Abstract

Kesha Sebert's Rainbow album reflects the artist's emotional and spiritual journey through a difficult time in her life, with songs reflecting her transformation from suffering to awakening, freedom, and self-acceptance. Praying depicts a profound journey of emotional healing, where Kesha finds strength in forgiving and freeing herself from past wounds, while Woman is a powerful statement about the independence and freedom of a brave, strong, and independent woman in her life. Furthermore, Learn to Let Go highlights the importance of letting go and releasing the trauma and negative memories that weigh you down so that you can move forward with more lightness and happiness, without being constantly haunted by the painful past. Overall, this album is not just a collection of songs, but a meaningful, introspective journey, where each lyric and melody forms a powerful narrative of hope, courage, and self-liberation, ultimately representing not only Kesha's personal struggles but also inspiring many listeners to rise above adversity. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate how these three songs complement each other in depicting the healing and resilience process through figurative language such as metaphor, personification, and irony, as well as the life values contained within the songs. The results of this study are expected to provide further insight into the relationship between music, life experiences, and individual healing processes, as well as their important role in rebuilding self-confidence and hope.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of students at SD Negeri 2 Cangkreplor. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research using the ex-post facto method. The data collection technique in this study in the motivation variable uses a questionnaire, while for the learning outcome variable uses a documentation method in the form of report card scores. Data analysis in inferential statistical analysis is in the form of a correlation test. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of students at SD Negeri 2 Cangkreplor from the results of the correlation coefficient calculation (r count) obtained at 0.700 with a positive or unidirectional sign. Then the results of the correlation calculation obtained p-value = 0.00 which means correlation or relationship between two variables at the 0.05 level. This can be seen by comparing r table at the 0.05 level or 5% with the number of samples N = 31, namely 0.355, r count > r table or 0.700 > 0.355 so that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of gender injustice and the types of struggles of female characters in the novel Re: and Women by Maman Suherman. This research uses a liberal feminist approach with a qualitative descriptive method. Data is collected from quotations that represent injustice and women's struggles in the novel. The results of the study show that female characters experience gender injustice in various forms, such as marginalization, subordination, stereotypes, violence, and workload. This injustice arises from a patriarchal social structure that places women in a socially, economically, and psychologically weak position. However, the female characters in this novel also demonstrate various forms of resistance and struggle, particularly in the fields of education, economy, and freedom of expression. Through these struggles, they seek to liberate themselves from structural domination and demand their rights as.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan Islam mengalami puncak kejayaan pada masa Bait al-Hikmah, yang menjadi pusat intelektual dan ilmiah dunia Islam. Namun, dalam konteks era digital saat ini, transformasi nilai dan metode pendidikan Islam klasik ke dalam bentuk pembelajaran modern, seperti smart classroom, belum banyak dikaji secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelusuri evolusi gagasan pendidikan Islam dari masa klasik menuju era teknologi, serta mengkaji relevansinya terhadap pengembangan sistem pembelajaran abad ke-21. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah library research dengan pendekatan historis-kritis dan hermeneutik. Tahapan penelitian meliputi telaah literatur klasik, identifikasi prinsip pendidikan dari tokoh seperti Al-Ghazali, Ibnu Sina, dan Al-Farabi, serta analisis integratif terhadap teori pembelajaran modern seperti constructivism dan Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesinambungan nilai seperti kesatuan ilmu dan akhlak, pentingnya peran guru, dan pendekatan holistik yang tetap relevan dalam konteks pendidikan berbasis teknologi. Pembahasan menunjukkan perlunya model pendidikan Islam yang transhistoris, yang tidak hanya mempertahankan nilai-nilai esensial warisan klasik, tetapi juga responsif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan zaman. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual terhadap desain pendidikan Islam yang berbasis nilai, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Islam, Bait al-Hikmah, Smart Classroom, TPACK, Pemikiran Islam Klasik, Teknologi Pendidikan, Evolusi Pendidikan.

