Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is motivated by the low understanding of students towards cultural literacy is shown by the tendency of students more interested dengan budaya in foreign culture than budaya local culture typical of Majalengka, as belum well as the absence of media to mengkaitkan literasi link cultural literacy. The problem tersebut requires a solution in the form of learning media that integrate elements kearifan of local wisdom with technology, so that the solution offered in this study iniis the development of Interactive media charged Keloma uuntuk improve cultural literacy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Stages of research include analisisNeeds Analysis, perancanganmedia design, development produk yang divalidasi of expert-validated products,sertaas well astrials to deployment. The results of this study inishowed that Keloma media was declared feasible and practical to use with validation ahli of material experts from lecturers sebesarat 82.5% and from teachers at 86.25%, ahlimedia experts at 100%, ahli linguists at 92.8%, and ahli cultural experts at 95%. The results responof the teacher's response sebesarwas 86%, and respon the student's response sebesarwas 91.1%. While the effectiveness test through paired sample t-test showed a significant difference between the pretest and posstest results. So it is proven that Keloma media is effective in improving cultural literacy. Penelitian Further research is expected dapatto developsimilar media with cakupan budaya yang wider cultural coverage luas and integrate fitur interaktif other interactive features to pengalaman siswa optimize the student experience. Keywords: Interactive Media, Keloma, Culture Literacy ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap literasi budaya ditunjukkan dengan siswa kurang mengenal budaya lokal penggunaan bahasa daerah dalam sehari-hari dan belum mengenal budaya yang ada di daerah sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembanga, mengetahui kelayakan, kepraktisan, serta efektivitas literasi budaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Research and Development (R&D). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN Cieurih yang berjumlah 44 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yang merupakan teknik mengambil sampel secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi, sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 44 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media Keloma dinyatakan layak dan praktis digunakan dengan hasil persentase validasi ahli materi dari dosen sebesar 82,5% dan dari guru sebesar 86,25%, ahli media sebesar 100%, ahli bahasa sebesar 92,8%, dan ahli budaya sebesar 95%. Hasil respon guru sebesar 86%, dan respon siswa sebesar 91,1%. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dan hasil uji N-Gain menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0.6 pada kategori sedang untuk literasi budaya siswa. Dengan demikian, media Keloma terbukti layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS untuk meningkatkan literasi budaya siswa. Kata Kunci: Media Interaktif, Keloma, Literasi Budaya

