Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of; (1) examine and analyze the effect of work stress on performance; (2) examining ananalyzingze the effect of motivation on performance; and (3) analyzing the effect of compensation on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees at the Regional Offices of Sulawesi - Maluku. This study uses primary data using the sampling method, namely the Simple Random Sampling method through a survey of 81 employees as a sample with a minimum working period of 1 year as of February 2023, the survey was conducted from January 2023 to February 2023. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 24 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on performance; (2) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on performance; and (3) Compensation has a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in the Regional Offices of Sulawesi - Maluku. This means the dimensions of workload, authority, physical condition, discomfort, and work pressure. Furthermore, the necessities of life, superior praise, incentive,s and attention. Then the dimensions of salary, benefits, incentives, and facilities. Likewise dimensions of quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, facilities, and infrastructure. These dimensions can encourage the achievement of increased employee performance which is useful for the development of work productivity at the Employment BPJS for the Sulawesi Regional Offices - Maluku.

Abstract

This investigation employs a quantitative approach and involves field research. The method utilized is a simple regression analysis with a total population of 50 students. The data was collected via questionnaires and documentation. The findings reveal that the students' optimism is at an excellent level, whereas their learning achievement is in the moderate range. Furthermore, there is a positive and significant correlation between optimism and academic performance. The results indicate that the f-count > f-table, and the table probability value is 0.000, which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), demonstrating a significant outcome. Thus, it can be inferred that the higher the level of optimism, the better the academic performance. The fact that optimism influences learning achievement provides opportunities to boost students' optimism. Consequently, teachers bear the responsibility of enhancing students' optimism, either directly or indirectly. By fostering and elevating an optimistic mindset in students, it is expected that they will enhance their cognitive processes and academic outcomes, paving the way for success.

Abstract

Flash card strategy as a strategy for increasing students' vocabulary skills at eight grades of SMP Negeri 3 Pulau-Pulau Babar. As one of the 3T areas, this school is limited in terms of infrastructure and teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to use the appropriate strategy to support students in their learning process. This research used classroom based research. The data were collected by field notes and interviews which are filled by students of the study. The findings of the study showed that most of the eight grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Pulau-Pulau Babar liked to use flash card strategy as their learning strategy in increasing vocabulary. Through this strategy, students seemed enjoy and enthusiastic as long as the process of teaching and learning English vocabulary in the classroom. So that they were easier in increasing their vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of (1) Analyzing the influence of work ethic on the performance of Panakkukang sub-district employees in Makassar City. (2) Analyzing the effect of Emotional Intelligence on the performance of Panakkukang District employees, Makassar City. (3). To provoke the influence of Performance Organizational Commitment on employees of the Panakkukang District, Makassar City. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, with a total sample of 54 respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that (1). Work Ethics positively and significantly affect the performance of Panakkukang District employees in Makassar City. (2). Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Panakkukang District, Makassar City. (3). Organizational Commitment positively and significantly affects the performance of Panakkukang District employees in Makassar City.

Abstract

Implications are one of the communication strategies often used by preschoolers in playground conversations. The playground is a place where children have intense social interaction and is an ideal environment to observe how children use language and convey meaning implicitly. This research is qualitative descriptive. The techniques used in collecting data are observation techniques, fishing techniques, recording techniques, field note techniques. In the data analysis stage, researchers sort, simplify, encode, and dispose of unnecessary data. The data analysis procedure is carried out through three lines of activities that occur simultaneously to answer all formulations of this research problem, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion. The results of data analysis found the form of conversation implications of preschoolers on the playground in the form of indirect requests, invitations to play, use of secret codes, indirect requests for help, implicit praise, plans to cooperate, invitations to share. Implications in children's conversations allow them to communicate effectively without using overly explicit words. It also helps children in developing language skills and understanding the nuances of interpersonal communication.

Abstract

Paul's profile and performance are one of the highlights of this study which is related to solving problems in the Toraja Mamasa Church. Paul was able to teach, educate, and change the attitude of someone ignorant (naughty) like Onesimus to become a faithful servant (Col. 4:9). This research aims to find solutions to problems between church assemblies with the frame and paradigm of the Paulus-Philemon-Onesimus relationship in solving problems for Philemon. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. The data is collected from selected literature that discusses Paul's leadership, and how to solve a problem in the community, especially the church. The result was that Paul's leadership should be emulated by every servant and God's servants in carrying out the mission of preaching the Gospel. Paul's leadership can interact with anyone he encounters in his life. Paul was able to lead, guide and direct the Congregation to do something good. In the application of leadership, a human resource management system is needed that supports it so that its implementation can run well to achieve goals in a company (organization). Abstract

The NHT model is a type of cooperative learning method designed to influence student interaction patterns. NHT gives students more time to think answers and help each other. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach taking a Classroom Action Research (CAR) model. In its implementation, CAR is carried out in two cycles. Result of the NHT type of cooperative learning model to improve communication competence and teamwork for class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Sibolga, shows that student success has increased. At the end of cycle 1 the average score of the student group assignment was only 6.25. By the end of cycle II the average score of the assignments of the student group increased to 7.50. So that student learning achievement has exceeded the KKM score that has been set by the school, which is more than 7.00.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Riau Malay ethnoparenting by parents to instill the value of decency in early childhood in Kasikan Village, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 5 parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that parents apply 6 aspects of parenting based on a book of politeness and the spirit of Riau Malay, namely 1) straight intentions and beautiful nature 2) place oneself in a suitable relationship 3) be clever in carrying yourself 4) wisely consider wisely tolerating 5) willing to sacrifice willing to give in 6) be humble. Of these 6 aspects, 5 of them have been well implemented by parents to their children and 1 other aspect has been implemented quite well. Parents instill the values ​​of decency in early childhood by giving examples, advising and positive habituation. So for Riau Malay ethnoparenting parents this needs to be applied to instill the value of decency in children from an early age.

Abstract

The development of the hypercontent module for student development is the development of teaching modules that integrate various learning content with a student-centered learning pattern oriented towards student argumentation abilities. Argumentative ability influences students' understanding of the content of student development material, so it needs to be improved in the learning process. This development aims to develop and determine the feasibility of the hypercontent module for student development for the argumentation abilities of PGSD students. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE framework, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product developed was implemented in a small group trial (10 students) with an average response of 4.57 in the excellent category and a large group trial (30 students) to obtain an overall average response of 4.6 in the excellent category. The hypercontent module for student development for PGSD students' argumentation abilities has a decent/good quality category to be applied as a practical digital teaching module for student argumentation abilities.

Abstract

The role of technological developments in learning has such a big impact. The existence of technology provides opportunities to broaden and enrich students' learning experiences. Technological developments have positive and negative impacts and provide challenges, especially in education. 21st-century learning requires students to have the characters and skills that are relevant to the digital era so that students will be ready to enter the industrial world. For this reason, in 21st-century learning, it is necessary to familiarize 21st-century skills, namely 4C, which includes Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, and Creative and Innovative. Achieving 21st-century skills can be done by improving the quality of learning, and the role of educators in implementing 21st-century learning is very important to create a better future for students. In addition, teachers must also have the latest skills and innovations in dealing with 21st-century learning.
