Abstract

This study aims to examine systematic and objective techniques for preparing quality analysis reports in Islamic education, aligned with established educational evaluation standards. In the effort to enhance the quality of Islamic educational institutions, a quality analysis report serves as a crucial foundation for decision-making, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. The research employs a literature review, observation of reporting practices in Islamic educational institutions, and analysis of educational quality documents. The findings indicate that preparing a quality analysis report for Islamic education requires attention to three key aspects: (1) formulation of quality indicators based on Islamic principles and national education standards; (2) valid, reliable, and measurable data collection and processing; and (3) presentation of analytical results in a communicative and actionable format. Moreover, the involvement of stakeholders—including teachers, administrators, and the community—is essential to ensure the objectivity of the report. The study concludes that implementing proper reporting techniques significantly strengthens internal quality assurance systems and enhances the accountability of Islamic educational institutions in delivering quality education services.

Abstract

The issue of uncooperative student behavior in lower-grade classroom presents a significant challenge for teachers in creating a conducive learning environment. This study aims to describe the forms of uncooperative behavior among students, the strategies employed by teachers to address such behavior, and the efforts made by teachers to manage their emotions during the learning process. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, involving second-greade teachers from an elementary school in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected through interviews and observations, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings reveal that teacher’s emotional regulation skill, implemented throough a behavioristic approach and supported by a positive school environment an collegial collaboration, play a crucial role in managing uncooperative student behavior and fostering a productive, harmonious classroom atmosphere.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of smartphone use on the interest in participating in physical education lessons among upper grade students at SD Negeri 1 Langka Pura Kota Bandar Lampung. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with a population of 345 upper grade students, namely grades IV, V, and VI. using a random sampling technique of 10% using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 78 students. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and the data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis of percentages. Based on the results of the simple regression test, an R Square value of 0.115 was obtained with a significance level of p = 0.002<0.05, which means that there is a significant effect between smartphone use and interest in participating in PJOK learning. This value shows that smartphone use contributes 11.5% to the variation in students' interest in participating in PJOK learning, while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh terhadap media pembelajaran Numeracy Fishing berbasis etnomatematika dalam meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi siswa fase A sekolah dasar pada materi operasi hitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain quasi eksperiment yang memiliki 2 subjek, yaitu kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes kemampuan numerasi yang terdiri dari pretest dan posttest Hasil pengolahan dan interpretasi data menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pada penggunaan media Numeracy Fishing berbasis etnomatematika terhadap peningkatan numerasi siswa, yang dibuktikan dari perbandingan nilai minimum, maksimum, dan rata-rata pada pretest lebih rendah dibandingkan posttest. Hal ini juga terbukti dari uji Independent Samples Test dengan sig (2-tailed) <0,001 yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kemudian nilai N-Gain memiliki nilai sebesar 0,4151 yang menunjukkan peningkatan numerasi siswa berkategori sedang. Dengan demikian, penerapan media Numeracy Fishing berbasis etnomatematika cukup efektif untk dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi siswa fase A sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the use of comparative figures of speech in the poem "Doa Seorang Pesolek" by Joko Pinurbo. Literary works, especially poetry, are a medium of expression that utilizes the richness of language to convey the author's ideas and reflections. The use of figurative language (figure of speech) is an essential aspect in poetry because it functions to create aesthetic beauty and strengthen the delivery of messages. Comparative figures of speech are figures of speech used to enhance the impact of communication by comparing a specific object with another, more general object, building meaning that touches the reader's thoughts and emotions. The poem "Doa Seorang Pesolek" was chosen because it contains the inner struggle of an individual who is obsessed with physical beauty while also longing for spiritual things. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive method, this study analyzes the physical structure of the poem, especially the comparative figures of speech, which consist of metaphor, simile, personification, allegory, and hyperbole. The results of the analysis show that Joko Pinurbo uses comparative figures of speech (metaphor, personification, simile, hyperbole) and other figures of speech (repetition, metonymy, euphemism) to build a poetic narrative that is rich in meaning, contains irony, social criticism, and spiritual reflection.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas pendidikan Indonesia dalam konteks global melalui pendekatan filosofis yang mencakup dimensi ontologis, epistemologis, dan aksiologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research) dengan analisis deskriptif-kritis terhadap dokumen internasional seperti OECD, UNESCO, dan World Bank, serta literatur akademik terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan serius dalam hal mutu, pemerataan akses, relevansi kurikulum, dan kompetensi guru. Data PISA 2022 menempatkan Indonesia di bawah rata-rata OECD, menunjukkan perlunya transformasi pendidikan yang lebih komprehensif. Kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan filosofis yang menempatkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dan kemanusiaan sebagai pusat pembaruan pendidikan nasional. Implikasi penelitian mencakup penguatan kompetensi guru, reformasi kurikulum, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, serta kolaborasi internasional yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Cognitive Aspects of Class VIII Students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Zaytun in Understanding Arabic Language Questions in 2025 based on Bloom's revised taxonomy (C1-C6). The focus of the study is directed to describe the distribution of students' cognitive abilities at each level of thinking, without testing differences, relationships or influences between variables.Descriptive quantitative approach with observation, test and documentation data collection techniques. The main instrument is an Arabic language test designed to measure the ability of grade VIII students at various cognitive levels from remembering to creating. The population in class VIII students of MTs Al-Zaytun was 405, while the sampletaken amounted to 50 students.The results showed that students had good abilities at low cognitive levels such as remembering (C1) obtained an average success of 86% and in the aspect of understanding (C2) of 82%. The ability to apply (C3) reached 72%, indicating that students were quite capable of applying their knowledge. In the aspect of analyzing (C4), the highest result was obtained with an average of 92% indicating a strong ability to identify information and analyze images. However, at the high cognitive level, namely evaluating (C5) and creating (C6) students' abilities are still low with an average of 53%. This shows that students still have difficulty in making critical assessments and creating new sentences in an assessment manner. This finding identifies that Arabic language learning at the madrasah level still focuses on low-level thinking skills (LOTS), while higher-level thinking skills (HOTS) need to be further developed through question design and creative and applicable teaching strategies. Abstract

