Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of digital tourism on the visitor experience at the National Museum of Indonesia, Central Jakarta. The development of information technology in this era has brought significant transformations in the tourism industry, particularly in museums, including how visitors obtain information, interact with content, and document their visit experiences. This study employs a quantitative method, with independent variables including information provision, contextual awareness, digital accessibility, and interactivity, while the dependent variables include sensory experience, emotional experience, cognitive experience, and behavioral experience. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 museum visitors. Data analysis was conducted to identify behavior patterns, preferences, and visitor satisfaction levels. The results of the study indicate that all digital tourism variables have a positive and significant effect on the tourist experience at the National Museum of Indonesia. The provision of digital information helps users plan their visits. Contextual awareness allows users to understand the museum’s atmosphere before their visit. Digital accessibility supports online exploration of the museum. Finally, interactivity enhances the educational and memory-related aspects of the visit. Based on the research findings, digital tourism has a positive effect on the tourist experience, with an F-value of 49.989 and a significance level of 0.000. With an R-Square value of 0.678, 67.8% of the variance in the tourist experience can be explained by the dimensions of information provision, contextual awareness, digital accessibility, and interactivity. Abstract

The environmental crisis, climate change, energy depletion, and unsustainable human behavior have become global challenges requiring educational transformation from an early age. This study aims to analyze the transformation of Integrated Science and Social Studies (IPAS) learning through the STEM-ESD approach in developing sustainability consciousness among elementary school students. This research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by reviewing scientific articles published between 2021 and 2026 from Google Scholar, ERIC, DOAJ, ScienceDirect, and reputable journals. The findings indicate that STEM-ESD effectively integrates science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and sustainability principles into contextual and project-based learning. This approach improves students' sustainability consciousness through three dimensions: cognitive, affective, and behavioral aspects. Students become more capable of understanding environmental issues, developing environmental awareness, and implementing sustainable behaviors in daily life. However, several challenges remain, including teachers’ readiness, learning resources, and the consistency of sustainability-oriented learning implementation in elementary schools. Therefore, STEM-ESD serves as an innovative educational approach that supports 21st-century competencies and promotes sustainable development goals through meaningful and transformative learning experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the 7A tourism components on tourists’ revisit intention at Monumen Pancasila Sakti. The background of this study is based on the importance of developing historical tourism, improving public facilities, and addressing the decline in tourist visits from 2024 to 2025. This study employed a quantitative approach, with the independent variables consisting of attraction, amenities, ancillary services, activities, accessibility, available packages, and awareness, while the dependent variable was revisit intention. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who had visited Monumen Pancasila Sakti. The data were analyzed using SPSS through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that, partially, the dimensions of attraction, ancillary services, accessibility, available packages, and awareness have a positive and significant influence on revisit intention. Meanwhile, amenities and activities do not have a significant influence. Simultaneously, the 7A tourism components have a significant influence on revisit intention, as indicated by an F-count value of 8.949 > F-table value of 2.111 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square value of 0.405 indicates that the 7A tourism components explain 40.5% of revisit intention, while the remaining 59.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study. This study recommends that the management improve the quality of facilities and develop innovations related to tourism components that are still considered inadequate, so that the visitor experience becomes more attractive and memorable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of visiting motivation on tourists' intention to revisit the Jakarta Maritime Museum. The motivation dimension in this study consists of push and pull factors, while the intention to revisit is the desire to revisit and the desire to recommend the museum to others. This study was conducted because the number of visits to the Jakarta Maritime Museum is still low compared to other museums in Indonesia and because of the challenges in increasing the museum's appeal, especially to young people. The research method used was quantitative, with data collection through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, visitors to the Jakarta Maritime Museum. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with simple random sampling. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed that all indicators in the motivation and intention to revisit variables were valid and reliable. The simple linear regression analysis showed that motivation had a positive effect on tourists' intention to revisit the Jakarta Maritime Museum, with a regression equation of Y = 5.238 + 0.554X. The regression coefficient of 0.554 indicates that each increase in motivation will increase tourists' intention to revisit. This finding indicates that motivational factors are an important element in encouraging tourists to be interested in repeating visits to the Jakarta Maritime Museum. Abstract

This study analyzes the application of the First In, First Out (FIFO) method in food ingredient storage at the main kitchen of Manado Tateli Resort & Convention. The background of this research is the gap between the storage procedure that should be followed and its practice in the field, where during peak operations newly arrived ingredients are sometimes used before the older stock. A qualitative descriptive approach was applied, with data collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with five kitchen informants (Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis, and Purchasing staff), and documentation. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that FIFO has become a core operating standard and runs at a consistency level of about eighty-five percent: incoming goods are inspected, weighed, washed, labeled, and stored by category, while older stock is issued first. The main obstacles do not lie in the system itself but in human resources and physical limitations, namely limited staff during high occupancy, last-minute event requests, restricted storage space, and inconsistent supplier labeling. The efforts undertaken include direct supervision by leaders, verbal and written warnings or training, re-arranging stock after busy service, coordinating with purchasing, and re-labeling supplier goods. The study concludes that a disciplined and consistent application of FIFO supports ingredient quality, controls food cost, and reduces food waste.
