Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Educaplay media based on the shaping technique on the ability to care for oneself during menstruation in students with mild intellectual disabilities at SLB Insan Tiara Bangsa. The research used a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design involving 5 female students as subjects. Data collection was carried out using performance test/observation sheets. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and the non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results showed that the average pre-test score of students was 67.8 (minimum 53, maximum 78), which increased significantly to 99.0 (minimum 90, maximum 112) in the post-test. Hypothesis testing via the Wilcoxon test yielded an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.043 < 0.05, indicating that Ho is rejected and H₁ is accepted. It can be concluded that the use of Educaplay media based on the shaping technique significantly improves the self-care ability during menstruation for children with mild intellectual disabilities. This media presents learning steps concretely, sequentially, and interactively, thereby increasing students' focus and independence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived value on revisit intention among visitors to the Mangrove Ecotourism Area Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta. Perceived value in this study refers to visitors overall perception of the benefits received relative to the sacrifices made, including monetary costs, time, and effort, during the ecotourism experience. Revisit intention refers to visitors intentions to return to the destination or recommend it to others in the future. This study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive-analytic design. A purposive sample of 100 respondents was selected from visitors who had previously visited the Mangrove Ecotourism Area Pantai Indah Kapuk and were at least 17 years of age. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a 4 point Likert scale and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, T-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results indicate that all five dimensions of perceived value emotional value, social value, functional value, epistemic value, and value for money each have a positive and significant partial effect on revisit intention. Simultaneously, these five dimensions also have a positive and significant combined effect on revisit intention, with an F-value of 29.852 and an Adjusted R Square of 59.3%, indicating that the independent variables explain 59.3% of the variation in revisit intention. These findings offer practical implications for ecotourism managers to improve facility quality, strengthen educational value, optimize emotional experience, and maintain affordable pricing to encourage repeat visits and support destination sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of honesty and discipline character values among first-grade students through daily habituation activities at UPT SPF SD Negeri 107405 Sei Rotan, as well as to identify the supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and the impacts resulting from the implementation of the program. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subjects consisted of the principal, first-grade teacher, first-grade students, and several parents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation.Data validity was ensured through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results revealed that the cultivation of honesty and discipline character values was implemented through various daily habituation activities, such as arriving at school on time, lining up before entering the classroom, greeting teachers, praying before and after lessons, maintaining classroom cleanliness, completing assignments on time, and encouraging students to speak and act honestly in their daily lives. The success of the program was supported by teachers’ role modeling, the principal’s support, and collaboration between the school and parents. The inhibiting factors included differences in students’ family backgrounds and varying levels of character understanding among students. The implementation of daily habituation activities had positive impacts on students’ character development, as evidenced by increased honesty in admitting mistakes and conveying truthful information, as well as improved discipline in obeying school rules, participating in learning activities, and completing assignments responsibly. Therefore, daily habituation activities proved to be an effective strategy for instilling honesty and discipline character values in elementary school students and supporting the development of a positive school culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on revisit intention at The Orient Hotel Jakarta. The independent variable is CRM, measured through four dimensions — service quality, communication, trust, and commitment — while the dependent variable is revisit intention. The study was motivated by the suboptimal CRM implementation at the hotel, reflected in guest complaints regarding service quality, the absence of a membership program, and limited personal communication with guests. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected via a 1–4 Likert scale questionnaire. The sample consisted of 100 respondents who had previously stayed at The Orient Hotel Jakarta within the past year, determined using the Slovin formula from a population of 23,567 guests. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, T-test, F-test, simple linear regression, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that all four CRM dimensions, service quality, communication, trust, and commitment, each have a significant partial effect on revisit intention. Simultaneously, CRM has a significant effect on revisit intention with an F-value of 133.799 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination of 57.7% indicates that CRM moderately explains the variation in revisit intention, while the remaining 42.3% is attributed to other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Bali's cultural tourism continues to demonstrate significant growth, as reflected in the surge of domestic tourist visits, which reached 26,615,306 trips in 2025, representing a 17.53% increase compared to the previous year. This trend continued with a 42.10% growth in national tourism trips in March 2026. Amid this dynamic development, the ogoh-ogoh cultural event, organized as part of the Nyepi Day celebration, has emerged as one of the most strategic cultural attractions in Denpasar City. However, its potential as an educational medium for domestic tourists has not yet been systematically optimized. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation involving six informants, namely the Traditional Village Head, Village Secretary, members of the Sekaa Taruna youth organization, a Pecalang officer, and two domestic tourists. Data were analyzed through triangulation techniques and a SWOT matrix. The findings reveal that domestic tourists experienced a meaningful enhancement of cultural understanding after attending the parade, particularly due to the multilingual explanations delivered by the master of ceremonies representing each banjar and the dissemination of cultural content through social media platforms. The ogoh-ogoh tradition embodies spiritual, cultural, and social values, serving as an authentic representation of Balinese culture. Nevertheless, educational gaps remain evident due to the absence of a structured cultural interpretation program, limited regional government budget allocations that resulted in the cancellation of the department-level festival in 2026, and the underutilized role of pecalang officers as cultural information providers. In addition, psychological barriers stemming from religious differences constrain the participation and engagement of non-Hindu domestic tourists. Cross-stakeholder collaboration among traditional villages, government institutions, and tourism industry actors is essential for transforming the ogoh-ogoh event into a cultural tourism platform that is not only visually attractive but also educationally impactful and sustainably transformative. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of balance activities in the sport and dance center to train the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years at TKIT IQRA, Serang, Banten. A descriptive qualitative method was used, involving the sport and dance center teacher, the school principal, and 16 children from two Group A classes as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and field notes, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of balance activities ran well through three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the planning stage, the teacher prepared a teaching module and selected appropriate balance activities. Implementation followed four scaffolding stages: setting up the play environment, briefing before play, guiding during play, and reviewing after play. Evaluation was carried out through direct observation and a checklist assessment. Supporting factors included adequate facilities, infrastructure, and learning media, while inhibiting factors included weather conditions, differences in children's abilities, health conditions, and limited attention during the activity. Overall, most children were able to perform the balance activities optimally, although a few still required further guidance, indicating that the balance activities at the sport and dance center effectively supported gross motor development in children aged 4-5 years.
