This study aims to explore the practice of continuing education in higher education institutions in Pakistan, focusing on implementing the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4. Using a qualitative approach and case study methods, data were collected through in-depth interviews with department heads, lecturers, and students and analysis of curriculum documents from four public universities in Lahore. The results show a significant gap between the existing curriculum content and the actual needs in the job market, where many curricula still need to be focused on theoretical knowledge with adequate attention to the development of practical skills necessary to face the challenges of the professional world. This research identifies the need for curriculum updates, lecturer training, and improvement of educational facilities to build graduates who are better prepared to face global demands. The implications of these findings emphasize that reforms in higher education are urgently needed to ensure that the curriculum offered is relevant and, by the demands of the industry, to create quality and highly competitive human resources in the global market.

This study aims to evaluate the relationship between principals' interpersonal skills, teacher morale, and students' academic performance in schools in Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative approach with regression analysis to assess the simultaneous influence of the three variables. The results showed that the respondents rated the principal's interpersonal skills highly, with an average score of 2.91 (SD = 0.75). However, they did not significantly influence teacher morale (t = 0.964, p = 0.339). In contrast, teacher morals significantly influenced student academic performance, with a 29.9% increase in student performance (t = 2.241, p = 0.029). Data shows that from 2016/2017 to 2020/2021, there was a significant increase in the number of students who achieved five or more credits on the certification exam. These findings emphasize the importance of moral support for teachers in improving students' academic performance. The implication of this study is the need to develop a program that focuses on improving teacher morale to improve the quality of education and create a more productive and supportive learning environment for students.

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership in overcoming teacher burnout in schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Techniques for filtering important information, presenting structured data, and drawing accurate conclusions based on existing findings are used to analyze the data. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership in schools plays an important role in overcoming teacher burnout. Idealized influence creates a sense of trust and recognition while inspiring motivation and connects teachers' work to a larger purpose, thereby helping to reduce burnout. Intellectual stimulation encourages creativity and innovation through open communication, which also contributes to preventing burnout. In addition, individual consideration provides personalized support and supports the professional growth and emotional well-being of teachers, thereby reducing the risk of burnout in the school environment. This study provides implications for effective leadership practices in the educational context. It offers insights for principals and education managers to apply a transformational leadership approach to overcome teacher burnout in schools.

This study aims to analyze transformational leadership in shaping institutional performance in higher education, based on Bernard M. Bass's perspective integrated with spiritual values and local wisdom. The approach used is a qualitative case study type, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques based on the Miles and Huberman model, which allows the identification of key themes related to transformational leadership practices. The results of the study indicate that the application of transformational leadership that integrates cultural and spiritual values can increase the motivation and involvement of lecturers and staff while contributing to improved academic performance. Through five main dimensions, namely idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, and cultural-spiritual synergy, this study proves that this approach is able to encourage increased institutional performance in higher education. The implication of this study is the importance of considering the cultural and spiritual context in leadership practices in educational institutions. The integration of these values not only creates a harmonious academic environment but also strengthens innovation, collaboration, and engagement, thus supporting the achievement of institutional goals in a sustainable manner.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital education innovation based on Total Quality Management (TQM) in Islamic Boarding Schools in the Bangka Belitung Islands. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively with the Interactive Analysis Model from Miles & Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and data verification. The study results indicate that the commitment of Islamic boarding school management is significant in providing adequate digital infrastructure for learning. Implementing TQM in Islamic boarding schools requires the involvement of all elements of the school, including managers, teachers, and students. Designing a digital-based curriculum that integrates local wisdom also plays a role in maintaining Islamic boarding school values while meeting the demands of technological developments. In addition, enhancing resource capacity, especially teachers, through technology training is the key to success in implementing digital media. Focusing on user satisfaction, both students and teachers, is also essential to ensure the success of digital learning. The implications of this study indicate that implementing digital-based TQM in Islamic boarding schools not only strengthens the quality of education but also introduces a technology-based approach relevant to the needs of the times without ignoring the traditional values of Islamic boarding schools.

The quantitative research method employs an explanatory research approach with a survey method. The questionnaire was designed based on the research variables, which include leadership, motivation, organizational culture, employee work discipline, and organizational commitment. Data was collected from 97 employees through random sampling. The data analysis utilized multiple regression analysis and the Sobel test. The results indicate that Kiai leadership significantly influences quality, meaning that the higher the Kiai leadership, the higher the quality; Pesantren culture significantly influences quality; Kiai leadership significantly influences competitiveness; Pesantren culture significantly influences competitiveness; competitiveness significantly influences quality, meaning that the higher the competitiveness, the higher the quality. Competitiveness can mediate the relationship between Kiai leadership and quality, indicating that an increase in competitiveness impacts the enhancement of Kiai leadership, thereby improving quality; and also acts as a mediating variable between Pesantren culture and quality, indicating that an increase in competitiveness enhances Pesantren culture, which in turn improves quality.

This research is motivated by the researcher’s interest in the university monitoring system through lecturer performance in improving the quality and reputation of universities in Indonesia. Although the Tri Dharma of Higher Education is an obligation that every lecturer must carry out, there are differences in its implementation in various universities. This study examines the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education by lecturers and its impact through an independent comparative survey in State Religious Universities and State General Universities with similar geographical, cultural, and social conditions. The approach used in this study is quantitative, with a comparative method to test the differences in the implementation of Tri Dharma in several universities. Data were collected through a validated questionnaire and then analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney, and Spearman rank correlation tests. The study's results showed no significant differences in the implementation of education and teaching. However, there were differences in the implementation of research and community service among the universities studied. Its impact on the SINTA score shows that the implementation of research has a strong correlation. In contrast, the implementation of community service does not significantly impact the score. This study provides important implications regarding the need for universities to improve the quality of research and community service to impact their academic reputation positively.

This study used a quantitative and explanatory approach through a survey technique. The questionnaire was compiled based on the research variables, namely transformational leadership and educational staff performance. Because the exact population size is unknown, the sample size was calculated using the Cochran formula. Data were collected from 100 educational staff members who were the sample of this study. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and the Sobel test. The results of the study showed that idealized influence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of educational staff; inspirational motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of educational staff; intellectual stimulation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of educational staff; and individualized consideration had a positive and significant effect on the performance of educational staff. Leaders and management can utilize this study's results to improve educational staff performance. The variables that affect the performance of educational staff can be used as targets for change to improve performance.
