Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PJBL)model integrated with the TikTok application on student learning outcomes in thesubject of Arts, Culture, and Crafts (SBDP) for Grade IV students at SD Negeri 6Suak Tapeh. The research was motivated by low student participation andachievement in SBDP learning, particularly in visual arts. The research methodused was quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach and a nonequivalentcontrol group design. The sample consisted of two classes: the experimental class(using PJBL with TikTok integration) and the control class (using conventionalmethods). Data were collected through pretests and posttests in the form of essayquestions. The analysis showed a significant difference between the posttestresults of the two classes, with an average posttest score of 86.11 in theexperimental class and 40.80 in the control class. The t-test results showed asignificance value of 0.000 < 0.05), indicating that the application of PJBL withTikTok had a significant impact on improving student learning outcomes. Thestudy concludes that the PJBL model based on TikTok is effective in optimizingSBDP learning by increasing active participation, creativity, and students&#39;understanding of the material.

Abstract

The background of the research is the low ability of students to accurately performthe under ring shooting technique. The study employed a quantitative approachwith a quasi-experimental method using a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design.The sample consisted of 20 students selected through total random sampling of 20students. The instrument used was a shooting accuracy test administered beforeand after the intervention, which consisted of target-based training sessions. Dataanalysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significantdifference between the pretest and posttest scores with a significance value of0.000 (p < 0.05). This indicates that target games have a positive and significanteffect on improving students’ under ring shooting accuracy. Therefore, target-based training can be considered an effective alternative learning strategy toenhance basic basketball skills, especially under ring shooting.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe students’ activeness in learning mathematics when using concrete learning media, (2) describe students’ activeness in learning mathematics when using electronic (audiovisual) learning media, and (3) describe the comparison of students’ activeness in learning mathematics when using concrete and electronic (audiovisual) learning media. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques include direct observation and documentation. Data were obtained through scaled instruments and descriptive observations based on predetermined aspects of learning activeness. The collected data were categorized based on the type of learning media used, namely during mathematics learning in first-grade elementary students using concrete media in the form of diagram pictures, and during the use of electronic (audiovisual) media in the form of instructional videos. This type of research does not use a hypothesis. The research results show that students’ activeness in learning mathematics was higher when using concrete learning media. Students were more focused during the learning process and showed great interest in participating in new activities and experiments related to the material. The classroom atmosphere became more active throughout the lesson. Students were also more capable of completing tasks and responding to the teacher’s explanations. Emotionally, students demonstrated increased respect for their peers, better interaction with both teachers and classmates, and greater confidence and ability to express their opinions during the learning process. The activeness of first-grade students at SDN 131/IV Kota Jambi increased more significantly during mathematics lessons using concrete learning media compared to electronic (audiovisual) media. This is because concrete media allow students to be directly involved in the learning process, thereby enhancing their interest and engagement, facilitating their understanding of the material, and improving their ability to analyze learning concepts. This effectiveness is attributed to the limited attention span of first-grade students, making learning media that involve physical activity and hands-on experiences more effective in improving focus and learning engagement. In contrast, when using electronic (audiovisual) learning media, most students paid less attention to the teacher during material explanations and demonstrations. Many appeared bored, as the instructional videos were only displayed on the board, and the image quality was suboptimal. Students seated farther from the screen had difficulty seeing the material clearly. However, they were still able to answer the teacher’s questions and complete tasks well, though they appeared less focused and enthusiastic during the mathematics lesson. Electronic media use is sometimes less effective for first-grade students, as it can lead to boredom or distraction if not used appropriately.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of domino card media assisted byAugmented Reality (AR) in learning plant body parts in class IV SDN Cimanggu 01with 34 students. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD)research method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development,Implementation, and Evaluation). This research begins with analyzing theproblems, curriculum, and characteristics of students, then making productdesigns, developing products, then validating products with expert validators whoare qualified in their fields, followed by conducting limited trials with respondentsand conducting an overall evaluation. The results of the product validation test getan average score of 93.33%, so the product is very feasible to use. The N-Gaintest results get an average value of 0.60 so that the product is proven to increasestudents&#39; understanding of material with the criteria “Moderate” and the N-Gaintest results also get a percentage of 60% so that the learning process after usingthe product runs “Quite Effective”, and the results of the response of students andteachers reach 95%, so the product is very good to use.

Abstract

Debora Natonis NIM.2101140052 with the tittle “ The Effect of Group InvestigationLearning Model with the help of Interactive Animation Media on the LearningOutcomes of PPKn Class V Students of UPTD. SD Inpres Lasiana Kupang City”.The problem in this study is to examine the significant effect of the GroupInvestigation learning outcomes of PPKn Class V Students of UPTD.SD InpresLasiana Kupang City, with the aim of improving students learning outcomes inPancasila education learning about My Indonesian Regional Culture. This studyuses the Pre-Experimental Design research type with a quantitative approach tothe One Group Pretest Posttest research design. The population in this study were28 class V C students of UPTD. SD Inpres Lasiana, Kupang City. The samplingtechnique used was a saturated sample where all populations were used assamples. Data collection techniques and instruments were observation sheets andtest instruments. The research instrument was a test in the form of a prestest andposttest to measure learning outcomes. The question instrument before beingused, was first used for validity and reliability testing. After the data was collected,it was analysed and used for hypothesis testing.This research was conducted atUPTD. SD Inpres Lasiana Kupang City Class V C. Furthermore, the results of thehypothesis testing, using paired samples t-test showed that the significance value(2-tailed) was 0,000. This shows that at the significamce level (2-tailed) < 0,05. Inaccordance with the basis for decision making, this is because the sig. (2-tailed)value < 0,05, so there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes inthe Pretest-Posttest data. Based on the results of the study above, it can beconcluded that there is an influence between the Group Investigation learningmodel with the help of interactive animation media on the PPKn learning outcomesof class V students of UPTD. SD Inpres Lasiana, Kupang City.

