Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred in Indonesia since 2020 has had a very significant impact on the criminal justice system in Indonesia. The process of resolving criminal cases by law enforcement officers must be handled virtually. This of course has an impact on the principles that have been regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code and the Judicial Power Act, one of which is the principle of an Open Trial for the Public. The virtual trial of course imposes restrictions on the public to attend directly in the courtroom because of the government's policy to implement health protocols. This study aims to determine the implementation of the principle of open justice to the public during the Covid-19 pandemic on the examination of criminal cases at the Donggala District Court and to identify obstacles in the implementation of the principle of open justice to the public during the Covid-19 pandemic on the examination of criminal cases at the Donggala District Court. This research was conducted in Donggala Regency, namely the Donggala District Court by taking samples of Judges, Prosecutors and Heads of Detention Centers. Data was collected using interview techniques and document studies. The data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed that the implementation of the principle of an open trial to the public during the Covid-19 pandemic for the examination of criminal cases at the Donggala District Court, namely the principle of an open trial to the public was still applied by judges in trials conducted both online and offline, although there were restrictions on participation. Public. In principle, the public can attend the trial through two channels, namely attending with restrictions directly in the courtroom by implementing health protocols and attending the trial online using the zoom link shared by the Donggala District Court via social media.

Abstract

Nasionalisme, Islam dan pendidikan merupakan tiga konsep yang berjalan sinkron. Ia menjadi nilai luhur yang sejatinya harus ditanamkan kepada peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Secara historis, genealogi lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia lahir dari pondok pesantren klasik yang kemudian berkembang menyesuaikan dengan tuntun dinamika pendidikan. Nilai-nilai keislaman menjadi dasar utama yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dalam konteks pendidikan yang diajarkan di lembaga pendidikan yang berasaskan Islam di Indonesia. Prinsip-prinsip dasar keislaman mengajarkan filosofi pendidikan secara holistik, karena Islam dalam konteks pendidikan tidak bisa dipandang secara parsial dari satu perspektif keilmuan saja, terlebih lagi mendikotomikan keilmuan. Dalam konteks ini, nilai pendidikan nasionalisme menjadi sesuatu yang harus ditanamkan kepada peserta didik di lembaga pendidikan Islam yaitu SDIT Amanah Kota Sungai Penuh Provinsi Jambi. Islam, problematikanasionalisme dan pendidikan berjalan sinkron dalam nilai-nilai yang positif. Diskursus tentang ini menjadi perdebatan yang dinamis di kalangan pakar pendidikan. Apakah konsep-konsep pembelajaran dan proses pembelajaran yang ditawarkan di lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam tersebut telah memberikan pendidikan nasionalisme kepada peserta didiknya. Seyogyanya lembaga-lembaga pendidikan menjadi tempat pendidikan dan pembentukan jiwa serta semangat bagi generasi muda, untuk menanamkan semangat nasionalisme. Hal ini menarik untuk dikaji mengingat diskursus mengenai nasionalisme, Islam dalam pendidikan yang hingga kini masih terus dinamis.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the practice of canceling khitbah unilaterally in Parung Panjang Village, Parung Panjang District, Bogor Regency, as well as examining the settlement of canceling khitbah according to Islamic law and sociological law in Parung Panjang Village, Parung Panjang District, Bogor Regency. By using a qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis to obtain complete and objective data. This type of writing is included in the type of field research. From the results of the writing, it can be obtained information that the practice of canceling khitbah unilaterally in Parung Panjang Village, Parung Panjang District, Bogor Regency is a practice of applying marriage proposals in the community, which is still seen as trying to establish certain criteria or reasons. Meanwhile, the settlement of the cancellation of khitbah according to Islamic law and sociological law in Parung Panjang Village, Parung Panjang District, Bogor Regency is Islamic law or sociological law is a basis for cases in order to obtain legal certainty. This case study concludes that the practice of canceling khitbah unilaterally in Parung Panjang Village, Parung Panjang District, Bogor Regency is not wrong in choosing a partner, because marriage is carried out on the basis of mutual love without any coercion from other parties. Meanwhile, the settlement of the cancellation of khitbah according to Islamic law and sociological law in Parung Panjang Village, Parung Panjang District, Bogor Regency is in a family way, because Islam always teaches the best alternative. If in the settlement of the cancellation of the khitbah according to sociological law, that is by way of deliberation

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren) is one of the religious educational institutions that do not only function as a place for the transfer of knowledge (transfer of knowledge), especially in religious sciences. Islamic boarding schools also carry out the mission of forming the character of students to become mature/perfect human beings. Especially for an elderly person who wants to get encouragement to be more active in worship in order to get a sense of security and calm. The learning model in Islamic boarding schools for the elderly is one form of strengthening the role of the family in caring for the elderly. This research is qualitative research with a literature review method to assist a researcher in providing an overview of the context, debate, or current issues. Sources of data in this study are journals, articles, books, and other relevant references. The data collection technique is done by literature study and documentation. The data analysis technique begins with accessing the data, organizing, sorting, categorizing, and classifying the collected documentation studies. The learning model for the elderly in Islamic boarding schools places more emphasis on direct learning models and character building through life experiences. Therefore, Islamic boarding schools need to pay attention to the background and needs of the elderly in preparing learning models so that the learning goals desired by learning participants can be achieved easily based on their respective beliefs, without being constrained by problems with physical conditions that are starting to be vulnerable and make every life experience a blessing. lessons in doing worship to Allah, God Almighty.

