Abstract

This study analyzes the tightening of banking liquidity in Indonesia and its potential threat to national economic stability. Using a literature review approach, this research synthesizes theoretical frameworks and empirical findings related to liquidity risk, credit risk, and macroeconomic pressures affecting the banking sector. The results indicate that liquidity shortages are driven by slowing growth in third-party funds, increasing Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), rising Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and global financial volatility such as interest rate hikes and exchange rate fluctuations. These conditions collectively weaken banks’ capacity to meet short-term obligations and maintain intermediation functions. Liquidity risk also negatively affects banking profitability by increasing funding costs, reducing net interest margins, and limiting credit expansion. At the macro level, persistent liquidity pressures may escalate into systemic risks, trigger bank runs, reduce credit distribution to the real sector, and ultimately hamper economic performance. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthened macroprudential policies, improved liquidity management, and coordinated financial regulations to safeguard financial system stability in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of implementing stop motion animation-based learning media in the development of technology-based learning at Trisula Perwari Kindergarten. The background of this research is driven by the need for early childhood education institutions to adapt to the increasingly rapid development of digital technology. Stop motion was chosen as a learning medium because it has attractive visual characteristics, is close to children's real experiences, and is able to increase children's focus, imagination, and learning absorption. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study design. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that teachers at Trisula Perwari Kindergarten have successfully implemented stop motion-based learning starting from planning, implementation, to learning outcome assessment. The teacher gave a very positive response, stating that this media was able to increase children's involvement, facilitate the delivery of material, increase the variety of learning methods, and encourage students to be more enthusiastic during the learning process. This study concludes that stop motion has great potential to be a learning media innovation that is in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood education in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merancang dan mensimulasikan sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga surya hibrida untuk Kepulauan Siau, Sulawesi Utara, yang saat ini bergantung pada pembangkit diesel berbiaya tinggi dan beremisi besar. Dengan perangkat lunak PVsyst dan HOMER Pro serta data radiasi matahari dari Meteonorm, dievaluasi lima konfigurasi yang mengintegrasikan fotovoltaik (PV), generator diesel, dan sistem penyimpanan baterai (BESS). Hasil simulasi menunjukkan konfigurasi optimal dengan kapasitas PV 8.000 kWp, genset diesel, dan baterai mampu menurunkan konsumsi bahan bakar hingga 85%, emisi gas rumah kaca 70%, serta biaya energi dibandingkan sistem diesel konvensional. Studi ini menegaskan kelayakan teknis dan ekonomis sistem PV hibrida untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan energi di daerah terpencil serta mendukung target pengurangan emisi karbon Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the forehand movement in tennis as one of the fundamental techniques that significantly contributes to athlete performance. The forehand was selected because it is the most frequently used stroke in both offensive and defensive situations, making an understanding of its movement patterns, biomechanical principles, and technical factors essential for improving playing quality. The analysis was conducted by observing each phase of the movement, including the preparation phase, backswing, forward swing, ball contact, and follow-through. Each phase was examined based on variables such as balance, motor coordination, body rotation, energy transfer, racket positioning, and the dominant muscle activity involved. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of the forehand stroke is strongly influenced by foot stability, synchronized hip and shoulder rotation, and the athlete’s ability to utilize body momentum efficiently. Proper execution enables optimal energy transfer from the lower limbs to the torso, arm, and racket, thereby increasing ball speed without sacrificing accuracy. Additionally, precise timing at ball contact and appropriate racket angles play a crucial role in determining the ball’s direction, height, and spin. Athletes who can maintain consistent movement coordination tend to produce more powerful, stable, and controlled strokes with fewer errors. This study emphasizes that mastering the forehand technique is not solely dependent on physical strength but also on the athlete’s ability to coordinate the entire body, understand movement rhythm, and apply biomechanical principles effectively. These findings provide practical implications for coaches and athletes in designing more targeted training programs that focus on strengthening core muscles, improving balance, enhancing flexibility, and refining movement synchronization. Therefore, this analysis is expected to serve as a reference for future research and as a foundation for developing training methods to improve the quality and consistency of the forehand stroke in tennis.