Abstract

This study discusses the “Effect of Teacher Interaction Teaching Style on Learning Interest of Class VIII Students in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMPN 36 Makassar”. This research aims to find out: Interactional teaching style of Islamic Religious Education teachers in class, learning interest of class VIII students in Islamic Religious Education subjects, and the effect of interactional teaching style of Islamic Religious Education teachers on learning interest of class VIII students at SMPN 36 Makassar. The method used is quantitative research method. The population in this study were VIII grade students with a total of 123 students. The sample used was 56 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the teacher's interactional teaching style applied is in accordance with the junior high school level. Based on the results of descriptive analysis with 56 respondents, it can be seen that the average student interest in learning is 88.85 with a standard deviation of 4.190 with a percentage of 57% in the moderate category. The effect of the teacher's interactional teaching style on the learning interest of class VIII students in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMPN 36 Makassar partially is (1) the variable of the teacher's interactional teaching style obtained a significance value <0.05 (0.001 <0.05) and t_hitung = 5.473> t_table = 3.205, meaning that there is a significant effect partially. The simultaneous effect obtained a value of 0.222 with a percentage of 22.2%.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Canva as an instructional medium to enhance reading interest among third-grade students in Indonesian language classes at SD Negeri Fontein 2. Using a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group, the study compared a group using Canva with a control group employing traditional methods. Data were collected using a reading interest questionnaire and analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Results revealed a significant improvement in the reading interest scores of the experimental group compared to the control group. These findings indicate that Canva is effective in stimulating student engagement and fostering reading enthusiasm through its visual and interactive features

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan model pembelajaran Berpikir Kritis pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) di kelas VIII MTs Bhayangkara Tallo Lama Makassar. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pelaksanaan model ini mengikuti tahapan terstruktur meliputi pembukaan, inti, dan penutup. Tahap inti menekankan pada pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, analitis, dan kolaboratif siswa dalam memahami materi SKI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keefektifan model Berpikir Kritis dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Nilai rata-rata meningkat secara signifikan dari 61,83% (kategori sedang) pada prasiklus menjadi 82,83% (kategori sangat tinggi) pada siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan belajar juga meningkat drastis dari 33,33% (kategori kurang) menjadi 86,67% (kategori sangat baik). Peningkatan ini menunjukkan keberhasilan model dalam mendorong pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala. Sebagian siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, terutama dalam diskusi kelompok. Perbedaan gaya belajar dan motivasi belajar yang belum optimal juga menjadi faktor penghambat dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal bagi sebagian siswa. Sebanyak 13,33% siswa masih berada pada kategori sangat rendah dan belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar pada siklus II. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya strategi tambahan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, seperti pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih variatif dan berdiferensiasi untuk mengakomodasi perbedaan gaya belajar siswa, serta upaya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa melalui pendekatan yang lebih menarik dan relevan dengan konteks kehidupannya.

Abstract

Basic education is an important foundation in shaping character and important skills in the 21st century, such as the ability to think creatively and collaborate. However, the results of initial observations in class III SDK Mother Theresa Kota Kupang showed that the majority of students were not active in learning activities, did not show creative ideas, and experienced obstacles in group work. This indicates the need for a more innovative and context-relevant learning approach. The purpose of this study is to develop a lesson plan (RPP) with a project-based learning approach as an effort to improve students' creativity and collaborative abilities in science subjects. At the elementary school level, learning is not only aimed at conveying knowledge, but also developing important 21st-century skills, such as creativity and collaboration. However, from the results of observations in class III SDK Mother Theresa Kota Kupang, it was found that student participation in learning was still low. The purpose of this study is to develop a lesson plan with a project-based learning model (PJBL) to support student creativity and collaboration. Problems faced include low active student involvement, lack of relationships between subjects, and weak student abilities in expressing opinions and working in groups. This study used a research and development (R&D) approach using the Addie model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, documentation, and pre- and post-tests to assess student learning outcomes. The results showed that the project-based lesson plan developed based on the analysis results can significantly improve student engagement, creativity, and collaboration.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement in cognitive learning outcomes ofstudents in flat shape material using the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT)approach. This study is a classroom action research (CAR) which has stages; a)Planning; b) Implementation; c) Observation; d) Reflection, with the researchsubjects being all 22 fifth grade students. Data collection in this study wasconducted using observation and tests in the form of students&#39; cognitive learningoutcomes. The research was conducted in two cycles, with Cycle I consisting ofone meeting and Cycle II consisting of one meeting. The results of the studyshowed an increase in cognitive learning outcomes in the subject of flat shapesusing the CRT approach, as seen from the achievement of scores that met theclass completion criteria from Cycle I to Cycle II. The cognitive learning outcomesof students in the pre-cycle showed a score of 18.18%, which increased to 72.72%in Cycle I, and finally reached 86.36% in Cycle II. Based on these findings, it canbe concluded that the CRT approach is effective in improving students&#39; cognitivelearning outcomes in flat shape material.
