Abstract

Era digital telah menghadirkan peluang besar bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan kinerja bisnis melalui digitalisasi. Namun, UMKM di daerah pedesaan sering kali menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti akses internet yang terbatas dan kurangnya pengetahuan serta keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung UMKM di desa dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi digital untuk strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Program ini mencakup penjelasan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan mengenai pemasaran digital, termasuk e-commerce, pemasaran di media sosial, dan WhatsApp marketing, dengan metode seminar, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku usaha desa dalam mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital, serta dengan memanfaatkan Social Media, E-Commerce, dan Whatsapp Marekting sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Binis UMKM.

Abstract

Latar belakang pelatihan ini adalah bahwa komunikasi yang efektif sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa untuk berkembang dan berkontribusi pada perkembangan masyarakat. Namun, siswa SMKN 2 Garut masih kesulitan berkomunikasi dengan baik. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar siswa SMKN 2 Garut memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang lebih baik. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah pelatihan yang diberikan melalui permainan peran, diskusi grup, dan presentasi. Pelatihan berlangsung selama satu hari. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berkomunikasi siswa SMKN 2 Garut meningkat secara signifikan. Siswa dapat memperoleh kemampuan problem-solving, presentasi, dan komunikasi yang efektif. Seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam diskusi, pelatihan berbicara di depan umum memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi siswa SMKN 2 Garut selain membantu mereka berkembang secara pribadi dan berkontribusi pada perkembangan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pelatih memutuskan bahwa pelatihan berbicara di depan umum dapat menjadi salah satu metode yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi siswa SMKN 2 Garut. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini dapat digunakan oleh guru, siswa, dan masyarakat lainnya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa SMKN 2 Garut.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan pelatihan kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berorganisasi pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) 3 Garut. Latar belakang pengabdian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan akan persiapan siswa untuk menghadapi tuntutan zaman yang semakin kompleks, di mana kemampuan berorganisasi dan kepemimpinan yang efektif menjadi kunci untuk kesuksesan masa depan. Teori kepemimpinan dan pengembangan diri digunakan sebagai landasan teoritis untuk mendukung kegiatan ini. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini melibatkan serangkaian kegiatan pelatihan kepemimpinan yang meliputi materi tentang komunikasi efektif, manajemen waktu, pengambilan keputusan, dan kerjasama tim. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari siswa SMK 3 Garut. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam bentuk workshop interaktif yang melibatkan diskusi kelompok, permainan peran, dan latihan simulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kepemimpinan di era milenial telah memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi siswa SMK 3 Garut. Peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan percaya diri mereka dalam berbagai aspek kepemimpinan dan kemampuan berorganisasi. Selain itu, hubungan tim di antara peserta juga terbukti menguat sebagai hasil dari pelatihan ini. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan kepemimpinan di era milenial merupakan langkah yang efektif dalam mempersiapkan siswa SMK 3 Garut untuk menghadapi tantangan di masa depan sebagai pemimpin yang kompeten dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Artikel ini memaparkan mengenai kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenai pengembangan pemasaran digital untuk UMKM di desa Lengkong Kuningan pada platform Shopee. Metode yang diusulkan dalam pengabdian ini mencakup serangkaian workshop interaktif yang dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang strategi pemasaran digital di Shopee. Para peserta diberikan panduan praktis mengenai cara mengoptimalkan penggunaan fitur Shopee, termasuk penggunaan Shopee Ads, teknik optimasi konten, dan strategi penentuan harga yang diselenggarakan pada bulan Juli 2024. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pemasaran digital untuk UMKM di Desa Lengkong telah berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya, yaitu meningkatkan literasi digital dan kinerja pemasaran produk UMKM di platform Shopee. Dengan strategi yang tepat, para pelaku UMKM berhasil meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan produk mereka. Kata Kunci : Pemasaran digital, UMKM, Shopee. ABSTRACT This article describes community service activities regarding the development of digital marketing for MSMEs in Lengkong Kuningan village on the Shopee platform. The method proposed in this service includes a series of interactive workshops designed to provide an in-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies at Shopee. Participants were given practical guidance on how to optimize the use of Shopee features, including the use of Shopee Ads, content optimization techniques, and pricing strategies which will be held in July 2024. The conclusion of this service shows that the training and mentoring program in digital marketing for MSMEs in Lengkong Village has succeeded in achieving its main goal, namely increasing digital literacy and marketing performance of MSME products on the Shopee platform. With the right strategy, MSME players have succeeded in increasing the visibility and sales of their products. Keywords: Digital marketing, MSMEs, Shopee.

