Abstract

Character plays a crucial role in shaping religious moderation in the millennial generation. This research investigates the role of character education in forming attitudes of tolerance, respect for differences, and understanding of religious moderation in the millennial generation. Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, the findings show that character education activities in schools, such as group discussions and extracurricular activities, have a positive impact in shaping the character of the millennial generation who are moderate in religion. Character education programs that emphasize the values ​​of diversity, harmony and respect for religious plurality have also proven effective in building a strong foundation for religious moderation. In conclusion, character education is a vital instrument in supporting the development of religious moderation in the millennial generation, by emphasizing the need for collaboration between schools, government, families and society.

Abstract

The history of the development of quality management has gone through a long and winding journey since this concept was first introduced. From its historical roots related to the industrial revolution to the modern era of globalization, this concept continues to develop and adapt to changes in the business and technological environment. This article provides a brief overview of the evolution of quality management, including the role of key figures such as W. Edwards Deming and Joseph M. Juran in introducing basic principles that are still relevant today. The history of quality management reflects a paradigm shift from traditional inspection approaches towards more holistic and sustainable approaches, such as Total Quality Management (TQM) and Lean Six Sigma. By understanding its development history, organizations can learn valuable lessons to improve the quality of their products and services in the future. The development of education quality management reflects the evolution of approaches and practices in an effort to improve the overall quality of education. By taking these factors into account, educational institutions can develop effective strategies to achieve higher learning goals for all students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improvereading comprehension Skills by using the discovery learning method with the aid of comic strip media in the fourth grade students of MI Hidayatussibyan, Krangkeng sub-districk, Indramayu districk.By counducting classroom action research, it is hoped that it will be useful for various parties related to learning activities, especially Indonesia language lessons, including: teachers, students, community scools and the word of education.This typeof research is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of stages of planning, action observation, and reflection. This research was counducted at MI Hidayatussibyan for the academic year 2021 in 2022, the subjects who will be subject to action are fourth grade students with a total sample of 28 students, the aducational instrumen usedare observation and communication methods.

Abstract

On the achievement of mathematical creative thinking, an important aspect that must be possessed by students is self confidence and self efficacy is good, because in self confidence and self efficacy there are indicators that can supportthat goal. This studyaimsto find out indepth about the influence of self confidence and self efficacy simultaneously to the ability of mathematical creative thinking of junior high school students. The population in this study were junior high school students in Kabupaten Simalungun. Instrument in this research in the form of test of creative thinking ability of mathematic counted four problem, and enquette self confidence and self efficacy student. Methods in this study using multiple regression method. The results of this study indicate that there is influence of self confidence and self efficacy to the ability of mathematical creative thinking of junior high school students.

Abstract

The lack of legal literacy in certain groups of society will have a negative impact on the stability of social relations. The phenomenon of brawls between students continues to occur from time to time due to high interest among the students themselves. The perpetrators of the brawl can be charged with several laws and regulations, such as Article 170 of the Criminal Code. Therefore, research was carried out with the aim of finding out how the influence of legal literature on the brawl interest of SMK Dwiwarna Medan students. Type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The research instrument uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression with the help of SPSS soft ware version 24. The results of the study stated that legal literacy had a negative but significant effect on the interest in brawls in students of SMK Swasta Dwiwarna Medan. If legal literacy is improved, the interest in brawls in students of SMK Swasta Dwiwarna Medan will decrease significantly.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the extent to which the implementation of the Cultural Saturday Program in Mataram City Elementary Schools has affected students' cultural literacy. This research includes qualitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection in this research used observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data that has been collected is analyzed through three stages, including: reduction, data presentation/data display, and conclusion verification. The research results concluded that; 1) there are several activities that have been implemented by elementary schools in Mataram City in the Cultural Saturday program, namely: a) conversations using regional languages; b) get to know traditional foods and snacks; c) Sasak language fairy tales; d) Wearing traditional Sasak clothes; e) introduce traditional games; f) performing traditional dances; g) begibung (eating together). 2) The cultural literacy of students in Mataram city elementary schools is in the good category. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that on average from 13 elementary schools in the city of Mataram, an average score of 33 was obtained with a percentage of 75%.

