Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional regulation and anxiety in public speaking in front of the class in MTs Nurus Salam Deli Tua students in the 2025 Academic Year. This study is based on the importance of public speaking skills in the context of learning and the role of emotional regulation as one of the psychological factors that influence students' anxiety levels. With this study, students are expected to be able to overcome speaking anxiety with emotional regulation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation method and a product moment correlation research design with the help of the SPSS version 23.00 for Windows program. The population in this study were all 8th grade students of MTs Nurus Salam Deli Tua, totaling 180 students, and a sample of 45 students or around 25% of the population was taken using a random sampling technique. The research instrument consisted of an emotional regulation scale and a speaking anxiety scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the data analysis showed a significant negative relationship between emotional regulation and speaking anxiety in front of the class This is proven by the significance value (p) of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.005, and the correlation coefficient value (r) of -0.491. This means that the higher the students' ability to regulate their emotions, the lower the level of anxiety they experience when speaking in front of the class. Conversely, low emotional regulation ability will be directly proportional to increased speaking anxiety. Thus, it can be concluded that emotional regulation can reduce the level of anxiety in students if the students are able to regulate and manage their emotions. This finding shows the importance of fostering emotional regulation in the context of education, especially to increase students' self-confidence and communication skills in the classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara empiris pengaruh minat baca dan ketersediaan sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas VII MTs Muhammadiyah Tallo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan total sampling terhadap 42 siswa kelas VII MTs Muhammadiyah Tallo. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert untuk mengukur minat baca (X1) dan ketersediaan sumber belajar (X2), serta dokumentasi nilai rapor untuk prestasi belajar (Y). Sebelum dianalisis, instrumen kuesioner akan diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan secara sistematis, dimulai dengan uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas dan multikolinearitas), dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengukur pengaruh, dan diakhiri dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t (parsial) dan uji-F (simultan) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat baca dan ketersediaan sumber belajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis parsial (uji-t), nilai t-hitung untuk variabel minat baca ditemukan lebih besar dari t-tabel, dengan nilai signifikansi (p < 0.05). Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa minat baca secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Demikian pula, untuk variabel ketersediaan sumber belajar, nilai t-hitung juga lebih besar dari t-tabel, dengan nilai signifikansi yang juga kurang dari 0,05. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa ketersediaan sumber belajar juga memiliki pengaruh parsial yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan kedua hasil uji-t tersebut, hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima. Dengan kata lain, penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi minat baca siswa dan semakin baik ketersediaan sumber belajar yang dapat mereka manfaatkan, semakin baik pula prestasi akademik mereka. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua faktor tersebut merupakan variabel yang sangat penting dan saling melengkapi dalam menunjang keberhasilan belajar siswa.

