Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang bentuk penguatan pendidikan karakter bagi siswa sekolah dasar melalui kearifan lokal. Kearifan lokal adalah fenomena yang luas dan kompleks, yang memiliki keunikan dan keberagaman, serta tidak mengenal batasan ruang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta studi dokumentasi terkait penerapan kearifan lokal dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah dari siswa dan guru yang ada di SD Negeri 2 Baranti. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi tiga tahap utama yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan gotong royong di SD Negeri 2 Baranti dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter.Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah artikel ilmiah yang akan diterbitkan di jurnal, dengan harapan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal dalam pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar.

This classroom action research aimed to improve fifth-grade students’ skills in solving mathematical word problems by implementing the cooperative learning method of Teams Games Tournament (TGT), modified with the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach. The study was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observations, written tests, and documentation, and were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that students demonstrated improved understanding and greater accuracy in solving word problems. Their participation and enthusiasm in learning activities also increased significantly. These findings indicate that the modified TGT method combined with the RME approach is an effective and engaging strategy for enhancing students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities in the classroom.

Adversity Quotient (AQ) is the ability of human fighting power to face and overcome difficulties and challenges in facing problems. According to the results of several studies, it was found that AQ has a positive and significant effect on problem solving ability in learning. The purpose of this research is to describe the mathematical problem solving ability of elementary school students in terms of AQ ability. Can the relationship between AQ and problem solving be known in elementary school? The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Researchers analyzed relevant research articles through Google Scholar, Garuda, and DOAJ. 82 articles were obtained that fit the criteria of the keywords problem solving and AQ. But there were only 3 articles that were conducted in elementary school. Based on the research results, it was concluded that elementary school students can also be categorized as AQ climber, camper and quitter types. AQ has a very positive effect on students' fighting power in solving problems.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Wordwall learning media on student learning outcomes in the subject of Science at SDN 1 Piji. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental model. The subjects of the study consisted of 29 fifth grade students who were divided into two groups, namely 16 students in the experimental class and 13 students in the control class. Data collection techniques used tests (pretest and posttest), observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study showed that Wordwall media had a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes. This was proven through the Independent Sample T-Test with a significance value (2-tailed) <0.05. In addition, the results of the Paired Sample T-Test also showed a significance value <0.05, and the N-Gain test showed an average N-Gain score of the experimental class of 79.34%, which was included in the effective category. Student responses to the use of Wordwall media were also positive, where 12 students stated that they liked and 4 students were interested in the media. Thus, it can be concluded that the Wordwall learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes in the science subject at SDN 1 Piji.

The objective of this research was to examine the effect and differences in students' learning outcomes through Canva learning video media in mathematics for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 101873 Desa Baru. This research was motivated by the lack of student interest in mathematics, as it is considered a challenging subject, coupled with the lack of innovative teaching media utilized by teachers, resulting in low student engagement during the learning process. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a non-equivalent control group model. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 101873 Desa Baru during the 2024/2025 academic year, from September 30 to October 5, 2024. The population consisted of all fourth-grade students (40 students), with the sample divided into two groups: 20 students in class IVA (experimental group) and 20 students in class IVB (control group). Data analysis techniques included prerequisite tests (normality and homogeneity tests) and hypothesis testing using a t-test. The research instrument was a multiple-choice test. The results showed a significant effect of Canva learning videos on students' learning outcomes in mathematics on fractions. The t-test calculation revealed that the tobserved value (2.372) was greater than the ttable value (2.024) at a significance level of 0.05, leading to the acceptance of Ha and the rejection of Ho. Thus, Canva learning videos were found to significantly influence students' learning outcomes in mathematics on fractions.

This Research Is Motivated By The Many Students Who Have Problems Experienced By Students In Class Viii Of Smp Negeri 1 Biru-Biru, Namely Phubbing Behavior. There Are Students Who Are Less Focused On Listening To Other People Talking, Students Are More Focused On What They Are Holding And Often Ignore Their Peers When Communicating. Many Students Are Unable To Use Technology Wisely (Excessively) Towards Smartphone Users Compared To Listening To Other People Talking And Cannot Appreciate Their Feelings. The Purpose Of This Study Is To Determine Whether There Is An Influence Of The Jigsaw Method Information Service On The Phubbing Behavior Of Class Viii Students Of Smp Negeri 1 Biru-Biru. The Method In This Study Is Quantitative Research. The Research Design Is Pre-Test And Post-Test Group. The Population In This Study Were 120 Students In Class Viii Of Smp Negeri 1 Biru-Biru. The Sample Taken Was 30 Students. The Sampling Technique Used In This Study Was The Purposive Sampling Technique. The Data Collection Technique Used A Likert Scale, Namely Making A Phubbing Behavior Scale. Based On The Results Of The Hypothesis Test Using The Paired Sample Test, The Sig Value Was Obtained. (2-Tailed) Of 0.004 <0.05, Which Means That There Is A Significant Difference Between The Pre-Test And Post-Test. This Shows That There Is An Influence Of The Jigway Method Information Service On Phubbing Behavior At Smp Negeri 1 Biru-Biru In The 2024/2025 Academic Year.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran audio visual terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain true experimental tipe posttest-only control group design. Sampel terdiri dari 50 siswa yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media audio visual, dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk memastikan keakuratan instrumen. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata minat belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Uji-t menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006 (< 0,05), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, media audio visual terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS

This study aims to determine the role of teachers in overcoming bullying at Bungkus State Elementary School. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the forms of bullying that occur bullying verbal. Teachers play an active role in prevention, handling, coaching, motivators, direction, evaluation and counseling with an educational approach and involving parents and schools. The impact of bullying is felt by victims, perpetrators, and the school environment. The role of teachers is very important in fostering student character and creating a safe, inclusive, and harmonious learning environment for all school residents.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media tangram terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 102 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen murni dan desain posttest-only control group. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 54 siswa dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Kelas eksperimen menggunakan media tangram, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes uraian, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji independent sample t-test pada SPSS versi 26 menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen adalah 80,4 (kategori baik), sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 56 (kategori sedang). Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa media tangram efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa melalui pembelajaran yang aktif, visual, dan menyenangkan

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of grade 1 students of SD Negeri 007 Sungai Pinang, especially in addition and subtraction materials, which encouraged this researcher. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes through the use of wordwall learning media. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in three cycles, with each cycle consisting of three meetings. Each cycle goes through several stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were 31 students, with the object of this research being the improvement of learning outcomes using wordwall media. This data collection technique uses percentage, learning outcome completion, average value, and score as well as improvement of student learning outcomes. The results of the study showed that wordwall media succeeded in improving student learning outcomes. The average student score increased from 53 in the pre-cycle with a completion percentage of 13%, to 74 in cycle I with a completion percentage of 57%, then to 91 in cycle II with a completion percentage of 87%.
