Abstract

Building motivation learning process is needed, learning motivation is the force individuals to learn knowledge and skills, especially subjects that students consider difficult such as mathematics. Mathematics subject that’s considered as difficult, so motivating students before learning is very useful for building positive representations in students mathematics learning. One way that can be used to build motivation’s with learning media. Math Ladder is learning media that can build students' motivation to learn mathematics. This media combines ladder with mathematics. The writing of this article aims as effort to build motivation learn mathematics students through Math Ladder. It’s expected that Math Ladder can reset thinking students who think mathematics boring and difficult to be more interesting and fun. This research method uses classroom action research. The results of this study state, Math Ladder can be effort in building motivation to learn mathematics in SMPN 1 Jombang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze students' collaboration skills in science learning using educaplay games-based learning media. The research method used in this research is qualitative. This research was conducted from January to. July 2024. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. For research analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman Model. This research took place at SD Muhammadiyah 15 Surabaya, with research subjects being 5 grade 5 students. The research results based on observations, interviews and media obtained showed that in terms of indicators, 1) Active contribution, students are active in the discussion process or work on assignments, 2) Work productive, shows that students can share tasks well with each other, 3) Responsibility, shows that students can complete the tasks given on time, 4) Flexibility and compromise, shows that students collaborate with each other among group members, 5) Mutual respect, shows that students can unite opinions with other members. The conclusion of this research is that the use of educaplay games-based learning media in 5th grade science and science learning at SD Muhammadiyah 15 Surabaya shows that students discuss each problem solving, accept different opinions well, and are able to take responsibility for the questions that have been given.   Keywords: educaplay, collaboration, IPAS

Abstract

The use of digital media in social studies learning can increase elementary students' learning interest in learning. This study aims to find out about the role of using digital technology-based learning media in developing digital-based media for students, especially in the teaching and learning process of social studies material in elementary schools. The literature study approach is the method used in the research conducted. Where this research originates from several journals that are relevant to the topic of discussion within the scope of the Role of Technology-based Learning Media in Social Studies Learning in Elementary Schools and the application of digital media. The research results obtained are, the use of technology as a learning medium in the social studies learning process in elementary schools has an effect on social studies learning views that are able to increase motivation, learning outcomes of digital media in students.

Abstract

Learning media is important in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. At SD Negeri Gumelem IPAS subjects combine Natural and Social Sciences to increase the relevance of the material to real life and develop critical skills, communication, collaboration and innovation. The research and development (R&D) method was used to create innovative learning media. The development of monopoly game as a media for grade IV students helps to improve motivation and learning outcomes. At SD Negeri Gumelem and SD Negeri 02 Siwalan, the results showed an increase in the average score from 59.16 in the pre-test to 76.94 in the post-test. MOJA learning media was validated by experts with a score of 85.71% and 96.71%, categorized as "Very Feasible". The trial on grade IV students showed significant improvement. This media is effective and recommended to support the teaching and learning process, especially the material of the Hindu Buddhist Kingdom.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Spiritual Intelligence and the School Environment on the Tendency of Students to Behave in Bullying among Students at SDN 001 Tambusai, Rokan Hulu Regency. This research uses the variables Spiritual Intelligence and School Environment as independent variables and Students' Tendency to Behave in Bullying as the dependent variable. SDN 001 Tambusai. With a sample of 94 people using the total sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression technique. The results of this analysis show that Spiritual Intelligence and the School Environment influence the Tendency of Students to Behave in Bullying among Students at SDN 001 Tambusai, Rokan Hulu Regency. From the hypothesis test obtained, then the research hypothesis.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low level of activity, critical thinking skills, and lack of understanding of students' material concepts in learning. An attempt to overcome this problem is by using the PE MANCHING model. The research objectives are to describe activities, analyze activities, discipline character and critical thinking skills and improve learning outcomes. The type of research used by PTK. The research subjects were class IV-A students at SDN Teluk Tiram 2 in 3 meetings. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive analysis techniques displayed using tables, graphs and interpretation with percentages. The results of this research show that the teacher's activity at the first meeting only reached a score of 22, at the third meeting it increased to 33, then student activity increased, which at the first meeting only reached 25%, at the third meeting it increased to 90%. Critical thinking ability at meeting I reached 30%, at meeting III it increased to 85%. Classical completeness of learning outcomes at meeting I only reached 20% and increased at meeting III to 100%.

