Abstract

Minat dan motivasi belajar merupakan hal utama yang perlu diperhatikan ketika hendak melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengejar. Di SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat pada mata pelajaran pendidikan Pancasila maupun yang lain kerap kali dijumpai peserta didik yang kurang siap dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti kegian pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui kegiatan ice breaking di SD Negeri 4 Kota Metro. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 peserta didik yang berada di kelas 3 semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025, dengan komposisi 17 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan. Jenis penelitian menerapkan desain penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dua siklus, yang masing-masing siklus mencakup langkah- langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan (observasi) dan refleksi. Peneliti mengamati proses pembelajaran menggunakan lembar observasi dan mengukur pemahaman peserta didik melalui tes soal-soal. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya penggunaan metode ice breaking dalam proses pembelajaran mampu mendorong peningkatan motivasi peserta didik dalam mempelajari materi pendidikan Pancasila mengenai ayo mengenal Pancasila di kelas 3 SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat, yaitu adanya kenaikan yang signifikan pada motivasi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran yang melebihi 80% dan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dari 71,43% menjadi 90%. Dengan demikian, guru diharapkan lebih sering menggunakan ice breaking untuk membuat suasana belajar yang aktif dan partisipatif, sehingga peserta didik lebih termotivasi untuk belajar. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine students’ responses to the implementation of Quizizz as an online evaluation media in Tarakib learning. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using a Likert scale-based closed questionnaire as an instrument, which was distributed to 74 students in grades VII, VIII, and IX. The data were analyzed using a percentage technique based on five indicators, namely fun and involvement, ease of access, understanding of the material, clarity of instructions, and speed of feedback. The result showed that students’ responses to the use of Quizizz were in the very positive category with an average percentage of 90,56%. This finding shows that Quizizz can increase student involvement, understanding, and motivation in learning tarakib. Therefore, the implementation of Quizizz can be used as an alternative evaluation media that is effective, interactive, and fun to improve the quality of Arabic language learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the burnout conditions experienced by teachers and their impact on the formation of student character at SDN Setia Darma 04. Using a qualitative approach with case study methods, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research results show that burnout in teachers negatively affects students' attitudes and character formation, such as decreased discipline, responsibility, and confidence. Teachers who experience emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and decreased self-performance tend to be less than optimal in providing exemplary and character guidance. This shows the importance of emotional support and coping strategies for teachers in order to effectively perform the role of character coaching. This study is expected to be a reference in improving character development policies in primary schools.

