Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational administration management in improving accreditation quality at SDN 1 Citamiang, Maniis District, Purwakarta Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research involved the principal, teachers, school operator, and the accreditation team as informants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed interactively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the management of educational administration at SDN 1 Citamiang has been carried out based on four management functions: planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, but has not been fully optimal. In the planning aspect, the school has developed work plans systematically but has not maximized the use of evaluation results as a basis for planning. In organizing, task distribution is still unclear and not proportional, causing a workload imbalance, especially among teachers. In the actuating aspect, program implementation is hindered by a lack of understanding of accreditation instruments, limited resources, and minimal use of information technology. Meanwhile, the controlling aspect is still incidental and not conducted routinely and systematically. Overall, the study concludes that administrative management has a strong foundation but needs significant improvements in each function to support continuous improvement in accreditation quality. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of the Ruang GTK (Teacher and Education Personnel Room) in improving teacher competence at SD Negeri 1 Cikeris, Purwakarta. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the underutilization of the Ruang GTK platform at the elementary school level due to limited digital literacy, inadequate facilities, and weak organizational and supervisory systems at the school level. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising activities related to the Ruang GTK management. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, then analyzed using an interactive model. The results show that the planning of Ruang GTK activities is already aligned with teachers’ professional development needs but lacks a systematic needs assessment. The organizing aspect is still informal without clear task distribution and structured organizational roles. Implementation of activities runs well and is well-received by teachers, though constrained by limited facilities and infrastructure. Supervision has been carried out informally but lacks a structured evaluation system. Overall, the management of Ruang GTK at SD Negeri 1 Cikeris shows potential as a strategic medium for teacher professional development if strengthened with systematic planning, formal organizing, adequate facilities, and measurable evaluation mechanisms. Abstract

Etika dalam strategi bisnis menjadi komponen penting dalam membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan, terutama di era informasi yang ditandai dengan keterbukaan, transparansi, dan akses cepat terhadap berbagai informasi. Di tengah meningkatnya kesadaran konsumen terhadap nilai-nilai moral dan sosial perusahaan, etika tidak lagi menjadi aspek tambahan, melainkan menjadi bagian inti dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Perusahaan yang menerapkan prinsip etika, seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab sosial, dan perlakuan adil terhadap pemangku kepentingan, cenderung mendapatkan kepercayaan dari publik dan menciptakan hubungan jangka panjang yang loyal. Dalam digital saat ini, informasi mengenai reputasi bisnis dapat tersebar luas melalui media sosial, yang dapat memperkuat atau meruntuhkan kepercayaan pelanggan secara instan. Oleh karena itu, strategi bisnis yang berlandaskan etika tidak hanya meningkatkan kredibilitas merek, tetapi juga menjadi keunggulan kompetitif dalam persaingan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran etika dalam membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tinjauan pustaka sebagai dasar analisis.

Abstract

Based on observations in Grade V at SD Negeri 2 Walahar, the Indonesian language subject particularly speaking skills is considered difficult and less appealing to students. Many students showed a lack of interest in learning, mainly due to the monotonous and less varied teaching methods that failed to stimulate learning motivation. During the learning process, students' active participation was low, and interaction with the teacher was minimal. This condition led to poor learning outcomes, with an average score of only 60, below the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKTP) of 70. This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes before and after the implementation of the cooperative learning model of the jigsaw type and to examine its effect on the speaking skills of Grade V students. The research used a quantitative method with a pre-experimental approach in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 28 students. The results showed that the average pretest score of 53.57 increased to 81.25 in the posttest. This indicates a significant improvement in speaking skills after applying the jigsaw model. The hypothesis test produced a significance value of 0.000, indicating a significant effect of the jigsaw cooperative learning model on students’ speaking skills. Therefore, it can be concluded that the jigsaw cooperative learning model contributes significantly to improving the speaking skills of Grade V students at SD Negeri 2 Walahar.

