Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) di SDIT Cordova 4 Pinang Kota Tangerang dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan peserta didik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip SRA meskipun belum secara formal mengadopsi program tersebut. Upaya yang dilakukan meliputi penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan nyaman, pembentukan kedekatan emosional antara guru dan siswa, serta kolaborasi dengan orang tua melalui komite sekolah. Namun, ditemukan beberapa tantangan, seperti masih adanya kasus perundungan verbal dan kurangnya pelatihan khusus bagi guru terkait SRA. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi nilai-nilai SRA di SDIT Cordova 4 telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kenyamanan dan keterbukaan siswa, meskipun masih diperlukan penguatan dalam aspek pengawasan interaksi siswa dan peningkatan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan yang lebih terstruktur.

Abstract

Pendidikan multikultural di Indonesia memiliki urgensi yang tinggi mengingat kondisi pluralisme yang ada. Jika keberagaman tidak dikelola dengan baik, hal ini dapat menimbulkan konflik sosial. Pengembangan sikap toleransi, khususnya toleransi beragama, pada siswa sekolah dasar sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan multikultural terhadap sikap toleransi beragama siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur (literature review) dengan mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesiskan hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui pencarian di database akademik seperti Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan perpustakaan universitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan multikultural memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap sikap toleransi beragama siswa. Pendidikan multikultural berperan penting dalam membentuk sikap toleransi beragama dan dapat dijadikan dasar untuk pengembangan pendidikan yang lebih terbuka dan menghargai perbedaan di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategies used by teachers in utilizing the mother tongue in the learning process in the first-grade classes at SD Negeri 006 Rokan IV Koto. The approach used is qualitative with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the use of the mother tongue in the first-grade classes at SD Negeri 006 Rokan IV Koto helps students better understand the material, increases class participation, and strengthens the emotional connection between the teacher and students. The strategies implemented include translanguaging, the use of local metaphors, and strengthening concepts through contextual dialogue. This study recommends teacher training on the effective use of the mother tongue in the learning process.

Abstract

This study examines the beginning reading skills of third-grade students at SDN Cakung Timur 01, who still face various learning challenges. The research aims to analyze the initial reading abilities of these third-grade students. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through classroom observations and in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that while most students demonstrate adequate letter recognition, they encounter difficulties in proper word pronunciation, appropriate intonation, and reading fluency. Some students also struggle with self-confidence when reading aloud in class. Contributing factors include limited vocabulary, insufficient reading practice at home, and less varied teaching methods. The study highlights the need for a more comprehensive instructional approach to enhance early reading skills.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Numeracy literacy skills are one of the basic skills that are very important for students to understand and apply mathematical concepts in everyday life. However, currently many students have difficulty in understanding numeracy literacy, both in school and at home. Some factors that cause these problems include the lack of use of supporting learning media, teaching methods that do not actively involve students, and low learning motivation. This study aims to disseminate how effective the use of child-friendly learning media is in improving numeracy literacy skills in grade III students at SD 2 Karangbener. The method used is quantitative research with a Pre-Experimental experimental approach and a one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were grade III students of SD 2 Karangbener. Data collection was carried out through tests with instruments in the form of pretest and posttest questions. The data analysis technique used a t-paired sample test, which consisted of the Shapiro Wilk normality test and the homogeneity test. In the one sample Shapiro Wilk normality test, the pretest value was 0.202> 0.005, while the posttest was 0.282> 0.005. while in the homogeneity test, the 2-tailed sig value was obtained at 0.372 > 0.05, which means that the data is normally distributed. The results of the study indicate that child-friendly learning media is effective in improving the numeracy literacy of grade III students of SD 2 Karangbener. Keywords: Effectiveness of Child-Friendly Media; Numeracy Literacy; SD 2 Karangbener ABSTRAK Kemampuan literasi numerasi merupakan salah satu keterampilan dasar yang sangat penting agar siswa dapat memahami serta menerapkan konsep matematika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, saat ini banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami literasi numerasi, baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di rumah. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan permasalahan tersebut antara lain kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang mendukung, metode pengajaran yang kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif, serta rendahnya motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyebarkan seberapa efektif penggunaan media pembelajaran yang ramah anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi pada siswa kelas III di SD 2 Karangbener. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen Pre-Eksperimental dan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD 2 Karangbener. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes dengan instrumen berupa soal pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t-paired sample test, yang terdiri dari uji normalitas Shapiro wilk dan uji homogenitas. Pada uji normalitas one sample Shapiro wilk diperoleh nilai pretest 0.202 > 0.005, sedangkan posttest 0.282 > 0.005. sedangkan pada uji homogenitas diperoleh nilai sig 2-tailed sebesar 0.372 > 0.05 yang artinya data berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran ramah anak efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi numerasi siswa kelas III SD 2 Karangbener. Abstract