Abstract

The professionalism of educators refers to the continuous development of strategies, which are used in carrying out work in accordance with their profession, with the aim of increasing their professional abilities. Professional teachers have four competencies which include pedagogic competence, social competence, personal competence and professional competence. However, sometimes there are teachers who have difficulty adjusting the knowledge, skills and abilities they have with the learning needs in the classroom. In addition, the curriculum changes that have occurred require teachers to continue to develop and innovate learning activities that are adapted to the applicable curriculum. So, in this case the teacher needs coaching, debriefing, guidance and supervision in improving their professional abilities. Research conducted at SD Negeri Tlogo used a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation, showing the implementation of academic supervision by the principal of SD Negeri Tlogo in increasing professionalism with a good reputation with a percentage of mastery of pedagogic competencies of 85%, mastery of personality competencies of 85%, mastery of social competence by 85% and mastery of professional competence by 86%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pentagon fraud on financial statement fraud, empirical studies on LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2021. Fraud pentagon has several factors that influence the occurrence of financial statement fraud, they are financial stability, external pressure, effectiveness of supervision, change of auditor, financial targets, nature of industry and change of directors. The F-Score model is used in this study to see the potential for financial statement fraud. The method used in selecting the sample in this study was purposive sampling from 22 LQ-45 companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017 – 2021. Hypothesis testing was carried out with panel data using E-views 12.0 software to test the effect of financial stability, external pressure, effectiveness of supervision, change of auditors, financial targets, nature of the industry and change of directors on financial statement fraud. The results of this study indicate that financial stability, and external pressure have an effect on financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, effectiveness of supervision, change of auditor, financial targets, nature of the industry and change of directors have no effect on financial statement fraud.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Brantas River, Curungrejo Village, Kepanjen District, Malang Regency. The purpose of this study was to identify the presence of local fish in the Brantas River, Curungrejo Village, Malang Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive method with data collection including primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of active participation, observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results obtained from this research are that there are various types of fish in the waters of the Brantas River, Curungrejo Village, Kepanjen District. There were 5 species of fish caught during the study, namely Tawes Fish (Barbonymus gonionotus), Wader Pari Fish (Rasbora argyrotae), Snakehead Fish (Channa striata), Mujair Fish (Oreochromis mossambicus) and Catfish (Clarias gariepinus). The most dominant species in the waters of the Brantas River is the Pari Wader Fish (Rasbora argyrotae) with a total catch during the study of 25 fish. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the most dominant species in the waters of the Brantas River is Wader Pari fish (Rasbora argyrotae) with a total catch during the study of 25 fish.

Abstract

This research aims to present the results of the need analysis of digital comic instructional material based on character education in English learning for elementary school teachers. The data in this research were collected through observations and in-depth interviews with four English tutors for elementary school UPBJJ UT Semarang teachers and fifty students taking English classes for elementary school teachers for the 2022.2 registration period. The data obtained was then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows that tutors and students require digital comic instructional material based on character education in learning English for elementary school teachers. It can be concluded that digital comic instructional material focused on character education in English learning for elementary teachers is crucial. It follows that digital comic instructional material focused on character education in English learning for elementary teachers is very necessary.

Abstract

This research examines gotong royong as a tradition in the village of Bah Tobu where the people have ethnic and religious diversity. Gotong royong is still being carried out intensively because it can maintain harmony between residents. The purpose of this research is to find out the existence and implementation of gotong royong in the village of Bah Tobu. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The results of this study are that the implementation of mutual cooperation in the village of Bah Tobu is going well through collaboration between residents and the village government. Mutual cooperation in the village of Bah Tobu is divided into There are two forms, namely inter-religious cooperation and intra-religious mutual cooperation. In intra-religious mutual cooperation which is carried out only within members of one religion, namely in the social sector such as cleaning and building houses of worship as well as religious activities and also in the economic field including raising funds for events religious celebrations. While Inter-religious Activities are carried out in two fields, namely the economic and social fields by all villagers regardless of religious differences which are carried out in the social sector, namely environmental hygiene and an event organized by the village government while in the economic field, namely collecting funds for village development or activities held in the village. The conclusion from this research is not all mutual cooperation can be carried out by all residents, but there is also mutual cooperation which is only carried out based on the scope of religion. Then in mutual cooperation in Bah Tobu village there are those who use elements of coercion and also voluntarily. The element of coercion in question is if a citizen does not take part in a mutual cooperation activity, he will be subject to sanctions in the form of fines.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Company Size on the Disclosure of Sustainability Reports in Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020. The population of this study were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 that issued a Sustainability Report, namely 107 companies that were taken. using purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance with the board of commissioners partially positive and significant effect on the Sustainability Report, with the board of directors partially negative and significant effect on the Sustainability Report, the audit committee and Company Size partially positive and insignificant effect on the Sustainability Report.