Abstract

This study examines in depth women's rights in Islam, focusing on three main areas: education, economics, and politics. The background to this study is based on the prevalence of misunderstandings and discriminatory practices against women that are often associated with Islamic teachings, even though such inequality is more likely caused by patriarchal culture and misinterpretation of religion. The purpose of this paper is to explain Islam's fair view of women, analyze their rights based on authoritative sources (the Qur'an and Hadith), and examine the implementation of these rights in contemporary Muslim societies. This research uses library research methods with a thematic analysis approach to religious texts and related scientific literature. The results of the study show that Islam explicitly guarantees women's rights to pursue knowledge, manage property, and participate in social and political life, as evidenced by figures such as Aisha RA, Khadijah RA, and Nusaibah bint Ka'ab.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of academic anxiety of elementary school students in the digital era based on demographic factors and parenting patterns, with a focus on differences in gender, school origin, grade level, and parenting patterns. The approach used is descriptive quantitative with a survey technique. The subjects of the study were students in grades IV-VI from two elementary schools in Majalengka Village representing public schools and Islamic schools. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability of 0.644. Data analysis used descriptive percentage techniques. The results showed that the level of academic anxiety was generally in the moderate to high category. Female students showed slightly higher levels of anxiety than male students. In addition, students in Islamic Elementary Schools (MI) had higher levels of academic anxiety compared to elementary school students. Meanwhile, sixth-grade students tended to have higher academic anxiety than fourth and fifth-grade students. Based on parenting patterns, students raised by both parents had higher academic anxiety than students from single parents or those raised by foster parents. The results of this study revealed that elementary school students' levels of academic anxiety vary based on their demographic characteristics and parenting styles. These findings underscore the importance of educational approaches that are responsive to students' psychosocial aspects in order to create a more supportive and emotionally healthy learning environment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the minimal utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in learning activities, particularly concerning the use of interactive learning media. This has become a crucial issue because it affects the students' learning outcomes, which are not yet optimal. At SMAN 1 Padang Gelugur, it was found that students' learning outcomes in Geography have not yet reached the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP). This condition encourages research to find effective solutions, one of which is through the innovation of learning media. This study aims to examine the influence of Wordwall game-based learning media on Geography learning outcomes for Phase E students at SMAN 1 Padang Gelugur. We used a quantitative approach with an experimental method to objectively measure the impact of the media's use. The population of this study includes all Phase E students at SMAN 1 Padang Gelugur. Meanwhile, the sample was specifically divided into two groups, namely class E.3 as the control class and E.9 as the experimental class. To analyze the data, we used descriptive analysis techniques and the t-test statistical test. Based on the data analysis results, the average learning outcome score in the control class was 78.27, while in the experimental class using the Wordwall media, the average was much higher at 88.82. The t-test results showed a value of 7.131 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This significance value indicates that the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, meaning there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the two classes. Thus, it can be concluded that the Wordwall game-based learning media has a significant and positive impact on the improvement of Geography learning outcomes for Phase E students at SMAN 1 Padang Gelugur. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Bengkalis Regency Health Office plays a crucial role in supporting efforts to improve public health services. The office has a significant responsibility to design and implement health programs tailored to community needs. This is a serious concern, given its impact on the implementation of much-needed health programs and the delay in the subsequent disbursement of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) due to the failure to achieve the target realization percentage. The design used was qualitative research, focused on monitoring, analyzing, and strategically managing the health budget. Activities included orientation and observation of the organizational structure, interviews with key informants, planning analysis using the Fishbone method, and the development of a data-driven intervention plan. The research resulted in the development of an intervention plan and the formation of a standard operating procedure (SOP) team comprising regional government agencies (SKPD), financial experts, and internal auditors at the Bengkalis Health Office. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the role of individual counseling services with a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach in dealing with cyclothymic behavior in grade IX students of Muhammadiyah 2 Junior High School Surakarta in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah 2 Junior High School Surakarta. The subject in this study was one high school student. This research is a Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) which was carried out in 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely, planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. In the first cycle of action research, the results obtained cyclothymic behavior decreased, but there were still several indicators that had not been resolved properly with a percentage of 70%. Next, these results were evaluated and then the researcher provided action in the second cycle. In the second cycle of action research, the results obtained cyclothymic behavior decreased by 48.33%. Furthermore, these results were re-evaluated and then the researcher provided action in the third cycle. In the third cycle of action research, the results showed a decrease in cyclothymic behavior by 21.66%, reaching the target set by the researcher. It can be concluded that individual counseling services using the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach can address cyclothymic behavior in ninth-grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Malay culture-based Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model to improve student resilience in mathematics learning. The background of this study is the low level of student resilience, reflected in a lack of perseverance, low self-efficacy, and an inability to manage emotions when facing difficulties in learning mathematics. Malay culture, rich in values such as mutual cooperation, perseverance, and respect, can provide a learning context that strengthens students' affective aspects. This study used a qualitative approach to describe the learning process and changes in student attitudes/responses, while a quantitative approach was used to measure resilience improvements through a questionnaire. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively by comparing pretest and posttest results, while qualitative data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the application of the Malay culture-based PBL model significantly improved student resilience. In addition, students became more active, confident, and able to work collaboratively in groups. Contextual learning that emphasizes local cultural values has proven effective in creating a learning environment that supports the development of character and student learning resilience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi pembacaan harian Ratib al-Haddad sebagai sarana pengembangan karakter psikospiritual siswa di SMKI Nurul Hijriyah Sejati, Camplong, Sampang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan bagaimana praktik terstruktur Ratib al-Haddad berkontribusi pada perkembangan emosional, spiritual, dan perilaku siswa dalam lingkungan pendidikan Islam formal. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa rutinitas dzikir harian, yang diadakan setiap pagi sebelum pelajaran dimulai, secara signifikan mempengaruhi ketenangan mental, pengendalian emosi, dan disiplin spiritual siswa. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan fokus, kesadaran agama yang lebih dalam, dan perilaku psikologis yang lebih stabil sepanjang proses belajar. Praktik ini, yang melibatkan pembacaan teks Ratib secara kolektif dengan bimbingan guru dan staf, berhasil membentuk budaya agama di lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu, program ini berkontribusi pada internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam, seperti rasa syukur, kesabaran, dan kejujuran, sekaligus memperkuat ikatan komunitas di antara siswa. Meskipun terdapat tantangan kecil dalam pemahaman dan tingkat partisipasi, program ini terbukti menjadi model efektif untuk pendidikan karakter yang berakar pada spiritualitas Islam. Rutinitas ini berfungsi sebagai pendekatan integratif yang menyatukan tradisi spiritual dengan pendidikan modern, menjadikannya layak.
