Abstract

Pemahaman konsep matematis merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting dalam pembelajaran matematika yang perlu dimiliki oleh peserta didik sejak dini. Namun, hasil observasi dan uji terbatas menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas V pada materi karakteristik antar bangun ruang masih tergolong rendah, terutama dalam menyatakan ulang konsep dan menyajikan konsep dalam bentuk representasi matematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik antara model pembelajaran Guided Discovery Learning dan Project-Based Learning dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V di salah satu sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Andir, Kota Bandung, dan sampelnya terdiri dari dua kelas berjumlah masing-masing 25 peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes uraian yang telah divalidasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan uji N-Gain dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua model pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik pada kategori sedang. Rata-rata skor N-Gain kelas Guided Discovery Learning sebesar 0,6641 dan kelas PjBL sebesar 0,5560. Namun, berdasarkan uji Mann-Whitney, tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua model pembelajaran (p > 0,05).

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is related to the way of teaching and learning in the classroom which is still teacher-oriented and the learning resources used have not connected the material with everyday life situations. This study aims to design a hydrocarbon learning module that links the local wisdom of Karo oil using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach. The method applied is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). Evaluation of the module's feasibility was carried out by media experts, material experts, and chemistry teachers, and also through student responses. The results of the study showed that the module met the requirements for use in SMA Negeri 2 Kabanjahe, with a high average validation percentage. Student responses showed that this module was effective in increasing their interest and motivation in studying hydrocarbon material.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of academic supervision and organizational climate on job satisfaction of teachers, with work motivation as an intervening variable. The background of the research is based on the phenomenon of low teacher job satisfaction as reflected in limited independent lesson planning, low participation in professional development, and weak motivation. The study employs a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques. The sample comprises 108 public junior high school teachers in Temanggung Regency selected through random sampling. Research instruments were developed based on theories of supervision, organizational climate, motivation, and job satisfaction. The results show that academic supervision and organizational climate significantly affect teacher motivation and job satisfaction. Furthermore, work motivation serves as a significant intervening variable mediating the influence of academic supervision and organizational climate on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk dan implementasi inovasi kurikulum berbasis karakter dalam pendidikan Islam. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan mendesak untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter di tengah tantangan globalisasi dan krisis moral yang melanda generasi muda. Pendidikan Islam memiliki potensi besar dalam membentuk karakter mulia melalui nilai-nilai religius dan ajaran akhlak. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengkaji praktik inovatif yang diterapkan di beberapa lembaga pendidikan Islam, seperti integrasi nilai karakter dalam mata pelajaran, pembiasaan harian berbasis nilai Islami, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang mendukung penguatan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi kurikulum yang dikembangkan secara kontekstual dan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam mampu meningkatkan kesadaran spiritual, tanggung jawab sosial, serta sikap jujur dan disiplin peserta didik. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya, inovasi ini terbukti relevan dan berdampak positif terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan pelatihan guru dan pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih fleksibel dan responsif terhadap dinamika sosial dan kebutuhan peserta didik

Abstract

Language interference often occurs in bilingual or multilingual communities that influence each other. Language becomes a medium of communication to achieve the conventions of a language community. Language is not merely an instrument for conveying information, but rather a system that contains certain meanings or messages. Language interference is not only negative, but also has positive nuances for the language-using community. It can facilitate interaction and communication between the sender and the recipient of the message. Viewed from the negative side, language interference makes the language community dislike the target language. This makes the Pakpak language community of the Boang Dialect in using Indonesian, more towards the lack of knowledge or understanding of Indonesian, resulting in a negative impact on the community of Indonesian. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with a sociolinguistic approach. This research will reveal an in-depth and clear picture of the occurrence of language errors that result in interference at the phonological, morphological, syntactic, and semantic levels in Dah Village, Rundeng District, Subulussalam City. This study shows that the interference of the Pakpak Boang dialect on the use of Indonesian in Dah Village, Subulussalam City, has a negative impact, reviewed from the aspects of the factors causing the interference, identifying the impacts caused by the interference, and solutions. This is closely related to the Pakpak Boang community's ability to speak good and correct Indonesian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV SDN Rogomulyo 01 Kabupaten Pati, khususnya dalam aspek memahami isi bacaan. Rendahnya hasil belajar disebabkan oleh kurangnya variasi metode pembelajaran dan dominannya metode ceramah yang membuat siswa pasif, cepat bosan, dan tidak fokus. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, digunakan model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) yang mengintegrasikan kegiatan membaca dan menulis secara terpadu dalam kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran CIRC dan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV setelah diterapkannya model CIRC. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN Rogomulyo 01 yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes (pretest dan posttest), observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan thitung (13,000) > ttabel (2,131), sehingga H1 diterima. Artinya, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penerapan model CIRC terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Adapun hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan model CIRC menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 47,81 meningkat menjadi 80,31 pada posttest, dan ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 12,5% menjadi 93,75%. Selain itu, peningkatan juga terlihat dalam tiga ranah pembelajaran yaitu kognitif (memahami dan mengevaluasi bacaan), afektif (sikap positif dan kerja sama), dan psikomotor (aktif membaca dan menulis dalam kelompok). Dengan demikian, model CIRC efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman bacaan dan keaktifan siswa selama pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, setelah diterapkannya model.

