Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

Kerajaan Perlak, yang terletak di wilayah Aceh Timur, dikenal sebagai salah satu kerajaan Islam tertua di Indonesia. Berdiri sekitar abad ke-9 Masehi, kerajaan ini memainkan peran penting dalam penyebaran agama Islam di Nusantara, jauh sebelum munculnya kerajaan-kerajaan Islam besar lainnya seperti Samudra Pasai dan Demak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji asal-usul, perkembangan, serta kontribusi Kerajaan Perlak dalam konteks sejarah Islam di Indonesia. Keberadaannya menegaskan bahwa proses Islamisasi di Indonesia dimulai lebih awal dari pada yang umum diperkirakan. Dan Sejarah Islam di Nusantara, pentingnya Kerajaan Perlak sebagai tonggak awal peradaban Islam di Indonesia.

This study aims to describe students' learning interest in learning Natural and Social Sciences through the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by QuizWhizzer media in class V SDN 02 Negeri Bumi Putera. The problem underlying this study is the low interest in learning of students, which is indicated by lack of attention, low involvement in learning activities, and lack of enthusiasm and interest in natural and social science materials. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Observations were carried out during the learning process, while interviews were conducted to explore students' responses in more depth to the application of the TGT model assisted by QuizWhizzer. Data analysis focused on four indicators of learning interest, namely attention, interest, feelings of pleasure, and involvement. The results of the study showed that the application of the TGT learning model assisted by QuizWhizzer was able to increase students' interest in learning. Students showed increased attention to teacher explanations, interest in interactive learning activities, feelings of joy when participating in digital-based games, and active involvement in group discussions and competitions. Thus, the TGT model assisted by QuizWhizzer can be an alternative effective learning strategy to increase students' interest in learning in the subjects of Natural and Social Sciences.

Kesenjangan layanan pendidikan dasar antara wilayah perkotaan dan daerah 3T (terdepan, terluar, dan tertinggal) masih menjadi tantangan besar dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai literatur ilmiah dan kebijakan terkini guna memahami akar penyebab, bentuk ketimpangan, serta strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap 20 sumber ilmiah dan kebijakan yang relevan pada kurun waktu 2018–2024, ditemukan bahwa keselarasan layanan pendidikan mencakup aspek infrastruktur, kualitas dan distribusi guru, akses terhadap teknologi, pelaksanaan kurikulum, serta hasil belajar siswa. Sementara sekolah-sekolah di kota menikmati fasilitas dan sumber daya pendidikan yang memadai, sekolah-sekolah di daerah 3T masih bergulat dengan keterbatasan fisik, sumber daya manusia, dan akses informasi. Studi ini merekomendasikan perlunya intervensi berbasis data lokal, pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan, pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran inklusif, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk mendorong pemerataan pendidikan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pemangku kebijakan dan praktisi pendidikan dalam merancang kebijakan yang lebih adil dan kontekstual untuk wilayah 3T.

Linguistik terapan merupakan cabang ilmu bahasa yang fokus pada penerapan teori linguistik untuk memecahkan permasalahan kebahasaan dalam konteks nyata. Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, perkembangan linguistik terapan menunjukkan dinamika yang signifikan, dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan teknologi digital dan semakin mobilitas global. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi untuk meninjau perkembangan terbaru dalam linguistik terapan, termasuk integrasi teknologi, pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pendidikan bahasa. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan interdisipliner, penelitian ini berupaya menjawab kebutuhan pembelajaran bahasa yang semakin kompleks di era modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman terhadap perkembangan dan tantangan dalam linguistik terapan sangat penting untuk menciptakan kebijakan pendidikan bahasa yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan, serta memberikan rekomendasi yang relevan bagi praktik pendidikan di masa depan.

Masalah pada penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang ada di SD Negeri 89 Palembang, yaitu siswa cenderung kurang aktif dan kurang tertarik dalam pembelajaran Matematika, siswa kurang memperhatikan dan asik mengobrol, siswa kesulitan dalam mengerjakan soal operasi bilangan penjumlahan dan pengurangan, dan kemampuan berhitung anak masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan metode jarimatika materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan dalam mengoptimalisasi kemampuan berhitung siswa kelas II SD Negeri 89 Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, pengumpulan data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode jaritmatika memberikan dampak positif pada peningkatan kemampuan berhitung siswa pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan. Respon siswa pada penerapan metode jarimatika materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan dalam menoptimalisasi kemampuan berhitung siswa kelas II SD Negeri 89 Palembang sangat positif, dimana rata-rata skor jawaban siswa sebesar 3,6 dengan kategori sangat baik.

