Abstract

Identifikasi gaya belajar diperlukan untuk memaksimalkan ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Dalam pengamatan awal di kelas IIC SD Supriyadi 02 ditemukan bahwa guru belum sepenuhnya mengidentifikasi gaya belajar peserta didik. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya belajar peserta didik di kelas IIC SD Supriyadi 02 dalam penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Riset ini tergolong dalam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang mempunyai subjek peserta didik kelas IIC SD Supriyadi 02. Pengumpulan data yang diterapkan pada riset ini mencakup angket asesmen diagnostik, wawancara, dan observasi. Riset ini melakukan analisis data melalui reduksi data, sajian data, dan kesimpulan. Penyelidikan ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat beragam gaya belajar pada peserta didik kelas IIC SD Supriyadi 02 yaitu 11 visual, 8 auditori, dan 7 kinestetik. Gaya belajar tersebut dapat dipersentasekan dengan 42% visual, 31% auditori, dan 27% kinestetik. Gaya belajar berguna dalam merancang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sehingga guru harus bisa menciptakan pembelajaran yang mengakomodasi kebutuhan peserta didik.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model in improving student learning outcomes in material on the struggles of warrior figures during the Dutch and Japanese colonial periods in social studies classes in elementary schools. The jigsaw model, which emphasizes collaboration between students and active learning, is used to overcome difficulties experienced or faced by students in understanding historical material. This research was carried out in class V of An Nuriyah Jagakarsa Islamic Elementary School using the classroom action research (PTK) method, which is based on a cycle of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes, measured through tests and observation of student participation, which was affected by the rise in the percentage of complete learning outcomes from 31.42% in the pre-cycle to 94.28% in the second cycle. Applying the jigsaw model also increases student motivation and involvement in history learning. This research concluded that the jigsaw model was effective in increasing students' understanding of the struggle material of warrior figures and could also improve the quality of social studies teaching in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The influence of the principal's managerial ability on teacher performance; (2) The influence of the principal's motivation on teacher performance; (3) The influence of the principal's managerial ability and motivation together on teacher performance. This study is a quantitative study with a correlation method. This study was conducted at an elementary school in Rambutan District with 42 teachers as respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The validity test used the product moment formula while the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. The analysis prerequisite test used the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and the data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was an influence between the principal's managerial ability on teacher performance of 10.5%; (2) there was an influence between the principal's motivation on teacher performance of 48.8%; (3) there was an influence between the principal's managerial ability and motivation on teacher performance of 46.1%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate high school students' ability to solve mathematical problems using statistics material. This study was conducted on 20 class XII students of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung using a qualitative descriptive approach. Understanding the problem, planning a solution, implementing the solution, and checking the answer again are four indicators used to assess a person's problem solving abilities. The results show that the average student ability is in the medium category, with a diverse distribution. The absence of application of problem-based learning and contextual learning approaches is a factor in low ability. To improve students' understanding and ability to relate statistical concepts to real situations, this research suggests using more innovative learning approaches, such as problem-based learning and interactive technology.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an ethnomusicological investigation into the Nutu ku Lesung song, with a focus on its structure, meaning, and function within the context of the agricultural ritual practiced by the Karo people in Dokan Village. This study analyzes the Nutu ku Lesung song through an ethnomusicological lens. By analyzing the text, melody, and sociocultural context, this research strives to understand the significance and purpose of the song within the Dokan Village community. Data collection for this study was conducted through audio recordings, transcription, and textual analysis. The findings reveal that the Nutu ku Lesung song possesses a distinct melodic structure and lyrics laden with symbolic meaning. The song serves not only as an aesthetic expression but also as a vehicle for conveying social and moral values within the community. This research employed a descriptive qualitative research methodology. The entire community of Dokan Village constituted the population for this study, with a sample size of 10 participants actively involved in the Nutu ku Lesung activity. Through interviews with these 10 informants, the study elucidates that the Nutu ku Lesung song is an integral component of the Kerja Tahun (annual labor) ceremony in Dokan Village. This activity, historically performed collectively by the Singuda-nguda (youth), is now more commonly performed by the Nini-nini (elders). The pounded rice is used to produce cimpa flour, a traditional food central to the celebratory event. The shift in roles within this activity underscores the dynamics of tradition preservation in the face of societal change.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of applying rewards and punishments in increasing students' learning motivation at SDN 192 Pekanbaru. In the educational context, learning motivation is an important factor that influences student academic achievement. Based on observations, teachers at SDN 192 Pekanbaru have implemented a reward system by giving praise, awards and prizes in the form of stationery to students who successfully complete assignments well. Apart from that, punishment is also implemented when students make mistakes, in the form of punishments such as memorizing short letters. , reducing scores, and cleaning the school yard. The application of these two methods is expected to increase students' attention and participation in the teaching and learning process, as well as encourage them to try harder in learning. The results of the research show that the combination of reward and punishment applied consistently can motivate students to improve their learning achievement. This is in line with Nasution's opinion which states that rewards function as encouragement to study harder, while punishment can correct undesirable behavior. Thus, this research concludes that the application of appropriate rewards and punishment can contribute significantly to increasing student learning motivation at SDN 192 Pekanbaru, as well as providing recommendations for teachers to continue to develop more innovative and effective teaching methods.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the values of Pancasila learner profile in Anggasuto folklore from Pinggir Papas village. This research uses qualitative method with narrative analysis research model to analyse the structure, meaning, and values of Pancasila learner profile in Anggasuto folklore. The data sources in this research are primary data, namely folklore conveyed through the speech of sources. Then secondary data, in the form of written documents in the form of manuscripts, articles, and notes related to Anggasuto folklore. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this research includes three stages, namely the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, and the conclusion drawing and verification stage. The results of this study show that in Anggasuto folklore there are values that are relevant to the Pancasila Student Profile, namely in the dimensions of faith and piety in God Almighty, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning, and creativity.

