Abstract

The development of social media encourages government institutions to utilize it as a public education tool, particularly in disaster contexts prone to misinformation. This study aims to analyze the use of Instagram @infobmkg as a medium for tropical cyclone education and its communication effects. This research employs a qualitative case study approach using interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that social media management based on context, communication, collaboration, and connection has been implemented optimally. Furthermore, the educational content generates cognitive, affective, and behavioral effects, including increased understanding, emotional reassurance, and behavioral changes in filtering and sharing information. It is concluded that Instagram @infobmkg is effective as an educational medium to anticipate disaster-related misinformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the return and risk levels, as well as investment performance based on the Sharpe ratio, between ANTAM gold bullion and ANTM shares for the 2020-2025 period. The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with secondary data in the form of monthly closing prices of ANTAM gold, ANTM share prices, and the BI Rate as a proxy for the risk-free rate. The analytical methods used include calculating returns, standard deviations, and the Sharpe ratio. The results show that ANTAM gold has a consistent positive return pattern during the crisis period with a moderate risk level and a downward trend. Meanwhile, ANTM shares exhibit high volatility with very high returns only in 2020 and 2025. From 2022 to 2024, ANTM shares experienced prolonged pressure due to a global commodity oversupply and rising interest rates. Based on the Sharpe ratio, ANTAM gold recorded positive values in five of the six observation years, with a peak efficiency of 3,921 in 2025. Meanwhile, ANTM shares only achieved positive values in 2020 (1,325) and 2025 (1,832). Gold's ability to maintain a positive Sharpe ratio across nearly all periods makes it superior as a long-term investment instrument that prioritizes value stability. ANTM shares can be an option for aggressive investors willing to endure high volatility and able to understand global commodity cycles. The combination of the two instruments is considered strategic for creating a balance between risk and return in portfolio management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in improving the quality of education at SD Negeri 3 Sesetan. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to obtain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of SBM in the school environment. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies involving Ketut Suci Antari, S.Pd., one of the teachers at SD Negeri 3 Sesetan, as the main informant. The findings revealed that the implementation of SBM at SD Negeri 3 Sesetan has been carried out effectively and systematically since the school was established. The implementation of SBM has positively impacted the quality of learning, school management effectiveness, resource efficiency, and teacher productivity. School programs are designed based on the school’s vision and mission and adjusted to students’ needs and environmental conditions. Stakeholder involvement, including principals, teachers, parents, the community, and the government, also plays an important role in supporting the success of SBM implementation. Monitoring and evaluation activities are conducted regularly to improve and sustain school programs. However, the school still faces challenges related to funding limitations in supporting all flagship programs optimally. Based on the SWOT analysis, the school’s strengths lie in its flagship programs and strong stakeholder synergy, while funding remains the main weakness. Overall, the implementation of SBM at SD Negeri 3 Sesetan has proven effective in improving educational quality and creating a more participatory, efficient, and sustainable school management system. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Management Accounting Information Systems (MAIS) in enhancing responsibility accounting at the Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital (RSUD), South Sulawesi. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the Hospital Director, Finance Manager, and Finance Staff, supplemented by observation of the accounting system and relevant documents. Data analysis was performed descriptively to identify how MAIS is implemented, what information is generated, and how it is utilized in responsibility accounting practices. The results show that the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), as the main MAIS platform, plays a significant role in supporting responsibility accounting. SIMRS successfully integrates operational and financial data from various units in real-time, enabling the identification and tracking of revenues and costs per responsibility center. The system facilitates participatory budgeting, generates automated performance reports comparing actual results with budgets, simplifies variance analysis, and strengthens the accountability of unit heads through a transparent reporting system. Despite these benefits, several challenges were identified, including uneven digital literacy among staff, technical network disruptions, limited managerial understanding of financial responsibility concepts, and a reward and punishment system not yet fully based on objective financial performance data. These findings confirm that SIMRS is a strategic infrastructure supporting the effectiveness of responsibility accounting and fostering a culture of performance and accountability in hospital financial management.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide education on self-protection from sexual violence to elementary school-aged children through an interactive storytelling approach in the public space of the Ats-Tsauroh Mosque in Serang City. The background to this activity is based on children's low understanding of their private bodies and limited sexual literacy due to a lack of education appropriate to children's developmental characteristics. The activity was carried out directly in the public space of the Ats-Tsauroh Mosque in Serang City, involving elementary school-aged children and their accompanying parents. Education was delivered through interactive storytelling combined with discussions, questions and answers, and simple educational games to increase participant engagement. The results of the activity showed that children had a better understanding of self-protection concepts, such as recognizing private body parts, understanding their boundaries, and knowing how to respond to unsafe situations. Furthermore, conducting the activity in a public space created a more open atmosphere and encouraged active participant participation. Therefore, the interactive storytelling approach in community service activities in public spaces can be an effective educational strategy in increasing children's understanding of self-protection from sexual violence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental management accounting on company performance through product innovation at PT. Berkah Wakaf Indonesia. Environmental management accounting is a tool that integrates environmental information into financial and operational decision making, which is expected to encourage product innovation and improve company performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 53 employees of PT. Berkah Wakaf Indonesia. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Environmental management accounting has a positive and significant effect on product innovation, with a path coefficient value of 0.521 and p-value of 0.000; (2) Environmental management accounting does not have a significant effect on company performance, with a p-value of 0.917; (3) Product innovation does not have a significant effect on company performance, with a p-value of 0.067; and (4) Product innovation is unable to mediate the effect of environmental management accounting on company performance, with a p-value of 0.096. These findings suggest that while environmental management accounting successfully drives product innovation, the chain from innovation to company performance has not yet been optimally realized. Companies need to more deeply integrate environmental management accounting information into their strategic decision-making processes and product commercialization strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk and Grab Holdings Ltd during the 2022–2024 period using financial ratio analysis. This research employed a quantitative descriptive method using secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of both companies. The financial ratios used include liquidity ratios (Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio), solvency ratios (Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio), activity ratios (Total Asset Turnover, Fixed Asset Turnover), and profitability ratios (Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Return on Investment). Data analysis was conducted by comparing the ratio results with industry standards according to Kasmir (2019). The results indicate that in terms of liquidity ratios, both companies are categorized as having good financial performance because their Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio values are above the industry standard. In terms of solvency ratios, both companies are also categorized as good because their Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio values are below the industry standard. However, in terms of activity and profitability ratios, both companies are still categorized as unfavorable because their ratio values remain below industry standards. Nevertheless, Grab Holdings Ltd demonstrated relatively better performance in liquidity, activity, and profitability aspects compared to PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk during the research period, while PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk showed stronger solvency and cash position.