Critical thinking skills and creative thinking skills are essential competencies in the21st century. There is a growing perspective that these two thinking skills can bedeveloped simultaneously. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationshipbetween critical thinking skills and creative thinking skills in the IPAS (Science,Environment, Technology, and Society) subject among elementary school students.This research uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach and employstests as the data collection technique. The test instruments are divided into twotypes: a two-tier multiple-choice test to measure critical thinking skills, which wasdeveloped based on four indicators—focus, reason, inference, and situation; and anessay test to measure creative thinking skills, with indicators including fluency,elaboration, flexibility, and originality. The population of this study consists of allsixth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Jambu Ilir, with one class totaling 34 students.The correlation test results indicate a relationship between critical thinking skills andcreative thinking skills. The regression coefficient result shows a value of 0.551,indicating that critical thinking skills influence 55% of creative thinking skills.

This study aims to determine the use of Educaplay media in diagnostic assessmentbased on Three-Tier Multiple Choice to reduce elementary school students'mathematical misconceptions. A quantitative approach with a pre-experimentaldesign was used to compare learning outcomes between the experimental andcontrol groups. The subjects of the study were 30 fourth-grade elementary schoolstudents who were randomly divided into two groups. The research instrumentswere the Three-Tier Multiple Choice test based on Educaplay, studentquestionnaires, and observation sheets. The results showed that the use ofEducaplay significantly reduced the level of student misconceptions and increasedconceptual understanding. Educaplay media is considered effective as anassessment tool that is able to present questions in an interesting and reflectivemanner for students.

The background of the research stems from the low student achievement caused by conventional teaching methods and the limited use of interactive learning media. This study aims to determine the effect of using Edpuzzle media on student learning outcomes in Indonesian language lessons for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 68 Palembang. This research employed a quantitative approach using a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample consisted of 23 students from class V.C, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using multiple-choice tests administered before (pretest) and after (posttest) the use of Edpuzzle media. The results of the paired sample t-test analysis showed a significant difference between the students' pretest and posttest scores after learning with Edpuzzle. Therefore, the use of Edpuzzle media has been proven to positively affect student learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects. This media is recommended as an effective alternative to enhance material comprehension and promote active student engagement in the learning process.

Sigmund Freud mencetuskan teori psikoanalisis yang terdiri dari pikiran bawah sadar dan pikiran sadar. Pemikiran Sigmund Freud mengatakan bahwa kesadaran hanyalah sebagian kecil dari kehidupan mental. Sebagian besar hanya alam bawah sadar atau tidak sadar, Menurut teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud, pikiran bawah sadar didefinisikan sebagai kumpulan perasaan, pikiran, dorongan, dan ingatan yang berada di luar kesadaran. Freud percaya bahwa ketidaksadaran terus memenuhi perilaku meskipun orang tidak menyadarinya. Tujuan konseling teori psikoanalisis adalah untuk membentuk Kembali struktur karakter individu dengan membuat kesadaran yang tidak disadari dalam diri individu.

This study aims to examine the effect of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) based on Green Education and self-efficacy on students’ creative thinking ability. The study employed a quasi-experimental method. The population consisted of all eighth-grade students at SMP Beringin Ratu, with a sample of 69 students selected through cluster random sampling. Data were collected using a self-efficacy questionnaire and creative thinking ability test. Two-way ANOVA was used to analyze the data. The results revealed: (1) a significant effect of the RME model with a Green Education approach on students’ creative thinking ability, (2) no significant effect of self-efficacy on creative thinking ability, and (3) a significant interaction between learning model and self-efficacy on creative thinking ability. Further analysis showed that the RME model was more effective in improving creative thinking ability among students with low self-efficacy compared to conventional learning. These findings indicate that learning models that are contextual, collaborative, and environmentally integrated can enhance students’ creative thinking skills regardless of their level of self-efficacy.
