Abstract

This research aims to improve passing accuracy through Small-Sided Games training at Club PS ROBATAL. This research is using experimental method. The research design used is Pre-Experimental, specifically One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample for this research was 20 players from the PS Robatal Club. This research instrument uses the Passing Accuracy Test, which is a standard test that measures passing accuracy in various situations. Scores are given based on accuracy and speed of passing to the specified target. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 21. From the calculation results, the calculated t value was 7.581, which was greater than the t table value, namely 1.729. Apart from that, the probability significance value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. From the mean difference value of 2.7, it can be concluded that the Small-Sided Games training method provides a significant change in passing accuracy, with an average of 2,700 more correct balls to friends than before training and also a percentage increase of 31.04%. The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant increase in results in treatment using the Small-Sided Games training model.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Penelitian ini merupakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi empirik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Latdalam, Kecamatan Tanimbar Selatan, Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 orang pelaku harta buang dan 4 orang bukan pelaku harta buang. Beserta 3 Kepala Soa, dan Bapak Tuan Tanah selaku informan. Selain itu penelitian ini didukunhg dengan studi kepustakaan sebagai bagian dari penelitian juridis normatif yang dilakukan dengan menelusuri dokumen berupa peraturan perundangan, putusan hakim, bahan referensi serta sumber sekunder dan tersier lain yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti. hasil penelitian diatas maka peneliti dapat mengatakan bahwa ada harta buang yang harus dipertarukan baik dari pihak duan dan pihak lolat Semakin cepat permasalahan diselesaikan secara adat dan sanksi harta buang dibayar/dipenuhi, menunjukkan suatu itikhad baik, tanggung jawab dan penghargaan untuk menjaga hubungan kekerabatan tetap terjalin dengan harmonis. Adat ini bisa berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan masyarakat desa latdalam. Bagi pemerintah Desa Latdalam untuk menjunjung selalu kebiasaan yang sudah turun temurun dilestarikan oleh generasi ke generasi. Adat sangat berperang dalam masayarakat karena dengan hubungan keluarga tidak terputus.

Abstract

Employee performance is important to be considered because it supports the achievement of organizational goals. The special juvenile correctional institution as an institution under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is tasked with providing guidance to foster children. The weight of responsibility can affect employee performance. This study was conducted at the Class I Kutoarjo Special Juvenile Correctional Institution. The population of this study were ASN employees of the Class I Kutoarjo Special Juvenile Correctional Institution. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a sample size of 42 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychological capital and workplace well-being on performance. This study is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis. The research instruments were in the form of a psychological capital questionnaire, a workplace well-being questionnaire, and a performance questionnaire. The data obtained were then analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect simultaneously and partially of psychological capital and workplace well-being on performance, with an R square value of 85.1%.

Abstract

Abstrak This research is based on the results of field research, namely the low learning outcomes of students due to the lack of learning activities involving students because the learning process is still centered on the teacher, so that students are still less active in the learning process. This study aims to describe how to improve student learning outcomes in IPAS learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in class IV SDN 33 Pasaman. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was conducted in two cycles, with research procedures consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research data obtained are related to the learning outcomes of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. Data collection techniques are in the form of tests and non-tests. The subjects of this study were class teachers as observers, researchers as practitioners or teachers, and 18 students of grade IV SDN 33 Pasaman. The results of the study showed that: first, the teaching module of cycle I obtained an average of 85.4% (B), increasing in cycle II to 95.8 (SB). Second, the results of the implementation of learning aspects of teachers in cycle I obtained an average of 82.14 (B), increasing in cycle II to 96.42% (SB). Third, the results of the implementation of learning aspects of students in cycle I obtained an average of 82.14% (B), increasing in cycle II to 96.42% (SB). Fourth, the learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average of 74.41 (C), increasing in cycle II to 81.39 (B). Thus, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve student learning outcomes in IPAS learning in Class IV SDN 33 Pasaman.