Abstract

This study aims to Develop a Website-based interactive learning media called WINRAH (Interactive History Website) to support history learning in fourth grade elementary schools. The background of this study is based on the fact that history learning is still dominated by conventional methods and minimal use of digital media that are interesting and relevant to the characteristics of 21st-century students. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). WINRAH media was Developed through the Google Sites platform by integrating various elements such as e-books, podcasts, interactive quizzes, and educational games. The validation results from media experts showed an average score of 96%, while from material experts it was 88%, both of which are classified as very valid. The trial was conducted in three stages: individual (90.88%), small group (89.45%), and large group (88.48%), all of which showed a very good response to WINRAH media. The evaluation also revealed that this media increased learning motivation, material understanding, and active student involvement in learning. Thus, WINRAH media is suitable for use as an alternative history learning media that is innovative, effective, and in accordance with the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

This thesis discusses "The Application of the Talaqqi Method in Improving Students' Quran Reading Skills in the BTQ Subject for Grade VIII at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yadi Bontocina, Maros Regency." The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the Talaqqi Method in Improving Students' Quran Reading Skills in the BTQ Subject for Grade VIII at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yadi Bontocina, Maros Regency. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, where each cycle consists of two meetings. The subjects in this study were 30 students in grade VIII at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yadi Bontocina, Maros Regency. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study were using percentage calculation formulas and average values (mean) for both the analysis of student activity sheet data and the completeness of student learning outcomes. After implementing Talaqqi using two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II, it can be seen that the reading ability of grade VIII students in the BTQ subject has increased from the pre-cycle to cycle II, which is in accordance with the results of tests conducted by researchers on students during the learning process in class. Where in the pre-cycle, the average score of students was 66.2 (sufficient) with a completion percentage of 33.33%, then in cycle I the average score was 77.4 (good) with a completion percentage of 66.66%, in cycle II the average score was 88.5 (very good) with a completion percentage of 83.33%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of STEAM-based mathematics learning on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities in Indonesia. The method used was a meta-analysis of research results published nationally in 2021–2025. Data were collected through a literature review using Google Scholar with the help of the Publish or Perish application. Of the 997 scientific papers found, 6 scientific papers met the criteria and were further analyzed. Quantitative descriptive statistical analysis was used to obtain the effect size value. The results showed that STEAM-based mathematics learning had a very high influence on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities, with an effect size value of 1.480. The effectiveness of this learning varied by educational level, which was influenced by student characteristics, implementation readiness, learning models and media, and the approach to teaching material development. The highest effectiveness was found at the elementary school level.

Abstract

One phenomenon of students who frequently play online games is students at SMK Abdul Aziz Curahlele Balung Jember. Then this is what prompted researchers to provide solutions and guidance to students who frequently play online games. This guidance uses self-monitoring techniques which are then developed by researchers into research. Self-monitoring guidance techniques are simply defined as guidance therapy for solving someone's problems with mastery from within themselves. The research written by this researcher has 2 objectives: general objective and specific objective. The general objective on this research is to complete the researcher's final assignment as a final year student. The specific objective is to overcome the problem of students frequently playing online games at SMK Abdul Aziz Curahlele Balung Jember so that students can return to focusing on studying at school. This research use a qualitative approach with case study research design that aims to determine the effect of individual counseling using self-monitoring techniques to reduce online game addiction. The results of this research are to resolve and alleviate the problem of students at SMK Abdul Aziz Curahlele Balung Jember frequently playing online games so that they do not focus on learning. In addition, this research can be imitated and reviewed by various groups in its application.
