Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems of service management at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Rejang Lebong Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with the Head of Office, Head of Division, and Licensing Service Staff. The data obtained were analyzed through the stages of collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the main problems in licensing services at the DPMPTSP of Rejang Lebong Regency include the slow licensing process due to the manual system, limited supporting technology, and the minimal number of operators in inputting permits. To overcome this problem, DPMPTSP has implemented various managerial strategies, such as planning based on needs analysis, developing information systems, improving human resource competencies, and implementing digital services to accelerate the licensing process. In addition, the organizational aspect is also a major concern with the formation of integrated service units, the preparation of a clear organizational structure, and strengthening coordination between work units. The implementation of one-stop service-based services and increasing transparency through a digital information system are solutions to improve service efficiency and accessibility. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) program in schools, by highlighting the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from various related parties, such as principals, teachers, and students. The results of the study indicate that in terms of context, program planning in several schools was carried out collaboratively with the local community, although there were obstacles in the understanding of school staff regarding the essence of P5. In terms of input, teacher readiness varies, with some teachers still requiring additional training in implementing P5. Facilities and budget allocation are also challenges in supporting optimal program implementation. In terms of process, the implementation of P5 involves various activities based on Pancasila values, although variations in methods and limited facilities in several schools affect its effectiveness. Monitoring and evaluation of the program still require a more structured system to measure the achievement of program objectives on an ongoing basis. In terms of product, P5 has been shown to improve students' understanding of Pancasila values, 4C skills (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creativity), and produce various project-based learning products. However, challenges in the consistency of the application of Pancasila values ​​and limited resources are still obstacles in the implementation of this program. Therefore, more equitable teacher training, increased community support, and innovation in teaching methods are needed to ensure the success of the P5 program in various schools. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the role of the principal in efforts to improve school branding through cultural and digital literacy at SMA Negeri 1 Gresik. Strong school branding not only builds a positive image of the school but also attracts prospective students and strengthens the relationship between the school and the surrounding community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at SMA Negeri 1 Gresik. In this study, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, vice principal, teachers, and staff, literacy activists, students and through observation and documentation related to cultural and digital literacy activities carried out. The results of the study showed that the principal acted as a strategic leader who initiated local culture-based activities, such as the use of Gresik batik and the introduction of traditional culinary, as well as a facilitator in the integration of digital technology, such as the use of social media for publication of school activities. In conclusion, the impact of implementing this cultural and digital literacy strategy can be seen in the increasing public trust and student participation in cultural activities, especially the culture of the city of Gresik. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of work incentives and work motivation on employee performance at the Yasfit Store. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey design, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 Yasfit Shop employees. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the proposed hypothesis. The research results show that work incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.002, while work motivation also shows a significant positive effect with a significance value of 0.004. These findings indicate that increasing incentives and motivation can improve employee performance significantly. Therefore, Yasfit Store management is advised to design more attractive incentive programs and create a supportive work environment to increase employee motivation. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of human resource management strategies in the retail sector. Keywords : Incentives,Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organizational structure, roles and duties of educators and obstacles in developing human resources at SMPN 8 Tidore. The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the school's organizational structure is imperfect in the division of tasks and responsibilities, which has an impact on the effectiveness of communication and coordination. Several positions are filled without considering appropriate qualifications, resulting in a lack of efficiency in human resource management. In addition, this study identified various obstacles in developing educators, including budget constraints, lack of technology training, and low public interest in becoming educators due to uncompetitive salaries compared to the rapidly growing mining sector in North Maluku. Limited infrastructure, such as unstable internet networks and electricity supplies, also hinders the implementation of technology-based curriculum. Therefore, strategic policies are needed to improve the quality of education through improving the organizational structure, improving teacher welfare, and strengthening educational support facilities. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the existence or absence of influence between the principal's leadership and work motivation together on the competence of elementary school teachers in Kandis District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research is all elementary schools in Kandis District, Ogan Ilir Regency totaling 12 State Elementary Schools. This research lasted for five months, starting from the research planning preparation stage in early January 2024 to May 2024. Based on the type of data used, this study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all teachers at State Elementary Schools in Kandis District, Ogan Ilir Regency for the 2023/2024 school year, consisting of 101 teaching staff. Based on the calculation using the Slovin formula, the sample in this study amounted to 81 teachers. The data collection of this research was carried out using questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses inferential statistics, namely simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression test. The result of this study is that the leadership of the principal and work motivation together have a significant effect on the competence of teachers at SD Negeri Sekecamatan Kandis Ogan Ilir. The influence of all independent variables on teacher competence is 92% and the remaining 8% is influenced by other variables that are not studied in this study. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, compensation, and career development on teacher performance at SMA Yayasan Sultan Iskandar Muda Medan. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression analysis approach. The data used consists of primary and secondary data, and is analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that all independent variables meet the classical assumptions, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Multiple linear regression tests show that training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.001. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.006. Career development also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.007. Simultaneously, the results of the F test show that training, compensation, and career development together have a significant effect on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.000. The conclusion is that increasing training, compensation, and career development contributes to improving teacher performance at SMA Yayasan Sultan Iskandar Muda Medan. The implications of this study can be a basis for policy makers in improving the quality of educators through effective human resource management strategies. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the policy of strengthening religious character education at SMKN 1 Duduksampeyan. Religious character education is one of the main priorities in forming students who are not only academically competent but also have moral and spiritual integrity. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the STAKE evaluation model which includes the dimensions of antecedent, transaction, and outcomes. The results of the study indicate that this policy has succeeded in increasing students' religious awareness, especially in the discipline of worship, although participation in extracurricular activities based on religion is still low. The conclusion is that although the policy has been effective, additional strategies are needed to increase student participation in non-academic activities so that the impact of religiosity can be more significant. Abstract

This research aims to identify the main themes that emerge in leadership practice in higher education and how applying these values can affect leader behaviour, organizational culture, and the quality of education. The method used in this research is content analysis. Content analysis is a widely used qualitative research technique that allows the examination of various forms of media to identify patterns, themes, and meanings associated with value-based leadership in higher education. The research data source comes from publication articles or research reports on leadership in higher education. Conclusion of this study: Value-based leadership implemented in higher education includes servant, transformational, transactional and collective-colegial leadership. The evolution of leadership directs that leadership in higher education needs to adapt to changes in the global environment, technology, and societal demands. Leadership evolution involves transitioning from traditional approaches to more participatory, innovative techniques. This leadership approach leads to an inclusive and value-based leadership model and a transformative and innovation-based leadership model. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Demand and Job Resources on Work Engagement of employees of PT. Sukseskan Pangan Indonesia. The research approach used is quantitative with a survey method through a questionnaire as the main instrument. The research sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% error tolerance level, resulting in 45 respondents from a population of 50 employees. The data obtained were analyzed using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study indicate that Job Demand does not have a significant effect on Work Engagement, while Job Resources have a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement. Simultaneously, Job Demand and Job Resources together have a significant effect on Work Engagement. This indicates that the support of work resources, such as autonomy, technology, and a conducive work environment, can increase employee engagement in work. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of increasing Job Resources in supporting employee Work Engagement. PT. Sukseskan Pangan Indonesia is advised to strengthen technology support to improve work effectiveness, especially for employees from the millennial generation.
