Jurnal Jurusan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Undiksha adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Fakultas Hukum dan Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mewadahi artikel-artikel hasil penelitian dan hasil pengabdian masyarakat dibidang pendidikan dan sosial pembelajaran. Pada akhirnya Jurnal ini dapat memberikan deskripsi tentang perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang pendidikan kewarganegaraan bagi masyarakat akademik. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the 2019 election ballots in Bakalan Village, Argomulyo Hamlet, Cangkringan District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. This research is a research with qualitative descriptive techniques and the method used is analysis. Data collection techniques were in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The researcher went directly to the research site to find out the data written in the Bakalan and interviewed the source directly to obtain accurate data. Data obtained in the field were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results are concluded as follows: (1). Re-voting (PSU) at TPS 03 Bakalan, Argomulyo Village, Cangkringan District, Sleman Regency was held because there were 2 migrant residents who did not carry A5 letters. This is in accordance with Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections article 372 paragraph (2). PSU is carried out on the recommendation of Bawaslu. (2) Re-voting (PSU) at TPS 03 Bakalan, Argomulyo Village, Cangkringan District, Sleman Regency is in accordance with Law Number 7 of 2017 Article 373 paragraph (3) and Article 66 paragraph (3) KPU Regulation No. 3 of 2017 2019, namely re-voting at TPS is carried out no later than 10 (ten) days after voting day. PSU was held on April 24 2019. (3). The re-voting at TPS 03 Argomulyo Cangkringan was attended by 146 DPTb. There are 146 voters who use their right to vote.

Abstract

Based on the Fund for Place survey regarding the global vulnerability index, data shows that Indonesia is currently in the 99th place out of 178 countries in the world. In this case Indonesia gets a warning as its predicate, and one day can be included in the high warning level. Indonesia's lower position in the global vulnerability index is nothing but due to the low participation of the younger generation in the implementation of state defense. This study aims to identify, process, and analyze data empirically about the challenges and obstacles of state defense attitude in University and their solution recommendations. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods, because this study will describe the current situation systematically and factually with the aim of analyzing data by describing or describing data that has been collected as a solution to research problem.

Abstract

The low fulfillment of learning needs is an obstacle for students, as students have diverse characteristics that must be met. This makes it an important aspect of Civics learning to meet the needs of students through Differentiated Learning. Differentiated learning can meet the needs of students to understand learning material based on their ability to suit their interests and talents. This study aims to see the results of differentiated learning in implementing the embodiment of the independent curriculum in Civics subjects held in class IX-A at SMP Labschool Jakarta as the research subject. Then the approach taken is qualitative, coupled with a descriptive analysis method. Meanwhile, data collection techniques were carried out by observing the field, interviewing informants, and documenting results during implementation. The results obtained after implementing differentiated learning are that it is suitable for practice in the classroom environment at school as part of accommodating the learning needs of heterogeneous students so that it is hoped that students can develop their learning activities optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of green open space arrangement policies in Purbalingga based on the Regional Regulation of the Purbalingga Regency number 10 of 2020 concerning the Purbalingga Regency Spatial Plan for 2011-2031 and its obstacles. This study is a empirical or sociological legal research with the nature is descriptive. This study uses a qualitative approach with primary data sources and secondary data sources as its data sources. The data collection technique that used in this study is through interviews, document studies, and observation. The results of this study indicate that the total percentage of green open space in Purbalingga is still very far from the proportional number. In 2021 Purbalingga only reach the amount of 5,689% from 30% as the proportional number for green open space. In achieving this proportional amount, the implementation of the green open space arrangement policy itself has not been implemented optimally. This is due to various kinds of obstacles faced such as limited land and lack of public awareness of the important role of green open space.

Skripsi, Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Syiah Kuala. Pembimbing: (1) Dr. Ramli, M.Pd. (2) Dr. Drs. Teuku Alamsyah, M.Pd. Kata Kunci: Membaca Pemahaman, Teks Eksposisi Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks eksposisi siswa kelas VIII MTsN 1 Pidie Jaya? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks eksposisi kelas VIII MTsN 1 Pidie Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTsN 1 Pidie Jaya. Keseluruhan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 164 siswa, dengan sampel sebanyak 33 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes yang bersifat objektif. Tes yang diberikan kepada sampel berupa 15 soal yang berkaitan dengan teks eksposisi yang berjudul “Efektivitas Masker Kain Cegah Covid-19 Paling Rendah”. Hasil dari penelitian kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks eksposisi siswa kelas VIII MTsN 1 Pidie Jaya berada pada kategori baik. Nilai rata-rata yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah 74. The reading comprehension of exposition text ability in grade VIII MTsN 1 Pidie Jaya Keywords: reading comprehension, exposition text. The problem formulation of the research is how to make the reading comprehension of exposition text ability in grade VIII MTsN 1 Pidie Jaya?. The research aims at describing the reading comprehension of exposition text ability in grade VIII MTsN 1 Pidie Jaya. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive type. The entire population in this research amounted to 164 students, with a sample of 33 students. Data collection techniques in this research used objective test. The test given to the sample consist of 15 questions related to the exposition text entitled “The Lowest Effectiveness of Fabric Mask to Prevent Covid-19”. The result of the research on the reading comprehension of exposition text ability in grade VIII MTsN 1 Pidie Jaya fall into the good category. The average value achieved in this research was 74.

