Abstract

This study aims to develop an application based on assertive communication skills as adolescent self-defense in preventing, dealing with, and overcoming cyberbullying with quality, namely meeting the criteria of material content validity, feasibility, accuracy, and usefulness. This research is a development research approach, namely; define, design, develop, and disseminate. The population in this study were teenagers with the status of Makassar City Middle School students, namely SMAN 1 Makassar, Makassar National Junior High School, and SMPN 8 Makassar in the 2021/2022 academic year for grades 1, 2, and 3 with a sample of 300 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used adapted ways of coping questionnaire, response questionnaires in the form of needs analysis to design applications, and content and media expert validation questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and interater agreement. The results obtained stated that: (1) The results of descriptive statistical tests found that adolescents' self-defense was high, especially in the problem solving aspect, but in dealing with adolescent stress on emotional problems, it was classified as moderate; (2) 98.2% of teenagers really need application development and see the importance of applications to overcome cyberbullying. (3) The U-shield application meets the criteria for the validity and content of the material through an expert test. So it can be concluded that teenagers need self-defense to prevent, overcome and be able to control the emotional effects of cyberbullying

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to improve independent travel skills through the principle of mobility orientation for students with visual impairments in Elementary Class VI SLB Bulukumba. The research subject was 1 student with visual impairment in elementary grade VI SLB Negeri Bulukumba. The research method used is Single Subject Research with design A (Baseline 1) --- B (Intervention) --- A (Baseline 2). The data obtained were processed descriptively quantitatively. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in independent travel skills with the principle of mobility orientation. based on the graph of independent travel skills on the subject, there is an upward/increasing trend (+). Thus, the results of this study suggest an increase in independent travel skills based on the principle of orientation for students with visual impairments in elementary grade VI SLB Negeri Bulukumba, South Sulawesi. Suggestions 1) In providing students with independent travel skills through the principle of mobility orientation, the following stages of the technique are carried out properly so that the results achieved are maximized. 2). For schools and orphanages, especially SLB Negeri Bulukumba, this independent travel skills training can be used as an alternative in improving mobility orientation abilities

Abstract

A culture of peace is needed in various aspects of life, including in the world of education. This research presents a systematic scoping review study from publications that focuses on peace education strategies in schools in Indonesia. For this reason, 7 selected empirical studies from 146 publications originating from the Google Scholar database, according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, to address the interrelationships of the main themes summarized in the following three research questions: (i) what is the concept of peace to be achieved by schools in implementing peace education? (ii) what strategies are used by schools in developing peace education? and (iii) which parties are involved in implementing the peace education strategy in schools? The results of the research show that peace education can be implemented at various levels of education. The three main goals to be achieved by schools through peace education are: (1) education and character development that is peaceful and able to understand differences, (2) maintain social harmony, and (3) minimizing violent behavior. The third result is the peace education strategy carried out by schools, in outline integrated in the form of curriculum, learning processes, improving student welfare, student social relations, school facilities, as well as collaboration with all parties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi penguatan kurikulum merdeka belajar pada SMP Negeri di Kota Makassar. Merdeka belajar menjadi tren yang menitikberatkan upaya teknik, praktis dan taktis untuk diimplementasikan dengan baik sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru, siswa dan pihak stakeholder dalam mewujudkan tujuan pengajaran dan belajar yang efisien dan efektif sebagai penguatan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasi alami dan wawancara terfokus dengan mengungkapkan situasi dinamika tertentu dengan menggambarkan realitas secara benar. Teknik analisis data kualitatif menggunakan model analisis data lapangan terdiri atas data reduction, data display, conclusion. Pengecekan keabsahan data beruapa lama pengamatan, frekuensi ketekunan dan triangulasi yang terdiri atas sumber, teknik dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menemukan implementasi strategi penguatan kurikulum merdeka belajar dari hasil penelitian ditemukan strategi yang diterapkan untuk menuju kurikulum merdeka belajar antara lain discovery learning (DL), inquiri learning (IL), problem based learning (PBL), project based learning (PBL) dan saitific learning (SL). Temuan hasil penelitian ini melahirkan postula bahwa belajar efektif menjadi penting dalam strategi penguatan kurikulum merdeka belajar, tahap pembelajaran berproses secara terpadu dalam strategi penguatan kurikulum merdeka belajar, dan kurikulum pembelajaran terimplementasikan dalam mewujudkan merdeka belajar terpadu

