Abstract

The problem studied in this research is whether implementing the Snowball Throwing type of cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in social studies class IV Mongkoinit, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The type of research used in this research is classroom action research with research subjects of 25 class IV students at SDN 1 Mongkoinit. There was an increase in learning outcomes in the first cycle of observing teacher activities by 66.7%, in student activities by 55%, and in student learning outcomes by 56. %. Then in cycle II there was an increase in teacher activity of 91.6%, student activity of 95% and learning outcomes of 88%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the motor educability of first semester students in the 2023 academic year, the penjaskesrek (PJKR) study programme. This type of research uses quantitative method analysis with survey techniques. Obtaining motor educability data through tests. The total population in the study was 46 students, determining the sample with porposive sampling technique obtained 30 female students. Sampling criteria by setting specific characteristics, namely age from 17-22 years. The test instrument used consists of 21 test items, namely: 1) On foot-touch head; 2) Sides lean rest; 3) Grapes vine; 4) One leg balance; 5) Stroke stand; 6) Double foot click; 7) cross-leg squats; 8) complete left turn; 9) one knee-Head to Floor; 11) Backward and forward hand kicks; 12) Arm circle in full squat; 13) Half-Tunnel Jump-Left Leg; 14) Three Dips; 15) Lateral Kick; 16) Kneel Leap to Feet 18) Full Left Turn; 19) The Top; 20) Single Knee Balancing; 21) Jump Foot. Data analysis techniques based on the number of percentage calculation intervals, by first scoring the raw data obtained based on five (5) categories, namely: Very High, High, Medium, Low, and Very Low. The results showed that the average mastery of motor educability in the Very High category was 19.04 per cent, the High category was 47.62 per cent, and the Low category was 33.34 per cent.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of learning moral beliefs using a constructivist approach in preventing radicalization in the Islamic education environment, especially at STT Alquraniyah Manna South Bengkulu. The research method used was a survey of students who took part in General and Character Education learning with a constructivist approach. The research results show that learning with a constructivist approach is successful in increasing students' understanding, critical, analytical, and tolerance and humanity values, thus helping to prevent radicalism. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing responsive and interactive learning methods in forming an attitude of moderation and maintaining harmony in society. This research makes an important contribution in the context of preventing radicalization through a holistic and proactive educational approach.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the influence of gadget use on the character of children in elementary school (SD). In today's digital era, gadget use is becoming increasingly common among children, which raises questions about its impact on their character development and mental health. This research uses a qualitative approach, by collecting data through in-depth interviews with parents, teachers and children in elementary schools, as well as direct observation of gadget use in the school and home environment. The research results show that excessive use of gadgets can affect children's psychological development, including anxiety, difficulty in managing emotions, and dependence on technology. However, the use of gadgets can also support the development of children's creativity and adaptive abilities. This research emphasizes the importance of a balanced and responsible approach to children's use of gadgets, with the aim of developing balanced social and emotional skills, as well as preventing negative impacts on their health.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the sentence structure in the crime column in the digital daily Jawa Pos. Based on this, the population for this study is the sentences contained in the content of news that have been classified in the crime column of the digital daily Jawa Pos that have been found. The method in this research is a descriptive approach with a qualitative research type. The data collection technique in this research is a document technique. Data analysis techniques in research useChaer's (2015) theory regarding sentence structure which is analyzed based on the function of the sentence. The results of the research show that the sentences contained in the Jawa Pos digital daily news regarding crime in 8 news stories were found to be incomplete sentences and complete sentences, as well as direct and indirect sentences, with the function positions SPO, SPK, SPOK, SPOPel, SPOPelK, SPPel, SPPelK , SP, SOK, POK, SK, PK, SO, K, and O. Based on these results it was found149 sentences, with 126 complete sentences and 23 incomplete sentences. Then 24 direct sentences and 125 indirect sentences were found.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning process of presenting messages in the form of vlog-based advertisements and to find out the learning outcomes of presenting messages in the form of advertisements in the form of vlog-based advertisements of grade VIII students of SMP State 3 Kota Gorontalo Junior High School in the 2023/2024 academic year. It employed descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques included observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis involved reduction and presentation techniques.The results indicated that the learning process of presenting messages in the form of vlog-based advertisements went quite well. The learning outcomes of presenting messages in the form of vlog-based advertisements were considered successful. The highest score obtained was 91 by Group 3, primarily due to the aspects of video narration and video quality. Meanwhile, the lowest score obtained was 72 by Group 4. Therefore, in this study, three groups completed the task successfully, while one group did not. These results show that students are able to present messages in the form of advertisements and then make them in the form of vlogs.