Abstract

The problem found was the lack of learning media used by science teachers in the learning process. So the researchers developed this e-book with the aim of: 1) identifying the need for e-books, 2) developing e-book designs, 3) measuring the level of validity, practicality and effectiveness of e-books. This research uses an R&D approach and was developed using the ADDIE model. The research was carried out at SMP Negeri 02 Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency. with research subjects 25 students and science teachers. The research results show that the level of student needs is at 79% of required qualifications, teacher interviews are at 100%, qualifications are very much needed, material/content validation results are at 82.86% for good qualifications, media/design validation results are at 93.33% for qualifications. very good, the results of the student response assessment were in the percentage of 85% good qualifications and the teacher assessment response questionnaire was in the percentage of 80% good qualifications, and to measure effectiveness the one group pretest experimental method was used with an average score of 5.78 points and posttest with an average This value of 9.43 points indicates an increase in learning outcomes so that it is declared very effective. The conclusion of the research results is that the level of analysis of the need for E-books in science subjects is in the required qualifications and this E-book is very valid, practical and very effective. And can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve Indonesian language learning outcomes using paired cards as a medium for class IV students at SD Negeri 5 Palembang, totaling 22 students consisting of 14 boys and 8 girls. This type of research uses classroom action research by collecting data through tests, observation and documentation. This data analysis technique uses data analysis with an interactive model where data collection is carried out using 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The results of this research indicate that the use of paired card media in learning new vocabulary material can help improve the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 5 Palembang. The increase in learning outcomes can be seen from the learning outcomes that have gone through the Pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II stages.  Using paired card media in learning shows an increase in student learning outcomes as shown by an increase in the Pre-cycle, only 7 students completed it, 10 students completed the first cycle, and in the Second Cycle there was an increase with 18 students achieving completion. Thus, it can also be seen from the percentage of completeness of students, namely in the pre-cycle stage the percentage of completeness was 31.81%, in Cycle I 45.45% and the percentage of completeness increased to 81.81%, in cycle II, so it can be concluded that the paired card learning media can improve results. student learning.

Abstract

Literacy and numeracy skills are the ability to use various kinds of numbers and symbols in basic mathematics, the ability to analyze the information displayed, and the ability to interpret answer results. This research method is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research aims to determine students' literacy and numeracy abilities in solving circle diagram problems. Data collection techniques use test and interview methods. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The subjects in this research were class V-A students at SD Negeri Cibodas 5, Tangerang City, totaling 16 students, consisting of 2 students with high initial abilities, 5 students with medium initial abilities, and 9 students with low initial abilities. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the students with the highest literacy and numeracy ability test scores can meet 3 indicators, then students with medium category literacy and numeracy ability test scores can meet 2 indicators, while students with the lowest numeracy literacy test scores only meet 1 indicator

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of digital literacy in the social studies learning process at SD Inpres Borongrappo, Bontomarannu District, Gowa Regency. Digital Literacy is understood as the ability to understand and use information in various sources and presented in digital form via electronic devices such as computers, cellphones and tablets, Ginanjar (Glitser 2007). The research method used is a qualitative research method. The research location was carried out at the Inores Borongrappo Elementary School, Bontomarannu sub-district, Gowa Regency. The focus of this research is the implementation of digital literacy in social studies learning at Inores Borongrappo Elementary School, Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, documentation. The data analysis method in this research is interaction analysis (Interactive Analysis) with the steps taken are data presentation, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. Implementation of digital literacy in social studies learning at Inpres Borongrappo Elementary School itself uses Google, Google forms, and applications such as Canva Quiziz and Kahoot. By using these three systems or applications, teachers can provide material and assignments in them and can be accessed by students easily so that students can quickly respond to what has been instructed by the teachers in the virtual class. Students in the social studies learning process are more interested in using computer and internet-based learning media, because this speeds up the acquisition of learning information. One thing that students often use is Brainly and Wikipedia. Apart from that, the use of devices really helps students in finding learning resources that are not found in textbooks.
