Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendekatan berdiferensiasi berbantu media PKM-P dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik kelas 3B SDN Sendangmulyo 02 Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran dengan pendekatan konkuren, yang menggabungkan data kuantitatif dari tes pretest-posttest dan data kualitatif dari observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik setelah diterapkan pendekatan ini, dengan rata-rata nilai meningkat dari 62,86 pada pretest menjadi 85,36 pada posttest. Media PKM-P yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran interaktif yang membantu peserta didik memahami konsep matematika secara lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan berdiferensiasi yang didukung oleh media inovatif seperti PKM-P dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, khususnya dalam pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Temuan ini menawarkan kontribusi penting bagi inovasi pendidikan dan mendorong pengembangan media pembelajaran yang lebih bervariasi untuk berbagai tingkat pendidikan. Abstract

This study uses critical type analysis (CGA) to analyze a coffee brand's advertising brochure and focuses on its textual and visual strategies to attract consumers. The descriptive qualitative content analysis method was used. Using Bhatia's theory multilevel framework, the analysis spans four levels: text, genre, professional practice, and professional culture. On a textual level, concise language, eye-catching visuals, and clear calls to action can effectively inform and persuade your audience. Genre-level analysis highlights the dual purpose of these ads: to provide information and drive consumer engagement through targeted messaging. The results reveal the strategic use of rhetorical devices such as bold discounts (e.g., “50% off”), exclusive offers (“app only”), and promotional incentives (e.g., “Buy any 3, get 1 free”) that capture attention and create a sense of urgency. Visuals, such as tropical themes and vibrant product images, complement text elements to reinforce the brand image. Analysis of professional practices shows structured initiatives, including compelling headlines, product descriptions, and purchasing information, tailored to consumer preferences and market trends. At the professional and cultural levels, advertising reflects sociocultural norms and industry-specific marketing strategies, fostering trust and inclusion.

Abstract

Bullying adalah perilaku negatif yang sering terjadi di sekolah dan masyarakat, dan berdampak negatif pada korban dan pelaku. Salah satu faktor utama yang memengaruhi bullying adalah harga diri. Mencari tahu bagaimana bullying dan harga diri saling terkait, serta bagaimana intervensi harga diri dapat menghentikan bullying, adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik studi literatur dengan menganalisis sejumlah terbitan berkala dan publikasi ilmiah yang relevan. Anak-anak dengan harga diri yang kuat cenderung tidak melakukan bullying atau menjadi korban, menurut temuan penelitian tersebut. Anak-anak muda dengan harga diri yang tinggi biasanya menunjukkan rasa percaya diri, kapasitas untuk menangani tekanan sosial, dan kapasitas untuk membentuk ikatan yang sehat dengan orang lain. Anak-anak dengan harga diri yang buruk, di sisi lain, lebih rentan menjadi sasaran bullying atau bahkan menindas orang lain sebagai pembalasan.

Abstract

Literasi digital berbasis kearifan lokal adalah suatu inovasi yang menarik yang dikenalkan pada anak di generasi z. Kearifan lokal ialah kecerdasan manusia yang dimiliki oleh kelompok etnis tertentu yang diperoleh melalui pengalaman warga. Artikel ini ditulis bertujuan agar masyarakat paham akan pentingnya memahami keberadaan teknologi saat ini sehingga memanfaatkannya dengan baik terutama pemahaman dengan literasi digital berbasis kearifan lokal khususnya bagi remaja di era generasi z saat ini. Adapun metode yang digunaakn dalam kajian ini yaitu literatur rivieuw, dimana dalam metode ini penulis menganalisis dan mengklasifikasikan fakta yang sudah dikumpulkan dari sebuah penelitian. Hasil dari penulisan ini adalah Literasi merupakan kemampuan yang penting bagi perkembangan intelektual dan sosial seseorang. Literasi dianggap penting karena melalui membaca, seseorang dapat mengakses berbagai jenis pengetahuan, informasi, dan ide-ide dari berbagai sumber.

Abstract

Inclusive education provides equal learning opportunities for all students, including children with special needs (ABK), in the same school environment. This study analyzes the preparation and challenges faced by SD Negeri Cisalak 1, Depok, as a model inclusive school, using a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews with the principal. The results indicate that SD Negeri Cisalak 1 has taken strategic steps, such as conducting initial assessments to understand the needs of ABK, involving Special Education Support Teachers (GPK), providing facilities like the Learning Support Center (LSC), and implementing parenting programs to engage parents. However, challenges such as limited facilities, uneven teacher competence, social stigma, and resistance from some parents remain obstacles. These issues highlight the need for stronger collaboration between schools, parents, and the government to optimize the implementation of inclusive education.