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji determinasi work life balance, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kualitas kinerja layanan karyawan PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah (Perseroda) di Bintan dan Tanjungpinang dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 114 orang karyawan PT. BRK Syariah yang berstatus Pegawai di Bintan dan Tanjungpinang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dan analisis mediasi menggunakan software SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance (X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Layanan (Y). Budaya Organisasi (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Layanan (Y). Kompetensi (X3) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Layanan (Y). Komitmen Organisasi (Z) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Layanan (Y). Pengaruh tidak langsung Work Life Balance (X1) terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Layanan (Y) melalui Komitmen Organisasi (Z) tidak signifikan. Pengaruh tidak langsung Budaya Organisasi (X2) terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Layanan (Y) melalui Komitmen Organisasi (Z) tidak signifikan. Pengaruh tidak langsung Kompetensi (X3) terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Layanan (Y) melalui Komitmen Organisasi (Z) signifikan.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) with a multicultural perspective in improving the religiosity index of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies involving students, teachers, and the school principal. The findings reveal that religiosity is reflected not only in ritual worship practices, such as prayer, fasting, and Qur’an recitation, but also in social attitudes such as tolerance, mutual respect, and adherence to rules. The integration of multicultural values in IRE, supported by teacher modeling, routine religious programs, and classroom agreements, significantly strengthens students’ religiosity. The average score of 8.7 out of 10 indicates that students achieved a high level of religiosity. However, challenges remain, including the influence of social media, inconsistent behavior outside school, and diverse family backgrounds. The study concludes that multicultural IRE fosters both religious commitment and social harmony.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap tingkat literasi budaya siswa melalui pembelajaran Seni Budaya dan Prakarya (SBDP), serta mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung maupun menghambat penerapannya pada siswa kelas VI di SD Negeri 3 Purbalingga Lor. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada temuan awal bahwa banyak siswa belum mampu menguasai lirik dan melodi lagu daerah serta belum memahami makna budaya yang terkandung dalam pembelajaran musik tradisional. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen pembelajaran, dengan sumber data dari guru, siswa, dan dokumentasi sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran SBDP sudah digunakan sebagai media untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai budaya, terutama melalui aktivitas menyanyikan lagu daerah dan memainkan alat musik tradisional. Meski demikian, terdapat sejumlah hambatan seperti kurangnya minat siswa terhadap musik tradisional, pengaruh budaya modern, serta terbatasnya sarana pendukung. Faktor pendukung mencakup keterlibatan aktif guru, dukungan fasilitas dari sekolah, serta kegiatan musik berbasis budaya lokal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya optimalisasi strategi pembelajaran seni budaya agar mampu meningkatkan apresiasi siswa terhadap budaya daerah dan menumbuhkan pemahaman budaya secara lebih mendalam sejak usia dini.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the validity level of interactive learning media based on the Genially platform for descriptive text material for seventh-grade junior high school students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. After the development process, the learning media was validated by three validators: a material expert, a media expert, and a language expert. The research instrument used was a validation sheet, which was then analyzed to obtain a validation score. Based on the data analysis results, the interactive learning media based on the Genially platform was declared valid with an average validation percentage of 91%, thus categorized as highly valid. Therefore, the Genially-based learning media for teaching descriptive texts is considered suitable for use in the teaching and learning process by both students and teachers.

Abstract

Sekolah dasar di daerah pedesaan dengan jumlah peserta didik terbatas dalam menghadapi tantangan kompleks, mulai dari keterbatasan sumber daya, minimnya tenaga pendidik, hingga kondisi geografis yang rawan bencana. Permasalahan tersebut menuntut kepala sekolah untuk mengembangkan strategi manajemen yang adaptif agar pembelajaran tetap terjaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengelola sekolah kecil di pedesaan, dengan fokus pada pengelolaan sumber daya, memberikan standar akreditasi, serta kesiapsiagaan menghadapi risiko bencana. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, komite sekolah, wali nagari Tamparungo, dan pihak puskesmas, serta diperkuat dengan observasi lapangan dan teaah dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat strategi utama kepala sekolah, yaitu: (1) rasionalisasi anggaran berbasis prioritas untuk mengatasi keterbatasan dana; (2) pengawasan akademik dan pengembangan pembelajaran kontekstual melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal; (3) akreditasi manajemen yang menekankan penjaminan mutual melalui pembagian tugas dan simulasi audit internal; serta (4) kemitraan dengan komite sekolah, wali nagari, dan puskesmas untuk mendukung sarana, kesehatan, serta program kesiapsiagaan bencana. Strategi terakhir meliputi edukasi kebencanaan, simulasi evakuasi, penyediaan perlengkapan darurat, hingga komunikasi positif untuk menjaga rasa aman siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di sekolah kecil pedesaan bersifat adaptif, partisipatif, dan kontekstual, sehingga mampu menjaga keberlangsungan pendidikan meskipun di tengah keterbatasan dan ancaman lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media fishbone diagram terhadap keterampilan menulis teks prosedur di kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian ekperimen yaitu pre ekperimen tipe design one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian berjumlahkan 20 peserta didik di kelas IV SDN 3 Cigembor. Data yang diperoleh dengan cara melakukan tes awal (pretest) dan teks akhir (posttest) untuk melihat adanya pengaruh dari nilai sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya pemberian treatment berupa penggunaan media fishbone diagram. Nilai pretest dan posttest kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dan analisis data inferensial yaitu uji normalitas dan uji T. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media fishbone diagram berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menulis teks prosedur. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan adanya perbedaan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 9,25 dan posttest sebesar 11 setelah dilakukan treatment dan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau (0,001 < 0,05), maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga hasil keterampilan menulis peserta didik di kelas IV SDN 3 Cigembor lebih baik setelah menggunakan media fishbone diagram.

