Abstract

Kekerasan seksual merupakan bentuk pelanggaran berat terhadap hak asasi manusia yang memerlukan penanganan hukum secara menyeluruh. Dalam konteks pembuktian pidana, pemeriksaan forensik, khususnya visum et repertum, memiliki peran sentral dalam mengungkap kebenaran materiil. Penelitian ini membahas efektivitas visum et repertum sebagai alat bukti dalam pembuktian tindak pidana kekerasan seksual, serta menganalisisnya melalui pendekatan teori hukum Gustav Radbruch yang menekankan keadilan sebagai nilai utama. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-empiris dengan lokasi penelitian di Biddokkes Polda Jawa Tengah, melibatkan data primer berupa wawancara dengan pihak medis forensik serta studi dokumen visum et repertum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa visum et repertum berperan penting dalam menegaskan unsur pidana dalam kasus kekerasan seksual, terutama ketika tidak tersedia saksi atau bukti langsung lainnya. Pemeriksaan forensik yang meliputi anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, laboratorium, serta evaluasi psikososial terbukti mendukung proses hukum yang berpihak pada korban. Dari perspektif teori Radbruch, peran visum mencerminkan integrasi antara keadilan, kepastian hukum, dan kemanfaatan, serta menjadi sarana perlindungan hukum yang substansial bagi korban. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas profesional dokter forensik, serta penguatan prosedur visum yang berorientasi pada keadilan restoratif. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap penguatan sistem pembuktian hukum pidana yang lebih manusiawi dan responsif terhadap hak-hak korban.

Abstract

The background of this study is the low level of students' understanding of mathematical concepts, especially in trigonometry, which requires innovation in learning. The inquiry learning model was chosen because it emphasizes student activities in discovering concepts through questioning, investigating, and proving, while Geogebra was used as an interactive medium to visualize mathematical concepts. This study aims to determine the effect of the Geogebra assisted inquiry learning model on the mathematical concept comprehension abilities of tenth-grade students. The research method used was a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 36 tenth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a test of mathematical concept comprehension in the form of essay questions compiled based on four indicators, namely restating a concept, giving examples and non-examples of a concept, presenting concepts in mathematical representations, and applying a concept or problem-solving algorithm. The data were analyzed through validity, reliability, difficulty level, discriminating power, and normality tests. Hypothesis testing was conducted using a t-test with the help of SPSS software. Based on the t-test results, the average pretest score for students was 9.4722, while the average posttest score increased to 12.8611 after participating in learning with the GeoGebra-assisted inquiry model. Thus, there was a difference in the average increase of 3.3889 points, so was rejected and was accepted. This proves that there is an effect of media-assisted inquiry using Geogebra on the mathematical concept comprehension abilities of 10th grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Doloksanggul.

Abstract

The low level of students’ mathematical critical thinking skills at SMP Negeri 3 Satap Teluk Mengkudu remains a challenge in the mathematics learning process. This study aims to investigate the effect of the realistic mathematics education approach based on ethnomathematics on the critical thinking skills of seventh-grade students. The research was conducted in the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample was selected through purposive sampling, with class VII-1 designated as the experimental group. Descriptive analysis results indicate an increase in the mean score from 48.05 in the pretest to 78.71 in the posttest. The paired sample t-test produced a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. Furthermore, the effect size calculation of 3.68 demonstrates a very large impact. Thus, it can be concluded that the realistic mathematics education approach based on ethnomathematics is effective in enhancing students’ mathematical critical thinking skills. Future studies are recommended to expand the scope and explore other aspects, such as conceptual understanding, problem-solving ability, and creative thinking.