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to obtain empirical data about the effectiveness of English animation movie toward students’ writing text. To achieve that goal, this research used a quasi-experimental design involving eight grade of SMPIT Al-Mubarok Serang. The population Used was 110 students. The sample consist of 20 students from experimental class and 20 students’ control class which are selected using cluster random sampling. Moreover, the result of the post-test revealed that the experimental class was a significantly higher score than the control class. In addition, the result of the Independent Sample T-Test revealed that the sig-2 tailed value 0.00<0.05. This is also supported by the results of Effect Size test which has value 3.24 and the category was strong effect (significant). Therefore it was proven that the use of animation movie was effective toward students’ writing of descriptive text at eight grade of SMPIT Al-Mubarok in the academic year 2023/2024. Thus, the use of animation movie is suggested toward students’ writing of descriptive text.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of enthusiasm among congregants to enrich the mosque. The insufficient motivation of congregants in enriching the mosque has become a problem in the local community, where there is a magnificent mosque building but a lack of religious activities. Isn't it that when religious activities are filled in the mosque, congregants gain broader knowledge about religion? Therefore, young people become the regeneration of local community leaders, and if there are no weekly gatherings in the mosque, it becomes difficult for young people to expand their religious knowledge. Because having religious activity agendas in the mosque is one form of our devotion to Allah SWT. The problem in this research is how to manage to enrich Baiturrahman Mosque through the Youth Movement Activities in the BPK IV Complex of Kebon Jeruk Sub-district. The purpose of this research is to determine how to manage to enrich Baiturrahman Mosque through the Youth Movement Activities in the BPK IV Complex of Kebon Jeruk Sub-district. Informants in this study consisted of the RT Chairman, Mosque DKM Chairman, Religious Affairs Department, Advisory Department, and Youth Department. The research data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method, which describes and presents phenomena with words or sentences, and then the data obtained is used to draw conclusions. The results of the data analysis conclude that the Management of Enriching Baiturrahman Mosque through the Youth Movement Activities in the BPK IV Complex of Kebon Jeruk Sub-district applies mosque management through local youth activities in enriching the mosque.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the process and impact of implementing the internalization of Islamic Religious Education values through character education at SDN I Sukoharjo, Bandung Sub-District, Tulungagung District. The character education program at the school is conducted through religious habituation practices such as performing the Duha prayer, memorizing short verses of the Quran and reciting tahlil, commemorating Islamic holidays, Friday charity contributions, and others. It is emphasized that achieving the goals of internalizing Islamic Religious Education values greatly depends on simultaneously conducting religious activities. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consist of the school principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, homeroom teachers, and students of SDN I Sukoharjo. The research findings indicate that the process of internalizing these values progresses well through three stages: transformation of values, transaction of values, and internalization of values. The impact of this internalization is reflected in increased worship awareness, changes in attitudes and behaviors, as well as improved understanding and knowledge of religion among students.

Abstract

This religious extracurricular activity is one of the activities planned in the teaching and learning process where students are required to be active in teaching and learning activities, both during class hours and outside class hours, so that students are expected to be able to develop their interests and talents. The aim of this research is to find out how extracurricular activities are implemented in developing the interests and talents of students at the An-Nursali Islamic Boarding School, Binjai Timur Binjai City. In this research, qualitative research methods were used, researchers conducted structured and unstructured interviews with resource persons, namely extracurricular activity trainers, supported by documentation data and direct observation. The results of the implementation of religious extracurricular activities in developing the interests and talents of students at the An-Nursali Islamic Boarding School can be seen from the achievements obtained, namely having won muhadhoroh champion, hadroh santri day performing in front of the governor, and first place recitation on santri day. The values ​​of Islamic religious education contained in these extracurricular activities are Values ​​of aqidah (faith), Moral values ​​(trustworthiness, courage and patience), Values ​​of worship.
