Abstract

Kemampuan adaptasi dan penyesuaian diri pesantren merupakan factor penting yang mendasari eksistensi pesantren sehingga santri terus bertahan bahkan pesantren terus berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan penyesuaian diri dengan diri sendiri, orang lain, lingkungan sekitar, dan Alloh. Pendeketan yang dilakukan adalah dengan mix method, yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran angket, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian adalah penyesuaian diri santri terhadap dirinya sendiri (hab min an nafs),  Penyesuaian diri santri terhadap orang lain (hab min al nas),  Penyesuaian diri santri terhadap lingkungan sekitar (hab min al alam),  Penyesuaian diri santri terhadap Tuhan (Hab min Allah), berpengaruh dan memiliki hubungan positif terhadap proses adaptasi  santri di pondokpesantren, sehingga jika penyesuaian diri sendiri baik, maka proses adaptasi menjadi mudah dan sukses.

Abstract

This writing focuses on the application of the concept of Islamic boarding school-based learning strategies in formal schools. This study aims to describe the learning strategies based on Islamic boarding schools implemented in formal schools and generally private schools, including analyzing the aspects that contribute to implementing Islamic boarding school-based learning strategies. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection using observation and interviews, with data validity techniques using source triangulation. The study used 1,500 student informants at SMK NU, with interviews with 15 class teachers. The data collected is analyzed and described following the research consensus. The study results show that learning strategies based on Islamic boarding schools are implemented in formal schools without changing the education or office structure. This strategy prepares students to participate in learning activities with pleasure, and the end is happy from start to finish. The smooth running of lessons is backed by the cottage culture program. Supervising all students is very easy, mainly when it is supported by the location of school buildings in one area. In addition to the cottage program, there are also scholarship programs and orphanages. The intended scholarship program follows the capacity to memorize the Koran.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to produce a learning video based on local wisdom in the learning model in early childhood education teacher education in the form of a center model, area model, and group model whose final result was a learning video. The type of this research was development research, namely Research and Development (R&D). The development model used refers to the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The ADDIE model was chosen in this development research based on several reasons, namely, this model is a procedural model, namely a descriptive model, showing clear and careful steps to produce a product. This study resulted, Material Experts stated that the results of this learning video were in the appropriate category, namely the center model obtained a percentage of 87.5%, Area obtained a percentage of 81.25%, and the group obtained a percentage of 82.5%. Meanwhile, media experts also revealed that the results of this learning video were worthy, namely the learning model. The percentage of the center was 86.12%, the area was 88.88%, the group learning model was 94.4% thus all of them was categorized in to the “very good” criteria.

Abstract

At the very minimum, every worker's rights include a decent salary, reasonable working hours, and access to social security. All workers, including domestic workers, are included in the worker in consideration (PRT). In general, metropolitan regions, including Medan, are areas that within the "family circle" use the services of domestic workers. As a result, the findings of this study will shed light on the protection of domestic workers' rights in the city of Medan. Islamic education can provide a framework for understanding the human rights of domestic workers and their need for protection. It can also serve to raise awareness of the challenges domestic workers face and how to best protect their rights. Islamic law stresses the importance of justice and fairness, and this can be used to inform the way in which domestic workers are treated. This article analyzes the problem using the Legal Protection and Hifz al-Mal evaluations. This is empirical legal research (sociological); data was collected in the field through interviews and observations. The findings of the study demonstrate that the protection of domestic workers' rights in Medan City is not being implemented, and this problem is caused by a variety of factors, the most significant of which is domestic workers' "ignorance" of their rights at work. As a result, from the standpoint of hifz al-mal, the working relationship between domestic workers and their employers is not in conformity with maqashid al-shariah, because domestic workers do not receive al-daruriah-level salaries. As a result, proactive legal protection is required so that domestic employees can exercise their rights. Proactive legal protection entails involving domestic workers in self-determination; at the very least, domestic workers must be consulted (deliberated) in developing a legal framework that will protect them, so that domestic workers are automatically informed of their legal rights while working.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an anak berkebutuhan khusus di SMP Lazuardi Kamila Surakarta dan SMP Al-Islam Surakarta. 2) Unruk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an anak berkebutuhan khusus di SMP Lazuardi Kamila Surakarta dan SMP Al-Islam Surakarta. 3) untuk mengetahui dampak pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an anak berkebutuhan khusus di SMP Lazuardi Kamila Surakarta dan SMP Al-Islam Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Field Research) yang menggunakan paradigma kualitatif. kemudian pendekatan penelitian ini adalah studi komparatif yakni membandingkan persamaan dan perbedaan dua atau lebih dari objek yang diteliti. Menggunakan tiga teknik pengumpulan data yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumnetasi. Pengecekan data atau validitas data dengan teknik credibility atau teknik triangulasi dan confirmability. Proses analisis data yang digunakan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran dengan merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, guru, media dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran masih ada point yang harus dikaji ulang atau dibenahi lagi karena untuk keberlangsungan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Seperti kurangnya peran guru pendamping khusus atau terapis, guru pendamping khusus yang bekerja belum sesuai jobdesknya. Pelayanan dan pendampingan untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus masih belum maksimal.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge and society awareness dealing with the importance of Women's Education often makes treat, differently between men and women in the teaching process. Even though both of them have different characteristics and needs. For this reason, the research will be discusse an effort to look deeper into some thoughts of women's education, developing women’s potential and maximising the potential of women as a support for the superior generation in civilization of  ummah. This research is library research, while data obtained were analysed by using the documentary method. the researcher also use descriptive method, comparative method and content analysis method to analyzing data. This study found that: 1) according to Hamka the importance of women's education is because women play a very important role in life  as a wife, a mother,an  educator and a caregiver. 2) according to muthahhari women's education in Islam is important because it aims to make women understand about their duties and responsibilities in accordance with their nature as a wife and a mother who will educate their children later. 3) Both of them have an understanding of the importance on women education. While the different are in the way to understand the importance of women’s education. Hamka tend to understand it from interpreting Al-Qur’an and Al- Hadist, while  Muthahhari tend to understand it from philosophical side.