Abstract

A solid understanding of mathematical concepts at the elementary school level is crucial as a foundation for mastering more complex material at higher levels of education. However, current classroom conditions reveal that many students struggle to grasp basic mathematical concepts due to a lack of varied and contextual learning methods. This study aims to analyze the impact of the GASING method (Gampang, Asyik, dan Menyenangkan — Easy, Fun, and Enjoyable) on elementary students' mathematical understanding using a qualitative approach through a literature review. Data were obtained from an analysis of ten relevant research journals published within the last seven years. The findings indicate that the GASING method consistently enhances students' mathematical comprehension, both cognitively and affectively. Learning becomes more enjoyable, students are more engaged, and academic outcomes show significant improvement. These findings suggest that the GASING method can serve as an innovative and effective alternative for improving the quality of mathematics education at the elementary level. Recommendations include the broader implementation of the GASING method and further research in inclusive classroom settings and the development of higher-order thinking skills.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to find out how the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model influences the critical thinking skills of students at SDN 55 Bima City who are studying the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS). The study is based on the fact that IPAS students don't think critically enough because the lecture technique is so common. The study uses a pretest-posttest control group quasi-experimental design and a quantitative technique. There are two classes in the sample: class IV A, which was taught using the PjBL model as an experimental group, and class IV B, which was taught in a traditional way as a control group. We employed essay examinations and observation sheets based on Facione's critical thinking indicators to get the information. The study of the data showed that the experimental group's scores went up by 18.1 points, whereas the control group's scores only went up by 7.1 points. The t-test's significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) shows that there is a big difference between the two groups. Students in the experimental group not only did better on tests, but they also took part in project activities including solving problems, working together, and debating. These results show that PjBL is a good way to help students learn in a way that is meaningful and relevant to their lives, as well as to improve their critical thinking skills. The PjBL model is offered as a replacement for traditional science lessons in elementary schools to make it easier for schools to use the Independent Curriculum

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Sirapan 01 pada mata pelajaran IPAS materi Warisan Budaya Indonesia. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan bantuan media Smart Box untuk mengatasi rendahnya hasil belajar akibat metode mengajar yang kurang menarik. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan melibatkan 20 siswa dan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi. Persentase siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM meningkat dari 25% pada prasiklus menjadi 50% di siklus I dan 100% di siklus II. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model PBL berbantu media Smart Box efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi warisan budaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan media pembelajaran yang monoton dan tidak menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan Canva sebagai media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi di SMAN 1 Bayang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori kognitif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Tahap E, dengan kelas E3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas E4 sebagai kelas kontrol yang masing-masing berjumlah 33 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dan angket. Data dianalisis melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji-t untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media Canva dengan yang menggunakan media konvensional. Penggunaan media Canva terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Sosiologi, dengan skor N-Gain yang masuk dalam kategori “efektif”. Dengan demikian, media Canva dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif inovatif untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze partnership management in early childhood education institutions (PAUD) through a multi-site study conducted at TK Negeri Pembina Banjarmasin Tengah and TK Negeri Pembina Banjarmasin Timur. The research explores partnership management in PAUD institutions through three main focuses: (1) the leadership of the PAUD principal in managing partnership programs, (2) the principal’s communication in establishing partnerships, and (3) the principal’s strategies in building a culture of collaboration. This study employs a qualitative approach using a multi-site case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that the principals at both TK Negeri Pembina Banjarmasin Tengah and TK Negeri Pembina Banjarmasin Timur demonstrated collaborative, participative, and communicative leadership in designing and implementing partnership programs. The institutions’ vision and mission served as the foundation for all partnership activities and were developed democratically by involving all stakeholders. In terms of communication, the principals established open, adaptive, and sustainable two-way communication through various formal and informal channels. This approach strengthened trust and active participation from parents and external partners, enhancing synergy in supporting school programs. Meanwhile, the strategy for building a collaborative culture was implemented by fostering an inclusive atmosphere, establishing mutual trust in partnerships, and expanding networks of cooperation with external institutions. These strategies effectively nurtured a sense of ownership, increased stakeholder involvement, and created a sustainable collaborative culture to support the holistic quality of early childhood education services. The study concludes that the success of partnership management in PAUD institutions highly depends on effective school leadership, harmonious communication, and a structured collaborative culture. This research contributes to the development of partnership management practices as an effort to improve the quality of early childhood education. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a STEM-integrated Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in improving elementary school students’ numeracy literacy skills and cognitive learning outcomes (understanding). A quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group was used, involving two groups: an experimental group (PBL-STEM) and a control group (conventional instruction). Both groups took pre- and post-tests to measure numeracy literacy and mathematical comprehension. Data analysis included N-Gain scores, tests of normality and homogeneity, and mean-difference tests (ANOVA and t-test). The results showed that the experimental group’s average N-Gain for numeracy literacy was 41.67%, higher than the control group’s 28.57%, but this difference was not statistically significant (F = 1.799; p = 0.195). In contrast, the increase in cognitive learning outcomes in the experimental group (N-Gain = 33.64%) was significantly greater than in the control group (N-Gain = 13.98%) (t = 2.266; p = 0.035; 95% CI [1.560, 37.757]). Moreover, the mastery rate (minimum competency score = 70) for both numeracy literacy and comprehension reached 100% in the experimental class, compared to 71% in the control class. These findings confirm that PBL-STEM effectively strengthens conceptual understanding and ensures students meet minimum competency, although further optimization of intervention duration and resource support is needed to achieve significant gains in numeracy literacy. It is recommended that PBL-STEM implementation be accompanied by teacher training and adequate supporting facilities to enhance its impact on numeracy literacy.
