Abstract

roduktivitas kerja yang dijalankan oleh setiap SDM tentu sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap UMKM. Produktivitas kerja karyawan juga akan memberikan kemajuan bagi setiap sistem yang ada di dalam UMKM. Desa Klambir V merupakan desa yang terletas pada kecamatan Hamparan Perak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Data yang diambil dari Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah terdapat 67 UMKM yang berada di desa Klambir V Kebon Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mengoptimalkan potensi ekonomi digital sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan UMKM melalui pelatihan penggunaan platform ecommerce dan diskusi. Solusi yang ditawarkan antara lain : (1) Memberikan infomasi melalui sosialisasi dan penyuluhan secara persuasif tentang produktivitas kerja, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan ekonomi digital. (2) Memberikan pengarahan dan pembuka wawasan pola fikir masyarakat bahwa dengan mengelola dengan baik terkait produktivitas kerja, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan ekonomi digital dapat meningkatkan profit umkm sendiri dan dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien. (3) Memberikan informasi tetang penanganan masalah produktivitas kerja, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan ekonomi digital agar tidak terjadi di masa akan datang.

Abstract

According to Riskesdas (2017), the East Kalimantan Province has an active caries prevalence of 49.6% in 2016 and increased to 63.3% in 2017, but the DMF-T index value decreased from 5.08 to 4.7. These data indicate that the prevalence of active caries and the DMF-T index value in East Kalimantan are still higher than the national average. Based on the results of observations made on Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Samarinda, they had never been given counseling on dental caries, even though there were students who had dental caries. The purpose of this service is to provide information about health education and information about the factors that cause dental caries and also the consequences of this caries. This activity is carried out by the public health faculty using several tools such as laptops, LCDs, projectors, stationery and flayer. The method used was counseling then continued with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD).

Abstract

One fishery commodity that has economic value in trade both nationally and internationally is seaweed. Euchema spinosum belongs to the class of red seaweed (Rhodophyceae) which has great health benefits, because it contains high alginate, carrageenan and fiber, which are very good for digestion and are widely used in the textile, cosmetics, and other industries. E. spinosum also has several very important biological activities such as antioxidants.Lemukutan Island is a group of islands in the West Kalimantan region with the main livelihood of the population is fishing and farming. E. spinosum naturally grows a lot in the waters of Lemukutan Island. The potential for seaweed development in the area is very large, because in addition to the waters being far from urban or industrial activities so that a well-conditioned aquatic environment is very suitable as a seaweed cultivation center, this area is also shaded and protected so that it is not so affected by high waves from high seas.This activity aims to improve fishermen's skills while increasing productivity so that it can have an effect on improving the welfare of the farmers. The training was attended by 30 participants who are fish fishermen and seaweed farmers. The cultivation method applied in community service activities at this time is the floating netting method, using bamboo and a net at the bottom of the kerambah so that it protects the seaweed from predators such as fish and turtles. E. spinosum which is cultivated by the community in various ways, such as long line, off-bottom cages, is very risky to the threat of predators and being dragged by currents so that it has the potential to reduce the productivity of seaweed

Abstract

Dusun Bolang yang terletak di Desa Klepu, Kecamatan Kranggan, Kabupaten Temanggung merupakan sebuah daerah yang memiliki potensi besar dalam produksi kopi, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Penduduk lokal bergantung pada budidaya kopi dan beternak lebah, tetapi karena pengolahan dan pemasaran masih dilakukan secara tradisional, keuntungan yang diperoleh sangat kecil. Proyek layanan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas petani melalui pengembangan inovasi fermentasi kopi madu, pelatihan fotografi produk, desain kemasan, dan pemasaran digital menggunakan media sosial dan marketplace. Pendekatan yang diambil meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa petani dapat memproduksi kopi madu dengan rasa yang khas dan menggunakan media digital untuk mempromosikan serta mulai membangun jaringan pemasaran online. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal, menambah nilai ekonomi, dan memastikan keberlangsungan petani kopi di Desa Klepu Temanggung

Abstract

Pemeriksaan golongan darah kucing merupakan hal penting sebagai salah satu screening awal jika ingin melakukan transfusi darah pada kucing. Transfusi darah dilakukan pada pasien yang membutuhkan atau dalam keadaan darurat seperti anemia berat, infeksi parasit darah, atau dalam keadaan traumatik yang menyebabkan adanya pendarahan hebat. Transfusi darah dapat meningkatkan prosentase keselamatan pasien yang menderita kejadian tersebut. Pada saat transfusi darah, wajib menyiapkan pendonor dan resipien yang sudah terseleksi dengan ketat, antara lain dalam keadaan sehat, bebas parasit darah, bebas infeksi Feline Immunodeficiency Virus dan Feline Leukimia Virus, dan indoor life.

