dan memiliki keterlibatan langsung dalam proses pembelajaran dan interaksi dengan anak, informan selanjutnya adalah Peserta Didik yang berada di kelompok B yang menjadi sampel penelitian.. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tahapan model Miles dan Huberman, meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik untuk menguji kredibilitas data yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD Sigam Indah berkembang cukup baik pada aspek memahami bahasa, mengungkapkan bahasa, dan keaksaraan awal. Guru merancang pembelajaran sebelum kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan, dalam mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa guru membuat perencanaan melalui kegiatan tematikk yang terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran harian dengan menggunakan metode bercerita, tanya jawab, bercakap-cakap, dan berdiskusi. Metode ini didukung dengan media seperti buku cerita dan kartu huruf, evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, catatan anekdot, dan hasil karya anak.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the Cerita Kolong Langit Program in improving basic literacy skills to reduce partial illiteracy among participants at Satu Amal Indonesia in Palembang. Using a quantitative approach and a quasi-experimental one-group pretest posttest design, the research involved 40 children aged 7 - 12 years at Taman Bacaan Sungai Ijuk. Data were collected through pre-test, post-test, structured observation, and documentation, then analyzed with descriptive statistics, the Shapiro–Wilk test, paired sample t-test, and normalized gain. The results show a significant increase in literacy achievement with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The mean score rose from 58.40 to 86.28, while the overall N-gain reached 0.670 in the medium category. The lower class obtained an N-gain of 0.638 and the upper class reached 0.702. Program implementation was supported by a warm learning climate, patient and adaptive tutors, contextual stories, and creative activities. The main constraints were irregular attendance, unequal initial ability, limited instructional time, and uneven literacy practice at home. These findings indicate that the program is effective and feasible to be developed further as a community based basic literacy model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between peer support and students' self-confidence in elementary school floor gymnastics lessons. The research used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population was 150 students in grades 5 and 6. The sampling technique used total sampling. The instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire measuring peer support (15 items) and self-confidence (12 items). Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis with the categorization of Ideal Mean (MI) and Ideal Standard Deviation (SDI), prerequisite tests (normality and linearity), and hypothesis testing using Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results showed that peer support level was in the high category for 75% of students and moderate for 25%. Self-confidence level was in the high category for 69% and moderate for 31%. There was a significant and positive relationship between peer support and student self-confidence, with a correlation coefficient of 0.557 and significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.311 indicates that peer support contributes 31.1% to students' self-confidence, while the remaining 68.9% is influenced by other factors not studied. The conclusion is that higher peer support leads to higher student self-confidence in floor gymnastics learning.