Abstract

Teachers as the frontline in the implementation of the independent curriculum certainly have a strategy so that the curriculum of merdeka has an impact on strengthening student knowledge and character formation of students so that this study aims to describe and analyze teacher strategies in planning learning, implementing learning, assessing the learning process, teacher obstacles in implementing the curriculum of merdeka, and solutions carried out by teachers in implementing the curriculum of merdeka. Data collection used interview, observation and document techniques. Data were analyzed using interactive model analysis techniques. The results of the study concluded 1) teacher strategies in planning learning, namely: understanding the substance of the curriculum of merdeka, analyzing student needs, determining learning objectives, choosing learning methods and media, designing learning activities according to student needs; 2) teacher strategies in implementing learning, namely differentiated learning, fostering critical and creative thinking, cognitive and non-cognitive formative assessments, constructive feedback and a learning environment for active participation, involving students in the Pancasila profile strengthening project; 3) teacher strategies in assessing the learning process, namely: compiling assessment criteria, determining assessment methods, compiling assessment instruments according to student needs, implementing assessments, follow-up plans for assessment results; 4) obstacles faced by teachers, namely lack of understanding of the curriculum of merdeka, limited resources and facilities, changes in learning methods, high administrative burden; 5) solutions to overcome obstacles, namely: being active in learning communities, utilizing educational resources, utilizing technology for learning administration, mentoring and assistance, collaboration in discussing and reflecting on learning problems, internal platforms for sharing experiences and best practices between teachers.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are an indicator of the success of a learning process and are a measure used to assess whether students have achieved a set level of competence. The importance of understanding the effects of parental attention and self-control on students' learning ability in Aqidah Akhlaq learning is not only to achieve academic achievement, but also to develop a strong personality and morals. The purpose of this study was to determine how parental attention and self-control affect student learning outcomes in the subject of Aqidah Akhlaq at MTs. Darut Taqwa I watukosek Gempol pasuruan. This study applies quantitative methodology with a population of 47 students, determining the sample using purposive total sampling technique so that the sample in this study was 47 students. The method applied to evaluate the effect of these variables on student learning outcomes is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that parental attention and self-control have a good and significant effect on student learning outcomes. The results of this study confirm the importance of parental attention in improving student learning outcomes optimally, therefore parental attention can help improve student academic achievement as well as the quality of education in the subject of akhlaq. Self-control has an important role in time management and effective learning techniques to help them optimise their learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide the implications and paradigms of Islamic marketing by incorporating a digital approach. The object of this research is the Islamic educational institute at MAS Al-Kamaliyah jeri which operates in the village of Manggoli, North Maluku. The methods in this research concern new trends in education heating management using qualitative research methods with case studies approaches. Data collection techniques in this study include observations, interviews and documentation. Observations were conducted by observing live activities and interactions in the school environment, including promotional events, teaching learning activities, and interaction between the school and the surrounding community. In-depth interviews were performed with the head of the school, marketing staff, teachers, students, parents of students, and surrounding communities to dig their experiences, views, and perceptions related to the Islamic education marketing paradigm. Based on data on the ground, the use of social media as the main channel became the paradigm of Islamic education marketing Students are increasingly relying on social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to find information about Islamic educational institutions. It shows a shift from traditional media to digital platforms in the search for educational information. SocialMedia Offers Visual and Interactive Content Platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok enable educational institutions for more interesting and informative visual, video, and interactive content. This content can provide a clearer picture of the activities in the educational institutions.