The phenomenon of moral degradation among students is increasingly worrying. Therefore, it is necessary to make a change in learning that is oriented towards improving character. Related to this, this study generally aims to find a new paradigm through research results to improve student character. Specifically, this study aims to analyze the use of the behavioral model operant conditioning approach to the character of student discipline in elementary schools. This study is an experimental study by comparing the behavioral model operant conditioning approach with the value clarification technique approach. This study was conducted at SD Swasta PAB 27 Tj. Mulia. The sample used was 46 students. Data collection in this study used an observation sheet, while the research hypothesis was tested using an independent sample t test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the character of student discipline taught with the behavioral model operant conditioning approach compared to the value clarification technique approach. Students taught with the behavioral model operant conditioning approach had a higher character of discipline compared to students taught with the value clarification technique approach with a Mean Difference of 8.78.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of digital technology in enhancing educational administration services at UPT SMA Negeri 10 Wajo. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies with informants including the school principal, educators, students, the school committee, and parents. The findings indicate that digital technology improves administrative efficiency, particularly in data management, scheduling, school-parent communication, and academic reporting. Supporting factors include school policies, availability of digital devices, internet access, and educators’ openness to technology adoption. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy, infrastructure constraints, and technical issues remain obstacles. Recommended solutions include digital literacy training, infrastructure enhancement, and the development of a more user-friendly administrative system. Government support and active participation from parents and the school committee are essential in creating an effective and sustainable digital ecosystem.

Abstract

The implementation of the Graduate Competency Standards (GCS) at theelementary education level is a key indicator in assessing the success of theeducational process. The GCS includes aspects of attitude, knowledge, and skillsexpected to be possessed by every graduate as the final outcome of learning.However, the implementation of GCS in primary education often faces variouschallenges, both internal—such as teacher quality and teaching methods—andexternal—such as limited infrastructure and parental support. This study aims toanalyze the extent to which GCS is implemented in elementary schools and toidentify the problems hindering its achievement. The research employed adescriptive qualitative method with a case study approach in several urban and ruralelementary schools. The results indicate that teachers' understanding of GCSremains uneven, and instructional practices are not yet fully aligned with theexpected competency outcomes. These findings suggest the need for strongerteacher training, more consistent policy support, and collaboration among schools,families, and communities to optimize the achievement of GCS in basic education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine teachers' perceptions of fun classroom management in early childhood learning at Al-Moestafa Kindergarten, Jambi City. Effective and fun classroom management plays an important role in supporting aspects of child development. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires distributed in the form of online questionnaires (Google Form). The results of the study showed that teachers had positive perceptions of fun classroom management. Children looked comfortable in following the learning process, the classroom atmosphere was relatively conducive, and social interactions between children went well. Learning media have been utilized optimally, and children's ability to work together in groups shows good results. In general, teachers have played an active role in creating a fun learning environment that is in accordance with the developmental needs of early childhood.

Abstract

Primary education is the first level of formal education in the Indonesian education system, intended for clhildren eged 6 to 12 years. The method used in this research is a literature study whith a qualitative approach, gethring information from various sources such as jpurnals and scientific articel. The results of the study indicate a lack of literacy among students ; therefore, educator also need to understand various methods of conducting evaluations to achieve better results, one of which is by utilizing digital technology.