Abstract

Islamic education is based on the Qur'an, Sunnah, the words, deeds and attitudes of the companions, philosophers, and ijtihad. Philosophers or philosophers are people who actively think critically and are involved in answering big questions that are difficult to solve. This paper examines the thoughts of Ibn Rushd, an Islamic philosopher. Ibn Rushd, Ibn Rushd was a 12th-century Islamic polymath known primarily for his contributions to philosophy, theology, medicine, astronomy, physics, psychology, mathematics, Islamic jurisprudence and law, and linguistics. His work has been used for educational purposes for centuries in both Islamic and Christian cultures. This study aims to determine the biographical background, life, and thoughts of Ibn Rushd on education, then to find the relevance of Ibn Rushd's educational thoughts to Islamic education in the modern era. The method used in compiling this paper is the library research method. Researchers collect data sources through text literature, both books, journals, and articles that are relevant to this discussion. The results of the study show that Ibn Rushd as a philosopher, expert in jurisprudence, medicine and also a legal expert. Ibn Rushd has ideas and thoughts related to education, that education is practical which must be assisted by a theoretically appropriate model so that practical implementation is always in accordance with its theoretical implementation which aims to provide correct knowledge so that it can be implemented into correct actions. Ibn Rushd's thoughts on education that are organized in objectives, curriculum, learning methods and teachers or educators are factors of the determinant elements in education. Therefore, Ibn Rushd's thoughts can be used as an important reference in the advancement of the world of education.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of principal leadership style on teacher performance in Vocational High Schools (SMK) through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This study involved 10 articles published in the period 2019–2024 using the keywords "principal leadership," "teacher performance," and "SMK." The results of the review indicate that principal leadership styles such as instructional, transformational, participatory, and collaborative have a significant impact on various aspects of teacher performance. Instructional style focuses on supervising the learning process and curriculum development to ensure teaching effectiveness. Transformational leadership increases teacher work motivation, creativity, and commitment through an inspirational and reward-based approach. In addition, collaborative and participatory styles encourage the creation of an inclusive work atmosphere, which increases job satisfaction and encourages joint decision-making between teachers and principals. This study concludes that the success of implementing leadership styles is greatly influenced by the principal's ability to adjust their leadership style to the specific needs of teachers and the school context. These findings are expected to be a practical guide for principals to improve the quality of education in SMK.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning (PBL) model in developing human resource management (HRM) competencies. The research method used was experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two groups of students: the experimental group that used the PBL model and the control group that used conventional methods. Data were collected through competency tests, observation sheets, and questionnaires. The results showed that the experimental group experienced a more significant increase in average scores from pretest to posttest compared to the control group. Additionally, observations revealed that the level of student engagement in PBL-based learning was higher than in conventional methods. Questionnaire analysis revealed that 85% of students responded positively to PBL, considering it more relevant to the professional world and capable of enhancing critical thinking and collaboration skills. In conclusion, the PBL model proved effective in improving HRM competencies, both in terms of conceptual understanding and practical skills. It is recommended that this model be more widely integrated into learning to support the development of competent and job-ready graduates.

Abstract

Pada usia dewasa muda, seorang guru sekolah dasar (SD) dihadapkan pada pilihan yang signifikan dalam hidup mereka, salah satunya adalah keputusan untuk melanjutkan kuliah atau memilih untuk bekerja lebih lanjut. Pilihan antara melanjutkan kuliah atau tetap bekerja bukan hanya berkaitan dengan faktor individu, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial, ekonomi, serta dukungan dari pihak lain, seperti keluarga, teman, atau institusi tempat mereka bekerja. Ketidakpastian dan keraguan yang dialami oleh guru SD dalam memilih antara kuliah atau bekerja dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Salah satunya adalah kurangnya informasi mengenai manfaat jangka panjang dari pendidikan lanjutan. Metode penelitian Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara. Kesimpulan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketidakpastian dan keraguan guru SD dalam memilih untuk melanjutkan kuliah atau tetap bekerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor ekonomi, dukungan sosial, ketidakpastian mengenai dampak pendidikan terhadap karier, kebijakan pendidikan, dan kesulitan dalam menyeimbangkan pekerjaan dan study

Abstract

Local wisdom represents cultural heritage with immense potential for contextualized and meaningful education. This study integration of local wisdom in the RBL-STEM cascara briquette material to improve student learning outcomes. The research utilized a quasi-experimental design involving high school students to evaluate the model's effectiveness. Instruments such as syllabus validation sheets, learning implementation plans, and achievement tests were validated with an average score of 92.4% (Very Valid). Results showed significant improvements in cognitive learning outcomes, with a normalized gain of 0.49 (Medium category) and a post-test average of 78.3. Teachers and students responded positively to the model, with average satisfaction rates of 88% and 78.8%, respectively. Challenges included limited implementation time and the need for teacher training on local wisdom integration. Overall, this study highlights the potential of RBL with local wisdom in enhancing critical thinking, cultural appreciation, and sustainable education. Future research should address scalability and long-term impacts.