Abstract

Rentang usia remaja merupakan masa transisi. Pada masa ini anak memerlukan perhatian dan perlakuan yang istimewa dari orang di sekitarnya, termasuk para pengajar. Diperlukan model pembelajaran yang relevan dengan perkembangan kondisi saat in sesuai dengan kebutuhan para peserta didik usia remaja, termasuk untuk mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Tahun 2018 lahirlah buku dengan judul “Model Pembelajaran Heart to Heart: Parents’ Letters Salah Satu Solusi Pembelajaran di Dalam Kelas”. Dari pengalaman mengajar menggunakan model pembelajaran ini, peneliti kemudian ingin mengetahui secara lebih mendalam juga ingin menguji secara empirik mengenai pengaruh model pembelajaran PAI berbasis Heart to Heart terhadap pembelajaran siswa SMA, dalam persepsi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode peneletian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap siswa. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Cirebon, model pembelajaran ini dapat diaplikasikan tidak hanya pada pokok bahasan Taat dan Patuh pada Orang Tua. Menurut persepsi siswa, model pembelajaran PAI berbasis Heart to Heart memiliki empat pengaruh positif, yaitu Membantu Peserta Didik Memperbaiki Hubungan dengan Orang Tua, Membantu Peserta Didik dapat Berkomunikasi secara Terbuka, Membantu Peserta Didik Memperbaiki Karakter Menjadi Pribadi Lebih Baik, Membantu Peserta Didik Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan sebuah skill yang harus dimiliki seorang kepala madrasah. Akan tetapi, kepemimpinan bukanlah hal tunggal bagi seorang pemimpin, tentunya perlu memahami kebutuhan sebuah organisasi yang dipimpin. Namun kenyataan di lapangan masih ada pemimpin yang melupakan hal ini, terutama tentang budaya organisasi itu sendiri. Sehingga peneliti bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi lebih dalam tentang kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan budaya organisasi di salah satu Madrasah Aliyah Kota Langsa. Sebanyak delapan kepala madrasah Aliyah di wawancara dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan case study dengan tipe rancangan studi kasus intrinsik yang berlandaskan pada paradigma post positivist. Data wawancara dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan software Nvivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam pengembangan budaya organisasi di Madrasah Aliyah kota Langsa diawali dengan pengembangan visi misi madrasah, keteladanan, pengambilan keputusan, dan kepedulian terhadap team dalam mencerdaskan peserta didik, serta kepemimpinan dikendalikan dengan pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai religius, iklim yang kondusif, dan budaya mutu yang mengikuti tren arah transformasi pendidikan terkini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemikiran Syed Naquib Al-Attas dan Mahmud Yunus terkait perbandingan konsep pendidikan Islam dari sisi tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum pendidikan, dan metode pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pandangan tentang pendidikan Islam hanya difahami sebagai pemindahan pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam yang tertuang dalam teks-teks agama, sedangkan ilmu-ilmu sosial dan ilmu-ilmu alam dianggap pengetahuan yang umum. Syed Naquib Al-Attas dan Mahmud Yunus merupakan tokoh pemikir pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripitif kualitatif untuk memberikan gambaran konstruksi konsep pendidikan Islam dari pemikiran Syed Naquib Al-Attas dan Mahmud Yunus dan analisis data menggunakan analisis isi dan komparatif. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep pendidikan Islam adalah berupaya melahirkan manusia yang memiliki kebaikan, bermoral, berakhlak mulia, dan memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam bidang pengetahuan umum. Adanya persamaan pemikiran Syed Naquib Al-Attas dan Mahmud Yunus tentang tujuan pendidikan, yang mana Syed Naquib Al-Attas dan Mahmud Yunus sama-sama mementingkan pendidikan akhlak pada tujuan pendidikan Islam. Dan adapun perbedaannya yaitu terletak pada metode pendidikan.

Abstract

Quality education is education that is carried out through several processes in realizing and developing the quality of students in ignorance of the learning process. To achieve a high quality education, it is necessary to have innovations in an education by paying attention to innovation, one of which is from the curriculum. The method used in this research is through interview techniques which are carried out using a phenomenological qualitative approach. The object of this research is the deputy head of school in the field of curriculum and Islamic religious education teachers and students. The source used is data from interviews. The results of this study are that Freedom to Learn is something new in schools in general for all teachers. with the new curriculum guided to learn but in the independent curriculum both teachers and students have the teacher's discretion in determining learning methods. This means that teachers are given the opportunity to innovate in developing learning materials and techniques. The concept of teaching and learning that provides more space for creativity and innovation in the learning process at madrasas. Strengthening the character of the Pancasila student profile Rahmatan Lil Alamin in the learning process which is highlighted. The conclusion is that in the independent learning curriculum, all schools, both students and teachers, are required to always learn and innovate because this curriculum emphasizes aspects and direct learning experiences to develop the talents possessed by students.Keywords : Innovation, Curriculum  Freedom of Learning (Merdeka Belajar), Quality Of Islamic Education.
