Abstract

Moral values ​​in the Merangin Regency in the process of counseling services really need to be known that there are many moral values ​​in the Merangin Regency such as the existence of traditions that contain very good moral values ​​in everyday life such as the existence of family values, togetherness, and mutual cooperation in events -events held where the event aims to connect ties between people in the environment. The method used in writing this article is the interview method, namely by asking several questions related to the title that has been taken to one of the traditional leaders in the area by telephone. With the literature study method we can read as many sources as possible related to the problem so that we can get results from summarizing the various sources we have read. In Merangin district, one of the communication media is by using traditional seloko, where traditional seloko contains advice or advice for safety and good for the Merangin people. So it can be concluded that the traditions in Merangin Regency are very diverse in terms of tradition, such as the existence of traditional seloko.

Abstract

This research aims to tell others how the preservation and baghandu songs sung by speakers make the ancestral culture for the future. This research includes qualitative research using descriptive methods. This writing technique is carried out by collecting data with a question by way of interviews, recording techniques and other techniques such as listening repeatedly to the speaker's chant and the technique of recording the text that has been sung. The research data is sourced from the sources themselves and various articles and journals. The differences between this study and other studies are in terms of the basic concepts of baghandu, baghandu speakers, baghandu audiences, musical instruments, time and place of performance, and the atmosphere of baghandu performances.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of diary writing on writing abilities of 10th grade students at SMA Negeri 4 Pematang Siantar. Specifically, the focus was on their ability to write a recount text. The research employed a quantitative research method and adopted quasi-experimental design. This research enlisted a total of 353 students from 10th grade students of SMA Negeri 4 Pematang Siantar. From this population, 35 students from each class of X PMIA 2 and X PMIA 5 were chosen as sample. The assessment tools employed were pre-test and post-test in writing. The research utilized Brown's assessment standard for writing, which encompassed elements, iucluding content, structure, grammar, vocabulary, and technicalities. The process of analyzing data involved the use of SPSS version 21. This software facilitated the performance of several tests, including descriptive analysis, normality, Wilcoxon, homogeneity, and Mann Whitney tests. From the findings, it was revealed that Assymp. Sig. (2-tailed) was 0.017 < 0.05. Consequently, Ha was approved while Ho was declined. The skill of writing recount text among students at SMA Negeri 4 Pematang Siantar was found to be greatly impacted by the act of diary writing.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature is to describe the implementation of community customary marriages in Sarolangun Regency, to describe moral values in marriage, to describe the association of the Sarolangun people, to describe the communication of the Sarolangun people, and to describe the manners of the Sarolangun people. This study is a literature review. To achieve this goal, historical data have been collected through analysis of journals, scientific articles, and literature reviews. The results of his research are, firstly, the Inter-Customary Handling Event in Sarolangun-Jambi Regency is a place for men to bring souvenirs whose contents can be personal tools for the prospective wife to satisfy themselves with goods for both candidates. If the interpretation has a nominal value of Rp. 20,000,000.00 or other nominal value. Second, the moral values of the Sarolangun customary marriage are: (1) Moral values (hablumminallah), relating to God are reflected in their implementation which overlaps with religious teachings or belief in the One Almighty. Almighty. After choosing the right wife, religious requirements are followed and based on religious similarity. (2) Social moral values (Hablumminannat) are reflected in the stages of the traditional wedding ceremonies of the Sarolangun people. Jambi Regency include: Respect for others, Mutual respect for cooperation, Strengthening family relationships, Harmony, How to maintain customs in society, Respect, Individual moral values are their own moral values, which are reflected in the traditions of the Sarolangun-Jambi Regency community regarding marriage, including: Responsibility, Request for blessings, Independence, Obedience, Sacrifice, The Sarolangun-Jambi community association is a society that cultivates polite business with others and has fostered modern business.