Abstract

Ecotourism of Jempanang D'alas is encouraging the number of tourist visits which are still considered not optimal. This research discusses the existing conditions and examines strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats to optimally formulate strategies and programs for the development of ecological tourism as special interest tourism in Jempaang D'alas, Belok Sidan Village. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, in-depth interviews and questionnaires to 75 respondents in proportion to (1) the government (Head of Belok Sidan Village, Petang District) (2) Jempalang D'alas ecotourism managers and (3) Tourists. Data analysis was carried out using the SWOT and QSPM methods. Based on the SWOT analysis obtained alternative strategies that can be applied to the development of Ecotourism in Japan D'alas, namely (1) strategies for creating quality ecotourism products, (2) strategies for increasing promotion through the application of information technology, (3) strategies for developing HR competencies and ( 4) marketing strategy for ecotourism products for tourists staying in villas and tourist attractions in Belok Sidan Village and its surrounding

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile habituation of Pancasila students at driving schools in Ambon City, using a survey research method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population consisted of grade 5 students at two driving schools (SDN 64 Ambon and SDN 70 Ambon) as well as the principal and class teacher as informants. Using interview instruments, questionnaires, and learning achievement tests, data analysis techniques in this study used Likert scale measurements with a range of rating scales, namely: Strongly Disagree: 1, Disagree: 2, Undecided: 3, Agree: 4, and Strongly Agree: 5. The results of the research show that the habituation of Pancasila student profiles is created in the learning process at the Ambon City Pengmobil Elementary School because it is supported by the quality of educators, school efforts (vision, mission, facilities and infrastructure and discipline) of the school used as a research site. The conclusion of this study is that according to the results of the analysis conducted by the author that from data processing on the Habituation profile of Pancasila students in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire) with 79% being approved at SD Negeri 64 Ambon and 82% being approved at SD Negeri 70 Ambon:

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui kegiatan musyawarah mahasiswa. Subjek penelitian yaitu mahasiswa yang pernah terlibat dan mengetahui alur dalam kegiatan musyawarah mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian yang yang dipakai yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui penyebaran angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kegiatan musyawarah mahasiswa adalah: 1) Pertama; menghormati setiap perbedaan keyakinan, tidak mengganggu ibadah masing-masing, toleransi, dan aturan ormawa yang berlandaskan Al-Quran dan As-Sunnah. 2) Kedua; kebebasan dalam menyampaikan pendapat dan mengedepankan adab, serta pemilihan mekanisnme kegiatan secara adil dan berkemanusiaan. 3) Ketiga; mempersatukan pandangan untuk meraih tujuan yang sama dan bersikap nasionalisme. 4) Keempat; pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan jalan musyawarah, tidak memaksakan kehendak orang lain, menghormati keputusan yang telah disepakati, dan menjunjung tinggi semangat kekeluargaan, dan seluruh keputusan berada ditangan mahasiswa. 5) Kelima; seluruh mahasiswa memiliki hak yang sama dalam bersuara.

Abstract

Student interest in gaining contextual learning experiences about peace is increasing. Therefore, the development of a service-learning model combined with peace education and increasing citizen engagement is the main focus of this study. The method used is a qualitative approach with a participatory design involving lecturers and students in the Social Praxis course at the Law and Citizenship Department, Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Malang. The results of the study show that: 1) the implementation of the learning model has the opportunity to increase the knowledge, skills, and engagement of young citizens in promoting peace through material deepening activities, preparation of activity plans, to the implementation of peace education programs; 2) the challenges of implementing the learning model is the development of a imaginary paradigm about peace with the category of social media users so that students need to get a more intense in-depth study of the material; 3) the evaluation of the implementation of the learning model is an improvement in the intensity of the supervision of student activity designs by lecturers to improve the quality of programs run by students.

Abstract

Pancasila adalah dasar negara Indonesia yang memiliki lima prinsip, yaitu Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa, Kemanusiaan yang Adil dan Beradab, Persatuan Indonesia, Kerakyatan yang Dipimpin oleh Hikmat Kebijaksanaan dalam Permusyawaratan Perwakilan, dan Keadilan Sosial bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia. Pancasila menjadi landasan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk di dunia Pendidikan. Di dunia pendidikan, Pancasila dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam mengembangkan karakter peserta didik. Salah satu tujuan pendidikan di Indonesia adalah membentuk generasi yang memiliki kepribadian yang kuat, mandiri, dan bertanggung jawab. Pancasila dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik, diimplementasikan dalam kurikulum pendidikan, dan diaplikasikan dalam pengelolaan sekolah dan lembaga pendidikan. Dengan demikian, Pancasila mampu memberikan kontribusi positif dalam menciptakan generasi muda yang berkarakter kuat, mandiri, dan bertanggung jawab.