Cultural arts education in the 21st century requires innovation that can integrate traditional values with collaborative, creative, and communicative skills. The Barzanji tradition, as a form of Islamic religious music, has great potential to be developed in the context of education as a medium for preserving cultural and spiritual values. This article is a literature review that aims to examine the application of the Collaborative Learning model in Barzanji learning and its role in fostering awareness of the preservation of traditional Islamic music among students. The study was conducted through an analysis of various scientific sources, such as journals, proceedings, and research reports discussing the integration of Collaborative Learning in arts learning based on local wisdom. The results show that teaching Barzanji through the Collaborative Learning model can increase students' active participation, responsibility, and sense of togetherness, while strengthening religious, social, and aesthetic values. Thus, collaborative learning based on the Barzanji tradition has the potential to be an effective alternative strategy in the development of local wisdom-based cultural arts education in the 21st century

Abstract

Transformasi kurikulum dalam konteks pembelajaran abad ke-21 menjadi isu penting dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perspektif guru terhadap pelaksanaan transformasi kurikulum dalam mendukung pengembangan keterampilan pembelajaran abad ke-21, yang meliputi berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan melibatkan 15 guru sekolah dasar dan menengah dari berbagai latar belakang pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru memandang transformasi kurikulum khususnya melalui penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai upaya untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel, berpusat pada peserta didik, dan kontekstual. Namun, guru masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam menyesuaikan desain pembelajaran, mengintegrasikan literasi digital, serta menilai keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformasi kurikulum berpengaruh positif terhadap penguatan pembelajaran abad ke-21, tetapi keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada kesiapan guru, pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, dan dukungan sistem sekolah. Peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam pedagogi digital, inovasi, dan refleksi menjadi faktor kunci dalam mewujudkan transformasi kurikulum yang efektif dan relevan dengan tuntutan abad ke-21. Abstract

This study was conducted using a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, involving 14 students divided into two groups: the experimental group, which was taught using interactive PowerPoint media, and the control group, which was taught using the lecture method. Data were collected through a multiple-choice test consisting of 10 questions administered before (pretest) and after (posttest) the treatment. Data analysis was carried out using normality, homogeneity, and independent samples t-test. The results showed that the average posttest score of the experimental group increased from 48.6 to 67.1, while the control group remained at 31.4. The t-test revealed a significant difference (p < 0.05), indicating that the use of interactive PowerPoint media is more effective than the lecture method in improving elementary school students’ science learning outcomes.