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media for Pancasila Education and Citizenship Education video animation based on Powtoon in elementary schools. This study uses the Research and Development development research method using the ADDIE approach (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). This research was conducted at the Kelapa Dua Wetan 01 State Elementary School, East Jakarta. The research subjects of the third-grade elementary school students were twenty students. Data analysis techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The results of the development trial were evaluated by media experts 93.62%, material experts 89.29%, and linguists 95.13%, so an average score of 92.68% was obtained in the excellent category. This study indicates that Powtoon animation videos are appropriate for learning media to support Pancasila and Citizenship Education learning material on ethnic and cultural diversity in third-grade elementary schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems, namely the low critical thinking of class XI students of SMAN 14 Padang, teachers have not used varied learning models that can improve students' critical thinking skills. Based on these problems, one of the models that can improve students' critical thinking skills in the material of rotational dynamics and rigid body equilibrium is the Inquiry Training model. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Inquiry Training learning model on students' critical thinking skills on the rotational dynamics and rigid body equilibrium material for class XI SMAN 14 Padang. The method used in this research is experimental and the research design used is quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental), the research design used is posttest only control design. From the data obtained from the analysis of the Mann Whitney Test, the value of 0.00 < 0.05 was obtained. So it can be concluded that H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted which reads "There is a significant effect using the Inquiry Training learning model on students' critical thinking skills on the rotational dynamics and rigid body equilibrium material for class XI SMAN 14 Padang".

Abstract

The study's objective is to examine teenage pregnancies, including an overview of some of the causes and their effects on the education of girl children. The study uses a descriptive methodology. 200 teenage pregnant students from secondary schools were chosen at random for the study. To direct the study that led to the result, three research questions were stated. Data were gathered for the study using an interview and a questionnaire. Using a benchmark of 2.50, conclusions were drawn from the descriptive data. According to the research's conclusions, teen pregnancy is influenced by parental social economic position, students' exposure to sexual media content, and peers or friends. Additionally, certain recommendations were made.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan disiplin belajar siswa setelah dberikan konseling individual dengan teknik shaping. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari 2 orang subjek. Penelitian ini menggunakan single subject research dengan desain penelitian A-B-A. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik shaping efektif untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa

Abstract

The use of technology is often used to support the learning process, one of which is the German Learning language learning media. The use of learning media in the actions of the student learning process that has been carried out can store data in the form of a log database. A database log is a sequence of student learning processes that have been generated that need to be processed and analyzed to identify the same learning patterns to help lecturers provide appropriate input. This study aims to utilize a log database of German Learning learning media using the sequential pattern method to explore useful information from the student's learning process when working on German Learning language problems. The algorithm used is Sequential Pattern Discovery using the Equivalent class (SPADE). Furthermore, this study uses an algorithm to identify the same learning patterns based on student learning activities when using MONSAKUN learning media. Moreover, the learning pattern that has been successfully obtained will be carried out by extracting information to analyze the same learning pattern based on the category of the student's ability to solve problems. Based on the results of the implementation and analysis that has been carried out on 20 German Learning language questions that have been successfully processed in the MONSAKUN learning media, six patterns of learning activities that vary on each question and level are produced, namely: pattern 1, pattern 2, pattern 3, pattern 4, pattern 5, and pattern 6. Each pattern requires further feedback and responses to optimize students' learning progress in Learning German Learning

Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing Berbantuan Gending Rare terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas IV mata pelajaran matematika Sekolah Dasar di Gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain Post-test Only Control Group Design. Seluruh siswa kelas empat sekolah dasar di Gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada yang berjumlah 184 orang siswa menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 siswa dibagi yang dijadikan 25 peserta eksperimen dan 23 peserta kontrol. Nilai thitung sebesar 5,896 berdasarkan tabel output Independent Samples Test, dan ttabel dengan jumlah 48 siswa adalah 1,67722. Maka, nilai thitung sebesar 5,896 > ttabel 1,67722 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan siswa kelas IV SD di Gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada yang diterapkan model Snowball Throwing dengan kelompok kontrol yang menerapkan model konvensional dilihat dari minat belajar siswa pada tahun 2022-2023.