Abstract

The community service carried out at Segoro Tambak village, Sidoarjo aims to increase the capacity and development of the potential of MSME resources through the implementation of the Blue Economy. This activity covers four main aspects: NIB socialization, halal certification socialization, and packaging labels; assistance in managing NIB; making attractive packaging labels; and providing production tools that can increase production capacity. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the knowledge and awareness of business actors regarding applicable regulations, ease in the NIB management process, and increased product quality and attractiveness through well-designed packaging labels. Increasing production capacity can have an impact on increasing sales turnover. This activity not only supports compliance with regulations but also increases product competitiveness in the market, which contributes to business success and growth. Overall, this service has a significant positive impact on business development and the local economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase the competence of managers in supporting PKBM services and quality in Sukabumi Regency. The performance of the manager has not been optimal and the management efforts in developing programs in PKBM have not been maximized, which is one of the problems that exist in the manager. The competence of managers in managing the PKBM program is certainly the basis and principle in managing a professional PKBM program. Specifically, this service aims to: 1) describe the planning of competency-based manager training activities in supporting services and improving the quality of PKBM in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, 2) describe the implementation of competency-based manager training activities in supporting services and improving the quality of PKBM in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, and 3) describe the evaluation of competency-based manager training activities in supporting services and improving PKBM quality in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The results of the service show that the training activities begin with the planning stage by conducting an analysis and identification of training activities, including the tools that must be prepared in the training activities, namely preparation, human resources, such as participants, resource persons, and other parties involved, infrastructure, guidelines for the implementation of training in planning competency-based manager training activities in supporting services and improving quality in PKBM Sukabumi Regency, Java West. The implementation stage of training activities is the implementation of the plan that has been prepared related to the training implementation model, approaches, strategies, methods, techniques and media used in the activity, as well as the time and place of the training. Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase the competence of observers towards the transformation of education in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency. The lack of optimal observers in carrying out the main tasks of quality control of the PAUD and Dikmas programs, limited time to obtain opportunities to improve competence, limitations in the types of training for observer functional positions that can reach the dimension of space and time as well as the variety of profiles and characteristics of observers are some of the problems that exist in observers. Specifically, this service aims to: 1) describe the planning of training activities for observer functional positions towards educational transformation in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, 2) describe the implementation of training activities for observer functional positions towards educational transformation in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, and 3) describe the evaluation of training activities for observer functional positions towards transformation education in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. Abstract

Pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar bilingual berbasis sains bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan bahan ajar yang mengintegrasikan bahasa Inggris dan ilmu pengetahuan alam di SDN 3 Sekuro. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan bilingual dan kontekstual secara bersamaan. Kegiatan ini mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan melalui survei awal, pelatihan berbasis praktik, serta simulasi pengajaran menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan strategi pengajaran bilingual oleh guru, terutama dalam penggunaan bahasa Inggris dan penerapan konsep sains secara kontekstual. Selain itu, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kepercayaan diri guru dalam mengajar bilingual serta memperkuat keterlibatan mereka dalam proses pengajaran. Namun, tantangan terkait variasi kemampuan bahasa siswa memerlukan dukungan berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah lain dalam menerapkan pengajaran bilingual berbasis sains.

Abstract

The group of Tempe craftsmen at Paguyuban Palju Bersinar is currently continuing despite the obstacles they face, such as unstable raw material prices, unstable selling prices, and the production of various foods from Tempe such as Tempe chips is also not optimal. This is because production is still done manually, thus affecting the production amount. So far, the focus is only on Tempe production, so there is a need for alternative solutions that can help members of the Tempe craftsmen to survive and increase their income. It is hoped that the use of a Tempe cutting machine can help craftsmen, especially in making Tempe chips, so that they get better production. The goal to be achieved from this community service is to empower people using cutting and frying tools, so that after training the craftsmen are able to produce their own Tempe chips and increase production quantities, ultimately they are able to sell their products more widely. There were 24 participants in this activity who were members of the Plaju Bersinar Association. The methods used were delivery of material, direct practice and training as well as pre-test and post-test evaluation, and monitoring. This activity showed that the participants were quite enthusiastic and gained knowledge and skills in using cutting and frying machines.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In social life, of course, every individual will try to fulfill their life needs, one of which is educational facilities and clean water provision. In an effort to meet the needs of the community, they have independently formed community organizations that operate in the field of non-formal education and clean water supply groups. However, in operational activities there are problems or obstacles that hinder the progress of the institution.The problems faced by these social institutions are:1. Management aspect of organizational management, which does not yet have an ideal organizational structure, governance, financial recording, risk management so it is difficult to develop.2. Aspects of legal legality, as a legal entity to oversee the activities of the social institution.Based on the problems found, we see the need to provide assistance through an organizational management approach consisting of HRM, Operational Management, Financial Management/Financial Recording and forming a legal entity that oversees the social institution. So that the community institution has a strategic plan and good management and has a legal entity that oversees the development of the community institution which has an impact on the benefits that are increasingly felt by the surrounding community.