Abstract

Fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial TikTok di kalangan anak usia sekolah dasar menimbulkan kekhawatiran terhadap perubahan pola komunikasi, terutama dalam gaya komunikasi verbal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan TikTok terhadap gaya komunikasi verbal peserta didik kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Tambaksogra, baik dari sisi positif maupun negatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei pada 27 siswa dari total 59 peserta didik yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen berupa angket skala Guttman yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dengan data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier sederhana, dan uji t melalui program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan penggunaan TikTok terhadap gaya komunikasi verbal dengan nilai R sebesar 0,404 yang menunjukkan hubungan sedang, R Square sebesar 0,163 yang berarti kontribusi sebesar 16,3%, serta nilai signifikansi uji t sebesar 0,037 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh nyata. TikTok terbukti dapat meningkatkan keberanian berbicara, kreativitas, dan memperluas wawasan, namun juga berpotensi menurunkan keterampilan berbahasa formal serta batas antara bahasa santai dan bahasa baku. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa TikTok menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam membentuk gaya komunikasi anak, meskipun faktor eksternal lain seperti keluarga dan lingkungan tetap berperan besar.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in improving the creative thinking skills of fourth-grade students at SDN 44 Mande Kota Bima. The research employed a one-group pretest–posttest design involving 24 students. The instrument used was a creative thinking ability test administered before and after the treatment. Data analysis was conducted through normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample t-test using SPSS. The findings revealed that the average pretest score of 62.5 increased to 82.3 in the posttest. The results of the normality and homogeneity tests indicated that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The paired sample t-test showed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores. The N-Gain score of 0.53 was categorized as moderate. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Project Based Learning model is effective in enhancing students’ creative thinking skills, particularly in Civic Education learning.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of using the ubur-ubur learning media on improving students’ learning interest in Indonesian language subjects at MI Nurul Huda Banjarsari. The background of this study stems from the fact that many students find it difficult to maintain their interest in learning Indonesian, which is often perceived as monotonous and less engaging. This situation leads to low classroom participation, indicating the need for innovative learning media that can foster a more interactive and stimulating learning environment. The research employed a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design, involving one class with a total of 35 students. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and relevant literature sources. The findings reveal that the use of the ubur-ubur learning media significantly increased students’ interest in learning. This medium encouraged students to be more focused, active, and enthusiastic during the learning process. Furthermore, it created an enjoyable and meaningful classroom experience that enhanced student motivation. These results imply that teachers should develop and utilize innovative learning media as an effective strategy to improve the quality of education at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by students of the Primary School Teacher Education Program (PGMI) at IAI Al-AZIS to complete their undergraduate thesis on time, as well as to identify the challenges they face. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles & Huberman’s interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that students’ success in completing their thesis on time was determined by effective time management, strong intrinsic motivation, intensive communication with academic supervisors, and institutional support. The obstacles encountered include internal factors such as laziness, procrastination, and limited academic writing skills, as well as external factors such as limited references, overloaded supervisor schedules, and economic constraints. To overcome these barriers, students applied adaptive strategies such as creating a writing timeline, utilizing peer study groups, and employing digital applications (Mendeley, Google Scholar) to accelerate the writing process. This study concludes that timely thesis completion is the result of a synergy between internal, external, and spiritual factors, and contributes to strengthening the concept of self-regulated learning while providing practical recommendations for students and higher education institutions. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan e-modul interaktif pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Lampung kelas V SD/MI sebagai bahan ajar alternatif yang menarik, kontekstual, dan sesuai perkembangan teknologi. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya minat belajar siswa akibat media pembelajaran yang monoton dan kurang interaktif. Selain itu, keterbatasan bahan ajar berbasis teknologi dan tidak adanya integrasi kearifan lokal menyebabkan lemahnya pemahaman siswa, terutama di sekolah dengan mayoritas siswa bukan penutur asli Bahasa Lampung.Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Produk yang dikembangkan berupa e-modul interaktif dengan materi “Lestarikan Bahasa, Aksara, dan Budaya Lampung” menggunakan aplikasi Canva. E-modul ini dilengkapi video pembelajaran, gambar budaya lokal, latihan soal, dan kuis digital.Hasil validasi menunjukkan kelayakan sangat tinggi, dengan skor dari ahli materi 93,3%, ahli media 90%, dan ahli bahasa 93,3%. Uji kepraktisan oleh pendidik dan peserta didik masing-masing menunjukkan persentase 100%, serta uji keterbacaan siswa sebesar 90%. Nilai-nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa e-modul sangat layak, praktis, dan menarik bagi siswa.Pengembangan e-modul ini diharapkan membantu siswa belajar mandiri, meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar, serta memperkuat identitas budaya melalui integrasi nilai kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Lampung di era digital.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines planning practices within Event Organizer (EO) management in Indonesia as the pivotal entry point of the four-stage cycle (planning, organizing, execution, monitoring–evaluation). Adopting a qualitative descriptive exploratory multi-case design, data were collected via semi-structured interviews, build show strike observations, and document reviews (briefs, rundowns, stage/site plans, budgets, risk registers, post-event reports). Data were analyzed using the Miles Huberman Saldaña interactive model. Findings indicate that higher-maturity EOs align event briefs with clients’ strategic objectives, standardize planning artefacts (proposals, macro rundowns, site/stage plans, initial risk logs), and enforce buffer times, load-in windows, and change-control gates. During execution, disciplined tech rehearsals and show calling reduce downtime and improve issue/incident closure rates. CHSE compliance is most visible in hygiene health safety components, while sustainability practices (waste reduction, segregation) are emerging yet not fully systematized under SNI ISO 20121. Digital tools (cloud task boards, shared calendars, real-time checklists) and the integration of content planning with experience design enhance sponsor deliverable fulfillment and audience satisfaction. The study proposes a performance “triad” process governance, risk & safety, and experience design as the foundation for strengthening EO planning quality, and recommends measurable sustainability targets embedded from the planning stage. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses pembelajaran, kelebihan dan kekurangan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Learning Tipe TGT (Teams Games Tournament) Berbantuan Estafet Quiz Pada Kelas V SD Negeri Cengklik Surakarta Tahun Ajar 2024/2025. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu guru kelas & 3 peserta didik kelas VC SD Negeri Cengklik Surakarta, dan objek diteliti adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe TGT (Teams Games Tournament) berbantuan estafet quiz di kelas VC. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari 10-13 Juni 2025 di SD Negeri Cengklik Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini ialah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk memeriksa keabsahan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik. Data pada teknik penelitian dianalisiss dengan urutan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari proses implentasi model pembelajaran TGT berbantuan estafet quiz di kelas VC SD Negeri Cengklik Surakarta sudah sesuai sintak terdiri penyajian kelas, belajar dalam kelompok, permaianan, turnamen, & penghargaan. Kelebihan pelaksanaan model pembelajaran TGT di kelas VC SD Negeri Cengklik Surakarta yaitu adanya menumbuhkan prilaku menghargai orang lain, semangat belajar, membangun & menambah pengetahuan. & menumbuhkan sikap kerjasama & toleransi. dan kekurangan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT berbantuan estafet quiz yaitu ruang kelas ramai, tidak bisa untuk kelompok besar, & membutuhkan sarana & prasarana yang mendukung. Berdasarkan penelitian diatas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe TGT berbantuan estafet quiz di SD Negeri Cengklik Surakarta dilaksanakan sesuai sintak, dengan memiliki kelebihan & kekurangan.

Abstract

The problem that occurred in the Mambaul Ulum Kindergarten institution was that there were still some children when coloring still outside the lines and were still not neat in coloring. Of the 13 students there were 7 children who still needed stimulation in improving fine motor skills, especially in eye and hand coordination. This happened because of the lack of variation in the media used, children's interest decreased because the learning media used was monotonous, the lack of independence in children also caused children to have dependence on others. Through specific acts, such as using banana stem media to help youngsters develop their fine motor abilities, the study aimed to improve and enrich the learning process in the classroom. This study used Classroom Action Research (CAR) according to the Kemmis and McTaggart CAR paradigm, which has two cycles with two meetings each. Group A of 13 pupils from Mambaul Ulum Kindergarten served as the study's subject. Based on the results of initial observations, there were 7 children or 54% of the 13 children in group A who were not yet able to coordinate their eyes and hands in the category (Not Developing), after the implementation of banana stem media, After two sessions, there was an increase in cycle I, with 4 children, or 31% of the total, falling into the category of "Developing According to Expectations." Cycle II of the research was conducted since cycle I required more action. There was an increase in the motor skills of the children in cycle II; 10 children, or 80% of the total, fell into the category of "Developing According to Expectations." Because 80% of the children's success criteria had to be reached for the research to be considered successful, cycle II was terminated.