Abstract

This research investigates the effectiveness of the School Committee's role at SDIT Idrisiyyah Cidahu in performing its functions. The School Committee plays a crucial role in supporting the improvement of educational quality through various functions: providing considerations, support, control, and mediation. However, the effectiveness of these roles often varies. This study aims to identify the extent to which the School Committee at SDIT Idrisiyyah Cidahu effectively carries out its functions. The research methodology employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing interviews and observations as data collection techniques to gain an in-depth understanding of the activities and impact of the School Committee's role. The findings indicate that, out of the four primary functions of the School Committee, only the support and mediator functions are effectively implemented at SDIT Idrisiyyah Cidahu. The functions of providing considerations and control have not demonstrated optimal effectiveness, suggesting gaps in the committee's active participation in strategic decision-making and policy oversight. The significance of this research is highly relevant to the field of Islamic Education Management, as it offers insights into school governance dynamics and the potential for developing the School Committee's role to achieve better educational outcomes. These findings recommend the need to enhance the capacity and optimize the School Committee's role, particularly in the aspects of consideration and control, to foster a more comprehensive collaboration between the school and the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of the Cooperative Learning Type Make A Match Model on the Interest in Learning Multiplication in Elementary School Students' Mathematics Learning. The background of this study is the low interest of students in learning multiplication material which has an impact on mathematics learning outcomes. The method used in this study is a Quasi Experiment with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of the study were class II at Elementary School 141 Palembang, which consisted of an experimental class and a control class. The experimental class used the Cooperative Learning Type Make A Match model, while the control class used conventional learning. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, learning interest questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the T-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between students' learning interests using the Cooperative Learning Type Make A Match model compared to students who used conventional learning. Thus, the Cooperative Learning Type Make A Match model has a positive effect on increasing students' interest in learning multiplication. This model is recommended to be applied as an alternative mathematics learning strategy in Elementary Schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve children's conceptual understanding of science learning on the human digestive system material using the Montessori method and assisted by props during the implementation of learning. This study was conducted at SD Negeri 55 Prabumulih in class V. The research method used was quantitative with the type of experimental research, quasi-experimental design form of non-equivalent control group design, pre-test and post-test. This study used a total sampling technique, meaning that the sampling technique is the same as the population, which is 50 students from classes V.A and V.B. Data analysis techniques in this study, namely normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. From the results of the hypothesis test calculation using the dependent sample t-test, the Sig. (2-tailed) value was obtained 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated t value> t table, which means that based on the hypothesis test H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. This means that there is an influence of the Montessori method on students' conceptual understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) test the difference in students' understanding of mathematical concepts between classes using the CTL model assisted by fractional biscuit boards and classes that are given direct learning on fractional operation material. 2) to know student learning activities when learning is applied using the CTL model assisted by fractional biscuit boards with classes that are given a direct learning model on fractional operation materials. 3) to find out the students' response when learning is applied using the CTL model assisted by fractional biscuit boards with classes given a direct learning model on fractional operation materials. This type of research uses quantitative research. The design of this study is The Nonequivalent Posttest Only Control Group. The population of this study consists of 2 classes, namely classes IVA and IVB at SDS Torsina III Singkawang. The research sample was taken by probability sampling. The data analysis techniques with prerequisite tests carried out are normality tests, homogeneity tests, and T-Test Independent Sample Tests. The results of the study show that 1) There is a difference in students' ability to understand mathematical concepts between classes that are given the CTL model assisted by fractional biscuit boards and classes that use the direct learning model, namely with the Independent sample t-test score with a value of 0.003 < 0.005. 2) Student learning activities were classified as high after the implementation of the CTL model assisted by a fractional biscuit board with the average result of the presentation at two meetings by the validator, which was 79.40% of the high category. 3) The students' response was very good using the CTL model assisted by the class IVA fractional biscuit board at SDS Torsina III Singkawang was very high with the overall result of the student respondent questionnaire (83.02%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan membaca permulaan, faktor penyebabnya, dan upaya guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan membaca yang dialami siswa kelas 3 SDN Godog 02 Polokarto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru kelas 3 dan siswa kelas 3 SDN Gogog 02 Polokarto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami kesulitan membaca permulaan dalam hal ketidakmampuan membedakan huruf yang mirip, membaca mengeja, penghilangan kata, kesalahan intonasi akibat mengabaikan tanda baca, membaca ragu-ragu, dan lambatnya membaca kalimat pendek. Faktor penyebabnya adalah faktor kognitif, psikologis, metode pembelajaran yang tidak eksplisit, lingkungan belajar yang kurang mendukung, dan minimnya kebiasaan membaca. Upaya guru meliputi pemberian bimbingan individual, pemberian motivasi belajar, dan penerapan metode abjad dan eja. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran membaca permulaan, disarankan agar guru memanfaatkan media konkret seperti kartu huruf bergambar, papan suku kata, dan ilustrasi visual yang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan siswa, guna memperkuat kemampuan fonologis serta mempermudah pengenalan huruf.

Abstract

Peneliitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh media pembelajaran papan kata terhadap motivasi belajar pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian ekspreimen yaitu Pre-Experimental dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu siswa kelas II A sebanyak 31 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angke t motivasi belajar dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran papan kata terhadap motivasi belajar pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa nilai hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,025. Sesuai dengan kriteria pengambilan keputusan, jika nilai signifikansi < 0,025 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media pembelajaran papan kata terhadap motivasi belajar pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the PQ4R method on the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students at SDN Kedungpeluk 1. The PQ4R method is used to help students remember what they read. Preview means (Skimming), Question means (asking), 4R means read, reflect, recite, review (reading, reflection, summarizing, and thoroughly reviewing). The research conducted is an experimental study using a pre-test, post-test control group design. The instruments used to collect data are tests and observations. The normality test of the data uses Kolmogorov Smirnov with hypotheses 0.074 > 0.05, 0.200 > 0.05, 0.124 > 0.05, 0.200 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the homogeneity test according to the hypothesis shows 0.012 > 0.05, 0.077 > 0.05, 0.081 > 0.05, 0.011 > 0.05. Hypothesis testing is conducted using the t-test formula for independent samples with a value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of hypothesis testing show that the learning outcomes of the experimental class students are higher than the learning outcomes of the control class students. This is shown in an average score of 93.81 compared to 88.45 for students who received direct learning. The average observation score reached 19.18. It can be concluded that this research has an impact on the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students when learning using the PQ4R method.