Abstract

In the midst of rapid technological advancement and the strong influence of consumerist culture, children today are increasingly driven to live individualistic lives and show less sensitivity toward others. This phenomenon highlights the critical role of Christian Religious Education (CRE) in instilling a spirit of service from an early age. This study aims to explain how strategies and implementations within CRE can shape a servant-hearted character in children. Using a qualitative method with a library research approach, data were collected from various relevant academic sources. The findings reveal that CRE plays a strategic role in nurturing a spirit of service through three main approaches: the early inculcation of Christian values, the use of relevant and interactive learning, and providing opportunities for children to practice serving directly. By taking Jesus as the ultimate example, children can learn to serve with love, responsibility, and humility. When these strategies are applied consistently, the spirit of service will grow naturally and shape children into individuals who are ready to serve in the family, church, and community from an early age.

Abstract

Writing descriptive text is the art of depicting or describing an object or phenomenon in vivid detail, with the primary goal of conveying the author's experience to the reader. This means the writer acts as the reader's "eyes," observing visual details directly and then translating them into words. More than simply informing, the writer strives to stimulate the reader's imagination and senses, so they can see, hear, or feel the object being described for themselves, even if they have never witnessed it in person. Based on field observations, students experience difficulty developing ideas or concepts, lack attractive designs, and lack writing skills. This is due to the lack of variety in the learning models implemented by teachers. This study aims to describe the learning outcomes of writing descriptive text using the Search, Solve, Create, and Share (SSCS) learning model for fifth-grade elementary school students in North Sumedang District, Sumedang Regency, in the 2025/2026 academic year. Therefore, the instruments used were teaching modules, observation sheets, tests, and student learning motivation questionnaires. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental approach with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on data analysis, the success rate of poster writing learning using the SSCS model in the three sample classes is categorized as high. This is evidenced by the z-test calculation results, which show a calculated Z of -0.51, while the z-table for a 1% significance level is 2.33. Comparing the calculated Z values, it is found that the calculated Z values ​​lie within the range of -z to z. Because the calculated Z values ​​lie within the range of -z0.4900 to z0.4900 (-2.33 < -0.51 < 2.33), the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted. Thus, the learning outcomes of poetry writing using the Search, Solve, Create, and Share (SSCS) learning model for fifth-grade elementary school students in North Sumedang District in the 2025/2026 academic year are categorized as high.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure, elements, errors, and corrections in writing news texts by students of grade VII-2 of Methodist Private Middle School Berastagi in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.The focus of the research includes the application of text structure (title, lead, content, and conclusion), the completeness of the 5W+1H elements (what, who, when, where, why, how), and the use of language in accordance with the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI). This research provides theoretical benefits in the development of writing skills studies at the junior high school level, as well as practical benefits for teachers as learning evaluation materials and for students as a means of reflection to improve their writing skills. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data in the form of written works of 30 students analyzed using structural, elemental, and linguistic analysis sheets. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation, while validity is maintained through diligent observation, peer review, and audit trails. The results of the study indicate that although students have understood the basic structure of news texts, there are still many inaccuracies in arranging the parts of the text logically, as well as incomplete news elements, especially the why and how elements. Linguistic errors such as the use of capital letters, punctuation, and word choice are also still common. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that students' ability to write news texts still needs to be improved, especially in the aspects of completeness of content and accuracy of language. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of more contextual, targeted, and structured practice-oriented writing instruction. The limitations of this study lie in its scope, which only analyzed written output without directly observing the learning process. Therefore, further research is recommended to explore more comprehensive learning strategies to improve students' writing skills.