Abstract

Numeracy is a fundamental and essential competency in education, particularly in the modern era with its complex challenges. Although the Indonesian government has implemented the National Assessment (AN) to measure literacy and numeracy, the 2022 PISA results indicate that Indonesian students' numeracy proficiency remains low, including in several elementary schools in Tegal Regency. This study aims to develop a standardized numeracy assessment instrument for Phase A students (Grades 1-2) using the Rasch model to address the lack of valid and reliable evaluation tools. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development). Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews involving 8 school principals, 8 teachers, and 16 students in the Diponegoro Cluster, Talang District. Needs analysis findings reveal that schools require standardized, contextual, and cognitively appropriate numeracy assessments for Phase A students, while teachers need varied, Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)-based assessment items with clear scoring rubrics. Students also prefer visually engaging and contextually relevant assessments. This research is expected to contribute to improving numeracy learning quality and serve as a reference for developing more targeted assessment instruments.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of using Quizlet and Mime Game as learning media on the vocabulary mastery of descriptive texts among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Kedungbanteng. The research was motivated by the low level of student interest and achievement in learning English, particularly in vocabulary acquisition. The method employed was a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The research sample consisted of two classes, each assigned to use either Quizlet or Mime Game during the learning process. The results indicated that both media significantly improved students’ vocabulary mastery. However, students who learned using Quizlet showed statistically higher achievement compared to those in the Mime Game group. These findings suggest that integrating digital-based learning media like Quizlet and game-based media like Mime Game can serve as effective alternative teaching strategies. The use of such media not only enhances student engagement in the learning process but also positively impacts English learning outcomes, especially in the area of vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media komik digital terhadap keterampilan membaca siswa kelas III SD Negeri 112 Sattulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen tipe post-test only control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan menggunakan media komik digital dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional tanpa komik. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa tes pilihan ganda yang disusun berdasarkan indikator keterampilan membaca. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada nilai rata-rata posttest keterampilan membaca siswa di kelas eksperimen, yaitu sebesar 82,85 dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol sebesar 65,78. Hasil uji t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) < 0,001 yang berarti H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media komik digital berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan membaca siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model assisted by Literacy Cloud on the early reading skills of first-grade students in Indonesian language subjects at SDN Ganting. The research employed a quantitative approach using a Quasi-Experimental Design. The subjects consisted of 22 students from class II A as the pilot group, 26 students from class I B as the experimental group, 27 students from class I A as the control group, and the classroom teacher as the facilitator. Based on the results obtained at SDN Ganting through an independent sample t-test, the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.000, which is less than 0.05, and the calculated t-value (5.115) was greater than the critical t-value (1.675) at the 5% significance level. These findings indicate that the NHT learning model assisted by Literacy Cloud has a significant impact on students’ early reading skills in Indonesian language learning. Therefore, this study supports the enhancement of students’ early reading abilities through a fun and interactive learning environment.

Abstract

Karya Tari Anak yang Tertunda merupakan refleksi atas kasus sosial dan medis mengenai kemandulan pria akibat penyakit varikokel. Rendahnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran pria terhadap kesehatan reproduksi, dan anggapan tabu masyarakat menjadi urgensi penciptaan karya ini. Melalui pendekatan artistik dan refleksi personal studi kasus diatas pencipta transformasikan ke dalam karya seni tari kontemporer dengan rumusan masalah penciptaan: 1) Bagaimana proses kreatif penciptaannya, 2) Bagaimana wujud penciptaannya, 3) Apa pesan yang ingin disampaikan. Karya ini bertujuan mengedukasi dan mengkritisi rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menjaga kualitas sperma sebagai bagian dari tanggung jawab reproduksi. Proses penciptaan menggunakan metode angripta-sesolahan, yang melibatkan tahapan ngarencana, nuasen, makalin, nelesin, ngebah, dan presentasi. Dalam merealisasikan karya, digunakan tiga teori utama: teori Imaji dan Imajinasi oleh H. Tedjoworo sebagai dasar eksplorasi visual dan simbolik; teori Kreativitas dari Sternberg dan Lubart dalam Nur Iswantara sebagai panduan dalam membangun gagasan orisinal; serta teori Hermeneutika oleh Richard E. Palmer untuk menyampaikan pesan melalui interpretasi gerak. Gerak dalam karya ini merupakan elaborasi antara gerak keseharian, gerak tari Bali (ngelo dan ngotag), serta gerak hewan invertebrata seperti cacing, yang melambangkan karakteristik sperma. Karya ditampilkan pada panggung proscenium, melibatkan sembilan orang penari. Komposisi gerak disusun dalam bentuk duet, kelompok kecil, dan ensamble untuk menggambarkan dinamika tema. Sebagai penguat suasana, digunakan iringan musik elektronik Musical Intrument Digital Interface (MIDI) yang fleksibel dalam membangun nuansa emosional dan dramatik. Karya ini tidak hanya menghadirkan estetika visual, tetapi juga sebagai media penyadaran dan edukasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi pria kepada masyarakat luas, terutama generasi muda, melalui pendekatan seni pertunjukan kontemporer yang bermuatan lokal dan universal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap minat belajar peserta didik kelas V di SDN Klampok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yang secara khususnya menggunakan purposive sampling. Intrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi selama kegiatan penelitian. Dengan jumlah populasi yaitu seluruh peserta didik SDN Klampok dan sampel yang diambil adalah peserta didik kelas V SDN Klampok yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik. Sedangkan untuk pengolahan data dilakukan melalui tahap uji normalitas, uji linear, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai probabilitas (Sig) sebesar 0,000 (sig. ≤ α0,05) dan uji t diperoleh thitung 5,600 >t tabel 2,032 dengan demikian Ha diterima. Artinya, ada pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap minat belajar peserta didik kelas V di SDN Klampo