Abstract

This research is based on problems in learning, namely students' lack of activity, such as students only listening, taking notes, not asking questions, liking to play, talking when the teacher is explaining learning material, and thinking that learning mathematics is a difficult subject. These problems can indirectly affect learning outcomes. So, efforts are needed to use more innovative and interesting learning models to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects. This research aims to obtain information on whether there is an influence of the application of the project based learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class IV students. This research is experimental research using a True-Experimental design, with the form of a Posttest Only Control Design. The research location was carried out at SDN 10 Sitiung and SDN 07 Sitiung, Dharmasraya Regency. The research sample consisted of 31 class IV students. The data collection instruments used were observation, tests and documentation. The test consists of 20 multiple choice questions and 5 filled-in questions which have been tested for validity, reliability, distinguishing power and level of difficulty of the questions. The results showed that the average posttest score for the experimental class was 83.00 and the control class was 65.90. Hypothesis testing using the t-test resulted in sig < (0.000 < 0.05), which means the t-test rejected the existence of H0 and accepted the existence of Ha, which means there was an influence of the project based learning model in class IV elementary school.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the factors of low interest in reading in SDN cageur, especially to grade IV (four) students in Indonesian language subjects and to analyze the cageur community reading park in increasing reading interest in cageur students, especially grade IV (four) students in Indonesian language subjects. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation, the information in this research is class teachers and grade IV Indonesian language teachers, grade IV students, school principals, and managers of the Ceager Village Community Reading Park. The results of this study show that the factors of low interest in reading grade IV students of SDN cageur in Indonesian language subjects are lack of awareness of the importance of reading, school libraries that are not qualified, the role of parents is still lacking, and the influence of smartphones. The activities carried out by the community reading park of Cageur Village in improving the reading quality of elementary school children in Cageur Village, especially grade IV children in the Indonesian language subject, are opening free book reading stalls, reading while playing, reading while storytelling, as well as school entrance books and other supporting activities.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a valid and feasible Sasak Local Wisdom-Based LKPD for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile in Grade IV Civics Learning at SDN 1 Pengenjek. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D). The data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the development of LKPD followed several ADDIE research processes, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the validity and feasibility side show that the Sasak Local Wisdom-Based LKPD for Strengthening the Pancasila Profile of Grade IV Students at SDN 1 Pengenjek obtained a score with a percentage of 84% with very valid criteria from media experts, and a percentage of 92% with very valid criteria from material experts, a percentage of 80% with very feasible criteria from teacher responses, and a percentage of 83% with very feasible criteria from student responses. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, the Sasak Local Wisdom-Based Learner Worksheet for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students in Grade IV at SDN 1 Pengenjek is declared valid and feasible

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Numbered Head Together Learning Model on the Critical Thinking Ability of Class V Social Sciences at SDN 3 Taman Ayu. This type of research uses quantitative research with experimental methods. The data collection method is in the form of pretest and posttest test questions. Based on the research results, it was obtained that the t_count ≥ t_table (9,767 ≥ 1,685) and sig.2 tailed ≤ 0.05 (0.001 ≤ 0.05) then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. The effect size test results obtained were 3,088 in the large category. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the Numbered Head Together learning model on the critical thinking abilities of class V students at SDN 3 Taman Ayu with a percentage increase in the results of social studies critical thinking abilities of students who are above the KKM by 70%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media interaktif yang berbentuk buku dan bingkai peraga yang bernama Fun Thinkers Book (FTB). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan keefektifan media Fun Thinkers Book (FTB) yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Pada penelitian pengembangan ini diukur kelayakan medianya melalui ahli materi dan media. Hasil kelayakan materi sebesar 96% yang artinya materi di dalam media FTB termasuk kategori sangat baik dan kelayakan dari aspek media sebesar 90,9% yang artinya media FTB termasuk kategori sangat baik. Kemudian, keefektifan produk Fun Thinkers Book (FTB) ini menunjukan pada diperoleh hasil uji t diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa nilai Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar pretest dan posttest yang signifikan, artinya terdapat pengaruh dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran Fun Thinkers Book (FTB) efektif dalam meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD.