Abstract

Village development is a priority in national development, one way is by building BUMDes and MSMEs to develop village potential with the aim of improving community welfare. Government assistance in the form of village funds is provided to achieve this goal. However, as time goes by, many BUMDes and MSMEs are unable to develop even to the point of stalling. The method of implementing this community service activity is carried out with the stages of observation, training, and mentoring. Based on observations, it was found that some BUMDes managers did not develop businesses based on village potential and there was still a lack of knowledge of village managers about BUMDes. Furthermore, at the training stage, it resulted in an increase of 57% in the understanding of BUMDes and MSME managers. However, in terms of assistance, it is very necessary to have support from regional leaders so that further training needs to be improved, especially in increasing human resources so that good regeneration of BUMDes and MSMEs management is needed in the Gegerbitung District, Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

Teacher creativity and teaching effectiveness are two inseparable variables that affect student learning outcomes, this is the focus of this service activity. This service activity is proposed with 3 (three) things behind it, namely 1) evaluation of the results of the 2019 service, that 100% of teachers have implemented online learning; 2) the results of the team's experience in managing online learning at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik; 3) The need to increase teacher competence in terms of developing HOTS-oriented innovative teaching materials, as demanded by 21st-century teachers. Based on these problems, through this PKM program, a solution is offered with the Assistance program to develop innovative HOTS-oriented teaching materials, which the team already has experienced very well in this area. The program is carried out through the stages of strengthening creative teaching concepts, workshops on developing innovative teaching materials oriented to HOTS, FGD validation of development results, then implementation with assistance from a service team and continued implementation independently by the schools.The result of this activity are 1) increased teacher understanding of creative teaching concepts; 2) produced innovative teaching materials' HOTS oriented; 3) teachers can implement innovative teaching materials' HOTS oriented independently

Abstract

Desa Numba merupakan salah satu desa di wilayah kecamatan Wewaria Kabupaten Ende. Jarak Desa Numba dari ibu kota kecamatan adalah 110 KM. Desa ini memiliki potensi desa yakni kemiri, kakao dan temulawak. Desa Numba memiliki kelompok tani yang bernama Sa Ate. Kelompok Sa Ate didirikan dengan melihat kondisi  dan kebiasaan hidup masyarakat  setempat dimana 95% bermata pencaharian petani. Berdasarkan kondisi hidup masyarakat tersebut, maka kelompok tani setempat berinisiatif membentuk kelompok yang bernama Sa Ate pada tahun 1997 dengan “semboyan saling membantu satu dengan yang lain”. Dalam perkembangan, anggota kelompok tani merasa penting untuk mendukung program pemerintah  dalam mengembangkan  tanaman pangan dan perkebunaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah  meningkatkan  pendapat petani melalui  memperbaiki manajemen kelompok, peningkatan komitemen anggota kelompok dalam mengembangkan usaha minyak kemiri, dengan jumlah produksi minyak kemiri meningkat, memperbaiki dan pengembangan pemasaran, membangun jejaring pemasaran produksi, dan memperbaiki pengelolaan keuangan  dengan memperkuat modal kelompok tani Sa Ate.

Abstract

The main factors that support the success of children start from the family than a school, community, and daily relationships. The primary foundation of children's education is the guidance and training of parents from childhood to adulthood. Therefore, parents need a good understanding of how to educate children. Society of Sukahurip, Tamansari, Tasikmalaya are predominantly Muslim. Parents' attention to the development of their children still considered not optimal; most of their time spent working. Therefore, active guidance for parents to be able to guide their children maximally is still needed. This community service is one of the efforts to help parents gain knowledge in educating children who are kind and right according to Islam following the Koran and Hadith.

Abstract

The national development of a country must start from the village, therefore the village plays an important role for the progress of a country.  Sambonggede Village is predicated as an independent village.  This predicate is obtained based on several results that have been obtained.  Usually a village is called an independent village if it has good basic services, adequate infrastructure, easy transportation, good public services, and good governance.  In addition to this, a village can be included as an independent village if the Village Development Index (IPD) is more than 75. Therefore, to achieve the predicate of an independent village, especially developing it is not an easy thing but requires extra and creative efforts from various parties, both the community, the government  , and other parties.  Sambonggede village has become an independent village based on criteria issued by the government.  The Sambonggede Village apparatus has succeeded in elaborating several natural and human resources with the community to advance their village.  However, there are several elements that have received less attention in this village, one of which is in the agricultural sector.  For this reason, it is necessary to provide assistance by motivating farmers and young people who have not yet found work.  The service method is carried out by counseling and assisting the community and village officials.  The results of the service show that young people together with their parents are willing and proud to be farmers.  The profession of a farmer becomes a choice and pride, not because it is forced.