Abstract

This exploration aims to determine the effect of using the take ang give learning model on student learning outcomes on theme 8 of the area where I live, sub-theme 2 of the uniqueness of the area where I live in class IV UPTD SD Negeri 122332 Jl. Gen. Sudirman. This exploration was carried out at UPTD SD Negeri 122332 Jl. Gen. Sudirman in May 2023. The exploration used was quantitative exploration using a Quasi-experiment (pseudo-experiment) with 60 students in class IV-A and IV-B as samples. The variables in this exploration are the take and give model (X) and learning achievement (Y). Methods of data collection by using tests. Data analysis techniques using normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the exploration that has been carried out on the test data for the take and give model with a sample of 60 students, then the pre-test score for the experimental class is obtained with an average value of 57.33, the post-test experiment with an average value of 74.66. And the pre-test control class average 50.33 and the control class post-test score with an average value of 67.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of improving the learning outcomes of class X-4 SMA Negeri 1 Babat in the subject of Pancasila Education, by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This research used a type of classroom action research (PTK) which was conducted in two cycles, with two meetings in each cycle. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The main material discussed in the first and second cycles is regarding the role and position of Indonesian citizens. The subjects of this study were 37 students of class X-4 of SMA Negeri 1 Babat for the 2022/2023 academic year. The main data collection techniques in this study were tests and observations, while the supporting techniques were interviews and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model could improve the learning outcomes of class X-4 SMA Negeri 1 Babat in the subject of Pancasila Education. This can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes from the pre-action stage (67.65) to 75.65 in cycle I and increased again to 85.40 in cycle II. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the PBL learning model can be effective in improving student learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes through the RTE type cooperative learning model on Derivative Functions material and to determine student responses to the RTE type cooperative learning model. The approach used is a quantitative approach. The type of research is experimental research with a one-shot case study design. The population of all students of class XI SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh, the sample was taken randomly as much as 1 class, namely class XI IPA. Data collection techniques are carried out by carrying out learning outcomes tests. Data processing is done by testing the Run Test. The conclusion that can be drawn is that "student learning outcomes through the RTE type cooperative learning model have not been able to achieve a level of success in Derivative Function material in class XI SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh". As for the response, students gave a positive response to learning mathematics by using the RTE type cooperative model.

Abstract

Learning video media has an important role to contain information or instructional messages and can be used in the learning process. In addition, video media can also increase the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of students in participating in the learning process. Costume Design competency learning in the Fashion Design Education Study Program still uses the lecture method and direct demonstrations, so video media is needed to help students explore creativity. Research on the characteristics of Costume Design Learning Video media uses the R&D approach 4 development models of Alessi & Trollip (2001), consisting of 3 stages. namely planning, design, and development. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the development of the characteristics of the learning video for the Costume Design course goes through 3 stages. The planning stage is to ensure that everything is needed in the project, including: defining the breadth of coverage, identifying students, developing boundaries, producing planning documents, producing manuals, determining and gathering resources, conducting brainstorming, and seeking student approval. Design includes developing ideas, conducting task and concept analysis, preparing prototypes, creating flowcharts and story boards, preparing scripts, downloading Ibis Paint supporting software. The development stage includes: preparing text, preparing graphics, producing audio and video, assembling materials using supporting software.

Abstract

This article aims to review the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in dealing with teachers' teaching challenges in the digital era. The digital age has rapidly changed the educational landscape, affecting the roles and tasks of teachers. They are faced with new challenges, such as managing an abundance of information, adapting teaching styles to individual needs, and providing effective feedback to students. In the face of these challenges, AI technology offers significant potential. This article will outline several ways in which AI technology can be utilized in the context of education. First, AI can assist teachers in managing data and information by using advanced algorithms to analyze and interpret student data. Second, AI technology can support the personalization of learning. Third, AI can be used to provide effective feedback to students. However, there are some challenges that may arise in the utilization of AI technology in the context of education. One of them is the concern about student data privacy and security. In addition, it is also important to consider that AI technology cannot completely replace the role of teachers, but only serves as a powerful tool. In conclusion, the utilization of AI technology can provide significant benefits for teachers in facing challenges in the digital era. By utilizing AI, teachers can manage data more efficiently, provide personalized learning, and provide effective feedback to students. However, it is important to keep in mind the limitations and challenges associated with the use of AI technology in education.

Abstract

The era of globalization demands more and more character building so that graduates from various levels can compete with their peers in other parts of the world. Character is something that is unique only to an individual or group, nation, and is the key to individual success. In accordance with the mission of national education, the purpose of character education is to develop skills and build a valuable national character and civilization in the framework of the formation of the nation's life. In today's world of education, it is very important to apply character values to students to be able to welcome the new Era 5.0. Through this study, it is expected to find the application of character values in the world of education to welcome Era 5.0. This research is a qualitative research with a literature study method. The object of study focuses on analyzing books, scientific articles, and other literacy sources related to efforts to apply character values in education to welcome Era 5.0. Data analysis is carried out by examining the process of strengthening character derived from digital literacy. From the study, efforts to apply character values in education can be carried out in schools and universities so that students have good character values in welcoming the 5.0 era
