Abstract

This study aims to determine how students’ learning interest develops after using the interactive learning media educaplay, as well as to assess the extent of its influence on improving learning interest in Pancasila Education. The research employed a quantitative approach with a Posttest Only Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 59 fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Dukuh, divided into an experimental class (30 students) and a control class (29 students). The instruments used were a questionnaire and an observation sheet based on four indicators of learning interest: enjoyment, attention, curiosity, and engagement. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 through tests of normality, homogeneity, and an independent sample t-test. The observation results indicated that students' learning interest after using educaplay fell into the “good” category. In addition, there was a significant difference between the experimental and control classes, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The average posttest score of the experimental class was 64.10, which was higher than the control class at 55.28, showing a difference of 8.82 points or a 15.96% increase. These findings indicate that the use of educaplay has a positive and significant effect on enhancing students’ learning interest in the Pancasila Education subject.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of snakes and ladders-based learning media on flat figures on the mathematics learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri Sindangsari III who have difficulty learning mathematics using verbalism. The research was conducted in 2023-2024. This research method uses quantitative data collection techniques in the form of observation, tests and documentation. The sample used in this research was 30 students taken from a population of 60 students. A total of 30 students were given instruction using snake and ladder-based flat building media. And after being given teaching using flat building media tools based on snakes and ladders. Then it is measured using repetition. From the repetition before using snakes and ladders-based flat shapes and after being given using snakes and ladders-based flat shapes then analyzed using product moment correlation and with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the research results of normality and homogeneity tests carried out by the r test and t test, what was obtained was rcount was greater than rtable and tcount was greater than ttable, which means the alternative hypothesis was accepted and the null hypothesis was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that mathematics learning outcomes for students who have difficulty learning mathematics verbally can be improved by using flat building media tools based on snakes and ladders.

Abstract

Minat belajar siswa merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan pembelajaran, terutama pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) yang menuntut pemahaman konsep dan partisipasi aktif. Namun, di Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Desa Samar, minat belajar siswa terhadap IPS masih rendah, yaitu hanya 41%. Rendahnya minat belajar ini diduga dipengaruhi oleh pola asuh orang tua, lingkungan belajar, dan metode mengajar guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing faktor tersebut terhadap minat belajar siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi siswa kelas III, IV, V, dan VI di SD Negeri se-Desa Samar. Sampel berjumlah 114 siswa yang ditentukan melalui teknik stratified proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pola asuh orang tua tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa (thitung = 1,249 < ttabel = 1,658; signifikansi = 0,215 > 0,05). Sementara itu, lingkungan belajar (thitung = 4,506; signifikansi = 0,000) dan metode mengajar guru (thitung = 3,338; signifikansi = 0,001) berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa (Fhitung = 261,465 > Ftabel = 2,68; signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, dan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak secara simultan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar dan metode mengajar guru merupakan faktor dominan yang memengaruhi minat belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS

endidikan Indonesia tengah menghadapi tantangan kualitas, ditandai oleh rendahnya capaian literasi dan numerasi berdasarkan hasil PISA 2022. Sebagai bagian dari upaya transformasi, pendekatan deep learning (pembelajaran mendalam) menekankan pada pemahaman bermakna (meaningful learning), pembelajaran yang sadar (mindful learning), dan menyenangkan (joyful learning). Guru Penggerak memiliki peran strategis sebagai agen perubahan dalam mengintegrasikan pendekatan ini ke dalam praktik pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis persepsi Guru Penggerak terhadap pendekatan deep learning dalam transformasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode fenomenologi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan sejumlah Guru Penggerak di Kabupaten Tulungagung yang telah memiliki pengalaman dalam menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran deep learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas Guru Penggerak memiliki pemahaman yang baik dan sikap positif terhadap deep learning. Mereka menilai pendekatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa, membangun koneksi antar konsep, serta memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang reflektif dan kontekstual. Namun, masih ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas, miskonsepsi terkait deep learning yang disamakan dengan kecerdasan buatan, serta kurangnya pelatihan intensif. Kesimpulannya, persepsi positif dari Guru Penggerak menjadi modal penting dalam mewujudkan transformasi pembelajaran abad 21. Dibutuhkan pelatihan berkelanjutan, pendampingan profesional, serta penguatan komunitas belajar untuk mendukung implementasi deep learning secara optimal di sekolah. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of map media on the spatial thinking of students at MAN 1 Bukittinggi City. The research method used in this research is the Quasi Experiment Method with the research design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampling was done by Random Sampling technique. The samples in this study were E6 class students as the experimental class who were given thematic map media treatment and E1 class as the control class who were given general map media treatment. Data collection using pretest and posttest instruments in the form of multiple choice that has been tested for validity, reliability. This study found that there was an effect of map media on the spatial thinking ability of Phase E1 and E6 MAN 1 Bukittinggi students with the average posttest of the experimental class of 90 and the control class of 78. Data analysis using the Paired Sample T-Test test from the calculation data obtained a significance level (Sig.) of 0.000 because the significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how much the application of project based learning (PjBL) model influences the creative thinking abilities of elementary school students, particularly in the IPAS subject. The research employed a quasi-experimental approach using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design, where two distinct groups were compared to observe the effect of the treatment given. A total of 42 fifth-grade students from SDN Rancalabuh 1 participated in the study, Split equally into two groups, class VB serves as the control group and class VA as the experimental group, with 21 students in each. The data collection instrument consisted of five essay questions that had previously been validated. The pre-test and post-test findings were analyzed using a t-test. There was no significant difference between the two groups prior to the intervention, according to the analysis, which showed that the pre-test t-value was 0.064, which was less than the t-table value of 2.021. But according to the post-test data, the t-value was 3.129, which was higher than the t-table, suggesting a significant difference following the implementation of the PjBL model. These findings indicate that the project-based approach contributes positively to improving pupils' capacity for original thought.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini mengkaji efektivitas metode Talaqqi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an siswa kelas XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 23 Makassar. Dengan subjek penelitian 35 siswa, penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi, dianalisis menggunakan rumus persentase dan rata-rata (mean). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an siswa yang signifikan setelah penerapan metode Talaqqi. Pada pra siklus, nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 48 (kategori kurang) dengan persentase ketuntasan hanya 34,28%. Setelah siklus I, nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 70,28 (kategori baik) dan persentase ketuntasan mencapai 68,57%. Peningkatan tersebut berlanjut pada siklus II, dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 84,57 (kategori sangat baik) dan persentase ketuntasan mencapai 85,71%. Data tersebut membuktikan efektivitas metode Talaqqi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an siswa. Peningkatan yang signifikan di setiap siklus menunjukkan bahwa metode ini efektif dan layak untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan metode Talaqqi sebagai metode alternatif untuk pengajaran membaca Al-Qur'an di sekolah. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan metode ini di berbagai tingkatan dan jenjang.

Abstract

This study aims to implement strip story media in Arabic language learning, specifically in enhancing mahārah al-qirā’ah (reading skills), to analyze the effectiveness of this media in improving students’ reading abilities, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 29 students of class VIII B at SMP Pest Putri Yatama Mandiri Gowa. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The results of the study showed that the use of strip story media significantly improved students’ reading skills, as indicated by the increase in the percentage of students achieving the minimum mastery criteria (KKM) from 20.7% (pre-cycle) to 65.5% (Cycle I) and 86.2% (Cycle II). Moreover, the use of this media also enhanced students’ motivation and active participation during the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Gowa Raya, serta menganalisis minat belajar mereka dan faktor pendukung atau penghambat dalam proses pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru dan siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru, seperti penggunaan metode pembelajaran eksposisi, memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, terlihat dari antusiasme mereka selama pembelajaran; 2) Minat belajar peserta didik kelas VIII terhadap Pendidikan Agama Islam tergolong baik, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa siswa yang kurang menyukai pelajaran ini; 3) Faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan minat belajar adalah dukungan dari guru dan orang tua, metode pengajaran yang menarik, serta lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Sementara itu, faktor penghambatnya meliputi kesulitan siswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran dan kurangnya motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran penting tentang dinamika pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Gowa Raya.

Abstract

The research problem is the low critical thinking and collaboration skills of students, which are caused by one-way learning and monotonous teaching methods. The effort to address this issue involves using the PINTAR model and TEKATECH media. The objective of the research is to analyze the activities, critical thinking skills, and collaboration among students. This study employs Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of the research are fourth-grade students from SDN Kelayan Dalam 7 Banjarmasin. The study utilizes both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results indicate that the teacher's activity from meetings 1 to 4 improved from a good qualification to very good. The critical thinking skills of students from meetings 1 to 4 increased from a qualification of very few skilled students to almost all students being very skilled. The collaboration skills of students from meetings 1 to 4 also improved from a qualification of very few skilled students to almost all students being very skilled. Based on these findings, it is concluded that the PINTAR model and TEKATECH media are recommended as alternative models for enhancing critical thinking and collaboration skills, as well as the quality of learning.