Abstract

This study explores the concept of environmental education within the framework of Islamic teachings by examining Qur’anic values, prophetic traditions, and the role of Islamic education in strengthening ecological awareness. The research aims to identify core Islamic principles related to environmental preservation such as khalifah (stewardship), amanah (trust), ihsan (excellence), and mizan (balance) and analyze their relevance to modern ecological issues. Using a qualitative library research approach, this study reviews classical and contemporary Islamic literature, as well as scholarly works on eco-Islam and environmental ethics. The findings reveal that Islam provides a comprehensive environmental worldview that emphasizes the responsibility of humans as guardians of the earth, prohibits destructive actions, and encourages sustainable use of natural resources. Furthermore, Islamic education, both formal and non-formal, plays a strategic role in integrating ecological values into learning activities and daily life practices. This study concludes that Islamic environmental education is essential for shaping environmentally conscious behavior and can contribute to the development of sustainable ecological ethics in contemporary society.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and analyze the characteristics of leadership in classroom management as a teacher in a primary school class in Pekanbaru. This study employs a qualitative approach with a single-case study design, exploring a teacher’s experiences and skills in leading and managing the class through both formal and informal interactions. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, brief observations, and documentation, then analyzed via data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that classroom management, with the teacher positioning among students in this primary school, forms a differentiation between in-group and out-group clusters, influenced by competence, loyalty, and the deliberative (musyawarah) culture at school. This dynamic positively impacts coordination effectiveness and motivation of the in-group teachers, yet it also creates potential jealousy among the out-group.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human resource (HR) competencies and digital transformation in improving operational effectiveness in national banking institutions. The research employs a literature review method by examining scientific journals, books, and official reports related to the research variables. The findings indicate that digital HR competencies, such as the ability to operate banking technology systems, data literacy, and adaptability to procedural changes, significantly contribute to enhancing the speed, accuracy, and quality of banking operational services. Furthermore, digital transformation, which involves the adoption of technologies such as digital banking, artificial intelligence, and process automation, can reduce operational costs, increase productivity, and strengthen internal control systems. These two variables are interdependent, where the success of digital transformation is highly influenced by the readiness and competencies of human resources as the main drivers of technology implementation. In conclusion, enhancing digital HR competencies and optimizing digital transformation are crucial factors in improving operational effectiveness, enabling banks to remain competitive in an increasingly digitalized financial industry.

Abstract

The main issue of this research is the controversy over Article 162 of Law No. 3 of 2020 on Mineral and Coal Mining, which potentially criminalizes anti-mining communities and contradicts social justice values. The research questions are: (1) what are the problems in mining management under Article 162, and (2) how does Siyasah Dusturiyah view mining management by business actors according to this article. This study uses a normative juridical method with conceptual and statutory approaches. The findings reveal: (1) Article 162 contains vague terms such as “obstructing” and “disturbing,” causing legal uncertainty and violating community rights; (2) from the Siyasah Dusturiyah perspective, it fails to uphold justice (al-‘adl), accountability (al-mas’uliyyah), and public welfare (maslahah ‘ammah); and (3) it contradicts maqashid al-syari‘ah by favoring corporate interests over social and environmental protection.

Abstract

Basic arithmetic ability is a fundamental competence required for new students, particularly in science and education study programs. However, disparities in secondary education quality in frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped regions (3T) often lead to gaps in mathematical proficiency among new students. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Matematika Gasing (Easy, Fun, and Enjoyable) method within a bridging program to enhance basic arithmetic learning outcomes for students from Puncak Regency and its surroundings. This research employed a quantitative method with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample consisted of 27 new students from various study programs selected using the saturation sampling technique. The instrument used was an integer operation test with a maximum score of 20. Data analysis utilized the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test and Normalized Gain (N-Gain). The results showed a significant increase in the average score from 6.48 (pre-test) to 12.11 (post-test) with a -value < 0,05. The effectiveness test revealed an N-Gain value of 0.45 (Medium category). These findings indicate that the Gasing method is effective as a pedagogical intervention to restore basic mathematical skills and reduce academic gaps among new students.

Abstract

Modern education faces challenges in realizing meaningful learning that is grounded in students’ real-life experiences. One effort to address this challenge is through the integration of the philosophy of naturalism with the deep learning approach. This study aims to analyze the relevance of the philosophy of naturalism and the deep learning approach in biology learning, particularly on the topic of environmental waste issues. The method used is a literature study (library research) by examining various scientific sources such as journals, books, and previous research related to both topics. The findings indicate that the philosophy of naturalism emphasizes the importance of a learning process that is in harmony with nature and based on students’ empirical experiences. Meanwhile, the deep learning approach promotes meaningful, mindful, and joyful learning, enabling students to understand concepts deeply and contextually. The integration of both can enhance the effectiveness of biology learning, especially in fostering awareness and responsibility towards the environment. In conclusion, the synergy between the philosophy of naturalism and the deep learning approach serves as a relevant and practical strategy for improving the quality of biology education while shaping students’ character to be environmentally conscious, particularly regarding waste management