Abstract

Converts are people who need the teachings of Islam. The Indinesian Mualaf Center (MCI) which is intensifying the guidance for converts to Islam in Palangka Raya. Coaching is a structured activity carried out by a person or institution to help certain groups to strengthen the weak and maintain the strong in certain cases to gain knowledge about certain objects. Coaching at MCI Palangka Raya is one form of effort to replenish the faith of converts which sometimes go up and down. The purpose of this study, 1) to identify the impact of coaching on converts to worship at the Indonesian Mualaf Center in Palangka Raya. 2) to analyze the obstacles and solutions for the development of converts worship at the Indonesian Mualaf Center in Palangka Raya. The results of this study describe that: 1) The impact of coaching converts to worship at MCI Palangka Raya is that converts worship has increased with increasing knowledge about worship and the right practice of worship. Converts are also more enthusiastic in participating in coaching because they feel that by following coaching converts will get more knowledge so that worship will also increase. When converts do not follow the guidance, their knowledge of worship that should be carried out by Muslims will decrease. 2) The obstacle in implementing the coaching process at MCI Palangka Raya is the coaching schedule which sometimes clashes between the instructors and converts. The solution to these obstacles is to give understanding to converts that if they follow the coaching, they will get extraordinary learning and experience. Thus, they adjust the schedule between the instructors and converts.

Abstract

This examination expects to depict the administration idea of value training the executives in schools. The examination strategy utilized is a subjective enlightening technique, with information assortment procedures through meetings, perception and documentation studies. The examination results show that administration is a course of arranging, coordinating, driving and controlling the endeavors of hierarchical individuals where these four cycles have their separate capabilities to accomplish authoritative objectives. Dakam's endeavors to further develop schools should be possible with three activities: First, making schools better, Second, diminishing the weight. Third, changing over loads into energy. In Regulation no. 20 of 2003 concerning the Public School System Article 4 section 2 peruses: "Instruction is completed equitably, decently and non-unfairly by maintaining common freedoms, strict qualities, social qualities and public variety." To accomplish quality training, schools need to execute ten different ways. Working on the nature of training in schools is vital. By having a reasonable vision, fabricating a strong work group, further developing educator skill, doing customary management and assessment, using innovation, building associations with guardians and the local area, giving sufficient offices and framework, including understudies in direction, building school culture . positive. Aside from checking progress and praising accomplishments, school directors can establish a quality instructive climate and produce a skillful and cutthroat age.

Abstract

In learning activities, motivation can be interpreted as the force that drives student learning activities. This motivation becomes a driving factor within students which drives the learning process which ensures the continuity of learning activities and provides the necessary direction so that the students' desired goals can be achieved. For this reason, this research focuses on the influence of the family environment, learning independence, and learning media on student learning motivation at MI Babussalam, Krian, Sidoarjo. With a population of 650 MI Babussalam students, this research used a sample of 90 grade 6 students. Sampling was carried out randomly to ensure the representativeness of the sample in the larger population. By using a quantitative research design, this research aims to measure and analyze the influence of these variables on student learning motivation. This research produces findings that the family environment, learning independence, and learning media have a significant effect on student learning motivation at MI Babussalam, Krian, Sidoarjo. A conducive family environment, the level of student learning independence and varied learning media can increase student learning motivation at MI Babussalam. These results provide a better understanding of the factors that need to be considered in increasing student learning motivation at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes by using the Think Pair Share learning model for students at SD Negeri 33 Buton. By using the PTK method, the research results show that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes using the Think Pair Share learning model. These results have important implications in developing learning models in the context of language education, showing that this learning model has contributed to improving the learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 33 Buton regarding the material Introducing One Self. These findings provide valuable guidance for the development of more effective and engaging learning models in the current educational era.