Abstract

This study examines the CSR pendampingan and digital marketing activities carried out in the Strapping Waste Management program of PT IKPP Perawang. The primary issue identified is the public's perception of the industry's limits and the limitations of digital marketing capabilities in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the effectiveness of the digital marketing activities carried out by CSR PT IKPP Perawang and to analyze the effectiveness of the digital marketing activities based on the kerajinan from limbah strapping. The primary issue that has been identified is the public's perception of the industry's limits and the limitations of digital marketing skills among pengrajin women. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the pendampingan communication strategy implemented by CSR PT IKPP Perawang and to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies based on limbah strapping products. The methodology used in this study is deskriptif kualitatif; data is obtained through direct observation, interviews with primary and secondary sources of information, and literary analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Balancing learning model assisted by Wordwall media on the digital literacy of fourth-grade students in science at elementary school Gugus VIII, Buleleng District. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type and a nonequivalent control group design. The study population was all fourth-grade students in elementary school Gugus VIII, Buleleng District, with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a digital literacy observation sheet instrument, then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis which included prerequisite tests (normality and homogeneity tests) and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that there was a significant effect of the use of the Balancing model assisted by Wordwall media on students' digital literacy. This was indicated by the achievement of digital literacy indicators in the experimental class which was more optimal compared to the control class. The Balancing model plays a role in balancing student learning activities, especially in the Brain Balance Quiz phase through the integration of interactive Wordwall media. The use of this media can increase student engagement and make it easier for teachers to monitor aspects of digital culture contextually. Thus, the Balancing model assisted by Wordwall media is effectively used as an alternative learning innovation to improve students' digital literacy in science at elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of habituation in reading selected Qur’anic surahs to develop students’ spiritual character at SMA 45 Purwodadi. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on Creswell’s theory, with the researcher acting as the main instrument. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving students, Islamic Education teachers, the principal, and homeroom teachers as participants. The results show that the habituation program is carried out systematically and continuously every morning before learning activities, creating a religious school culture. The practice of reading Surah Al-Waqi’ah, Al-Mulk, and Yasin contributes positively to improving students’ religiosity, discipline, emotional control, and moral behavior. Although some obstacles were found, such as low student motivation and the influence of excessive gadget use, the program remains effective in shaping students’ spiritual character. Continuous evaluation and collaboration between teachers, schools, and parents are needed to optimize the program outcomes.
